What are your favorite pairings to write? Why? Who's your guilty pleasure OTP? Which of your favorite characters drinks tea, and which prefers coffee?
Well this is fun. My favorite pairing to write is DEFINITELY Ani5. Because, first off, it’s a rare pair and that means that I have do do most of the dirty work (but @my-insanity-is-an-artform @serenityharkness @maulusque @arcanaacid @lylilunapotter I love you all!!!). But also because their dynamic just works for me. Terrible confession, but, though it ties for OTP, I’m terrible at writing Padme and, therefore, anidala. Or sabedala or dormedala which SUCKS because they are SUPPOSED to be more than a footnote in my Semi Cannon Compliant Series massive universe. Oh well. I WILL PUSH THROUGH AND WRITE THE FIC WHERE ALL FIVE ARE JUST HANGING OUT, BRAIN!!!
But that was off-topic. I love Ani5 because they fit with the dynamic my characters usually fall into with ease, basically.
On a Hamilton note, Angelica and Alexander are a MINEFIELD, but OTP, so I’m coping. Their shifting dynamics and her temper and his stupidity are also fun to write when I can.
And guilty pleasure OTP has to be ventressoka. Entirely because it could never have worked in Cannon because ages and death dates. However, in AU-land with slow burn and Rebellion era and with the fact that my parents have both had good, long-term relationships with people over ten years older than them, I can definitely imagine it and see the groundwork of their dynamic.
…And like 90% of these points hit for rexsoka, too, but I’m not guilty because they actually canonically lived to that potential.
(But CW-era with either is kind of squicky)
Anakin drinks tea entirely because of @fialleril and Tzai. Rex drinks coffe because the 501st are insane

After a mission in Johannesburg, South Africa goes very badly, Tony and Bruce struggle to find a way to compensate for a lack of SHIELD and a lack of people who can challenge the Hulk, when ULTRON happens. Now Tony is by himself, stuck trying to fix things while keeping his status as Omega Prime under wraps. Between the hate of Wanda Maximoff and the regressing team dynamics, things are set up to go down in flames. It'll be a miracle if he gets out of this alive.

Rex has had it up to here with Fives following Anakin around like an excited puppy, with Fives’ increasingly ridiculous battlefield antics trying to get Anakin’s attention, with Fives losing his train of thought and devolving into stammers whenever Anakin smiles even vaguely in his direction. And Rex has fucking had it with General Skywalker tripping over his own feet whenever Fives walks past him, with Skywalker asking Fives’ opinion on things Fives had no right to have an opinion on, just to hear him talk, of Skywalker’s painfully terrible flirting that was definitely going to get him killed someday. Seriously, if Rex had to kill the General himself so he never had to hear anything as painful as “your face is soft and I think that makes you brave” ever again, he would do it. No questions asked.
