your "headcanon" about akari being in her 20s is straight up wrong, it's stated within the first ten minutes of the game that she's around 15. if you want her to be an adult for shipping reasons or something you can just make a self insert instead of saying "i think this teen is an adult actually"

Ok this is the only time I'm going to answer anything about this because i dont enjoy people seeing my work and instantly assuming its in bad faith.

Akari reads as an adult to me because I don't think its a good idea to put children in deathmatches against wild animals.

Cyllene says she 'looks 15' and there are no other comments (as far as I'm aware) that imply shes a child (unlike, for example, platinum where all the npcs refer to you as a kid and treat you as a child). Akari being an adult is my headcanon because I enjoy the playing the game more that way, it creates a fun storyline in my head of her being the protagonist of platinum as a child, then the protagonist of arceus as an adult.

If you don't share my headcanon, thats fine! You don't need to engage with my art if you dont like it!

Note

So in light of the Sync Machine, the best way to domesticate Cyrus would be as follows:

Drag your long-term boyfriend out of the Distortion World.

Sync with your shared Rotom (super effective if it's THE Rotom you both befriended as children) and tell him off for trying to play God, all the holes in his plans, his lack of self awareness and how he almost ruined his relationship and nearly broke his Beloved's heart.

Nurse him through the worst depressive episode he's ever had (which is saying something) and talk him down from his nervous meltdowns over everything that happened and all the ways his plans could have backfired even if he had succeeded.

Reassure him you still love him and emphasize with his reasons and plight for a better world even if you vehemetly diagree with his methods.

Concieve Cyllene Jr. / Lenie (is she a happy accident or was she planned tho ).

Watch all his defenses crumble as he learns how to be a dad and immediately falls in love with his baby girl.

Enjoy watching the repressed spaceman's character devolpment/redemption arc unfold (he remains angry and emotionally constipated but it's not anywhere near as extreme and he's no longer using batshit insane means to change the world).

This is truly the best plan, but he still may one day snap and declare himself the unworthy one to remake the world before passing the task onto Cyllene. Granted, she won't actually do anything, but he still does that in some strange desperation to see something like his goals met.

Optional task is using the sync machine to possess Rotom and comfort him through the during his depressive episode.

Thought I'd post a little (or not so little- oops sorry) info dump of my boy Lux for an OC Sunday since I've made some slight changes to his personality...

So here's some little facts about Luckless (I'd say the trio but I'm still working on the other two)

1) For no apparent reason, he can mimic almost any sound or tone as long as it's made by an organic lifeform (Pokémon cries, whistling, etc)

2) He can feel the emotions of the living beings around him, which is one of the reasons he seems so anxious and overwhelmed the majority of the time- it's cuz he is. Just because he can feel these emotions, though, it doesn't mean he understands them (my poor boi has no idea what's going on)

3) I've spoken about his pain tolerance before, but I've kinda changed it a little. Rather than not feeling as much pain as "normal" human beings, he's just more likely to not notice any wounds or illness thanks to his COMPLETE lack of self-awareness in terms of his physical health. Plus, if he does somehow manage to notice something's wrong with him before it becomes a massive problem, he instinctually hides it from others and tries to convince himself he's fine (he's not aware of why he does this either) He also often forgets that he's a human being that requires food and sleep which leads to all sorts of problems 😅

4) He easily gets scared by sudden movements, flashes of light and loud sounds. (Thunderstorms are a nightmare for him, as well as the other two that have to comfort him)

5) His opinions on other humans is a little complicated. He's quick to trust in general, but he's the kinda guy to immediately (and poorly) prepare himself for betrayal, so he's constantly overthinking what to share and what not to. Plus, he will do anything, and I mean ANYTHING, to avoid conflict with other people. (The main reason he apologises for everything)

6) A verrry strong believer in found family, since he doesn't have any biological relatives- as far as he's aware- so he quickly grows attatched to anyone with a kind and protective nature. (He very much sees the Professor and Cyllene as his parents but would be way to shy to admit it)

7) He's called "Luckless" for a reason. He's clumsy, reckless, and he gets sick VERY easily. Sometimes, if someone nearby is feeling intense enough emotions, it affects Lux's physical health. The whole reason behind his awful luck is because Arceus thought it'd be entertaining to watch (Hiro and Yuki are ready to fight God smh)

I am so sorry- this ended up being WAY longer than I thought 😥

OH OH for #1 I hope he and Iscan can bond over that!! since in the concept art iscan is really good at imitating pokemon cries!! AH but their anxiety might feed each other unintentionally under the wrong circumstances since lux can sense them 😭😭😭

that’s such a fun trait though, I hope it comes in handy for him!! 🥺🥺🥺

I think Cyllene would be secretly hilarious.

Like, she’s got the deadpan face and voice down pat, and she’s smart enough to be pretty witty if she wants to be. And she definitely could be sassy if the situation arose.

And so the first time she makes a joke around people, they are unsure if she even made one!

And on a related note, I bet Cyllene is self aware enough to make jokes about herself. Especially ones about her lack of eyebrows and resting bitch face, much to the bewilderment of most people who don’t know her well.

(For example, The first time she joked about how she would “raise an eyebrow” at something if she had any to the Professor, he spent three days wondering if he was going to be stabbed in his sleep for laughing because she just said it so deadpan and matter-of-fact that he wasn’t sure that she WAS joking) (he has since learned better how she operates and he laughs without fear. She appreciates that he knows her well enough to do so now.)

In addition to this, she is well aware that she makes a straight man (as in the comedy term!!) for other people to make jokes off of, so she’ll sometimes team up with Zisu to deliver a one-two punch of a joke that delights and bewilders the audience.

To Volo you’re a true god, not the false one he followed.

To Ingo you’re so kind and helpful, you help him whenever you can as much as you can. You’re a joy to be around.

Adaman is a clan leader, of course he’s the best fit for a deity such as yourself!

Cyllene is a mess because I say so(I mean she's autistic and I am once again self projecting akdndj). She isn't aware of her of her own facial expressions half the time, she doesn't know how to correctly read/she'll misread someone's face/emotions, and she has trouble figuring out her own emotions pretty much all the time. And she's been trying to train herself to learn how to, her words, fix this this since she was a kid. When she says she's certain of how she feels, take it with a grain of salt. Because she's most likely overanylzing in her head and there's a 50/50 chance she may change her mind and voice it.

Akari has been exiled from Jubilife into the wilderness, unable to return until she fixes the sky. Ingo is going to find her and help her.

Get Your Fill - 5.3k Words

After being invited to run the training grounds, Ingo finally gets to partake in battles again, filling a void in him. Akari finds him at the end of the day needing another type of refuel though, and takes him to The Wallflower.

Onwards He Guides Her - 7.5K Words

Continuation of ‘In the Darkness, It was not Detected’. Ingo leads Akari onwards through the highlands to Lady Sneasler. Melli does his best to avoid them, and someone seems a little too interested in Akari’s connection to the rift for Ingo’s liking.

It’s Just a Cold - 10K Words

Ingo is entrusted one of Lady Sneasler’s late-hatching eggs to help it hatch, but he quickly falls sick. While the warden believes it’s a passing cold, Pearl Clan’s medicinal woman Calaba believes it’s a curse tied to a superstition about eggs. Akari does her best to help Ingo get better so he can help Lady Sneasler’s egg hatch.

Smile for the Camera! - 3.4k Words

Akari is thrilled to be able to take photos with all her friends at Jubilife Village’s photo booth! Except for Ingo that is, too self conscious about his tattered clothes and disheveled look to come take photos. Akari helps him get his confidence back!

While Akari is gone on an expedition into the Icelands, Zisu does her best to keep Ingo from worrying about her, and bets that she can get him to smile. It is a process of trial and error.

Ingo has been having trouble sleeping at night, ever since he had to adjust to the (too) quiet night atmosphere of Hisui. But he couldn’t let this get in the way of a fun day with Akari at the Ginkgo Guild’s modern appliance exhibition, held at Jubilife Village!

When a flash heatwave hits Hisui, and Kamado orders Ingo and Zisu to stay at their post at the training grounds, Akari does her best to bring them some relief from the humid heat.

Ingo comes across a lost child in Gear Station’s Battle Subway during a very busy event, and makes sure she makes it back safely to her worried mother. He was not aware he would be doing the same thing again for the same girl, years later.

Ingo and Akari have a fight after Ingo finds out Volo wants to assist Akari in gathering the remaining plates; the warden has grown distrustful of the merchant. But Akari vehemently defends Volo and leaves to go off and collect the plates with him, against Ingo's wishes. As time goes on however, she realizes Ingo's concerns about Volo might not have been wrong. She wishes she hadn't been so harsh with him.

What’s In a Name - 5.2k Words

Akari is helping Ingo take care of Lady Sneasler’s kits while he gets over a cold, and decides all of the little sneasels need names.

Ghost Stories - 17.6k Words

Akari, Rei, Ingo, and Zisu are tasked with taking young potential recruits up to the mirelands campgrounds, to show them what it's like to be a security corps member. However, Ingo is only filling in for Cyllene, who refused to go after an incident that happened the year before. She won't share what happened, leading the recruits to blame the apparent apparition that haunts the Solaceon Ruins near the campsite. Akari is quick to dismiss this, but as strange things start happening, she doesn't know what to think.

Gone Fishing - 9.5k Words

Ingo’s just trying to help Akari catch a rather rare Pokémon for her fieldwork - an alternate-color basculin who also happens to be an alpha. It’s hard to do when Melli keeps pestering Ingo to help him with a problem, though.

Comfort Him - 5.4k Words

Akari often brings things back from space-time distortions to show to Ingo, in hopes that it will help him regain any of his lost memories. She just didn’t consider it might bring back a memory that’s so distressing.

Maintenance Check - 4.8k Words

Akari invites a weary Ingo out of the rain to rest and have a hot meal with her, but Ingo realizes Akari needs some help of her own as well.

[GHETSIS WINS AU] Ingo and Emmet were simply waiting in the subway for Elesa to arrive, so they could enjoy a Friday night out together. They didn’t expect the incoming Team Plasma attack.

Hello!! For the self aware au- you've had asks for the self aware seeing the horror games, dating Sims, and cute farming games. But what about story based RPGs? Legend of Zelda, Hollow Knight, Kingdom Hearts, Kirby, etc. Or Battle Royale games! Fortnite, Rocket League Spell break, Super Smash Bros, etc.

On the one hand, the story based games tend toward 'good triumph over evil'. (Though some have creatures as bad as a horror game (coughcoughKirbycoughcough)) And then there's the madness of battle Royale games... Rocket League being tamer than some.

I think it would vary from person to person.

On one hand, if they see you as a god, many think it's only natural you would have so many worlds you watch over... Even if some are a bit odd.

And horrifying.

Some think its endearing you want to play with the worlds you created. Others... Get even more wary and have existential crises over it.

Though many do find it fascinating if they are aware enough to watch you play. Worlds without pokemon, but non human folk nonetheless?

Some can't even wrap their heads around it. Cyllene is curious, but ends up having to tune out when she starts getting a headache watching various battle royal games. Though she finds the puzzle ones fascinating.

Laventon also finds it fascinating, even the more... subtly horrifying ones. He's a researcher at heart, and enjoys learning about these worlds. Well, he likes to learn about them from a safe distance, thank you!

He's horribly fascinated with the one that takes place in space. What was it called? Metroid? To think such places could exist among the stars!

Ingo isn't sure why... But he finds this Legend of Zelda series and Kingdom hearts oddly familiar. In fact, he is the only one who recognizes they are games. It's like an odd itch in the back of his mind, but it makes perfect sense when he thinks about it.

Coincidentally, I have seen so many posts about Ingo on this subject in the past 24 hours, soooooo...enjoy.

(Spoilers for PLA, protag referred to with gender neutral pronouns)

Ingo is used to the stares that dart away whenever he meets them, the way people flinch when he moves too quickly or speaks too loud. Some days, it bothers him. Don't they know that he only wants to help people, and Pokemon too, so they'll all stop being so afraid of each other? There's nothing left in him to fear, not that he remembers. He never tries to be scary.

Except today, the sky is red, his clenched fists are shaking, and the villagers flee from his approach like pedestrians scrambling away from a runaway freight train. He utters not a sound, and perhaps that is the most terrifying part of it all.

He storms up the steps of the Galaxy Team headquarters. His eyes briefly catch Cyllene behind her desk (conspicuously absent one Abra), and she is the only one thus far who can meet his gaze. She nods and does not move to stop him. She understands the anger that has stilled his tongue the way it does her hands, both of them aware that it is only a razor-thin line of self-control that turns their warmest feature into their greatest weapon.

The stairs echo with heavy footfalls. Kamado is already waiting.

"I knew you would show up sooner or later," The Galaxy Team leader says. He stands sturdy and his arms are loose at his sides, anticipating an impassioned charge to be thrown aside. "I can ensure you that you are not currently under suspicion. Lady Irida has clearly stated the case for your innocence, and on this I am willing to see eye-to-eye with her. I only ask that, while we deal with the threat beyond the rift, that you extend your skills to help keep our village safe from threats. Am I clear?"

Ingo's answer is not spoken. It is the popping of bone as he straightens to full height and rolls his wrists to shove his fists into his ragged pockets. It is the faint glow of his eyes in that dark room. It is the deep breath he sucks in through his teeth, a desperate attempt to keep the coals stoked without causing a blaze.

Kamado continues, "I know what this is about. How close you two were. But Warden, this is beyond your feelings or mine. This is for the safety of all in this land! The frenzies began the same night that stranger fell from the sky. There has to be a connection."

"That stranger gave everything to save you. Followed every guideline, aided every passenger, completed the impossible for little more than a bed and a warm meal each night, only to be cast aside by groundless superstitions." Ingo's voice cuts instead of bellows. The room shakes even as he stands oh so still. "You have failed your safety inspection. You threw your passenger over the yellow line and in front of an oncoming train. What are you going to do if that results in blood on your hands?"

"Is that what you want from me? Blood?" Kamado shifts into a fighting stance. "If battle is the only language you speak, then I am willing to fight so you will see reason."

Ingo's nails dig deep into his palms, but he does not move them. Tempting as it sounds.

"Fighting you would only derail me, and I have a schedule to keep. I am going to uphold the precautions you have cast aside, and I am going to bring them home. And if you hinder me from these tracks..."

Kamado is not a man who scares easily. Ingo knows this. But even he takes the smallest step back at a threat Ingo need not voice. For a man so loud, it is the words unspoken that ring clearest of all. "Permission granted," he says.

"You should stop granting permissions, and start deciding how you will ask forgiveness." Ingo turns on his heels and lets his feet carry him along the tracks down the stairs and out to the village gates. His job is to make sure everyone's travels are safe, and he will not rest until everyone is at their home station. That is what a Subway Master does. And a Subway Master, whatever that may be, is what a certain castaway needs right now.

In the self aware AU, if some characters can mess around with the code, can Player (in the real world) change PLA to their liking as well? Would it be similar to modding a game then? Now that I think about it, in any self aware game AU, if the player were to install mods in a game, would the characters see them as some kind of creator god? (Imagine being some random npc and seeing someone changing the colors of the landscape or spawning a shiny out of nowhere...Volo's reaction though...)

That’s actually an interesting idea!! I have seen a few mods for PLA, such as some graphics mods, and I saw one for Sneasler’s climbing speed. I imagine there’s been a bunch more since I last looked! So if in the Self Aware Au, Reader mods the game, it has so much potential here. Much like Ingo, Reader would know the code incredibly well, or at least know how to read it, and what each line means to some degree. So like, if you do mod the game. It probably only instills in their mind that you are in fact a god. Even if you don’t ever end up in the game, the fact you can just,,, do these things kinda cements it. Reader: *Mods shiny Arceus into the game* :D Volo: What the fuck

Expect him desperately trying to get your attention first. Anyone who can manipulate Arceus has to be the true god. He’s horrified to know him and his people have been worshiping a false one. Well, maybe not entirely false. Arceus still may have made this universe, but what is Arceus to someone who can control them like a toy? He’ll be frothing at the mouth though trying to figure you out, and how to get your attention. Anytime he tries, it’s as if there’s binding around him, keeping him from interacting with you or your vessel. That’s fine though, he won’t be deterred. Maybe he should ask Ingo about those numbers he mentions seeing... The other NPCs are now nervous though. Some revere you in awe, others respectfully keep their distance. Laventon is curious about you. You change things right before their eyes! You don’t seem malicious either, and seem determined to keep your vessel, the hero, safe. He’s probably the least wary of you, and is excited to learn more about you! Maybe he can convince the others that you aren’t an bad god, and maybe worshiping you isn’t a bad thing? After all, you just seem happy to create things! Ingo is also curious about you. You seem attached to him, and love to battle him. You don’t seem like an evil god, though he isn’t sure if that’s what the should refer to you as. You obviously like creating things, even summoning shiny pokemon out of nowhere, and battling him with them! You can’t be so bad, right? After all, you just seem to be messing with the numbers he sometimes sees when he closes his eyes... Cyllene is curious, but very wary of you. She honestly would fear you if you didn’t show such compassion through the hero. Surely, someone who cares for the child like they are their own, isn’t so bad? And it isn’t like you’ve done anything awful, either. You just seem content messing with the world in small ways, and adjusting how a few things look and work. You haven’t destroyed anything, and some stuff is arguably better. Still, she is unaware of what your true motives are. She’ll stick to herself for now.

[Not a request and kinda long] I have a small headcanon myself for the self aware Hisui -

Mostly that if reader were to enter the game before Ingo knew they entered, they'd enter more as a spectre that follows the main character around, not really able to interact with anyone but the main character. Still giving advice and telling them where to go, basically a floating talking arcphone. But the main character has gained some sort of self awareness with this, which is why they appreciate the spectre helping.

I'm mostly going with the spectre idea, as the readers body probably wouldn't follow them into the game if the code wasn't messed with properly, so they don't technically have a sprite/body in game either until way later when they mess with the code themselves.

And like, just imagine, the self aware characters notice the main character subconsciously nodding, shaking their head and looking over their shoulder as if looking for someone or some sort of confirmation from someone. So they start following their movements more closely, thinking something is wrong while also confirming that they too, are self aware or at least act out of script.

Until maybe a confrontation with a noble goes wrong, and spectre! Reader uses the code they messed with to quickly get a sprite just so they can join the fray and help the main character directly. The sprite maybe starts as a standard npc and changes to look more and more like the reader the longer the fight goes on. And Ingo/Volo/Laventon/whoever else start noticing that the standard NPC that just jumped in is changing to look more and more like the person beyond the screen.

This actually reminds me of a comic I saw! It was where the player was sort of like a guide/spirit for the protagonist.

The hero i think asks what steel is weak against or something?? And the player goes “Lol one sec, lemme check Bulbapedia.” As they pull out their phone. I’m also just,,, imagining like,, The hero tells you they can see you and they are aware of you and you just immediately are like:

But I really love this idea! You are concerned with waking up as essentially a ghost, but find the player can actually see you and hear you, and even talk to you! You go through a minor crisis when the game continues without you directly controlling the player. It’s almost as if you entered a weird second dimension, with how people seem alive and yet... not. They still act like they are NPCs, but at the same time, it’s as if they are alive like in your world, sometimes. The hero is the best/weirdest example. At first, they just go on their way, as if you were already playing. You follow them, curious. It’s not like you have anything better to do, being a ghost made of bits of code. But then they see you. They ask you for help. You are almost shocked. They seemed confused when you look surprised. You had done everything to help them before now! Was it something they said? They hadn’t upset you, have they?? You assure them that no! They are fine! You just,,, didn’t think they could see you or hear you. They tell you it was recent, but they have also always been able to feel your presence. They appreciate how you care for them and their pokemon, and how you strategize in battle. They are never scared, and never feel alone because of you. So seeing you as a specter, they are actually excited! They were confused when no one else could see you, but they supposed if they couldn’t sense you before, then they wouldn’t see you either. After that, you pick and mess with the code, unaware your very presence if messing with the world around you. The NPCs become more lively, and they starting noticing things. Like how the hero will look over to the side or over their shoulder, and nod or talk to something not there. Laventon wonders if it’s a ghost type they have around them, but when asked, they simply say no, its not a pokemon, but a friend. He isn’t sure what to think of that. When the rival challenges the hero to a battle, they are confused when the hero looks over their shoulder, before making a move. It’s odd, as if waiting for orders or directions. Ingo especially notices the odd behavior. The hero comes and sees him often, and challenges people to a battle. When the hero battles him, or anyone else. its as if they are waiting for directions. Sometimes when the shopkeepers see the hero, its as if the hero looks over, before buying anything. Some even swear the hero asked someone what to buy, before making a decision. It’s... Concerning. If the hero wasn’t a huge force to be reckoned with, and did an amazing job for the community, they would have been worried. However, it gets weirder when a random person just randomly shows up with the hero one day. The hero argues for their behalf, and Cyllene reluctantly gives them a spot on the team. The hero was their strongest fighter and highest rank. She trusts them, and will allow you to stay. The hero even offers their home, and that you will be staying with them. It’s suspicious... but after the hero says you saved their life against a noble, they decide to let you stay. They can’t help but feel like your name is familiar though. Then it gets weird, when your features seem to change, and a few characters begin to feel as if they recognize you. Ingo, Laventon, Cyllene, and a few others can’t help but feel like you are someone important. It isn’t until your form is nearly identical to how you normally look that they recognize you, the person behind the screen. You and the hero are shocked they recognize you, the hero especially since they seemed to be the only one you controlled. Ingo admits he has known about you for awhile. He just... couldn’t do anything. the code wouldn’t let him, not until after you suddenly disappeared. Laventon admits this as well. He says he had grown worried, but was relieved you were okay. Cyllene’s worry washes away when she recognizes you. You are practically the same rank as the hero, as she sees it, and immediately raises your rank to 10. She reluctantly admits she had grown worried for you as well, and that something might have happened. Overall, it’s a surprise to you that they even knew you existed. You kinda worry about the fact they all seemed painfully aware they were in a game, or at least there was another plain of reality above theirs... Though you can’t help but feel a chill down your spine, and feel like someone is watching you when you leave the house in the village. The hero agrees, and decides to follow you to protect you. Unknown to you, Volo begins following you both in earnest. The person behind the screen, the true god, was in the game, and seemed to be able to control the fabric of reality. He really wanted to meet you, and talk with you. If only the hero would leave you alone for a few minutes....

something i came up for the self aware!pla au. so, you know how the game shows us the ancestors of current day pokemon characters (kamado > rowan and all that)? so, what if the characters ingame knew about that, and went to you to figure out just who and what their descendant will be like. decided to drop a few dribbles for that:

cyllene:

cyllene was the first person to ask you about what will become of her legacy, and who will be the next person to carry the torch. the whole idea that someone will be there after her fascinates her, but unfortunately for you and her.. you played pokemon platinum before. you know you gotta tell her. after a long explanation about who cyrus is, his motivation and what will he do to sinnoh scares her, to say the least. truly, how one like HIM gets to carry the family name is a disgrace, but.. she feels sorry for him, in a way. judging by the way he grew up, it's no wonder he turned out the way he did. maybe cyllene won't be able to do much now, but she will try her hardest to prevent that mistake from happening again.

kamado:

while you always had a bone to pick with the guy, you were quite surprised to see him ask you about just WHO his future great-great-great-great-great grandson is gonna be. will he stay honorable? will he learn from kamado's mistakes and stay off the path he carved to himself? maybe. surprisingly enough, he was more than delighted to hear that his grandson was gonna be a pokemon professor. beats being a war monger, at least.. and who knows, maybe he'll even be like laventon! wouldn't hurt to have a brilliant mind in the bloodline.

volo & cogita:

another curious pair who heard about the ancestry thing. with both of them already recognizing you for your "true, godly powers", they figured out you could give them the answers. you ARE all-knowing, after all. of course, they bicker with each other before you can finally give them the answer. volo wishes that HIS descendant got HIS smarts and didn't cogita's attitude, while cogita wishes that HER descendant got HER manners, and not volo's ego. luckily, you tell them that their descendant, cynthia, got the best of both worlds and none of the worst. you continue telling them about her, and you can't help but see cogita perk up when she hears the word "champion". oh, what a grandiose title! truly, only one of her bloodline can afford one as such! but volo finds more excitement when you tell him that cynthia is just as interested in history and ruins as he is, while sharing a team thats ALMOST identical to his. a garchomp AND a spiritomb? yeah, she's his descendant, no word about it.

It would be such a funny experience fksjfj

“Oh great god, what are my descendants like? Do you know?”

And your face varies over who asks.

Cyllene asks and you just 😬

“Um… I respect you too much to lie but… he kinda tries to commit universal genocide and attempts to become a god of a new universe??”

Cyllene is deathly still.

“He what.”

You are frantically moving you hands.

“No worries! The hero stopped them in their time too!”

Cyllene slumps back in her chair.

“Is… that why they always seemed so nervous around me at first?”

“If it’s any consultation, someone here tried to do the same thing, when ironically his descendant helped the hero stop your descendant??”

She rubs her temples, clearly getting a migraine.

“Please, could you elaborate?”

“On what?”

“Everything.”

You could probably tell others too about their descendants with various reactions.

“Oh yeah, Beni’s descendant almost became champion. Dude became a powerful trainer in the future, rivaled by the eventual champion themself.”

“…”

“Was the real underdog. Sweet kid too.”

You could also do this to fuck with random people, should you desire it.

“Oh yeah! Your descendants do great thing! Until the accident.”

“The what.”

“I have to go.”

I love these ideas though 💕💕 especially telling Volo or Cogita about Cynthia, explaining she is one of the strongest, most ruthless champions across the world.

They would have an ego about it.

And I feel Komado would find some peace with his descendant being a professor. When you tell him about how the hero even knows him, he feels a bit worse though.

No wonder the hero trusted him so easily, if they knew his descendant. His act of banishing them probably hurt even more now that he knows that.

He probably now has caused his descendant strife if the hero eve returns to their time. He knows he caused damage, he just silently hopes and prays his descendant is spared from the hero’s pain.
