Two years ago I sat down with a state senator (who later worked with a second senator) to discuss a vehicle motor plate that promoted and benefited PTSD awareness non profits. At the time of submission, I submitted Summit for Soldiers due to their methods of helping veterans with ptsd. Since then, I have also found another great organization named Save a Warrior whose true purpose is to save just one. Their focus is taking a veteran or first responder and enlightening them to life beyond PTSD. From my personal experience, I can tell you that it is successful! I knew it would take some time but it finally came out. Thank you Kevin for your behind the scenes work to help make this happen. The first photo is what Ohio came out with, the others are samples I created to show the senators what it could have been. I am excited on one hand but a bit bummed on the other hand that none of mine were considered. Oh well! For the greater good!!!
