for me, it's this little fake person who lives in my house:
this is Maryse. everybody say "hi, Maryse!" she was made some time in the early-mid 2010s as part of a limited blank, nude resin BJD line sculpted by artist Marina Bychkova (her face was most recently painted by the incredible Cat, "maybeawerewolf" on IG)
but Maryse has. much more famous porcelain sisters. and they look like this:
any gems or precious metals you see up there are real. for reference. this woman is not just a doll artist, but a seamstress and jeweler Par Excellence in the bargain
costumed porcelain Enchanted Dolls are the shining stars of the art doll world: dazzling and unreachable for all but a lucky (and usually deep-pocketed) few. the blank resin ones are rare enough to find secondhand- they're not being made anymore -but the porcelain are like..."if I marry a multimillionaire, may she propose to me with a porcelain Enchanted Doll holding a ring from a crackerjack box" status

Even in non-magical universes, in real world historical ones/the past, Emma has SCARS. Some are amusing to her, like her burning her back going after a bad guy while still not trained enough and not waiting for help/with no protection whatsoever even if she knew he had a thing for setting places on fire (she was seventeen and playing Hero before she had the experience to attempt it), some are emotionally painful like two from a man who pretended to be a friend first, curtesy of her mother’s side of the family, they are on opposite sides but one on the hip and one on the back.
To be fair, it’d be unrealistic to live a life like hers and not end up with many, whether they are from battle or surprise attacks. Or falling down places/being stupid.
She usually hides her burned back with her curls even when it’s not fashionable to keep her hair down (in verses where some dresses would show it) and most are automatically hidden by clothes.
She’s not embarrassed by any and will show them at times but to her it seems easier not to concern people with those in display, she doesn’t want to get all attention on her because of scars when she can do so with dresses and hair.

Enchanted Item - Revenge Candle - Level three spelled object- $44.00
This is a grey magick (not black or white magick) spelled object that allows you to inflict pain and suffering of your choice on a victim who deserves it. Item stays charged and works well as long as it is charged before and after use, and kept in the protective cloth. Item was given by a Grey Mage from Germany named Ludorf. I was only given this name and was not given any other information.
Object is a ceramic candle holder with a bit of silver wax inside.
Simply place a slip of paper underneath the item with the name of the target and what you want it to happen to them. Light a silver candle inside of the holder and let it burn all the way down carefully. Comes with a protective cloth to store it away when not in use. Charge by leaving out on a full moon. Do not wash or clean. Candle comes with ritual wax inside which primes it for readiness and future spell work.
