Starting off strong: Rui doesn’t notice this at first

You two start off as friends, slowly hanging out more and more after practices

He just felt so seen when you went out of your way for him

Rui forgot his water? You aren’t thirsty anymore

He needs help on his homework? Suddenly afternoon plans are gone!

Rui felt special. He loved it. Couldn’t go a day without it

Then he noticed how much you’d do for the others. Sometimes at the same time as helping him

That’s when he started to realize that you would prioritize everyone else instead of yourself

Instead of asking for help, he started asking if he could help you

Sometimes if he bought lunch for himself he’d buy something extra to give to you

He gets worried. Especially when the both of you officially get together

Rui will let you “help” with his inventions (he’s got it all covered) just to see the smile on your face

He doesn’t mind when the others ask you for help, but if they start taking advantage of it he won’t be afraid to step in

(Once had to tell Tsukasa off because no way you were going to spend an entire day going through lines with him)

((He got jealous. But that’s another story))

Will do your small tasks. Sometimes you don’t even notice. He’s really doing his best to make sure that you aren’t burning yourself out

WILL call you out if you don’t take care of yourself

Overall, he really cares about your well being. He’ll try and steer you away from this habit of yours, but only when it’s detrimental to your mental health

oh man this long-limbed beanstalk literally sprints towards you, picks you up, and spins you around to hug you /hj

Rui does actually pick you up though, he likes how you wrap your legs around him, and like Tsukasa, he enjoys the warmth from the hug

don’t hug him or else he won’t let go

he only hugs you in private, never out in public unless he’s the slightest jealous and grabs your hand

you tell him that you have to go and Akito’s clamped onto you saying something like “don’t leave me you asshole!” you laugh at him and he gets even more pouty about it

when the two of you are at his house, he immediately looks at you to ask for hugs

Akito doesn’t care if you’re sweating, or even if he’s sweating, he is latched onto you for a couple more hours

Toya is so nice about it

Toya also likes hugging you in secret because that way he doesn’t have to worry about a single thing in his life at that moment

he always asks you so politely with the smallest tint of pink spread on his face if he could hug you for a little bit

he likes resting his face on you, whether it’d be your head, shoulder, or even your chest

Reader seeks validation (did u guys read on this blank canvas i paint… it’s one of the best event stories frfr), Akito is a shithead, brief mentions of both reader and Rui overworking

How you and Rui met was… odd. It was at school but much later in the day. Him and Tsukasa were cleaning up one of his messes, and saw you, Ena, Toya and Akito.

Of course, Tsukasa had to join the group no matter how out of place he was. So Rui followed suit. And that’s when…

“I don’t want these two weirdos around my sister, they’re just going to make her weirder.”

“If you’re going to insult Ena you might as well insult me as well, there’s not much of a difference.” Oh?

Rui liked how straightforward you were with your words. He found himself chuckling at the conversation much to Akito’s annoyance.

“Face it Akito, you are what you hang out with! So that means you’re just as weird as the rest of us here. Sorry, Toya.”

Ena started laughing like a maniac when Akito stormed off with Toya, thanking you for putting her little brother in his place before heading to her night classes. Rui found your antics entertaining, you were so straightforward with your words and didn’t hold back, it felt refreshing.

“I don’t believe we’ve met before… who might you be?”

“F/N, F/N L/N. And I believe you’re Rui Kamishiro? I’ve heard about you from Akito and Mizuki. It’s nice to finally meet you.”

And that’s how it all started.

Tsukasa teases Rui about his crush often. He’ll call you over mid conversation with Rui just to see how he reacts. But he’s actually very smooth about it, carrying on a conversation with Tsukasa now including you very well and asking for your input.

When you tell Rui you do a lot of art, he starts asking for tips that can make his sketches of future projects look better. You’re slightly caught off guard that he immediately assumes you know so much, but appreciate it none the less.

Rui is always complimenting your art, even if it’s just a little doodle in class, he’s still telling you it looks perfect. You try to hide your embarrassment which barely works. His praise feels more important than other’s praise to you, so you try your best to make him notice any doodles you do in school or completed artwork.

You two also bond over how easily you can get absorbed in your work. Rui, who absorbs himself in all his robotic projects and you who absorbs yourself in your art. Both of you laugh at how much time passes without realizing once it’s finished. But in that same conversation, you remind each other it’s still important to take care of yourselves.

“As lovely as your art is, you’re needs should come first. Maybe next time you can set a timer to take a break?”

This is also how he finds out about your crave for attention and praise. You tell him that “breaks aren’t needed, but perfection is or else no one will notice.” He grows concerned by this, and promises that no matter how it looks he’ll be there to support your work.

That day you go home with a warm fuzzy feeling in your chest. ‘Even if it’s not perfect, he’ll still like it?’

After that conversation, you both came to realize how you really feel about each other. Rui wouldn’t simply always praise his other friends all the time for no reason, but he does with you. So why? Oh

You wouldn’t seek everyone’s opinion immediately after anything you do, Rui is always the first one you go to before anyone else. You weren’t like this before to anyone else, why now? Oh.

It took awhile, but you both realized!

You try to be subtle in your hints, lightly brushing your hand against his when you’re walking to the next class or slightly leaning towards him in a group setting. Rui however, is not subtle at all.

The hand brushes? He’s just going to take your hand in his. The leaning? He’s already putting his arm around you. And this guy keeps a straight face the whole time while you’re trying your hardest not to go red. It’s like a competition, who can make the other burst first?

On one of the days you’re both feeling bold, you’re practically glued to his side as he keeps an arm around your shoulder. Akito, Tsukasa, Mizuki, and An are all in the group as well while this is happening. And..

“So Rui, F/N, how long have you two been dating now?”

Mizuki’s question is what makes you both burst into red. Do you really look like you’re dating?

“Oh yeah, I’ve been wondering as well! You two just one day started holding hands and I kept forgetting to ask.”

Both you and Rui look at each other trying to think of what to say. Does this count as dating even if neither of you made it official?

“We’ve been together for a few weeks.” / “We aren’t dating.”

“…”

Did he really just say that? To everyone? You did not agree to this answer! Now what do you say? No matter what it’s going to make this a lot more awkward. You felt Rui staring at you as Akito cackled, getting the wrong idea that Rui just got rejected. Which of course, Rui knew this wasn’t true.

Rui swiftly leaned down to kiss you- right on the lips- which made everyone shocked, even Rui.

“Well it’s a mutual agreement now, yes? Akito, is it still laughing worthy?”

☾ - When Tsukasa told them that they would be collaboration with another unit he was already surprised because Tsukasa letting somebody be in the spotlight with him? Weird right

☾ - But when he had told them the name of the unit was the name of your unit he had a huge smile on his face because now you two would be able to hang out when you normally weren't able to because of practice!

☾ - The first practice you two had together actually went really well but it was a little crazy at first because of the ideas that you were all pitching and then there was always something wrong with it from either unit but eventually you two had found an idea that you both liked and decided that it was what you were gonna go with.

After you guys had finally found an idea that you both liked you guys started thinking of a song that would go really well with the idea that you had pitched. After what seemed like forever of searching you finally found a song that would match the theme and had a good tempo that wasn't too fast yet too slow that you could dance to, so once everybody had listened to it a couple times all of you started to make formations and started to work on choreo. About 3 hours later you had gotten through most of the choreo and ran though it a couple times (and took a video so that nobody would forget). When it was time to leave you and Rui had said your goodbyes and started to walk towards his house, as it was closer then yours was and after almost 4 hours of dancing you needed to get some sleep and let your feet rest. The next day you had practice again and about 2 days later it was time for the performance at phoenix wonderland! After the performance everybody was so tired but all the smiling people made the whole ordeal worth it, also your smiling boyfriend also made it worth it.<3

-Toya smiles to himself whenever you show him affection. Which is a lot. He can't help but feel happy when you give him a kiss on his cheek and it leaves a shiny pink mark.

-He's not one to give you lots of affection back but he does appreciate all the affection you give him. He loves the surprise hugs you give him.

-There's something about you always touching some part of him that makes him feel comforted in a way. It's like it's reassuring him that you won't leave him.

-Whether you lean on his shoulder or hold his face as you give him a quick kiss on his lips, he loves it all. His face betrays him when it has a light dusting of pink on his cheeks if you get teasing with your affection but he still enjoys it.

-Rui always acts so surprised that you give him random kisses or other forms of affection all the time. Key word, acts. He isn't actually surprised and has grown used to it but he finds it amusing to act as if you surprised him.

-He then follows up the false shock with light teasing, poking fun at you and asking for another to which you gladly give. He enjoys the affection thoroughly.

-Although not a physically affectionate person, he will sometimes return the favor to you after you've given him so much love already. Possibly through a spontaneous cuddle while you both hang out or a kiss as he passes you by in the hallway.

✧ Akito was probably going all around school, trying to find you panically, he didn't even care if you went to Miyamasuzaka, he HAD to find you, especially when he knows your disability and gentle heart

✧ it was probably when he heard your bullies laughing that you couldn't even run away properly... and something just switched in him...

✧ it's easy to say, he doesn't care if your bullies are boys or girls, he'll give them a little lesson anyway. But I'd they're girls, he'll go a bit lighter, not breaking their noses but just giving few bruises... They can do that to you, so why he can't?!

✧ after he deals with that, he asks Kohane/An to look for you around the school you go to and call him if they find you, while he goes look for you anywhere else

✧ his first thought would be to scan area around the school but when he doesn't find you there, he goes to your SEKAI and either Miku immidietly tells him where you are or he finds you himself

"Hey, hey, don't worry, it's me, yeah? Why didn't you tell me someone was giving you a hard time? I could give them a lesson or keep you company.. or ask someone I know to do that."

✧ he'll most likely hold you closely, trying his best to comfort you, letting his soft personality slip a bit

✧ and you bet either he won't take his eyes off you at school for even a second or you'll see Kohane or any of her friends every break, checking on you

✧ untill today when he clearly saw you running away to the nearest quiet spot you remembered

✧ he didn't wanted you to break under criticism so he of course intervened by having quick talk with your bullies, he won't throw fists but he might sneak in few problematic robots that'll get them into suspension~

✧ but coming back to you! He immidietly went to look for you, and when he saw you nowhere despite you just running in that direction, he immidietly knew to take a peek in your SEKAI

✧ he knows you well, so he trusts his intuition and current knowledge to lead him to the right place

✧ he's very worries and you can tell that by his voice and by the way his hands are always holding yours or embracing you gently

✧ and most importantly, you can tell he's sincere when he promises you he won't let you walk alone through corridors ever again, even if you're from Miyamasuzaka, he'll get Emu or some of his robots to keep you company

✧ he ran so fast to the opera, poor Lynette had to deal with shocked audience all by herself... he bought her favorite sweets and apologized later tho so she forgave him

✧ he on the other hand, couldn't even express how much he panicked, but you could probably hear it by the way his voice shaked upon yelling your name when he finally noticed you and how out of breath he was

✧ he'll place Pers on your lap and caress your arm in hopes to comfort you a little, as he listens to every word you decide to share with him

✧ but he keeps quiet about it and instead follows you to many places for few weeks out of worry about you. But he will stop if you tell him or if he notices it's bothering you

# rui kamishiro

being an outcast when he was younger, rui had never gotten the opportunity to experience romance — it was something he naturally casted aside. it wasn't necessarily something he hated, but rather the idea of it wasn't something he thought would be possible for him. until he met you, that was.

rui is obviously, completely fucking whipped for you. asking you out was a huge step for him. sure, it wasn't like he was completely scared of rejection, but rather the thought of losing your friendship due to his selfish feelings. or maybe the lingering thought that a post-outcast such as himself would never truly deserve the dedication of another person.

that aside, you'll constantly find his eyes lingering on you. rui is totally addicted to just looking at you. he loves the way your eyes light up when you're excited, or how your eyebrows furrow in a silly yet cute way when you're frustrated. anything you do, he loves to admire it.

constantly encouraging you. he will always sit down and try to figure out your problems with you, or simply just listen to you. no matter what decisions you make, he's there to cheer you on. he's a total motivator, the way he smiles at you and tells you to just "do what makes you happy" is enough to make you take on whatever issue you're dealing with head on!

he loves you soooo much :(

# akito shinonome

was not interested in romance at all 'till he met you. my god he thinks you're perfect, even if he would never admit it. it's obvious to tell regardless. he's constantly bringing you up in conversations where you aren't even relevant, or just rambling on about you unintentionally. an teases him and claims he's "gushing about his crush" — which he scowls at. but yea, he is!

this boy does noooot let you pay for anything. very fond of spoiling you with whenever he can. acts all annoyed but once he sees how interested you are in whatever you're eyeing, he folds. completely ignores you if you try to take your card out and pay first. "akito, let me pay for this." and you won't even get a response, he'll just look at the cashier 'n go "yeah ignore them." while handing over his card.

insists that he isn't clingy but holy shit this guy is always finding excuses to make skin contact. always wanting to hold you and kiss you, but def doesn't want to swallow his pride and ask so he makes up excuses 'n never lets go of you when he succeeds.

# toya aoyagi

constantly wins you plushies at the arcade. you have a massive pile on your bed from him accidentally winning little games. in exchange, you find little gifts you can give him in return! he treasures everything you gift him with all his heart.

toya is awfully dense. awful at making the first move or understanding how you feel, but he truly tries his best. therefore, arguments with him typically just end with him feeling bad within seconds and he'll give in. he cannot argue for shit, immediately resorts to taking the blame.

adding to that though, he's soooo soooo understanding and sweet. such a gentlemen, he would do anything for you if asked. he apologizes immediately if he feels he did something wrong or if you look upset, holds open doors for you and always reaches for your hand. type of guy to walk on the side of the road sidewalk for you yk.

# tsukasa tenma

really fucking dramatic about everything you do. simply going outside without any effort in your appearance? constant compliments. succeeding to do something no matter how minimum? constantly brings it up and praises you. he approves of everything you do he's your number one fan!

similar to akito — tsukasa is constantly gushing about you, whether its toward his sister or wondashow in general, he constantly finds a way to bring you up. if you're together with friends, he always tries to make you look cool in front of them or put all the attention on you. (which, admittedly, can get overwhelming at times. but he means no harm.)

constantly calling you silly nicknames he's made up in his head. his personal favorite is 'my star' for obvious reasons.

It was one of those rare days you spent, waiting in the living room while your boyfriend was occupied with his new inventions.

You know it was his passion for putting on great shows and you love them of course but sometimes... you just feel very lonely.

You slapped both of your cheeks unconsciously, leaving behind two reddish cheeks... just what the heck were you thinking?

"Haa... maybe I'm more tired than I thought..." scratching your head, displeased as you stand up from the sofa before picking up one of the many cushions.

he loves by telling you aggressively not to overwork, just because he seems distant doesn't mean he doesn't care about you. and then when you don't, he lightly scolds you, calling you stupid for not listening to him, but even after all that, he still takes care of you.

he loves by looking out for you. telling people to shut up because your sleeping— telling people to fuck off because you're getting uncomfortable and because he knows you're too nice to say anything.

he loves by treating you sometimes with his own hard earned money. akito wants to take you out with his own money. not anyone else's. refuses to buy anything for you unless it's with his money.

he loves by being attentive. you send a chat that you're tired, and he reads it immediately. you might think he ignored you but 7 minutes later he's outside your house with some snacks so he can help you with whatever your dealing with. he walks in before closing the door with the spare key you gave him, going inside your room saying, “i heard someone was stressed.”

toya is an interesting person, it's hard to tell what he's thinking, but besides that, you still love him.

he loves by giving you gifts as appreciation. we all know toya has a habit of literally winning a lot of stuff in arcades, so most of his winnings go mostly to you. you know, your plushies have their own bed now because of him.

he loves by reassuring you with anything and everything. telling you even when you're stuggling, bad times and good times, that he's still in love with you, even in arguments. tells you he'll still love you as you are whenever your too shy. tells you it's okay to make mistakes.

he loves by doing what he dislikes the most just for you. even if you never asked for it. you could say you love piano covers and suddenly he sends you a recording of him playing your favorite song on the piano even though it brings him unpleasant memories, he knows you'd never do something he doesn't like, but he can't help but do it for the person he loves.

tsukasa is a very, very energetic person. which makes him hard to get along with especially if you're an introvert.

he loves by making you smile almost always. how he goes the most goofiest shit just to see you smile. the lengths he goes just to see you happy. wxs calls him a simp, but who is he to deny that? even before you both start dating, his focus is always on you. and saki

he loves by always spending time with you. he's always with you to the point that when you two are seperated, something went wrong. but really, he's just really busy. even if he is busy, he always makes time for you, checkin up on you everyday, and gets worried when you don't reply.

rui is also an interesting person. you question him sometimes, but you still love him.

he loves by flirting with you. will stop if you're uncomfortable of course, but if you aren't, pickup lines are daily. and it isn't those weird cheesy ones. it's the ones that come out of no where. when you say something— he always has a pick up line to say. it's a 6th sense at this point.

he loves by listening to you. when you tell him to eat and stop being picky, he's pouting while eating vegetables. listening to you also means while you're sad. he's all ears. giving advice there and then unless you only want him to listen. and he's greatful that you're willing to share with him.

he loves by always willing to help you with anything. especially with robotics if you take it. he's really smart, you know. but he just.. doesn't use his smartness well if you know what I mean. if you two listen enough in class, then you two are definitely passing.

he loves by always noticing you when you're left out. he sees your trying to talk but other people keep interrupting. suddenly his voice gradually gets loulder when he says "ah wait [name], what were you trying to say?" always considering you even in moments like these, and you always appreciate it.

The past week has been confusing, draining, and overall shit. You took the day off from helping the troupe, which you normally don’t do as it feels sucky to ditch, to work on your overdue assignments. Then, there’s the haunting thoughts of the director himself. The way he had stepped in between you and that creep that one night still lingers at the forefront of your mind. His hand on your waist, the slight growl in his voice when–

Homework.

You groan and shove the heavy mathematics textbook shut, the loose-leaf paper filled with scribbles and sad attempts sticks out slightly. The only thing keeping you sane right now is your Lana playlist. The weight of that party’s events has been holding you down. Right after the whole incident occurred, Rui just went back to normal. Didn’t talk about the fact that he pretended to be your boyfriend. Didn’t talk about how his personality flipped. Didn’t talk about the obvious tension between you two now. It bothered you immensely, so much that you went to An and ranted about your troubles to her over a coffee. She said the same thing your other friends said: talk to him.

“That’s a lot harder to do than it sounds like, An.” You had said while distracting yourself with a sip of the hot latte.

“It’ll make you feel better. And have you ever thought about why this bothers you so much?”

“What?”

An sighs but leans forward, her chin resting on the palm of her hand, and a small smirk appears on her face. “Why would Rui pretending to be your boyfriend, holding you oh so close, then acting like he nothing happened bother you?”

“Stop implying what I think you’re implying.” She shrugs and then leans back against the seat again. “Just think about it.”

There’s no way in the entire universe that you could have feelings for Rui Kamishiro. He’s practically a coworker. A friend that you wouldn’t gossip with or rant to. He’s just Rui. A simple man with a slightly unhinged personality.

So why does he feel so highlighted in your mind?

You pause Spotify and swipe into your rhythm game that took the stress off of your mind, and the custom focus status you had set up appears as active. Studying wasn’t going to happen, and you sure as hell didn’t want to go out with any of your friends today, so rotting away playing a game would have to do.

That’s why you fail to see the text nofiication when you enter the game.

Time passes quickly and you’ve used up all your bonus energy on a few favorites. With a sigh, you exit the game and turn your phone off, tossing your headphones onto the bed for dramatic effect. It’s eighteen hundred and due to your parents working late, you could either scavenge ingredients or go grab some ramen from the nearby convenience store.

It’s obvious what anyone would do.

Your shoes slide on easily and you grab your keys and wallet, phone stationed in your back pocket for easy access. The door locks behind you but you don’t get far down the sidewalk when you crash into something.

Or, someone.

You look up and see familiar purple hair looming over you, an anxious feeling settling in your gut at the same time a fluttering one appears. Even your body was confused about how to feel about Rui.

“You never skip out on our brainstorming sessions,” He crosses his arms before raising a hand to cup his chin in a questioning manner.

“My studies…” You didn’t sound very convincing, not even to yourself.

He sighs and runs a hand through his hair. “Was it something I did? Did I finally manage to scare you off like everyone else?” His voice is teasing and playful, but when you look into his capturing eyes you can see the pain. The remainder of his childhood. How he thinks every relationship he has will end.

“What? No!” The words leave quicker than you would have liked them to. “I just–”

“You just?”

A raindrop hits your scalp first, then lands on your shoulders in faster successions. The both of you don’t seem to mind the sudden change of weather.

“You confused me, okay?” There it is, the admittance.

“How?”

Does he really not get it? Then you laugh to yourself realizing that men just don’t.

“How would you feel if I had made you feel all these wonderful and confusing things in the span of a few minutes, and then completely disregard it all without an explanation?”

He thinks for a moment. “I suppose I’d find myself in your situation.”

“Exactly. Rui, you…” The words don’t come naturally and you struggle to hide around the truth. The truth that you had just discovered. The truth is that you had feelings beyond friendship for him.

At this point, the rain had started to drench your hair and shirt. Rui’s jacket weighed down on him heavily, but he didn’t care. His focus and attention were plastered on you.

“Why did you do it?”

“Because I couldn’t let that asshole ruin your night like that.”

If you say this, it’s all laid out. If you say this, the conversation may go down a different route. “Then why pretend to be my date? Or boyfriend? Or whatever the hell you did!”

He freezes and a few droplets of water run down his face like makeshift tears. He blinks. “That bothered you?”

“Of course it did! You can’t just play with a girl’s feelings like that. Throw her into days of goddamn emotional turmoil and–”

Within a moment he steps forward to close the distance between you two. His hand tenderly comes down to hold your chin, pointing your face to look at his.

“You’ve been avoiding me because you have feelings for me?”

“Yes.”

He almost chuckles but spares you the embarrassment. “You’re a fool.”

But then he kisses you and it feels like the world exploded. All the confusion, all the turmoil, gone in an instant. Rui Kamishiro didn’t just leave you confused, he left you breathless.

TSUKASA TENMA —

Tsukasa might seem oblivious at first, but he’s absolutely concerned.

smile all you want, or don’t, he knows you’re toughing it out right now. he might pretend like he doesn’t know how you’re feeling, but you notice the way he avoids bombarding you with questions, or bringing you into unwanted conversations.

and as soon as you two are alone together he asks you quietly if you’re alright. or even if he has to pull you aside himself without pressuring you, he will 100% do so. he softens his tone, and shouts way less.

he knows how hard life is, and that sucks.

Tsukasa is more into talking about it to let it go rather than holding it in, and he’s very easy to talk to. he’s very expressive, and he’ll give you the best affirmations or advice you’ve ever heard. and it makes a world of a difference because you know he genuinely means anything he’s passionate about.

tell him anything and everything! it will stick with him, and only him. he’ll reassure you constantly, that everything will get better, and he’ll help you until that happens.

whether you were feeling worse than usual today, or even if it was for a while now, he meant every word of it. let him know what he can do, you both appreciate it equally.

so after confronting you about it he buys you your favorite snacks and drinks, and sets up a pillow fort near a tv to watch movies all night.

RUI KAMISHIRO —

Rui has a keen eye, you were acting quite different. maybe not to others, but Rui knows you better than that.

Rui immediately wraps you in the tightest embrace you’ve had in a while. you never seen him so serious unless it comes to you feeling bad.

he’s really worried that you think you’re bothering someone if you tell them problems you’re having.

because that’s absolutely wrong.

he straight up told you that you can bother him when you want all the time, he likes being bothered. only from you.

and if you wanna blow steam off by venting about it, or just simply relaxing he is down for whatever way you cope with it. as long as it’s healthy of course.

Rui literally doesn’t mind what you decide to do, he’ll accompany you, and you two can goof off or bask in comfortable silence with each other.

with your consent, he’ll vaguely tell the rest of WxS you’re having a bad day, and they’ll sing you a song. Emu definitely gives you a bunch of hugs as well.

he also made a Y/N plushie. you don’t know how, but it’s quite impressive. every time you’re feeling down, he brings the Y/N plushie out and mimics your voice. you can’t help but giggle, which makes Rui smile.

AKITO SHINONOME —

Akito observes if you looked a little gloomy. you absolutely refused to admit that you just weren’t feeling it that day, and Akito says you’re stubborn. call him a hypocrite or say he’s stubborn himself all you want, but he’ll just yawn and scratch his ear.

he brushes off anything planned for the rest of the week because you’re more important.

he’ll grab your hands and press a kiss to each of them, and asks you in the calmest voice you’ve ever heard from him if you wanna talk about anything on your mind really.

Akito is then stuck to your side for…life i guess. he is so clingy, you ask him to let you go because your arm was going numb, or its too hot, but that only makes him hug you tighter.

Akito offers to play games with you, you brighten up at the idea which makes him relieved. and even after he gets his ass whooped by you for the eleventh time, he’s irritated but not at you. how did you get so good at this game? but he’s happy that you’re laughing or smirking when you know you’re about to beat him once again.

Akito also likes to take you out at night to the park to go stargazing. it feels relaxing and peaceful, is what he claimed to be the reason for it.

And Rui’s eyes widens as he blushes, no words coming to his mind for once. He feels Tsukasa happily laugh as he pats Rui on his shoulder.

-Whips his head around when you jokingly smack his ass. Akito's about ready to tell someone off for doing that before he sees you with a big grin on your face, and all he can do is sigh at your childishness...

-Your teasing always gets to him. He tries his best to hide it but he can't help but feel embarrassed whenever you tease him for whatever reason. Whether it be as simple as teasing him for getting scared over something simple or just because he's too cute not to tease!

-He always acts so annoyed by your teasing and tells you to knock it off because it's so stupid but he actually finds himself enjoying that sort of attention from you. Oddly enough.. But he'll never tell you that.

-You can visibly see him flinch when he feels you smack his ass. Toya isn't sure how to feel when you do it randomly and probably tells you not to do that in public.

-Teasing doesn't have much of an effect on him. Rather, he feels like you're being endearing when you tell him how cute he is or tease him about being a pretty boy. He takes it all as a compliment usually.

-Besides that, teasing isn't something he's against especially if you're going to tell him such nice things! You think he's cute? That's so sweet of you to say!

-Genuinely almost yells out when you smack his ass. He makes more of a scene with his sudden scream than you did with the smack. It's a little embarrassing when a bunch of people all turn to look at you both because of the scream...

-It's a 50/50 for teasing Tsukasa. Sometimes your teasing really gets to him and you'll see a flustered Tsukasa for a change but other times he takes it as a compliment, declaring that of course he's cute!

-Rui visibly flinches like Toya when you smack his ass. Very uncalled for you know! You should warn him before you do something like that. Besides that, he also doesn't really prefer you to do it in public.

-Teasing him results with him teasing back though. You're making the situation playful so he's going to shoot back his own playful remarks at you!

-It's rare to see him flustered by teasing. You'd have to really catch him off guard for it to have an effect on him otherwise he'll simply give you that fox like smile as he shoots back a playful tease.

He was now on his one knee, holding your hand like pure gentleman with his left hand. This made you both happy and regretful for agreeing to help him... it's obviously very sweet to see him like this but it's also not helping your feelings for him... and you could swear you're blushing...

"Sweet Y/N...!"

But then he said your name... and you finally looked at him just to see him clearly in state of daydreaming, not stopping reciting next lines, so you had to stop him before he gives more hints than you can handle!

"Wait, wait... wasn't the second main character's name Juliet? Why did you say my name...?"

His face immidietly gained red hue and his hand didn't stop holding your gently. His eyes still looked focused on yours as if he haven't woke up from his dreamland, but his words told you his state was something completely else than you imagined...

You could only stare at him in slight shock... you didn't knew what to say and so did he. He was barely holding himself from turning it into a play someway... but he repeated one sentence in his head, "go big or go home", if he blurted it out, might as well go along?

When you finally arrived at the Wonder Stage, you saw him tinkering with the robot, untill he heard someone's footsteps... his mood immidietly lighting up once he saw it's you!

"You're finally here! And I see you got my coat with you~ I can't express how glad I am for your help~"

"Don't mention it! You offered me a free ticket for that so how could I've said now?!"

He chuckled and finally came over to get his coat back, which you gave him back. And in another second, he had it on!

"But still, you're a great person for bringing it to me at THIS HOUR."

"Awh~ Don't you melt here or I'm gonna melt too!"

You couldn't brush off how sweet it was and opened your arms for quick friendly hug, since you clearly had a bit of appreciation moment going on.

"No, I mean it... you're such a sweetheart... I really couldn't avoid falling for you~"

"Huh-? What?"

After your questioning, he finally got a hang of himself pulling away with faint blush, clearly not knowing what to do. But his first reflex was to lie...

"I-I mean..."

But he seemed to stop himself... he realized lying would only make it last longer... so he decided to pull himself together, take big breath in and take the risk.

"Yes... I'm really sorry. I'm aware this is probably gonna break our friendship but... I indeed did fell for you..."
