hello 👋 I hope you had a wonderful day !! , can I please request People from SDV, SVE and RSV react to the Farmer snap , the Farmer snap because somebody had hurt their love ones and their friends or somebody could had done something stupid that could had got them hurt with the others and the farmer save them before that could happen, maybe there was an argument that escalated to far too ,the farmer having enough didn’t yell in anger but remain calm and cold and somewhere quiet with the blinks stare in their face, making the whole situation feel unsettling and cold by just a few words and the farmer quickly apologize going back to their usual self , because to be honest do you really want to fight with the person who have the power of defeating army’s of monsters and doing some crazy things with it too!! , I hope you have a wonderful day 😃.

"You're dead, man. Rest in pepperoni." Oh, trust me, the famous trio of Abigail, Sam and Sebastian know very well how fierce and menacing Farmer can be. And Farmer don't even need to yell for that, just the sight of them makes the blood freeze in their veins. Sam remembers that he once suggested a stupid and dangerous venture to Abby and Sebby, and though no one got hurt, Farmer scolded Sam a lot. So the idiot who was an asshole for Farmer's partner is very unlucky.

Oh, a free show? Great, 'cause Pam's TV just broke, so that scandal will keep her busy. She'd rather listen to Farmer put some out-of-town punk in his place than try to find something interesting to do in a trailer. True, if Farmer's injured friend is her daughter, Penny, then Pam will take part in a heated discussion with all the fury and profanity herself.

The way the Farmer had snapped loudly and unexpectedly at the idiot tourist during the Stardew Fair, who - unbelievable! - was offering Jas, Vincent, and Leo a cigarettes (a cigarettes?!) made the poor kids wince and squeeze closer together. Without stopping to wince, they watched as Farmer chased the frightened tourist away. But then the Farmer's angry look immediately softened as they turned to the children and offered to treat them to ice cream. The young Farmer was a little embarrassed and guilty that he was swearing right in front of the kids (Jas almost cried). But the delicious ice cream helped the kids forget about this unpleasant moment.

Oh, Shane's just in time to sneak a packet of crisps in his hoodie from the Jojamart warehouse, because the way the Farmer just morally destroys some out-of-town loader/colleague from Joja is a real show that won't end any time soon. And there's just the right snack to crunch on - like in the cinema! Even cheers for Farmer when Shane hears the reason for their snap. Hell yeah, fuck em up, Farmer.

Depending on the situation itself, Robin and Demetrius will behave slightly differently. Of course, they are surprised by Farmer's sudden outburst of rage, but when they both recognise the reason for it, they will side with Farmer, remaining fairly calm. If the idiot nearly hurt Maru and Sebastian, Robin herself will be as furious as a mama bear, and her husband (and other random people present) will now have to contain the rage of two people already. Nobody mess with Robin's children.

Harvey was extremely surprised that such a calm person like Farmer could get so furious with someone. Local doctor of the Pelican Town could understand why Farmer was so upset, but it was unnecessary to make such a loud scandal, whatever that stranger does.

June has seen a lot of different people in his time playing the piano. And so it is now, at Ridgeside Village. Most of the people who walk through the main lobby of the hotel are nice and quiet, with a few rude types. However, the hotel visitor that nearly pushed Farmer's friend down the stairs was simply out of line. It's a good thing that Farmer themselves happened to be nearby and were able to stop the rascal. June is not a fan of scandals and didn't really understand the reason for the whole situation, but even he is pleased when the scoundrel got what he deserved for his disgusting act. Well done, Farmer.

Richard doesn't know what made Farmer snap at one of his hotel guests like that, but will ask them to deal with everything outside his hotel. Sorry Farmer, nothing personal, but the other guests are nervous about the tense situation.

Marlon and Lance had to work hard to calm the unexpected anger of the ever-calm Farmer and keep them from hurting one foolish upstart from Castle Village. Both adventurers can understand their young fellow adventurer, but also remind the Farmer of the rules and code they swore an oath to when they stepped into the adventurer's shoes, and one of those rules is to protect people, not harm.

Oh, man... The same rude teenager who decided to tease and insult Vincent is now listening to the tirade of not only a furious Farmer, but also Jodi, joined by her friends Caroline and Olivia. The moms of the town are not surprised by Farmer's rage, they themselves would lose their temper if someone was hurting the local children (especially if they were their own son/daughter!).

Magnus doesn't usually use magic to intimidate. But the case in which a pale Morgan was hiding behind Wizard's back was the exception. The Farmer may have been the first to stand up for Morgan when some creep started bullying the kid, but Magnus would be the one to have the last word, giving the bully a good lesson. A couple of flying fireballs were enough to make the insolent man cowardly run away. Morgan has no need to be afraid, as neither their friend Farmer nor their teacher Magnus will let the child be bullied. Wizard is not surprised why Farmer snap, he would do the same.

Both Penny and Maru were naturally displeased when some idiot tourist threw a soccer ball at the two of them. But the girls even felt a little sorry for this tourist, when Farmer, in a fit of worry for Penny and Maru, and rage, frightened the idiot so much that it seemed that dumbass was about to cry.

To be honest, Jio, Daia and Kiwi are a bit disappointed. Why? Because they thought they would finally see the true power and fighting skills of the Farmer, the savior of Spirit Realm, because they have never once seen Farmer in battle. The young hero was masterful at using mere words to make the enemy retreat and apologize for bullying Farmer's friends, but Belinda's followers expected a battle. Sigh, boriiiiing...

Sophia and Victor don't know what they were more afraid of: the big bully who teased the pink-haired girl, and Victor too (as he was trying to protect Sophia), or Farmer, who drove the big guy away from them with the fury of a honey badger. They clearly hadn't expected that the Farmer could be so... intimidating. But Farmer is still a Farmer, after they returned to Victor and Sophia and apologized for the sudden outburst of aggression.

Considering that Louie and Ariah was being, to say the least, sometimes not very polite (mostly Louie) but calling them such words was clearly unnecessary on the part of some rich guest. Young Amethyne was even more surprised to realize that someone other than their family and servants were defending them. And with such fury. A Farmer?

Speaking of his family: of course Maive will not tolerate such behavior from her guests, and therefore, having found out the reason, she will kick the insolent guest out of her mansion. The Farmer will stay, but Madame will give them a stern and warning look, saying, "Don't try her patience." Sonny and Irene thank Farmer for standing up for Louie (albeit a little aggressively).

hey babes! could you do an imagine like the times ryder has been sick throughout the years? i remember in one it said since he was born so early he didn't have a proper immune system.

Thanks for the ask!

So as I have mentioned in Ryder’s birth story, he was born prematurely and didn’t have a proper immune system.

Let's get this ask started with some general headcanons: 

Ryder had a compromised immune system since birth. But that didn't mean that he was getting sick all the time.

Nico and Will are the kind of parents who take all the precautions they can to keep their kids safe. They were just extra careful during flu season.

From one point onwards, Ryder started building his immunisation with vaccines and all that, so he wasn't in a life threatening situation every time he was getting sick.

Also, he has Nico's IDGAF state of mind, and after a while he was just unfazed to having a fever or a malady.

First time

he was still in the hospital/ meneghitis

Apollo actually ‘blessed’ him and got cured.

Until that happened, Will and Nico were absolutely terrified because the whole situation was out of their hands and they didn't like the fact that their baby boy was suffering.

3 months

It’s February. Bianca is in preschool and it's officially flu season.

Will and Nico are both terrified about both of their kids getting sick (especially Ryder).

Bianca had a strong immune system and had managed to not get sick since she was born (Solangelo considered that a parenting win).

They tried explaining to her that she can't hold her baby brother without washing her hands and being careful, but she couldn't fully comprehend it.

Still, they managed to make it through his first winter without any accidents except for a small fever.

One-year old

The following year Bianca had gotten the RSV from preschool and brought it home.

It was a fun week.

Nico got it from her and Ryder got it from him.

Will aka Mr Perfect immune system that tolerated all viruses ended up taking care of everyone in the house.

Nico was too sick to even throw him a tissue box.

Nico who was feeling better by day two, he took care of Bianca while Will handled Ryder.

He was terrified of how Ryder's lack of immunity would treat the virus. He was watching after him 24/7 to the point Nico was sure he would pass out from sleep deprevition.

"You're his bodyguard at this point." "I'm also his doctor. And your doctor as well. So, as your doctor I'm tellng you to check on our daughter."

Bianca had a high fever for 4 days and couldn't fall asleep at all. Nico managed to soothe her by reading to her 'grown-up' books. Did it exhaust the hell out of an already sick Nico? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely.

Chicken noodle soup was the saviour of the week.

4-years-old

Ryder got an ear infection.

They weren't sure from where he got it, but Will speculated that he was sick before flying back from Texas and the flight made it worse for him.

First, it was in his right ear even though he kept telling Will that it was his left, as baby Ry was afraid of needles and he didn't want his ear to hurt even more.

In the end it didn't matter as the infection got to his left ear as well.

He had clinged onto his dads, and he kept pressing his finger on his ear to make the pain go away.

He also got the best hugs from his older sister. She insisted on staying with him and reading him books all night.

It was the first time he remembers being sick.

5-years-old

Set the scene. Will, Nico, Annabeth, Percy, the Stolls, Clarisse, Rachel, Reyna, Frank, Hazel and Piper WITH their kids all in the lake house for the week of fourth of July. And suddenly, one by one they start getting the flu. IN JULY.

The only people that didn't get the flu were Nico, Annabeth, Malcolm, Bianca, Zoe and Jasmine.

And they were all too sick to even get out of there, so they were all sick together.

Will suprisingly caught it, and he was stunned about it. He hated being sick and unable to take care of the people he loved.

It also messed his OCD, but Nico knew how to make him feel better.

They were both a bit more concerned as Ryder was in high risk and Jasmine was 5 months old, but despite the discomfort he didn't seem that distressed.

He was rooming with Theo and Eliot and until this day if you ask him, them sick week together -despite how gross it sounds- it's one of the most memorable moments of his life.

I know you didn't ask but Zoe and Bianca were Jasmine's guards and had vowed not to let Bianca's baby sister to get sick.

8-years-old

The year of the trifecta. Meaning: 10-year-old Bianca, 8-year-old Ryder and 5-year-old Jasmine got tonstilitis.

First, Jasmine caught it and passed it to Bianca who later passed it to Ryder. It took almost 3 weeks for their house to be without any sick kids.

Ryder ended up going to the hospital as he was dehydrated from his fever and he couldn't talk from the exhaustion.

But everything worked out in the end.

10 to 15 years old

He got sick every year, but it was mostly just the flu which had gotten a routine to him at that point in his life.

He also learned that he had to be careful and take care of himself all year long.

He's really self sufficient and he likes to work on his own and not depend on others.

15-years-old

Ryder had gotten whooping cough from one of his teammates that spread it to the entire basketball team.

He felt like he was dying. During that point of his life he had broken bones, pulled muscles, gotten his appendicitis removed and is a veteran to the whole hospital departement.

Bianca was also not helpful as she had her AP exams and was a known germaphobic.

Ryder respected both of those facts and despite feeling like shit, he remained in his bedroom. He didn't mind that much as he knew that Bianca was as concerned or even more than their parents about his health.

She brought him chicken noodle soup from their favourite diner, and baked him a batch of brownies. She also talked to him through FaceTime almost the whole day.

The only thing that annoyed him was that he had a hard time after starting to play basketball again.

16-years-old

It was the night before scouts would come to watch their game.

Ryder had tried the whole “I’m fine” routine which translated to “I’m three movements away from passing out, throwing up or both.”

That didn't work with Nico and Will.

And there he was, bed-riden on one of his most important days of his life.

He had a whole conversation about it with Nico as it was eating him up.

He felt like he was in a horrible position by being so vulnerable to every virus that was around him.

Nico told his that it didn't make his weaker, but it was a difficulty he had to overcome in order to reach his full potential. He also promised him that the older he would get, the less annoying the random sicknesses would get.

18-years-old

Ryder is in college when he got pneumonia.

He obviously has too much pride to call home and tell his overprotective parents that he had gotten sick.

He also can't call Bianca who would get hysteric and drive a walk-in hospital to him.

It was also that week in the semester where everything is empty as everyone gets in the exam period mood.

And Theo was bored of Massachussets so he decided to keep his best friend company.

Which meant Theo was being passive agressive and making his life even more miserable :) The best thing that had happened to Theo was when Ryder got too unbothered to even flip him off.

But, in all seriousness, Ryder was grateful for Theo's spontenous trip to his college dorms.

Auds long time no see! I've missed you😍 Did you do something fun for Halloween? I have a quick headcanon question for you today- What do you think Ian's first thoughts about Mickey's knuckle tattoos were? Do how do you think Mickey feels about his tattoos over time?

Hey hey!! I have missed you too 🧡

Luckily, I took my son trick or treating at a local park earlier in the month because he got tricked for Halloween and got RSV, so it's been... interesting.

How was yours??

Hmmm, Ian's very first thought about Mickey's knuckle tattoos was probably: *eye roll* Wow, soooo original. <-heavy sarcasm obviously.

I think this because in the beginning, besides hiding from Mickey to avoid a beat down, Ian didn't really like Mickey... like... at all. And he did have reasons.

Mickey stole from the store, constantly. And because of this fact, Linda not only brings a gun into the mix, but she also installs security cameras... much to Ian's and Kash's horror.

Mickey punched Kash. And let's face it, the cold hard truth is that baby boy Ian legitimately has feelings for Kash in the beginning. So much so that he got super pissed and (surprise, surprise) acted irrationally on getting the gun back. However, we all know now that it was his destiny to do so, so we'll forgive him.

This one isn't really seen in the show but I do think, from the looks we get from Ian, that he sees Mickey as a little arrogant asshole in the beginning. Sure, I'd say he was attracted to him, no doubt, but Mickey used his status to intimidate and I think it annoyed Ian

Now onto how Mickey feels about his tattoos over time.

Honestly, I think it's a difficult thing for him sometimes. Like, he can go to therapy, he can learn that he's "so much better than that" but, those letters are always there. And how hard would it be to live with a constant reminder of the life you tried so hard to dissappear in, right in front of your face?

Mickey's strong. Solid. We know this, but I think in the gentle moments he has, the normal things he does everyday... I think that's when they hit him hard.

When he's making dinner for his family, he sees the letters and remembers what it was like only having a jar of peanut butter and moldy bread for a week because Terry used their grocery money to buy drugs instead.

When he's tucking their kid into bed after reading the same book four times because their kid loves when Mickey "does the voices"... he remembers when he asked his mom to read to him but Terry answered for her, saying Mickey "didn't need a fucking story. Go to sleep!" He fell asleep to slaps and tears instead.

When he's driving alone, a late night run to get diapers or meds or maybe even something Ian forgot to pick up for dinner, he remembers being seven, shoved in his father's car to go on a run because cops wouldn't suspect kids to be dealing. He was so scared but knew he couldn't show it. That was probably the first time Mickey felt defeated. Like, this is it. It won't get any better.

But, it did get better.

Because even with all those horrible memories, the tattoos remind him of good things too.

Of the first time he kissed Ian. Hands shaky, knees weak. It was his first kiss with anyone and it had been perfect, even though he got shot in the ass a few minutes later.

They also remind him of the first time their kid asked to hold his hand. To feel safe with Mickey because they could. Their tiny fingers traced the letters and grinned up at him. "I like these, Daddy. I'll never lose you because you're different than all the other dads... in a good way!"

In. a. good. way.

Mickey almost died on the spot.

So, yes. Some days it's rough. Memories overload his mind and make him sad for the little boy he once was.

But other days are easier. Softer. Because he's allowed. Because, yes, they're permanent marks that will always be there but they're also small reminders that he survived, he can be happy, and that he's wanted... in a really good way.

Oh, poor Ian doesn't know what to do with his feelings. He tries to compliment them, to start a conversation, he even asks Sean for advice, but as soon as he opens his mouth in front of the Farmer, the words stick in his throat and his cheeks turn red. Sure, Ian occasionally gives Farmer wooden figurines he's made himself and always smiles genuinely at their appearance, but it's a bit difficult for him to flirt. 5/10, he's really trying, give this kind and shy fella a chance.

June's situation is quite interesting. The talented pianist will easily start a dialogue with the object of his adoration, but sometimes conversations can go so far that June forgot that he invited Farmer for a cup of coffee to ask if they were single, and ended up giving a whole lecture about the proper roasting of coffee beans. If Farmer didn't find these stories boring, but rather the opposite, June will be able to seduce Farmer with good flirt, and they'll both wait half a season for the two of them to go on a date again. 7/10.

Like a noble prince from famous fairy tales about beauties (well, technically, he is a prince), Zayne will demonstrate a real art in sophisticated flirting. The young man is very well-mannered, kind, a bit modest and always polite, so it won't be difficult for him to seduce the object of his affection. 9/10, almost perfect!

All right kids, stand back. For now Jeric is about to show that he is the master of the successful compliment! The young farmer and fancy dress enthusiast has a natural charm that few can resist. At times he may blush a little in front of Farmer and forget what he wanted to say, but for the most part he's a very good flirt. 7/10, very good.

I'm sorry Jio, but you won't win Farmer's favour with constant snapping and all sorts of rude words. And it would be justified (not really) if he and Farmer were strangers, but Farmer is almost going to give him a bouquet, and the grumpy elf sends them away. Sure, he'll shower the Farmer with compliments in Elvish and show his soft side. But before that... 0/10, no offence, Jio. Sharp-eared tsundere bitch.

Even with his injury, Shiro doesn't miss the opportunity to invite Farmer for a walk on the beach, where he shows them his heartfelt flirtation. Shiro really enjoys Farmer's company, finding them to be a very attractive and nice person, and if Farmer is okay with his advances, he will continue. 8/10, a very good flirtation on an emotional connection.

To be honest, Anton is still having a hard time pulling himself together after failed wedding, career collapse and other hardships to believe in himself again. Even though he has a lot of interest for Farmer, Anton still can't bring himself to start flirting. And should he, because he thinks no-one wants him. It's not true, but... *sigh* 2/10, there were some attempts. Anton is a romantic man, he just needs to believe in himself.

Kenneth's flirting is perhaps the most unusual. Due to his slight shyness and desire to surprise Farmer, he will send his robot to say compliments and give letters. It's quite nice... until the robot malfunctions. Then the electrician will quickly apologise and try to make conversation. Kenneth and his unusual flirting was to their liking. 6/10, quite good, the important thing is that the robot doesn't malfunction again and start a fire.

For a rather emotionally reserved person who has a difficult and responsible job, Bryle behaves quite romantically. Classic flirting and courtship are assured for the Farmer. He is quite confident in his winning ways, and if Farmer responds to his endeavours, the bodyguard will slowly reveal himself to them. 7/10, there are a couple of flaws but overall very good!

How can you not love a golden retriever? And how about a man who is as kind and good as a retriever? Who is so good that you want to cuddle him and listen to him babble endlessly about comic books? That's what I'm saying. 6/10 for Phillip, this man hasn't started flirting yet but has already achieved the flirt points and hearts of many, including Farmer (I'm judging everyone fairly, of course).

When Sean begins his mission to gain the Farmer's interest in his person, he will appear in their sight more often, each time offering to take a break, play video games, or prank with the kids. When hanging out frequently, he is more interested in getting to know the Farmer better, remembering to compliment their appearance or how cleverly they pranked someone. A playful flirtation that not only works, but earns 7.5/10 points. Great job, Sean!

RSV bachelorettes (+unlovable):

Daia flirted with Farmer even when they both barely knew each other. How does Farmer even need to figure out now if her intentions to start a relationship are serious or just another joke? Regardless of the teases with double meanings though, Daia has started acting like a humble and fragile girl around Farmer. So after all, her intentions have gotten serious. 10/10, she is good at flirting, even too good...

Flor can't flirt. Period. She's too insecure and very shy, constantly hiding her face behind a book and stuttering at the sight of someone she's partial to. I'd like to say Flor will try to compliment her, but... nope. 0/10, It's up to the Farmer themselves to make the first move.

With her beautiful voice, with which you can serenade people, Alissa could conquer anyone who came to her heart... if she wasn't so insecure and shamed by her own voice. Such potential - and not to use it, how can you do that! So she's pretty humble, so 4/10, a bit stilted, but the attempts are there.

"My name is Blair, I'm your future wife!" And the young fisherwoman knows how to properly meet people.... Ok, ok, it was a joke from her, but Blair shows herself confident enough to flirt with Farmer when she have romantic feelings for them. During the courtship, she can tease Farmer, easily making them blush. 6/10, quite good actually

Shared pastimes and fun are Paula's main trump card in winning the heart of the much-loved Farmer. The head doctor of Ridgeside Village has decided to be herself and spend more time with the object of her affection, creating truly beautiful moments for the two of them, not forgetting to hint at them her romantic feelings. She does it very professionally, by the way, as if she was trained somewhere. 7/10, you can do it, doctor!

To tell the truth, Corine's romantic interest is sometimes hard to recognize. Most likely, it is in this way, with emphasized delicacy, without pressure, she will woo the chaotic Farmer. Not to say that the girl is a master at it, but not a novice either. She is not usually the initiator of the conversation, so she may stutter a little at the sight of the reason for her crush. If Farmer starts the conversation first, the girl will be more confident. 5/10, basically okay.

Oh, Ysabelle will giggle and flirt with Farmer behind the counter at the hotel the whole time. You can tell right away that when she's flirting with them, her speech is softer, deeper and not very loud. She is quite skillful in using her entire arsenal in terms of flirting. 7.5/10 (7/10 if her Grandpa starts teasing her lightly and the girl immediately blushes and her attitude gets thrown off because Grandpa, don't make her blush in front of the Farmer!).

Does anyone remember how Irene's cheeks were the color of tomatoes at the sight of Zayne, and her own voice betrayed her and she constantly squeaked at the mention of the same future head of the Amethyne family? Well, she has an even harder time with Farmer. Irene used to be able to have friendly conversations with them, but when her amorous gaze is now fixed on Farmer, it's... yeah. 5/10, flirting is hard for her now, but trying to get their love through delicious desserts worked.

Faye very skillfully demonstrates a model of extroverted behavior. She jokes with Farmer, does not skimp on compliments and tries to establish physical contact: to touch his shoulder, take their hand. At times she can get distracted by talking a lot, but her flirting is very good. 7/10, give her a little time and she will charm them quickly.

Flirting is not Kiarra's thing. She would probably just tell that she likes Farmer very much, not only as a friend. She's used to telling people the truth to their faces, and thinks there's no point in flirting and creating an illusion for herself. You could ask them straight out, because what if they already have a partner? 0/10, she's an honest girl, but don't even count on a show of flirting before Farmer says their feelings are mutual.

I'd like to say that Maddie could compete with Jio for the title of "tsundere of the year", but after getting to know Farmer better and trusting them, she doesn't behave the same way anymore. Yes, occasionally, she can be rude again, pushing Farmer away, but this has become less and less frequent, and all her grumbling about Farmer being "clingy" has died down. Still, flirting is pretty hard for her. 4/10, she's still trying her best.

How They Show Their Love (RSV Bachelors Edition)

♡ A/N: This was written in a day after only playing SDV for 60+ hours over the past two weeks. I hope you enjoy! ❤

Ian

Giving: Acts of Service

Ian knows no better way to show his love for his loved ones than by making himself useful through sheer hard work and this definitely reflects in his relationship with you. He will always want to know how he can be of service to you around the farm or if he can run any errands for you - just because he wants to be helpful to you and to remove any burdens he can off your shoulders.

You’d just returned home from a day at the mines to find the entire house sparkling from top to bottom, a delicious warm meal waiting for you. Ian was in the middle of watering the pots of flowers you’d put around the house as decorative pieces. “Welcome home! I was just finishing up some chores I thought I could help out with,” Ian said with a cheerful smile.

Seeing how happy he was being helpful, you didn’t have the heart to tell him they were plastic flowers. You’d just have to replace them with real ones.

Receiving: Words of Affirmation

Ian has many insecurities, from his impoverished background to his lack of a proper education. Hearing from you that he has you by his side to support him in overcoming these insecurities will mean the absolute world to him. Reassurances from you that you believe that he is indeed capable of whatever it is he is trying to do, be it learning how to read and write or his woodworking skills, will also help keep him motivated to continue trying his best to improve his skills.

It was a quiet morning on the farm. You were putting together iridium sprinklers as a favour for Alissa while Ian sat on the couch, a book he’d borrowed from the library open on his lap. Not having had the opportunity to have a proper education, Penny had suggested he start learning how to read and spell simple words with children’s fairy tales. He’d chosen Cinderella as the first book he’d tackle.

You were just packing up the last sprinkler when you heard a quiet sniffling. You quickly got to your feet and approached Ian who was sitting hunched over on the couch with his face hidden from view, asking worriedly “Ian? Are you okay, babe?”

Ian quickly ran the back of his hand across his face before he looked up with an obviously forced smile and said “I-I’m fine.” You sat down on the couch next to him and waited patiently till Ian found the courage to continue speaking “I...I just feel so stupid. Vincent and Jas can read this stuff but I can’t even make it past the first page.”

Upon saying that, Ian burst into uncontrollable sobs. You put your arms around him and pulled him into a hug, letting him cry out the frustration. It was only when the tears seemed to cease that you spoke “Ian, these things take time. You’re not going to be able to pick up reading and spelling in a day.”

You pulled away from the hug and put both your hands on his cheeks, forcing him to look at you. The tearful expression on his face almost made you weep as well but you stayed strong for him. You continued speaking “You’ll get the hang of it in time, I promise. You’re the most hardworking man I know and you are definitely not stupid. You’ll overcome this just like you’ve overcome everything else except now, I’ll be by your side helping you too. Alright?”

Ian nodded slightly and a smile finally lit up his handsome face. He looked down at the book still laid open on his lap for a moment before turning back to you, asking shyly “Will you please read with me? Only if you’re not still busy with the sprinklers.”

Jeric

Giving: Words of Affirmation

You’ll never feel insecure with this man around! He may throw around compliments like they cost nothing but you can be rest assured that he means every word of it when it comes to you. If ever there comes a time where you’re feeling a bit down and need a pick-me-up, Jeric will be there with a cup of your favourite drink and sweet words to go with it.

“Here you go, beautiful. Tell me what’s wrong now,” Jeric said as he settled down on the floor beside you, handing you a mug of hot chocolate. You accepted the mug from him and after a sip, explained that you sometimes went through periods of insecurity.

Jeric put an arm around your shoulders and squeezed you gently, planting a kiss on the top of your head. He said “Baby, you’re the most gorgeous person I have ever met. You’re kind, generous, beautiful - all the positive adjectives vocabulary has to offer. You have nothing to feel insecure about.”

You didn’t reply but had just rested your head against his chest, closing your tearful eyes.

As he held you in his arms, Jeric decided then that it was his mission to remind you every day how stunning you are until you began to believe it too.

Receiving: Quality Time

Jeric LOVES spending time with you. He’ll use any and all excuses to follow you around as you do your daily chores. If this is early on in your relationship, it’ll be because he wants to get to know you better (as mentioned in his dialogue in RSV’s NPC Adventures). If it is after you’ve been dating/married for a while, it’ll be because he misses you and just craves having your comforting presence around him. He tries to not appear clingy but internally, he would drop anything to be with you 24/7.

“Awww, what do you mean I can’t come with you?,” Jeric pouted as he watched you get your gear together for a trip to the Skull Caverns. You’d been planning this for the past week and Jeric had been constantly dropping hints that he wanted to join you ever since you brought it up.

You placed the last box of cherry bombs into your backpack and looked up at Jeric with an apologetic smile. “It’s too dangerous, baby. I’ll be back before you know it, okay?,” you said, leaning up to give him a quick kiss on his lips.

Jeric walked you to the bus stop and waved goodbye, trying not to show his disappointment. By the time the bus was out of view, Jeric had made up his mind. He’d go to the Adventurer’s Guild and ask Marlon there to train him to use a sword. Then, you’d have no reason not to let him go with you!

Shiro

Giving: Quality Time & Acts of Service

After all Shiro has been through, he has come to appreciate every minute that he gets to spend with his loved ones. Shiro cherishes the evenings he gets to spend with you even if you’re just curled up in front of the television under warm blankets or individually doing your own things in each other’s presence.

Shiro also shows his love by trying to be as useful as he can be despite his disabilities. If you cook dinner, Shiro will wash the dishes. If you put the laundry into the washing machine and dryer, Shiro will fold your clothes and put them neatly into their respective drawers. Teamwork is key in this relationship!

You were sitting on the couch, glancing in the direction of the kitchen every now and then. Shiro had insisted that you get some rest after a long day of farming while he put together some treats for you. He had been progressing well during his physical therapy sessions according to Phillip but it still didn’t stop you from watching out for him, just in case.

Shiro slowly walked out into the living room, carrying a tray that held a bowl of popcorn and two cups of hot chocolate. He laid the tray onto the table in front of the couch and sat down beside you, trying not to show any signs that the effort had tired him out. “Thank you, babe,” you said appreciatively, cuddling up to him and giving him a kiss on the cheek.

“It’s the least I can do for you when you work so hard every day,” Shiro said with a smile, kissing you gently on the lips. He put his arm around you and rested his cheek on the top of your head as you flipped through the channels on the television, relishing in the comfort you brought him just by being beside him.

Receiving: Words of Affirmation

Shiro is often concerned that you would get bored of being with him since he can’t do very much due to his disabilities. Whenever he worries about this, he starts to second-guess your relationship and wonders whether you would be better off dating someone else who would be able to give you experiences that he personally can’t until he recovers completely.

Shiro will genuinely appreciate it when you reassure him that that is not the case and you wouldn’t want to be with anyone else but him. He may need you to repeat it every once in a while but Shiro just wants to be sure that you’re happy.

“Y/N, are you...happy?,” Shiro had asked one morning while you two were having breakfast. You looked at him in surprise, wondering what had prompted him to ask such a question.

You put down your cutlery and reached across to take his hand into yours, giving it a gentle squeeze. “Of course I’m happy, Shiro. I’ve got everything I could ever ask for - a loving husband, a beautiful home and a thriving farm. Why do you ask?,” you said with a questioning smile.

Shiro averted his gaze from you and said nervously “I just sometimes worry that you’ll get bored of me. You know, since I can’t do very much…” His cheeks were flushing a light pink and you could hear the slight tremble in his voice as he spoke.

You gently rubbed the top of his hand with your thumb as you said assertively, making sure he was looking at you “Shiro, look at me. You are the one and only man I have ever and will ever love. I could never become bored of you. Okay?”

Shiro nodded with a small smile and you knew that while appeased for now, he still had doubts in his mind. But you didn’t mind. You would reassure him over and over again if Shiro needed you to because you loved him with all of your heart.

Kenneth

Giving: Acts of Service

Kenneth will insist on coming up with some sort of machine that will help you to fully automate the farming process, from watering to harvesting. While he works on that though, Kenneth will do his best to help you with little chores around the farm even though he’s not familiar with this area. At the end of the day, he just wants to help reduce your workload so you won’t have to be so stressed.

“Come to bed, honey. That can surely wait for tomorrow?,” you said as you wrapped your arms around Kenneth from behind. He had been working all day in his study, trying to finish his automated harvesting machine. It was the start of Fall tomorrow and he wanted it to be ready by then.

Kenneth looked up with a tired smile and said “I just want this done in time for tomorrow. I’m really close this time, I can feel it!” The two of you never brought it up after it had happened but the last time, his machine had almost burned down the crops after exploding nearby. You were remaining optimistic that Kenneth would figure it out eventually however.

“The seeds will literally only be going into the ground tomorrow, love. Harvesting won’t be for another couple weeks or so. You have plenty of time,” you assured him. That didn’t seem to persuade Kenneth so you had to resort to your final move. You slyly whispered into his ear “How would you like to help me by planting a different kind of seed tonight?”

Kenneth’s face flushed a deep red and he cleared his throat, saying as he hurriedly shoved his tools away into their respective places on his desk “W-Well, you know I always love to help!”

Receiving: Physical Touch

Living on his own on the outskirts of Ridgeside Village with not many people he would call a close friend, it’s not surprising that Kenneth is absolutely touch-starved. He will come up with a plethora of excuses to touch you throughout the day, and Yoba forbid you try to leave the bed in the mornings before Kenneth has had his fill of cuddles. Feeling you in his arms just makes his relationship with you feel more real (he constantly wonders how he got so lucky to be with you) and you fill him with a sense of comfort that he would otherwise only find while working on his projects.

"Mmm...five more minutes," Kenneth mumbled sleepily as he wrapped his arms around your waist. The alarm clock had rung about ten minutes ago and you knew you had to get ready for the day as it was the day of a new season but Kenneth was being especially clingy that morning - which you didn't mind at all.

You twisted your head around to give him a kiss and whispered "I've gotta go to Pierre's for some seeds today, honey. There'll be time for cuddles later, I promise." Kenneth made a whining sound and refused to release you from his arms.

He mumbled again, kissing you gently on your bare shoulder "Just five minutes, please?" You couldn't help a smile from forming on your lips. How could you resist giving in to him when Kenneth was being so darn cute?

Farming would just have to wait.

Phillip

Giving: Gift Giving

There is nothing more that brings Phillip pleasure than seeing the bright smile on your face when he gives you a gift, whether it’s a massage to soothe your sore limbs or a delicious meal at Pika’s restaurant. If you’re just as into comic books and action figures as he is, Phillip will also lavish you with monthly comic book subscriptions (which he will definitely not partake in as well).

You woke up that morning to the sound of cardboard being ripped apart. You put on your warm slippers and padded to the kitchen where you found Phillip sitting on the floor while poring over a comic book, surrounded by ripped cardboard and bubble wrap.

Upon hearing your footsteps, Phillip looked up with a smile and said “Good morning, Y/N! The new comics just came in, your box is on the table there.”

You picked up the box and found that it had already been opened. You turned to look at your husband with a raised eyebrow and he grinned sheepishly, saying “I may have already had a peek, sorry…”

Receiving: Quality Time

Phillip doesn’t get much down time in between visiting his patients every day and then meeting up with Harvey to help him out with the clinic every now and then. That is why he holds every moment he gets to spend with you dear to his heart and greatly appreciates it whenever you take time from working on the farm to be with him on his breaks.

“Can you believe the cliffhanger they left us on?!,” Phillip groaned in annoyance as he placed the comic book on the grass beside him, resting his head on your shoulder. You two were sitting on the lawn in front of the Log Cabin Hotel, Phillip having had an hour to spare in between seeing his patients.

He’d called you earlier that morning, asking if you wanted to come over and read the latest issue of Incrediman with him and you, being the best girlfriend ever, had agreed to take some time off from farming to be with him.

“Thank you for coming up here to see me...I’ve missed you,” Phillip said, turning to you with a shy smile. He slipped his hand into yours and wished that moments like this didn’t have to be so rare. The two of you were just so busy all the time, sometimes the only time you got to see each other was at night when Phillip stayed over at your farm. But even then, you were both so tired that you would just go to bed.

You hesitated before asking “Maybe it’s time for us to move in together?” Before Phillip could answer, you pulled out something from your pocket and put it into the palm of his hand. It was a Mermaid’s Pendant - even Phillip who had not lived in Stardew Valley for long knew the significance of that pendant.

“Will you marry me, Phillip?”

Yokaimon Go, where he go around capturing, training, battling and eventually trading yokaimon for gym badges across Hydealyn. If he ever crosses into the First he shall develop a second version for them as well.

The Mhigan Trail, where you travel from Gyr Abania to Southern Thanalan to escape the Imperial rule. Adjustments have to be made to travel speed, dedicated hunting, preventing misfortune and diseases, and monitoring gil and inventory supplies is paramount to survival to reach the destination of Little Ala Mhigo.

Goob-man, where one plays a golden furbol attempting to devour the little candy dots within the maze while being chased by four different colored Goobues within. There are multiple stages and the difficulty ramps up with each stage allowing the Goobues to pick up speed.

The Ascimians, a strategic life simulation game where the player customizes their Ascian and attempts to create a social and successful life. There are plenty of items from home furnishings to clothing items to adorn your Ascian and attempt to manifest the perfect life. An expansion for detailed relationships and children is in the works.

The Super Garlean Bros, the ceruleum engineer brothers, Marius and Luigix must overcome Eikon Kong to return their Princess Persici to the throne! During the side-scroller assistance from the Lalafell in the rolanberry crown, Road, comes in the form of powerups such as ceruleum tanks, rolanberry surprise, and the fire gunblade.

headcanon + illness

pidge will regularly work herself sick and can easily ignore the symptoms of her deteriorating health when they’re incurred deliberately. exhaustion, hallucinations, weakness, loss of balance, lightheadedness, she can work through it all and has done so before.

actually being sick is a whole ‘nother story. the worst is when she has a sore throat, she hates the sensation of not being able to swallow and the pain that comes with it so she turns into the world’s biggest baby. she also hates not feeling useful, and if her head’s foggy with mucous and shit she’s definitely not at her best.

when she was a little bab (like three years old) she was in the hospital for a few days with bronchiolitis from rsv. it resulted in her not going outside a whole lot until she was about ten, and having some resultant pollen allergies from not having been exposed to those irritants.

she doesn’t have to deal with any chronic physical conditions, and autism isn’t an illness. so i think that’s about it!

What does their bedroom look like?

L: depends on which bedroom! Lol He has severalhouses around the globe, and each one is distinctly decorated (or not decoratedin the slightest). He keeps a cottage in the English countryside for no otherpurpose than storage, and his bedroom there is literally just a room filledwith boxes of bizarre knickknacks. But he has a bedroom in his house in Paris whosewalls are covered with surrealist paintings that are worth a fortune. And thekind of bed that seems too luxurious to really sleep on: sheets with a four-digit thread count, five pillowsfilled with expensive goose down, a duvet that was hand-stitched.

Light: No matter where he goes, he keeps his roomtidy. He never loses his teenaged habit of ordering everything, and keeping hisroom immaculate. Light doesn’t cope well with disorder of any kind. (When he startsliving with L, they have passive-aggressive fights about how many pens shouldactually fit in the pen-holder cup on their desk).
