We both decided to start processing our move to AU last year, February. Mas mabilis yung progress nung kanya dahil sponsored ng company niya at ililipat lang siya mismo sa AU office nila. By March meron na siyang verbal offer, tapos June nakapag sign na ng contract. Na-pressure ako kasi I felt like maiiwan na ako. Ang haba kasi ng need gawin sa akin, exam muna then register with AHPRA, hanap employer, then wait for visa na hindi naman masabi gaano kabilis ang grant.
Nung nakapag sign na siya ng contract, nag rreview palang ako for my exam. Ang gulo ko nun, away na kami nang away dahil nalulungkot ako kakaisip paano kung bumagsak, delayed pa lalo yung sa akin. Ang iniiyak ko lang e hindi kasi ako pang LDR, kilala ko naman sarili ko. I also suggested na isama nalang niya ako sa visa application niya tapos doon nalang ako mag process para maging pharmacist. Sumagi sa isip namin na ikasal para mas matibay, pero ang pangit naman kasi kung ganon ganon lang nangyari.
Then my exam results came, August. Hindi pa rin na-lodge ang visa niya that time pero nag rready na siya ng docs. Medyo gumaan naman loob ko kasi I know na makakasunod na talaga ako. I started my registration with AHPRA and fortunately, was able to secure an internship position. Everything was going well na ulit.
Last week of September, his visa was lodged. Nag worry nanaman si gaga hahahahahaha kasi yung sa akin, wala pa ulit usad. Sinundan pa ng after 2 weeks, na-grant agad yung kanya, lalo nanaman ako nag overthink. May visa na siya at lahat, tapos ako waiting pa rin na ma-lodge. Iniisip ko kung kakayanin ko ba na mag LDR kami, pero iniisip palang parang susuko na ko e lol.
Last week of October, na-lodge na yung visa ko!! Lumiwanag ulit utak ko. Also, need daw i-process ang OEC nila kaya medyo maddelay naman. Hindi naman sa masaya akong delayed siya, masaya lang ako na may chance na sabay kami umalis. Tinatry ko din naman ipaintindi sa utak ko na if ever mauna siya, makakasunod naman ako lalo at na-lodge naman na.
November, December, & January came, dito na nga na maraming nangyari lalo yung tungkol sa PR visa invitation at grant ko. Tapos nag progress na ulit OEC niya sa wakas, sumobrang tagal naman to the point na naisip ko sana makaalis na din naman siya dahil halos 1 yr na siya nag-intay.
Ngayong February, naffeel ko na totoo na talaga. Mangyayari na yung pag move namin na stinart namin iprocess pareho exactly a year ago. Ang galing nga e, parang nag align lahat, hindi ako makapaniwala kasi usually di naman nangyayari yung mga gusto ko 😅 Ang saya lang din pag inaalala ko yung nangyari tapos nalagpasan namin, at lalo ngayon na andito na kami sa point ng relationship namin na to.
Singit ko na din pala since kanina lang din ito. Masaya ako na kahit bago siya umalis, nakapag lunch out kami — si mommy, daddy, ako, at siya. Matagal na siguro ulit bago mangyari to. Nakakalungkot na ewan haha pero magaan naman sa loob kasi kahit papano panatag ang parents ko na andun naman siya pag dating ko sa AU.

Joining him are Stephanie Beatriz as Quiet, a scavenger on a mission of revenge; Thomas Haden Church as Agent Stone, a sadistic lawman; Will Arnett as Sweet Tooth, the iconic villain of the franchise; and Neve Campbell as Raven, the mayor of New San Francisco. Other cast members include Joe Seanoa as Sweet Tooth’s alter ego Marcus Kane, Chloe Fineman as Mary, Richard Cabral as Loud, and Jamie Neumann as Miranda Watts.
The creators: The series is created by Michael Jonathan Smith, who previously wrote for Cobra Kai, another successful adaptation of a nostalgic property. Smith is also serving as executive producer and showrunner. The series is based on an original take by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, the writers of Deadpool and Zombieland. Other executive producers include Mackie, Arnett, Reese, Wernick, Glenn Adilman, Asad Qizilbash, Carter Swan, and Hermen Hulst.
The production: The series is produced by Sony Pictures Television and PlayStation Productions, marking the latter’s second TV project after The Last of Us for HBO. Getting My Research Project Started
A data set
For my educational project, I chose a Gapminder data set. After looking through the codebook for the Gapminder study, I have decided that I am particularly interested in democracy score. In my research, I will try to answer the question: "Is income per person associated with polity score (democracy score)?". So I will include this two variables (income per person and polity score) in my personal codebook.
A research question and hypothesis
As I wrote before, I will try to answer the question: "Is income per person associated with polity score (democracy score)?". I have a hypothesis that the democratic political system has a positive effect on the economic development of the country (its GDP and income per person). So in my research, I want to test this hypothesis and find out how strong is the correlation between income per person and polity score.
Literature review
Before starting the work, I researched the literature on the topic "The relationship between GDP and the political system". I was most interested in the following works: "Inequality of Incomes Distribution and conomic Growth: the Efficiency and Justice Dialectics" by Derlytsya Andrij, "What economic and social factors Affect GDP per capita? A study on 40 Countries" by Cenap Ilter, "Does political capital make a difference in GDP per capita? A fuzzy logic to estimate the political capital index" by Hoda Zobeiri and Zahra Poulaei.
Summary of conclusions from literature rreview
From this literature I learned that Increasing economic stability depends on political capital and transparency score of goverments, which improves macroeconomic variables, thus increasing GDP per capita. These data are similar to my research, but they do not examine the impact of the entire set of democratic principles (as represented by the democracy index) on income per person. So, I want to explore this relationship in more detail in a Gapminder data set.

Two months in a foreign country and I still haven't brought myself to adjust. It's so hard to juggle work, household chores, and study in one day. Back in the PH, my parents were there to take care of me which made work and study a lot easier. After work, pwede ako dumeretso aral or pahinga muna bago mag-aral, tapos pag nagutom lalabas lang sa kwarto meron na pagkain. Sometimes, they would even go in my room to bring coffee or snacks habang nag rreview. Of course I miss those days, madali ang buhay ko sa part na yun. Now that I'm here, I have to do everything on my own. Hindi ako makareview masyado dahil nauubusan na ako ng oras after work and cooking for myself. Walang nakaready na food pag-uwi ko, walang susundo pag malakas na ang ulan, walang mommy at daddy. Iniisip ko nalang na ginusto ko to and habang nandito ako, mas mabibigyan ko ng madali na buhay ang parents ko.
