Romeo is fun to think about. i mean, he's probably the most emotionally repressed man in space. he bottles up all emotions, good and bad. he appears so cold and so emotionless to the point where he himself doesn't entirely know if he can feel anything at all
for someone who's been created to fit in an unfortunately inseparable duo of characters he's so fucking Lonely. he was an only child, his father died when he was little and his mother remarried to a royalist clerk. a Dieselbot. Romeo was a steambot kid surrounded by all these dieselbots. he was an outcast. he was treated worse than his peers and it's what made him so closed off
he watched his mother die and his stepfather be turned into a scrapper (a dieselbot scrapper... an interesting anomaly) and was alone in the big big world designed specifically to screw him over as a steambot. he stopped trusting bots. his main objective became survival. he decided that the more intimidating he can become, the less bots will mess with him. he became silent. cold. started glaring at everyone who ever looked at him. he transitioned, changed his last name (to one he came up with on the spot too), learned how to stab bots and throw knives. learned how to take a life so he won't lose his
now, the thing with him and Payroll was basically. what if you put two cheating, backstabbing bastards in a room together and forced them to work with each other? (don't do this /j) obviously, they're going to betray each other all the time to get what they want. Payroll has debts to pay, Romeo has old family matters to resolve and neither of them wants to help the other. they're just trying to exploit each other as much as possible. they keep each other around because the other is useful. because two heads are better than one, even if you have to work with the most insufferable bastard in the universe. and, eventually, you get attached to that bastard, whether you want it or not, and you try to hide it so much. so you backstab him again, leave him to die and steal all his money. and the cycle begins again. you get the picture
Romeo is just a deeply hurt steambot trying to survive in a world where he's destined to fail... he does morally reprehensible things not because he wants to, but because he feels it's his only option... doesn't show kindness, because nobody ever showed kindness to him...

Well they just found each others names and so I decided i was gonna deep dive on romulus and Remus.

Well then my brain starts going all writer on me and makes an oc
Muggle au
Remus’ twin sister, Romulus, (yes ik its traditionally masculine but f off) is like going to the to the same school as Sirius (remus doesn’t go cuz he has a chronic illness) and Siri and rommy are friends.
Remus and Sirius meet when Sirius fs up his elbow in an accident (cuz he’s an idiot) and they are eating lunch at the same time.
They start to like each other after texting back and forth for months.
One day remus asks what Siris doing and so he sends a pick of him and rommy studying (rommy probs forced him) and rems like : o
So then Sirius asks for a photo of what he’s doing and he sends a picture of him a reg eating powdered donuts
There is no plot but its cute so its fine

Hello, dear! You've been visited by the random character question fairy! :D ~☆
How, in general, does your character behave? Are they outgoing, reserved, or somewhere in the middle? Do they have any tics? Do they over plan or are they more spontaneous?
Ysmir is guardedly friendly and polite to a fault. Her mother was a courtesan and taught her how far simple courtesy will go, and she’s never forgotten the lesson. She’s mostly understanding of other’s mistakes because she sees many of her own as unforgivable, and can occasionally be too forgiving. That goes entirely out the window when enraged. She nearly kills Delphine and only stops because her daughter reminds her that she’s present to see.
She will always flinch when she sense Illusion magic, and will show signs of discomfort (shifting, tucking her hair behind her ears, nibbling her lips) when conversations get too personal. When she’s concentrating really hard, the tip of her tongue peeks out. Blaise and Runa both pick this up from her.
Ysmir is a glorious mix of over-planning and sudden acts of recklessness. Both get her into trouble. When she has to wing it she second guesses herself quite a bit, because she likes to think through all the ramifications of her actions before she takes them. Such as standing up and telling off the entire peace council at seventeen, because a teenager shouldn’t have to slay a dragon god, let alone have to get a bunch of adults who should know better to behave long enough for her to do it. That did not endear her to Tullius or Galmar. She reminds Ulfric too much of her father, Tyr, for him to hold it against her for long, though it smarted, and it made Elisif positively friendly to her.

Shell is overly friendly and distractingly flirty. This is not entirely an act, as she is fun-loving and enjoys the company of others. She’s sassy and borderline disrespectful, but only as far as she can get away with. While this is not the extent of her personality, she does play it up so others underestimate her, unwilling to look beneath the shallow surface.
When thinking, Shell will get out and play with her knives, flipping them through her fingers and around her wrists like a fidget toy. Other than that, her tells and tics have been pretty brutally disciplined out of her.
Because of her double life, Shell is very much a planner. Even when opportunities arise that need quick thought and action, she’s generally thinking two or three steps ahead.

Rommy is friendly and mannerly (even, usually, as Sheogorath when he’s in a good mood). He was raised gentry and is very much the door-opening, pulling-out-the-chair-for-guests kind even still. (Felicia always found this mildly hilarious, but charming, not that she’d openly tell him.) He’s outgoing, but does think through how his Daedric side might react. He likes to keep casualties to a minimum.
Being Sheogorath comes with a lot of tics. One good one that he can never really suppress is that when he finds something genuinely funny, he can’t help but laugh, and the colors of the world around him become more intense.
Rommy is spontaneous, even when he was human. His history is awash in sudden, sometimes disastrerous decisions. Ysmir inherited a bit of this from him.

Fey is extremely polite and charming. She projects a calming, caring aura. While she’s capable of these, she’s actually quite shrewd and occasionally sharp. Her designation as a courtesan spy requires a lot of lounging and acting soft, while she’s more a creature of movement and creativity. Her turns of thought can be unpredictable and outwardly very odd, sparking spontaneous actions, but they will always align with her previous plans.
Fey has absolutely no tics. Ruthless perfection is expected of her, and she wouldn’t have made it if she didn’t deliver. Her biggest flaw was not being able to emotionally detach from her children, and falling for a human.

Tyr is very friendly, and a bit of a goofball. He has a way of getting people to cooperate whether they want to or not, and is a natural leader. He’s fiercely loyal and protective, and his temper, especially on another’s behalf, is something to behold.
He tends to bite the inside of his cheek while thinking, which quirks his mouth to the side. He is also a chronic foot bouncer.
As for planning verses recklessness, Tyr can plan for the long run, but mostly makes brilliant snap decisions that usually work in his benefit, something he unknowingly can blame on his connection to Tiber Septim.

Talon is outwardly cold and polite. Though technically allowed in Altmer society (mostly to spy in the open and to report goings on, like Fey was), he never made friends or even friendly acquaintances. Left on his own he is slow to trust, but once he has decided someone is trustworthy, he proves quietly kind and considerate, and is unable to not impart knowledge. When it comes to magic, he is a huge nerd.
If turning to granite is a tic, that’s Talon’s.
Forget planner, Talon’s a chessmaster.
