Hey there! What’s your favorite episode of Bob’s Burgers that no one ever seems to talk about?

I'm not sure if this is an episode no one talks about, but I adore The Laser-Inth so much, it's such a sweet Bob and Gene episode. One of my most popular posts from almost an entire year ago was me going into detail about why I love this episode so much. It's so sweet!! I love seeing Bob be there for Gene, and them actually having a really good time together. He has such a good heart, it makes me so happy.

I also love Roamin' Bob-Iday, if only for the number at the end which makes me cry every time. Bob loves cooking and his family so much, it warms my heart every time. It's pretty underrated, in my opinion. Also, there's the flashback of Bob having burnout, which sends me every time.

I must also talk about the Wharf Horse Season Four two-parter, which is an absolute masterpiece. One of my favorites in the show. Again, I don't know if this episode is never talked about, but I definitely think it isn't talked about enough. It has it all. Tina loving Mr. Goiter enough to chain herself to him!! Baby Tina!! Gene and Louise calling that guy a "Girl Pooper"!! Nice Things Are Nice and Bad Things Are Bad!! Oh yes, and Linda's epic singing in the end credits of part one.

Prompt #9: Fair

“C’mon,” She threw the dufflebag to the floor, the resulting thud loud enough to be heard through the rest of the foyer. “Pack it. We’re going. You’ve got three days.”

Sonono was on her heel and back to her room before Ardeth could get a word in edgewise. The other retainers and house staff were running amok with sudden direction from their rather insane and flighty mistress- One who had decided she’d had plenty enough of being stationary lately. Where to go? The East, near and far, had seen plenty of her lately. No new digs or findings in Eorzea itself. Something north would be interesting- Though she had no inclination to go anywhere near the reforming and unsteady Garlemald for fear of dying to a stray machina or native Garlean who decided they didn’t like the sudden tourism. Not that it was a good idea to travel somewhere so war-stricken for the pure purpose of finding things worth fashioning into sellable works. She had at least some morals and common-sense still. Some. So with the usual destinations boring her in some ways and other, newer, destinations being only on the list of the foolhardy and the foolish... Why not go somewhere far more on the table?

She listened as his footsteps scrabbled up the stairs and then through the hall to find her. Out of breath, hand on the doorway, slumped over slightly with what could either be excitement or exasperation. What, how, when, where? A hand held up as a non-answer and a grin to seal the silence. Which lasted all of no-time-at-all as her lack of a response drove the xaela up a wall and possibly straight through the ceiling. Going somewhere at the drop of a hat, certainly, that was normal. Going far away at the drop of a hat... also very normal. Going somewhere completely new to the both of them with nothing but an intent to be a tourist? The implication that she was unwell was certainly expected. Though unwelcome. Verbal jousting turned to straight up confusion turned to, eventually, excitement. The reaction she’d expected in the first place. She hired this man, entirely on the spot, for his pure and unadulterated excitement for the stupidest of things. Not in the least his excitement over simply going.

“The New World? You’re sure. No business. Just going there. Just... taking it all in? No deadlines or insane treks into dangerous places we have no business being in?” “You’re saying it as if you dislike doing it, Ardeth.”

He raised a finger at her. She raised a brow at him.

“C’mon, then. Let’s go get lost. I don’t think I’ve taken a proper holiday in a while, anyways- And I’ll at least have you there too. You’ve earned it. Fair’s fair, yeah?” She’d never seen that copper eyed moron so happy before. Sonono rubbed at her face as he bolted off elsewhere in the mansion. Maybe she should try doing this more often.

In DP117 (Noodles! Roamin’ Off), while Jessie becomes a full-time Coordinator, Meowth chops noodles, Cassidy reports news, and James strikes out on his own, what does Venus do? A brief stint as a model for a Goth magazine!
