Lucifer picks up the paper to look at the work you did. He looks more specifically at where you messed up, but it's okay. He's not mad at you. "You did wonderful, MC. Good job."
Diavolo
Literally gets so excited when you run up to him
Ready to pick you up and swing you around in circles with your legs dangling, while laughing like a child

"It can wait, Barbatos! We have to get something for MC to show how well they did right now!"

And I was already screaming and dying. But you can really tell how fond they are of each other. And False being more excited for the cool hat than the Demise prize and he literally promised to give it to her tomorrow when things had calmed down— and she won!! All the dots are connected.
And the end. MAN. “Watch out, Rendog is about” in all caps. Her putting his name and head on her build. And the giggle before the cut. And I’m left sitting here like OKAY THAT JUST HAPPENED. WOW.
I feel slightly insane because it’s like …??? It’s so obvious how core and special their friendship is to both of their contents on HC. Take a quick scroll through their thumbnails and they pop up every now and then. All the collabs. AND STANDING NEXT TO EACH OTHER IN GROUP RECORDINGS (this always happens). We even have major standout events like Blue9 and BRR and S6 neighbours. And now Demise because DUDE. THAT WAS CRAZY.
And still Tumblr (and both of their Twitch chats) seems to be the only site in which people majorly care about their bond? Does that make sense. Tumblrinas screaming and crying and filling up the main tags. Actually Twitch chat is the mvp here because I feel like every single stream of theirs has a mention of the other and chat is like :DDD we love you and the other person :DD. They’re invisible on blue bird site and THANK GOD and STAY AWAY. Orange app is a bit better bc at least the Mc Championship guys recognise them but you know when there was a post back in HC Reddit then asking for “underrated” duos and we had to post FalseRen because other people weren’t. Are they underrated? Do other people think they’re popular. Like Ren isn’t usually paired with False in fanon but I think most people have the awareness to include bits about their friendship? But still? I would’ve expected more… why aren’t they more popular like some other duos even after the five million obvious / dramatic / cute / wholesome stuff 😭 Ren’s favouritism gets worse every time I check in 😭
(I know. It’s because fandoms tend to like same gender pairs. But it does notttt explain why everyone happily pairs up Stress+Iskall and Joe+Cleo and it’s all recognised and these two are like …? oh yeah they’re friends. Right. They’re friends.)
Anyways this got long. That vid makes me soooo happy and it’s sooo good. I know Ren is probably going to make his next ep thumbnail his really cute hut but if False is also on there or it’s titled after something like “WE DID IT FALSE” I would further explode into millions of pieces. 🥺

I know you did this last week for someone so I hope you don't mind my asking but can you give I quick summary of any Malex this episode (and M*ria content to be avoided)??
Sure thing! I'm on my computer this time too so I can put a read more haha unfortunately, I can't avoid too much Maria because they fucking shoe-horned her into all of Malex/Michae's scenes this ep but I'll do my best!
Okay, so we start off with another pointless scene of echo with Max moping around because being an alien makes things so complicated between him and Liz which is luckily interrupted when Liz gets a call from Maria that Michael is sick. Liz finds out that Michael is suffering from like every virus (i.e., a cold, the flu, etc.)
Maria (for some fucking reason) is the one to call Alex but it goes to voicemail and no one questions it or the fact that he hasn't checked in! This will be the last time Alex is mentioned this ep. Michael is very sad and clearly wants boyfriend cuddles but he (like us) will be denied such a thing
Liz figures out that whatever is impacting Michael is like self-contained or whatever which means he can't spread it and she suspects that Bonnie somehow gave it to him. She calls him to ask how close he got with her (heavily implying romantic shit) and Michael confirms that she kissed him. She, like the writers and everyone else in this gd show, has zero respect for malex's relationship
Bonnie turns herself into the sheriff so she can get a shot at talking to Max and Michael storms over there when he realizes what she's done. She confirms that her power is removing other aliens' powers :( She insists it's because Cylde was manipulating Michael and she was afraid of him getting sucked in. She asked him if he wanted to go back to the Oasis and Michael was like that's complicated. She said that he's her only friend on earth.
Tezca shows up and she and Max start duking it out while Bonnie and Michael run away from the station. She handcuffs him outside because she doesn't want him to go back in and fight when he doesn't have any powers and then just leave him there lol so a little taste of his own medicine from when he left Alex chained to the radiator.
It apparently happens off-screen, but Michael is unhandcuffed and goes back to his and Alex's house where Maria is making him soup (🙄) she decides to use this time to reveal that she's also lost her powers and basically makes Michael's whole thing about her

Media report explosion at factory in Russia's Samara Oblast
An explosion has occurred at the Promsintez plant in the Russian town of Chapayevsk, Samara Oblast, the Russian state news agency RIA Novosti reported on July 7, citing emergency services.
According to the report, the blast killed six people and injured two more.
The news agency identified "the dismantling of equipment during repairs" as the cause of the incident.
Russia's Baza Telegram channel reported that the explosion happened in a pipe that supplies nitrogen to the building.
Promsintez is one of the main manufacturers of industrial explosives in Russia.
The industrial town of Chapayevsk, home to 70,000 people, lies around 1,000 kilometers east of Moscow and roughly 200 kilometers north of Kazakhstan's border.
Since the start of Russia's all-out war against Ukraine, there have been multiple reports about fires and other incidents across Russia and other acts of sabotage, which some believe to be carried out by the Ukrainian military or local partisan groups.
On July 4, Russian media reported a fire in a warehouse of a former furniture factory in the town of Khimki in Moscow Oblast.

the m*ria-jones showdown is also non sensical because barely 3 eps ago she didn't even know how her visions work and had to hack her way into inducing then, but suddenly now she can hide a message for rosa and have some kind of head to head with jones. it would be one thing if after the 1 year break she was trained and more knowledgable about her powers (*cough cough* like pod squad and isobel) but she was as clueless as she was at the end of s2. not only this is all unearned, but it is also unwarranted as she is NOT THE LEAD.
while s3 didnt address all the criticism of s2 (and double down with some of it like with m*ria), it did address some. so the fact that s4 is being shot before s3 has ended makes me worried this sidelining of liz/echo to propup m*ria to prove they're not racists will continue on... every other main should be in service of the lead storyline, the lead should be the thread that connects all the other smaller storylines, not the least fleshed out secondary main who's not even supposed to be in all of the episodes. i cant believe this show actually made me mad about how they treat echo...
The most consistent thing about Maria's character is that she's inconsistent.
Jeanine is such a powerhouse she has so much range and despite my dislike of Echo I can handle Liz focus because she's very nuanced and flawed main character. She's the complete opposite to a Mary Sue character she's very much messy and acknowledged in that respect. Maria is written so sporadically that she gives me whiplash on how often her opinions change and then that change that's the new narrative. She went from hating Isobel to shaming Isobel for not including her. If you think someone hates you and aren't an alien why would you include them??? Why are you comparing her brothers who she grew up with to you someone who hated her up until you decided different.

Hello 🦋 I‘ve got one question: is RNM playing hide and seek with us? Malex? Where? As important as Echo? Where? Are we (fans) supposed to find some Malex-scenes? 🤔
I must admit, Chris hid Malex-Content very well, bc I can’t find any progress in Malex (two other people acknowledging their love is NOT a Malex-content for me). We already have 7 of 13 eps and only 2 mini-malex-scenes together.
And here I was optimistic and hopeful about the new showrunner 🤦🏽♀️
Now I can understand Michael bc „…Hope is a dangerous thing“ 🦋

Seriously, nonnie! Where is the content?! I think we were all optimistic and hopeful about the new showrunner and this season has been a huge disappointment on the Malex front for sure, and while most other things are much improved, the areas that they are struggling are almost entirely due to twisting things to make sure everyone is talking about m*ria in every scene. But Vlamis is still vibrating at a high frequency and it looks like he and Tyler are working on another merch drop so fingers crossed that means we are getting something big coming soon! And hopefully they will give us some lead up into it since we haven't gotten enough to even know what Alex's feelings are about pursuing something with Michael again, just that he'd raze hell if Michael died. That's....not enough to go on. We deserve to see more from Alex's POV! Fingers crossed we get something to feed us soon or this barren desert of season 3 is going to be the death of us.

The Malex/M*luca difference was plain as day last night. Honestly, it was obvious in every ep Michael shared scenes with both of them. Alex is the only person who never misses an opportunity to call him on his shit and love him regardless. Push him to deal with things. Love that for them.
I agree but I found that Michael still wasn’t quite Michael, even in the Malex scene. He wiped away a tear (that wasn’t visible as far as I could tell) but otherwise he seemed...stiff. I’m still hoping it’s all intentional. That he’s out of character with M*ria and over the top with Max and Isobel because he’s so fucking desperate for family and normalcy.
But Alex, aside from an occasional Isobel line, is the only one holding him accountable.
M*iluca is nothing but surface, temporary albeit fucking gross. Malex is real, it’s deep, it’s honest and challenging.

I feel you on that last paragraph of your review on the ep. I just don't know how I'm supposed to want Alex with Michael? He treats him so poorly and I'm just so disappointed with the way they've handle this and that it came to this for me, because I loved him in s1. I just don't believe Michael cares that much about Alex anymore? It's like he is constantly angry with him, especially in contrast with how he treats M*ria. Idk I'm sad
oNo, no, I’m not letting anyone misunderstand me here. I never said Michael treats Alex poorly. I think Michael has more passion for Alex in everything he does and says to him than he has for M*ria during freaking sex (even if what Michael says is cruel, I always feel like it stems from something deeper). If they were still having these scenes, just without They-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named as a thing, I would have no critique at all.
My concern, however, is that they’ll give us a freaking sex scene every other minute with They-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named, scenes with Michael constantly worrying about M*ria, constantly caring for her, and then put in one Malex interaction as if that makes up for the entire episode we had to endure of that repulsive pair together. How are we supposed to enjoy them together (as much as possible, that is, I still lose my breath with every interaction they have) if it’s just coming off a They-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named scene, and followed by one as well?
Malex is still endgame, I still believe they’re cosmic, but until Michael earns Alex back, until I see that cosmic love without They-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named as something that precedes and follows, I don’t want Michael with Alex, because I simply don’t think he deserves him.

SCARLET (SＣΛＲ\ ΣＴ- 주홍) contains of 8 members : Kori, Jazz, Azzy, Yenus, Ria, Hui, Jae, and Niko. The band is under JYP Entertainment. They debuted on May 2, 2018 with their title track "Hi High" on their first mini album `ÉCARLATE’.
Concept info-
Scarlet is famous for their unique combination after combination concept. They’re like a mixture of bubblegum, Nightmare and girl crush. This shows that the girls can go either way when it comes to trying different types of styles. They have more of a girl power, bad girl, sweet girl type style it’s a big mixture of everything pretty much.
Preferred music genres-
Scarlet likes a mixture of `Pop’ and `R&B’. They like when the song is catchy but has feels to it. They also like `HipHop’,`House Party’ and a little bit of `Pop Rock’. They basically adore these five genres and try to make these clash perfectly together to make the best track!
WHAT IS SCARLET?-
The actual definition of Scarlet is “of a brilliant red color”. But scarlet symbolizes courage, passion, force and joy. They want their fans to understand if they have a dream they should always go for it no matter how difficult the the obstacle is. Always have courage, be passionate, have force and be joyful.

Did you know that every day is Halloween as long as you have Karin? Speaking of which,
Karin is now at episode five! Eyyy. Thanks Halloween-girl. I’ll have to prioritize you at some point for your magia, since you’re an accele girl and all but it might be a while since your magia is also onetarget and therefor wretched
Oh shit, and now YellowNanoha is also complete on ep level! ...It’s gonna be a long-ass time until I get around to actually leveling her magia. The fact that her doppel doesn’t really count is sort of... Not inspiring haha.
Rika really deserves to have better magia, so I think I’ll work on her after Kyoko and Karin.
Aaaaand even though I rarely use her, I decided to go ahead and up her magia anyways. I want to get her episode level stuff done soon so I don’t need to use her ever again-- even though M-Senpai is cute/funny, I kind of... don’t really like using joke characters I guess.
Aaaand, last increase for now. I tend to use Sasara a lot as a tank so it’ll be nice for her to have better magia.
Other Stuff:
I’m really excited for the new event tomorrow. I’m going to throw my customary one-tenroll at the banner but otherwise leave it alone. ALSO MY DUDES WE’RE FINALLY GETTING DESTINY BOTTLES. I believe that the Holy Alina event also gives destiny bottles too!

Who is alanna and why are we glad her eps are over? (does she love M*ria?)
Alanna was a writer for s2 and s3 and super close with 🚗 so a lot of her writing is similar to 🚗's and despite being a queer woman herself she does not have a great track record of treating malex with any respect. I've pretty much hated every episode that she's written (2x05; 2x09; 3x05; 3x09). She's no longer writing for RNM and tonight was her last one so yay!

sekedar memberitahu lagi, kalau misalnya aku unggah tulisan ini karena memang ini tulisan lama yang beberapa kali belum diterima sama portal tulisan, tp gapapa sih, aku seneng nulis review album kpop. okedeh, selamat menikmati aja <3. Disini aku nulis tentang album nya si kakak aka hyukoh cintaku selamanya yang enggak konser2 ke jakarta :(. iya, bahasanya habis km keep reading emang bakalan beda.
Berbeda terbalik dengan EP sebelumnya—dengan tajuk 23—dimana kita bisa melihat Hyukoh dengan formula; rasa naif anak muda, kebingungan, dan masa pencarian. Di album anyar mereka, Hyukoh mengajak kita untuk mengenal Hyukoh versi cah cinta. Cinta memanglah sesuatu yang tidak akan habis untuk dibicarakan, hal tersebut mendasari terciptanya album teranyar Hyukoh yang bertajuk 24: How To Find True Love and Happiness pada bulan Mei 2018 kemarin. Judul yang sederhana namun ternyata sedemikian nylekit ketika saya pahami secara mendalam. Ya, sebenarnya bagaimana cara menemukan cinta dan kebahagiaan? Bukankah kedua hal tersebut yang selalu dicari oleh manusia?
Dengan lagu yang 95% berbahasa Inggris, minim bahasa ibu para personilnya berbeda dari album sebelumnya yang lebih sering menggunakan percampuran antara bahasa Korea dengan bahasa Inggris. Hal ini menurut saya makin menjembatani interaksi Hyukoh dengan para penggemarnya yang notabene berasal dari berbagai belahan dunia lain.
Cinta yang berusaha Hyukoh definisikan kepada para pendengarnya tak melulu tentang cinta yang sedih, bagaimana ditolak atau disakiti lalu bagaimana mereka mendeskripsikan cinta? Hal tersebut langsung dijawab pada lagu pertama yang merupakan judul utama dari album ini adalah, LOVE YA! Dengan pangsa lebih kepada masyarakat internasional judul-pun dibikin dengan bahasa prokem.
Yang saya sukai dari lagu ini selain music video dengan sutradara Frank Lebon menggambarkan dengan apik lirik yang dinyanyikan, bahwa cinta adalah suatu hal yang dapat dinikmati oleh semua orang, tak peduli siapa kamu dan darimana asalmu adalah bagaimana Hyukoh mencoba menafsirkan cinta secara general dengan musik yang Hyukoh banget; perkawinan antara gitar elektrik dengan blues. -coba sekarang bayangkan saja pasangan mana yang mau repot repot memandangi sela rambut kita kemudian menamainya satu persatu sembari menatap dalam kedua bola mata tanpa suara ditengah anda dan si pasangan. Waduh, saya sih ga kuat. Kemudian, lengkingan gitar elektrik, drum yang menggebu gebu, ditambah suara serak serak tak sampai ala si vokalis Oh Hyuk.
Walah, gimana saya enggak tambah jatuh cinta.
Total lagu yang berada di EP ini berjumlah enam lagu termasuk main track, LOVE YA! Membuat saya makin yakin bahwa musikalitas Hyukoh tidak perlu diragukan lagi. Sebelum merilis music video LOVE YA! Hyukoh sudah lebih dulu mengocok perut lewat music video Skyworld atau yang bisa disebut dengan bumi manusia ala Korea Selatan.
Bayangkan saja manusia gundul mempunyai bukit diatas kepalanya dengan kemunculan satu persatu personil Hyukoh berdiri disana, sementara lagu yang dinyanyikan sangat layak dgunakan sebagai lagu pengantar tidur. Skyworld langsung membanting ‘kebrangasan’ Hyukoh dengan suara nan lembut dari lagi Skyworld. Tetap aestetik dengan caranya adalah Hyukoh in a nutshell.
Di trek selanjutnya, Graduation yang membuat gebrakan karena kalau bicara tentang musiknya, lagu ini kehilangan citarasa Hyukoh yang saya sukai. Gebrakan drum Lee Inwoo memiliki andil yang cukup besar untuk menyelamatkan lagu ini. Sementara suara suara kecil—yang saya harapkan dapat mengembalikan identitas Hyukoh di lagunya—seperti gelas pecah, bunyi synthesizer yang makin mirip dengan mobil balapan karena berdengung dengung di sepanjang lagu, dan perubahan kentara yang terjadi pada lagu ini selalu ditandai oleh nada elektrik melengking membuat saya tidak mengenali lagi kepemilikan Hyukoh di lagu yang satu ini.
Beruntung trek yang merupakan kesukaan saya ini (Yay!) dapat menyelamatkan Hyukoh yang sempat kehilangan identitasnya di lagu Graduation. Citizen Kane. Tempo yang super cepat di bagian intro makin membuat saya berterimakasih kepada Im Donggeon karena permainan bas betotnya dapat membuat lagu Citizen Kane se-adiktif itu. Seperti lagu Tomboy di EP sebelumnya, Citizen Kane membiarkan kita ikut ber-ooh ria bersama Hyukoh disepanjang verse lagu ini.
Hyukoh bermain adil dengan menonjolkan para personilnya dalam EP tersebut, kita tak hanya dibiarkan mengenal Hyukoh hanya dengan kebolehan suaranya namun bagaimana tiap personil dengan kemampuannya bermusiknya dalam ter-eksplorasi dengan baik dalam porsi yang cukup.
Lim Hyunjae—si gitaris—menunjukkan kebolehannya dalam trek Gang Gang Schiele (sekedar fakta saja, ternyata dia ikut untuk memproduseri lagu ini), musik yang lembut beriringan dengan tambuhan tamborin memperkuat lirik yang menceritakan tentang nostalgia semasa kecil. Lagu nostalgia semacam ini melempar saya kepada salah satu lagu Epik High yang juga bertutur demikian, Us Against The World.
Pada penghujung EP How To Find True Love and Happiness, Goodbye Seoul memaksa kita harus berpisah dari album anyar Hyukoh. Tempo lagu yang tidak terlalu menghentak, sangat terasa layaknya lagu lawas yang terdengar di tahun 90’an, Goodbye Seoul seperti sebuah kereta yang membawa kita menuju penghujung dari suguhan nan apik album Hyukoh.
Secara keseluruhan, album 24 ini memang tidak ‘se-emo’ album album Hyukoh yang sebelumnya, namun tetap terasa unik dan membuat kita terkesan dengan lirik sederhana kemudian nada nada musiknya. Urutan teratas menurut saya di album ini tetap Citizen Kane, LOVE YA!, Goodbye Seoul kemudian baru seterusnya. Jika kalian yang ingin mengenal Korea Selatan tak hanya soal Kpop-nya, saya sarankan silahkan berkenalan dengan Hyukoh. Akhir kalimat, ada sebuah wawancara dimana jawaban Hyukoh seharusnya menohok siapapun yang membacanya:
“We weren’t made by a company. We’ll keep doing what we’ve doing so far. We’ll do what we like, do what we to do, and we’ll work very hard on it”

From living with a rock star to songwriting in a drive-thru: Ria Mae on her new EP
Sitting in a car in a Tim Hortons drive-thru, Ria Mae and a fellow musician came up with a song for her new EP.
“I think we had the chorus before we paid,” said Mae.
But the Juno Award-nominated pop artist from Nova Scotia says writing every song was not that easy.
“I finally strung together an album and hated it and started it again,” said Mae. “Then just last week I released the second one, so I’m feeling good to have new music out.”
The EP is called ‘Therapy,’ and she says it’s deeply personal.
“I also feel like this pandemic has been very therapeutic, not in the fun way always, but sometimes in a way that you were crying your face off.”
Mae says something about being in the same place for a long time was unsettling.
“When I was a kid I lived in, like, 20 different houses, we counted it. The only person we know who’s moved more is my dad when he was growing up,” said Mae. “This is the longest I’ve ever been in one place, for the last two years.”
She says writing about her feelings is a lot easier than talking about them.
“This is so embarrassing, I was just thinking about it the other day. Like I’ve been to therapy and I feel bad for telling them my stuff,” she said. “I need therapy after my therapy session.”
The EP’s lead single is called ‘The Old Me,’ — written by fellow Nova Scotians Breagh Isabel and Corey Lerue. Another song, ‘The World is Falling Apart,’ was written with Serena Ryder.
“Who is just the greatest, she was my landlord for a bit in Toronto, we became good friends,” said Mae. “We wrote a lot in her house, and she bought another one and she was like, ‘Dude, you should just move into my house,’ because we were in a condo, and it just worked out perfect.”
Mae says she hopes ‘Therapy’ will be therapeutic for listeners too.
“I always have the same thing, like the same hope when I release something. It’s that one of the songs is going to find someone who needs it at that time.”
