Surprise!

a/n: This is a bit out of my comfort zone but I'm willing to give it a shot!

prompt: You find out you're pregnant with your future husband Steve-o's baby. You're a nervous wreck and aren't that good at hiding it which leads to Rachel and Jasper asking you what's going on, when you tell them they offer the help you very much need. But will their advice work when you tell Steve-o?

warnings: Fem!reader other than that none!!

You sat in Steve-o's trailer, a weight on your shoulders as you sat silently. It was needless to say you had a lot on your mind, you were currently pregnant with your fiancé Steve-o's baby.

You had your suspicions that you were when you missed your period last month but you thought that maybe you just had a ghost period. But when you threw up in the morning last week while Steve-o was filming for Jackass Forever you quickly went to a store and bought a pregnancy test.

What you weren't expecting was for the test to come back positive.

Though you were happy that out of all the people you could have a baby with it was Steve-o's you were scared to see how he would react.

Steve-o said he wasn't really found of the idea of having kids which was why you were so scared to tell him. The anxiety of not telling him had been eating away at you over the past week.

You didn't know how he would react, if he would be happy or if he would be upset. You knew that Steve-o wouldn't be mad but more so just upset, he didn't want kids and that was something he seemed set on.

"You ok babe?" Steve-o asked you, making you snap out of your thoughts and see him stepping out of the trailer bathroom. "Oh yeah I am! Just a bit tired." You smiled. "Yeah I understand, sorry for making you tag along today." "Oh no no! I don't mind at all you know I like coming to set with you."

Steve-o smiled and walked over to you on the couch, giving you kiss on your cheek. "You're the best babe. I have to go talk to Knoxville and Jeff. You can come out with me if you want or stay in here." You knew if you stayed in the trailer red flags would go off in Steve-o's head. "Sure I'll come out, I'll talk to Rachel or something."

Steve-o held a hand out for you, you took his hand as he helped you up. You two walked hand-in-hand together out of his trailer, making your guys way to the tents. Steve-o walked you under the tents where Rachel and Jasper greeted you with smiles and waves.

"I'll be back shortly." Steve-o said as he let go of your hand. "Ok Steve." "Could I get a kiss?" Steve-o asked. "Only if I can get one too." Jasper said, earning a snicker from Rachel. "Totally not happening dude." Steve-o laughed as he gave you a peck on the lips. Steve-o began to jog back to the trailers worried he was making himself late to whatever Jeff and Johnny needed to talk about.

You took a seat across from Rachel and Jasper, both of them leaning back in their chairs and chatting about something you weren't paying attention too. Both of them looking a bit too relax while on a Jackass set.

As you sat under the tent across from the two your mind began to fill with the thought of how you were really pregnant and it wasn't some prank on Steve-o.

Your stress must have been easy to pick up on because Rachel gently tapped Jaspers arm as he talked, causing him to pause as Rachel moved her eyes over to you and back to Jasper. Signaling that something was off.

When Jasper looked at you it was apparent that you were upset or stressing over something. Jasper looked back at Rachel and mouthed, "Ask her what's up." Rachel nodded her head at her friends words, turning her head away from Jasper and to you.

"Hey Yn are you ok?" Rachel asked. You looked up after hearing your name be said seeing Jasper and Rachel looking at you. "Oh yeah I'm good!" You lied. "You sure? You look like your stressed over something." Jasper said seeing through your lie.

"You can talk to us about it, we won't tell anyone seriously. Not even Steve-o." Rachel added, Jasper nodding his head in agreement. You sighed as you felt tears build up in your eyes. You knew that you would have to tell someone eventually, so you might as well come clean now than when it's too late. "I'm pregnant."

Jasper's eyes widened as his eyebrows raised, Rachel's eyes only widening a bit as she tried to mask a reaction unlike Jasper to avoid making you more upset.

"No way for real?" Jasper asked you as he sat up from his leaning position. "Yeah." You said with a stuffy nose from trying to hold back tears. "When did you find out?" Rachel asked in a soft tone. "Last week, I missed my period a month ago and didn't think anything of it but then I threw up in the morning last week so I bought a test cause I thought maybe it was possible while Steve-o was here filming and it said positive." You said as you bursted into tears when you finished your sentence.

Rachel quickly stood up from her chair and walked over to your side of the table and took the chair next to you wrapping an arm around your shoulder and pulling you in for a small side hug. Jasper soon followed Rachel and took another seat next to you and gently rubbed your arm, not wanting to invade your personal space.

"Does Steve-o know?" Jasper asked quietly. "No and I'm scared to tell him cause he said he doesn't want kids. God what if he calls off our engagement over this?" You sobbed, putting your face into your hands. "No no Yn Steve-o would never do that!" Rachel said. "No he totally wouldn't, he is whipped over you. All he talks about on set is you!" Jasper added.

You sniffed and moved your face out of your hands, turning your head to Jasper.

"Really?" You asked wiping your tears with your palm. "Yes really! He talks about how lucky he is to have you and how he would be so screwed without you." Rachel said.

You paused for a moment and really thought about how much Steve-o does love you. Steve-o even making sure you knew in every way from gifts, words, and actions and you did the same. You realized how stupid it was for you to think Steve-o would be upset over this, if anything he would be at first but realize how much he does love you.

"Geez I'm an idiot for thinking he'd call off the engagement over this huh?" You chuckled as you wiped your tears again. "Not calling you an idiot or anything but defiantly." Jasper laughed, Rachel joining him. You slapped Jasper's shoulder playfully and laughed.

"But you do need to tell him and as soon as you can, maybe even when he comes back if he has the time." Rachel said with a soft smile. "How should I?" "Maybe just be blunt, straight forward you know?" Jasper said. "Not like super blunt though." Rachel laughed. "Yeah not super blunt but blunt." You said.

"It'll be good though, Steve-o loves you a lot he would be dumb to get mad over how he is going to be a dad." Jasper said. "Yeah, he should be happy if anything that he gets to have a kid with such a good person like you." Rachel said. "God I'm not sure what I would do if I didn't tell you guys. Thank you so much you two, seriously." You said wrapping both your arms around both their shoulders and pulling them into a hug.

"Does this mean we are your favorite new cast members or?" Jasper jokingly asked. "I don't have favorites, or at least I'm not allowed to say them." The three of you laughed as you released them from the hug.

You sat under the tent with Jasper and Rachel still, the conversation shifting from your pregnancy to up and coming stunts as the two thought it would be draining for you to only speak about it and get more stressed about how you would tell Steve-o.

Laughter could be heard from the table as Steve-o approached you guys with a smile on his face. He was happy you were getting along with the new members so well.

"Hey guys." Steve-o said as he was close enough to be heard. You three turned in your chairs to see your future husband approaching. "Hey Steve-o." Jasper said with a wave. You turned your head to Rachel as she only gave you a small reassuring smile. "What are you three doing?" Steve-o asked. Before Jasper could answer his question Rachel spoke up.

"Well we were talking about stunts coming up soon but Jasper and I were just about to go grab water from the water tent." Rachel said as she stood from her seat. "We were?" Jasper asked. "Yes Jasper. We were." Rachel said through gridded teeth as it finally clicked in Jaspers head. "Oh yeah! Water I'm parched you know?" Jasper said nervously as he stood from his chair.

Rachel and Jasper both walked away from the tent you and Steve-o were under, leaving you in a ball of stress.

"What's up with them?" Steve-o asked. "I'm not sure." You said. Silence over came you too as you took a deep breath in before speaking. "Can I talk to you Steve?" You said, turning your head to look at him. Steve-o's brows furrowed, "Yeah sure. Like here or at the trailer?" "Here is fine, just take a seat." Steve-o wasted no time listening to you and taking the seat Rachel was once in, throwing an arm around your shoulder.

"What's wrong? Did I do something to upset you?" Steve-o asked. "No but it's serious and I'm really scared to tell you cause I don't want you to be upset." You nervously chuckled. "Well as long as you didn't get me fired some how I'm sure I'm not going to be mad." Steve-o laughed.

Your head seemed to run a mile a minute as you tried and figure out the words to tell Steve-o. Trying to remember to be blunt but not too blunt like Rachel said. You decided to try and tell him the way you told Rachel and Jasper seeming that it would be easier that way.

"So um last month I missed my period and I didn't think much of it I just thought it was a ghost period but last week when you had to be to set early I threw up and that's when I got scared. So I went and bought a pregnancy test and took it, and it came back positive Steve." You looked at your lap the whole time you spoke, scared to see Steve-o's reaction.

It was silent for a bit after you told him, making you refuse to look up from your lap as the weight on your shoulders didn't seem to lift.

"You're pregnant? Like, right now?" Steve-o asked. You nodded, still avoiding any and all eye contact. "Babe that's what you were scared to tell me?" You looked up at Steve-o with teary eyes. "Babe I would never be upset over that come here." Steve-o wrapped his arms around you tightly as the tears in your eyes fell onto his shoulder. You realized for the first time in a long time you were crying of relief.

"I just thought you would be since you said you didn't want kids." You sniffed. "Babe, that was such a long time ago, like when we first met! Just because I wasn't planning on it doesn't mean I'm going to be mad if it happens, I love you a lot and I know that if I have you I will be a great parent." Steve-o pulled away from the hug and placed his hands on your cheeks, wiping your tears away with his thumbs.

"I love you Yn, so much with or without a baby and I know that we both are going to make some kickass parents so you and I have nothing to worry about." You smiled at his words as you leaned in and kissed his lips. "I'm so lucky I have you." You said. "I'm more lucky to have the best future mom ever."

Rachel and Jasper watched your guys whole interaction from the water tent, a smile on both their faces as they held their bottles of water.

"You think we are going to be the god parents?" Jasper asked. "After that? It would be a crime if we weren't." Rachel laughed as she took a drink of her water.

Catching On (Rachel x fem! reader)

I had worked with Knox a couple years back on a film so when he asked me to join the cast of Jackass Forever, I obviously said yes. And then he found Rachel too, so I wouldn’t be the only girl there. I recognized her from videos I’ve seen of her stand up comedy, especially since I do stand-up when I’m not filming something else.

I always thought she was super funny and cute just from what I’d see on social media, but meeting her and getting to hangout with her everyday, only intensified those feelings into something more.

We were sitting in her trailer, after her “scorpion Botox” as I got her a couple ice cubes in a solo cup to hold on her lip. “Thanks” she said as she took the cup and chuckled. “No problem, that was pretty bad ass you know” which earned a smile from her in my direction which made my cheeks flush.

“So I’ve been thinking of doing a comedy tour after this movie comes out, would you wanna go with me for a couple shows? We can write some bits together. You know I love your stuff and I don’t wanna stop working together after this movie” she said, pulling up notes on her phone of jokes she had already started writing. I could tell she’s been planning on asking this for a while. I was truly honored, and there was no way I would say no to her.

“I’d love to, I’ll start writing some bits here and we can go over them” I told her, smiling at her as she still held an ice cube to her lip. She smiled for a minute and put the ice cube down and said, “how about over a drink? Just you and me this weekend?”

My face instantly turned red and I looked at the ground before looking back up at her. “Just you and me?” She laughed and scooted closer to me on the couch, hesitantly putting her hand on my knee. “Just us” she confirmed with a smile.

That one night of drinks became a weekly occurrence, with stolen kisses in trailers and behind props for the rest of filming, but eventually the guys caught on. They’d gather around us and sing “Rachel and Y/n sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g” until one of us (if not both) chased them with either a taser or something else that would hurt them. And Knox gladly took the title of “matchmaker”

And what was supposed to just be a couple shows I did with her on her tour, became every show, and the fans caught on too. So at the end of her comedy tour, we posted on social media and confirmed it. Me simply captioning my post, “I’m in love with Rachel Wolfson ❤️”.

It wasn't supposed to go wrong. It was supposed to be a simple stunt where the worst possible injury would only require stitches to be fixed. But when you're on the set of Jackass, and seeing if you can 'take flight' with an industrial treadmill as a runway, there's no way to predict what will happen.

Especially when a rock gets caught in the belt and you're sent flying into a steel door with a fuckton of heavy metal equipment on your back.

You couldn't really remember what happened after the sharp pain in your head, only able to make out the panic of the others and the feeling of Rachel holding onto your hand in the ambulance. Johnny and the paramedic both assured you that that was normal in regards to a concussion.

"Am I, like, an official Jackass now?" You asked Rachel with a laugh, words slurred as you absentmindedly toyed with her hands.

"The fuck do you mean?" Clearly confused but unable to hide the comfort of you still managed to joke when concussed within an inch of your life.

"Like, y'know how they're all fuckin' stupid — hi, boys," you turned your attention to the camera Lance held close to your face, wiggling your fingers in a halfhearted wave, before facing Rachel again, "am I, like, an official dumbass now, or somethin'?"

KNOXVILLE!READER JOINING JACKASS FOREVER CAST

It would take so fucking long to convince johnny to let you joint the crew. like, i'm talking begging since you were 16 and only had rollercoaster rides, skating, and surfing as your adrenaline rushes.

What finally convinced him to let you join was the fact that he raised you to be stubborn, and he knew that even if he said no, you'd go off and do stunts anyway, and he'd rather have you do dumb shit in a controlled environment as opposed to on your own.

He'd still get very nervous when you're actually doing a stunt, regardless as to whatever he had just done to potentially fuck up his body and brain forever.

You grew up around the jackass crew, and i feel like jeff and spike would be almost as hard to convince as johnny because whenever you were on set as a kid, you'd be sat in a director's chair beside them while the others did their stunts and they were like no way josé 🙅🏻‍♂️🙅🏻‍♂️

Chris and steve-o wanted you to join the cast because it meant that johnny was less likely to run around with a taser (and they also missed spending time with you because you'd barely seen them in the ten years since 3.5 interviews)

I swear it's not just because she's the loml, but i feel like you and rachel would be bffs. but, no matter how great you two are as a duo, it's even better to see the trio between you, rachel, and poopies because you're all some of the most reckless members of the new cast and you have really great chemistry and are really comfortable with each other which makes for great footage.

I can see you three, and maybe zach and eric (andre), recreating a bunch of old jackass stunts that would probably play towards the end of jackass forever (or 4.5, i can't remember which) when they're doing parallels from that movie to the show/earlier movies.

You'd definitely do barrel surfing as a group, poopies would probably do el matador, you and rachel would do the gauntlet while the other three push the weights, and maybe (if you managed to get johnny off set for a day) you'd do roller buffalo.

I feel like jeff would have made sure that the og cast weren't around when you guys redid old stunts and left it as a surprise until the actual premier, and it would be a lie to say that johnny didn't get a bit emotional seeing you do his old stunts.

You and johnny would tease each other a lot, but you always had to be careful what you said because he wasn't afraid to go to any means possible to embarrass you.

He'd probably hold a grudge over it too ngl, like, he'd wait for his revenge if you make jokes about him being old and when jackass filming is 'over' he'd have a small camera on him that he'd use to get footage of him embarrassing you when you were flirting with someone at a restaurant or smth that he'd send off to jeff to be added to the final cut.

He didn't tell you he filmed it.

So you and johnny both got little surprises during the premier, but your surprise for him was a lot nicer.

SILENCE OF THE LAMBS WITH RACHEL AND HAWK!READER

"I don't have a good feeling about this, Rach." You said as you both walked into the basement. "I don't fuck with rattlesnakes." Rachel sat on the couch normally, while you resorted to sitting on the back of the couch with your feet resting on the seat.

It wasn't until crew members started filing out of the room that Rachel started to share your wariness. "Wait, why the fuck is everyone leaving?"

You quickly turned to look at Johnny. "I swear to fucking god, Knoxville, what the fuck are you-" your question was cut off by the door slamming and the lights turning off, leaving you and Rachel in pitch darkness.

"I'm Johnny Knoxville, and welcome to hell!"

On instinct, you and Rachel reached for each other, hands tightly clasped. "I swear on my fucking life, Y/n, if you let go of my hand, I will feed you to the snake."

"I'll have to let go if you don't stop squeezing my hand so hard. Oh, god, oh fuck, oh sweet baby jesus, I hate this so much." You gritted out, shrieking what Johnny threateningly turned on the stun gun, the electricity briefly showing where he was. "I swear to fuck, you asshole, when we get out of this, I'm gonna fucking kill you." His only response was a laugh.

Unbeknownst to you, Jeff decided that there wasn't enough fear from you and Rachel, and told Johnny to knock over the 'snake bucket'. The clatter and hiss was quickly followed by Rachel tightening her grip on your hand as you both screamed.

"I fucking hate you, Knoxville!" She yelled.

You grabbed a cushion from your side and flung it aimlessly at the room, hoping to hit Johnny. You waiting a second to see if you'd hear the soft thud of him being hit, and to your joy, you did. "I know where you are now, fucker. Rach, I'm gonna let go for a sec, okay?"

"Wait, no, what-" before she could finish, you reached forward in Johnny's direction, his warning flare of the stun gun ensuring that you were right. In a quick and jerky movement, you lurched forward and grasped the body of the gun, yanking it away from Johnny. If it weren't for him laughing at Rachel's terror, you knew it would have been harder to get.

"I've got your fucking gun, you dipshit, stay the fuck away." You flashed the gun before grabbing Rachel's hand, staying as quiet as you could, flaring the it when you heard footsteps approaching and laughing proudly when a yelp of pain followed.

It wasn't long after you stunned Johnny for the fifth time that Jeff called it off and the lights were back on, revealing you and Rachel curled on the sofa, clinging to each other for dear life while you held the stun gun at arms length. You started laughing when you made eye contact with Johnny. "You fucking bitch, Knoxville. That was so fucking scary, dude. I would slap you right now but my hands are really sweaty, but sleep with one eye open, dickhead."

You and Rachel kept holding onto each other when you left the room, both still slightly worried that the skit wasn't fully over.

"Can I have the stun gun back?" Johnny called after you between fits of laughter.

"No, fuck off!"

JACKASS CREW'S THOUGHTS ON HAWK!READER

spike jonze: they get along so well omg. like, if hawk!reader isn't with rachel or maya, she's with spike. he was one of the first crew members she was comfortable being calm around because he didn't make her feel like she needed to be energetic to fit in. he respects her confidence in her abilities, and that would only increase once she gets fully comfortable with the cast and has the confidence and security to turn down stunts she thinks are too dangerous.

jeff tremaine: i'll say this about johnny and i'll say it about steveo too, but jeff loves the fact that hawk!reader is down for pretty much any stunt handed to her. like i've mentioned before, she has a very energetic persona on set, and he really values the contributions she makes because her content is almost always good shit.

johnny knoxville: he says that she's his "mini me" because she does so many dumb things for good footage. i can see him being really impressed with how she handles pain and how 9 times out of 10, she's able to laugh it off.

chris pontius: i don't think they'd work directly with each other a lot. like, ofc they'd be close like all of the cast, but they wouldn't have any stunts that directly bounce off of each other. however, chris sees how she is with the people she does do stunts with, and really likes the way that she's a very comforting presence. like she'd always be making sure the other person was okay, reminding them that she doesn't mind doing the stunt alone if they don't want to. he knows how intimidating jackass stunts can be, and he appreciates the way she handles it.

steveo: he thinks she's unhinged and he loves it! like johnny, he says that she reminds him of himself because she's so willing to do batshit stunts that are destined to fail. i feel like he really respects her outlook on stunts and how she never seems to treat it like labour and brings a positive light even when she's bleeding with a mild concussion.

dave england & ehren mcghehey: i feel like they were a bit skeptical of hawk!reader joining the cast because, seeing as they're in their early-late forties when they meet her, they were worried of what doing jackass in her early twenties could do to her long term. but what ended up making them warm up to her was that she was really caring towards them. she didn't judge dave for all his shit skits and she helped ehren to the medic station after every cup test and they thought that was rlly chill of her. they'd snowboard together for funsies. no cameras, no jackass footage, no pranks, just three friends having a good time.

rachel wolfson: okay so, like, it's known that hawk!reader and rachel are best friends, so it's a give-in that rachel loves and respects her so much, not just as a stuntwoman, but as a person in general and they both learn a lot from each other about how to balance work and personal life, and so many other things.

poopies: he doesn't have a lot of thoughts going on most of the time, so i don't think he'd be able to pinpoint what exactly it is he likes about hawk!reader, but i feel like if he had to choose, it'd be that he feels comfortable around her. i imagine hawk!reader to be a really magnetic person who is such a supportive and positive light, that when you're friends with her, your guaranteed a daily confidence boost because she will hype him up for the dumbest shit.

i 💞 decent nepotism babies and for the sake of my sanity i'll ignore the voices in my head that are yelling at me to make the reader ryan's kid who kind of grew up on the set of jackass

RUNNING IN THE FAMILY

I feel like the youngest cast member would probably be the kid of someone who's worked with jackass for stunts and stuff before, and the first person who came to mine was Tony Hawk!

So, like your father, I can see you doing a lot of skating and skate-related stunts, which would probably be how Johnny found out about your willingness to be a complete idiot and offered for you to join the cast.

Now, although they didn't treat you any differently than they did any of the new cast members, the og cast were a bit surprised when you kept volunteering yourself for wild skating stunts even if you ate shit 8 times out of 10.

Most of the cut scenes in Jackass Forever and 4.5 were things you'd done that weren't big enough to make it as proper stunts, but still too fun to trash.

Stuff like skating down a steep ramp and directly into a river, throwing balls at Ehren and Dave as you zoom past them on set, people shooting paintballs at you as you skate in front of them, things like that.

One of your main stunts that actually made proper screen time on Jackass Forever was a bit of a mix between the long jump and the human ramp where a bunch of the guys lay on the ground and you'd attempt to jump over them with your only build up being on a very sketchy and feeble ramp that made great content because everyone involved ate shit.

I feel like you'd have your own brand of skateboards and there was a competition between you and Wee Man as to who could plug their own brand the most.

It was an easy win for you because it's surprisingly hard to successfully market tacos when there's someone pogo jumping on someone else's balls behind you.

You'd definitely be friends with Maya Hawke, if for no other reason, but to have your instagram bio say "Ethan Hawke's daughter" to match hers.

Altogether, you'd be my fav nepo baby ever.

THEY DO, THEY SO DO, THEY ARE BEST FRIENDS!! that's why in silence of the lambs i had rachel and the reader clinging to each other so tightly, it's such a cute idea to me.

i just imagine that they'd be really touchy in general, like where they'd high five the others after a stunt, they'd give each other a huge hug. and when standing next to each other, just casually throwing an arm around the other's shoulders or waist.

speaking about standing next to each other, whenever there's an opportunity for it, they're beside each other. if the crew is ever in a car together, they're sitting next to each other. if they're standing, they're standing next to each other. literally any possible chance, they'll be next to each other.

yk how rachel said in 4.5 that she felt like the crew was family after day one? i feel like it's that but even more with the youngest crew member. maybe it's because they're the only girls, maybe it's because they just clicked so well, but it's clear as day that while they may be family with everyone, they're closest with each other.

they'd be protective of each other, no doubt, and i think that plays into them holding each other so much. like nobody wants to see their best friend eat shit during a skating stunt or get stung by scorpions, so naturally they'd be protective. but since it's literally their job and they know that they can both handle it, they'll never ask each other to step down from a stunt (unless it's, like, really really dangerous) and will instead resort to jumping at each other when it's over.

even at the jackass forever premier, they were still there beside each other. ngl there's probably most photos of them as a duo than individually, and that counts for both jackass forever and 4.5 as well as the premier.

their bond is so special to me, i love it sm 🫶💞

(building on from a point in these headcanons) knoxville!reader and a bunch of the new cast from jackass forever would definitely remake the bucket cars stunt from the tv show and reader would probably fuck with zach's wheels so that his wheelbarrow keeps veering to the side.

they'd probably set up a competition between pairs where rachel and reader would go in a wheelbarrow together and race down the hill against poopies and eric with zach standing at the bottom and whoever hit him first wins bragging rights.

but i get what you're saying 100%. i feel like the cast wouldn't be surprised that she has a normal life, as most of them have families and calm lives outside of jackass themselves, but i think it would surprise them to see just how domestic hawk!reader is off set.

i can see her being very hands-on and enthusiastic on set due to a subconscious need to prove herself because she's so young compared to everyone else, so the sheer switch in her behaviour would take a while to set in.

a few of the members would probably be invited to her place for dinner, and because i can see her and tony having a really close relationship, it's a give-in that he'd be there too. so when johnny, spike, and jeff go to her home for the first time, all but spike expecting the worst (because spike has experience with her off of a jackass set because of where he met her first) and instead seeing a very clean and well-kept apartment, they were more than a bit shocked.

(her apartment is loosely based on these few pins, but that's just how i imagine it so feel free to see it differently if you'd like 🫶💞 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)

after that, it would be a lot easier for everyone to see her in a calmer light, and i feel like them seeing her in a more relaxed setting would help her feel more comfortable and she wouldn't think she needed to be over the top to be accepted by them all.

still, it will always be a slight shock to the system to see her to skate through drywall (like bam in 3.5) and then walk it off and go over to talk to maya about going out for brunch the next day like nothing happened.

i can definitely see maya introducing her to the stranger things cast, just like reader would bring maya to the jackass set a few times, but i also like the idea that the reader was an extra / stunt double in stranger things as well and that could be how her and maya met.

i agree that she'd get along well with joseph, and he'd be rlly impressed by her work with jackass, but i feel like she'd be really popular with the younger cast (especially finn because he's a fan of jackass, i'm pretty sure. or he was at the jackass forever premier, at least).

this wasn't really a part of the request, but i love the concept of hawk!reader and maya's friendship, so i think that reader would bring maya to the jackass forever premier as her plus one and they'd have a great time together. tbh they'd probably be each other's plus ones to nearly every event they go to in case they get bored because they can make a conversation out of literally anything.
