Flotó por doquier, haciendo malabares con su propio cuerpo mientras la sangre se derramaba de forma lenta, ahogándolo en la desesperación por no poder 'respirar'. El astronauta N° 129-B1 sigue extraviado en el sector 12 de la estación 44 de Edgar".

Tremendo lore le puse a un dibujito de un personaje de PvZ GW 1-2 LMFAO. Esto es parte de un AU en el que trabajo llamado "Pesadillas Estelares". También porque pienso que ese personaje tiene lore traumático. --------------------------- "The astronaut left the station hoping to escape the fangs of that terrifying thing that seemed to have escaped from his nightmares. He floated everywhere, juggling his own body as the blood slowly poured out, drowning him in despair at not being able to 'breathe'. Astronaut No. 129-B1 is still missing in Sector 12 of Edgar Station 44."

Tremendous lore to a little drawing of a character from PvZ GW 1-2 LMFAO. This is part of an AU I'm working on called "Stellar Nightmares." Also because I think that character has traumatic lore.

Space Otter Charlie is a new zero-g puzzle platformer coming to Linux gaming with Windows PC. Thanks to developer Wayward Distractions who has partnered with The Quantum Astrophysicists Guild. Due to release their new title on Steam in Q1 2021. The zero-g puzzle platformer Space Otter Charlie is the product of Wayward Distractions. The studio made up of former Popcap Studios team members. Ed Allard, formerly the worldwide studio head at PopCap. Who is also is the brain behind Space Otter Charlie. He's working alongside Matt Holmberg, Isaac Aubrey, and Jeff Weinstein on Space Otter Charlie. Currently in development with a release scheduled for early 2021. Offering up single-player gameplay with shared split screen PvP. Which is due to release in Linux gaming and Mac with Windows PC.

Yes, the game will be playable on Linux. And the game was built in Unity.

The Space Otter Charlie development team is a group of familiar faces. Also joining former global studio head of PopCap Ed Allard, we have Jeff Weinstein (AstroPop, Bookworm Adventures, Zuma's Revenge) on code. While Matt Holmberg (PvZ, Peggle 2, Feeding Frenzy, Magi Nation) take care of the pixels. Likewise, Isaac Aubrey (Space Tyrant, Forza, Bejeweled Blitz, Motor City Online) focuses on level design. Since this is a tiny team, they are working on something that's otter this world.

From the trailer, you can certainly see the gameplay has an arcade feel. While presenting fluid physics based movement and the art style is somewhat similar to that of classic Jetsons cartoons. Offering up a varied selection of challenge levels. It will also be interesting to see how the 4-player arenas come together. Here's what Studio Head Ed Allard of Wayward Distractions has to say about creating Space Otter Charlie: "While I was playing around with zero-g prototypes. The fluid motion reminded me of Feeding Frenzy, which was the first game I created like a hundred years ago. I'm not the first person to realize this connection. NASA trains astronauts for spacewalks under water. I started thinking that sea creatures could probably adapt more quickly to the strangeness of Zero-G than humans could. Blend that realization with a zero-g game prototype and a long time love of sea otters. And you've got Space Otter Charlie."

Arctic Explorer, the ice variant to the Scientist class.

His weapon fires powerful blasts of snow and ice shards that are devastating at close range. His attacks will gradually make plants move slower and eventually freeze them in place, rendering their main and sub weapons completely useless for a few seconds, making for an easy kill.

The design for the Arctic Explorer was probably the most difficult, seeing as how there really isn’t an exact name for them. Other scientist variants are Chemist, Paleontologist, Astronaut and so forth, have actual titles of scientific occupations but I haven’t found an actual name for a person who studies the arctic or the creatures that inhabit it so I simply called him Arctic Explorer.

To find references I looked up “Arctic Scientist” in google images and found pictures of mostly people in parkas with snow goggles so the design was going to be pretty straight forward.

The polar bear cub in his hood is part of an ongoing gag in the PVZ universe about the strange relationship between zombies and animals, like the Zoologist with his porcupine gun, the Park Ranger with his pet skunk and so on. The claw slash across his chest and the tooth sticking out of his hood is a clear sign the mother of the polar bear cub wasn’t happy and is possibly what killed him.
