Obsessed with the way William moves in the Spring Bonnie suit. The gestures are so fluid it’s uncanny, terrifying, and unfortunately, attractive.

look. the social network fandom was. you had to be there. best fanfiction of all time. best fanart of all time. super nice fandom (at least in my experience). Andrew Garfield was out there professing love for Jesse Eisenberg daily, in every interview, while Justin Timberlake sulked in the corner. It was like, is this a real interview or is it rpf? Am I hallucinating? “You didn’t know me at thirteen / I really wish I did” is an exchange Jesse and Andrew had on the red carpet. Organically. Every interview was like this. Professions of love. Andrew saying that in order to get in character for Eduardo he fell in love with Jesse as Mark. And Justin Timberlake was there, for some reason. Avoiding the camera, avoiding looking at either of them. And then every week details of them on set came out. Every detail was like “in order to get Andrew in character for this devastating scene Jesse as mark said shit like ‘I love you, let’s get married and build a house together.’” So okay, people have ethical concerns about rpf. Which is fair. But it was 2011. And every interview was November 5th.

people including me ALREADY go nuts for the fnaf movie. just imagine the reaction and the experience if the opening credits ended and the first thing we'd seen was Markiplier crawling around through air vents in a security guard uniform like they were planning

Alright here’s my take on Glass Onion. It worked so well as a sequel because it follows the logic of a 1960s series rather than a modern franchise with ten thousand films. It’s like, hey let’s follow this gay little detective solving cases with the same narrative structure as the first film, but a new independent story, a whole new cast, new decor, no recurring character save for the main, and fun new little details -- compare that to idk the new star wars films and tv shows that clearly were written exclusively because it was lucrative, and so never take a risk or creative liberties, use the same famous cast over and over again and try to outdo themselves each time to impress the audience even more and even more and even more. Of course Glass Onion was probably written for money too like let’s not get delusional it is a hollywood film BUT because of the way Knives Out was set up it was just not possible to do a sequel the usual way (how could they have reused the same cast?? Done fanservice?) they had to make it a fun new crime story with little to no continuity and that works amazingly well thank you for coming to my ted talk

i enjoy stranger things so much because i am aware of and have come to terms with the fact that there will never be a better season than the first one. not only just bc of whatever magic it had, but because of the nature of the story they are telling; it’s hard to do sequels for mysteries and horror… to do like four of them for a horror mystery show is challenging. that’s why i’m still able to enjoy this show because each season is competing for best sequel and i think the filmmakers know that.

I've just finished Ranma 1/2, all 407 chapters! While I can't say it was the ending I wanted, it was very cute right up until the end and there's absolutely a lot to love about this story. I'd like to go more in depth as to what I do and don't like about it but that'll be at a later date after I've had some time to sit on it. I'm honestly sad it's over, I wish we got more of it! Maybe one day...
