Most arról mesélnék nektek, hogy hogy jött nekem a segítői szakma, meg úgy általában az egészségügy. Nagyon mély emlékeim vannak ezzel kapcsolatban és mindig volt bennem egy intuíció efelé, de valahogy mindig eltérítettek erről az útról. Viszont ez annyira erősen motoszkált mindig bennem, hogy minden alkalommal visszakúszott valamilyen formában. Az első ilyen mély emlékem, az, amikor megkérdezték a szüleim, hogy mi szeretnék lenni, ha nagy leszek. Egyből rávágtam, hogy: Ápolónő! Kapásból jól le is lettem fújjolva, mert “az egész nap pisis lepedőket cserélget”. Oké, akkor ez az ötlet kuka. Hozzáteszem, akkor még nem sok fogalmam volt róla h mit is csinál pontosan egy ápolónő, de valahogy ezt mindig olyan nemesnek éreztem, tetszett, közel állt hozzám az a jó érzés, amiben akkor részesülsz, ha valakinek segítesz és csak jön a semmiből ez a hála jellegű érzés. Meg mindig “menőnek” gondoltam kórházban dolgozni. A következő nagyon mély emlékem, amikor már ovis vagy kisiskolás lehettem és fonni tanultunk. Extra puha fonalból, mindenféle fonást. Egész nap egy ilyen fonott kis izével rohangáltam a lakásban, apukám pont TV-zett és mondta h milyen érdekes dolgot mondtak a TV-ben. (Valami ismeretterjesztő műsor volt). Azt mondták, hogy minden létező tárgyon, élőlényen, stb. apró, pici, szemmel nem látható baktériumok vannak. Mondom miiii?! Ezen a fonott alkotásomon is? Azon is! Mondom fúj! És azzal odahajítottam a földre és ott hevert órákig mert nem mertem hozzányúlni😂 Akkor még valahogy a baktériumokat szemmel nem látható kukacoknak képzeltem el és undi volt. New moves for this week. This combo targets building and lengthening the obliques - the sides of the body. The new HIIT classes on my website will feature it. As i am packing the house and living in an absolute chaos for the moment i find harmony in my 12 minutes a day of exercise. If you have done my old classes you would be familiar with this combo 🤗. Building strength is so important in order to feel good. My approach to yoga and fitness is minimalist - minimal to zero equipment needed. Just come as you are ready to let go of ideas about yourself that no longer serve you and willing to manifest a stronger, more accepting and more in tune version of yourself. I had the privilege and honor of beginning the 1st day of 2021 with these phenomenal people for the 3-day @poppyperinatalyoga training. The best things about this training included all the wonderful questions, wisdom, honesty, and open-heartedness coming from everyone here. The worst thing was that I couldn’t be in the same room with them and hug each and every one. It’s amazing how close we can get to each other in a virtual setting and fall in love with people over the course of days. Holding all of you dear in my heart. Until next time. DETAIL + DEPTH | Dhanurasana in preparation for Parsva Dhanurasana . The ability to take Bow Pose is necessary for Side Bow Pose. For those with bony hips, take a wide folded blanket under the belly. Start in a prone position and lengthen the legs, one at a time, to "flatten" the groins to the floor. Do not achieve this action by simply pushing the groins into the floor, which could cause pain in the tailbone or low back as it does increase the backbend. Instead, imagine lengthening the thighs down and back, as if ironing a wrinkle out of a shirt. . Reach the hands back with the palms facing in. Straighten the arms. Bend the legs and take a hold of both ankles at the same time. Enter this symmetrical pose symmetrically, rather than habitually favoring the clasp of one ankle, then the other. . Before lifting into the pose, draw the tailbone down and lift the side navel. Lift the side chest and draw the inner shoulder blades toward the spine. Inhale, kick the legs into the hands. Use the strength of the legs to widen the chest. Continue to breathe through the nose. With the following inhale, use the hands to lift the legs. Reach up through the chest. #Repost @poppyperinatalyoga with @get_repost ・・・ Heel Slides and Arm Glides Combo! This is such a soothing and rejuvenating postpartum core exercise. I recommend working on each move alone before combining. For Heel Slides, stabilize bottom ribs on floor and put light blanket under heel while...exhale, extend leg, sliding heel away from hip> inhale, bend leg, sliding heel toward hip. For Arm Glides, stabilize back ribs on floor. Start with hands by hips and palms facing ceiling. Exhale, glide arms up along the floor toward head for as long as upper traps stay down away from ears. (Don’t try to push shoulders away from ears. That creates too much tension.) At the halfway point, slightly bend elbows and lift elbows off floor a little while keeping thumbs touching floor the whole time. (See my arms and hands in the video.) It doesn’t matter if you can’t straighten your leg completely or glide your arms to your ears. What matters is this: feel for relief or pleasure, keep bottom ribs on floor, feel for organic rate of release/opening.
