Not sure how much any of you care about my pop culture analysis of jojo siwa but I actually think her trying to rebrand as a controversial artist makes sense past “trying to grow up” because she WAS a VERY controversial artist for a period after she came out people were completely scandalized and got rid of their merchandise and were flaming her in mainstream news over the tiniest things she said and whatnot. Which I doubt she expected to happen either? I think she just doesn’t understand how to produce that organically because she’s essentially a walking packaged product with no concept of the real world. And also is not controversial to the demographic she’s trying to reach at all
