Beaded drawstrings on the Self-Ish hoodie! Been looking forward to doing this for ages - lettered beads are surprisingly tricky to find.

Rockabilia has literally the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced, please do not buy band merch from them.
On February 10th I placed an order with Rockabilia for their limited edition Ghost shorts. This item was originally advertised with a size chart accurate to regular adult sizes, and I placed an order with my usual size (M). Because the item sold out so quickly, they then offered this item again the following week - however, this time the sizes were drastically different and advertised as “Juniors” sizes. This led to much confusion and worry among myself and plenty of others that the size originally ordered was not going to fit. On Twitter the company advised me that they would be allowing exchanges for this item due to the inconsistency between the size charts.
[This is kind of a novel, so the rest of my experience + screenshots of my interactions with them are under the cut...]
When my item arrived, I tried them on, and alas - they did not fit. I then forwarded my original order confirmation email to their Customer Service address and requested an exchange. This was responded to with what I DID NOT KNOW was an automatic reply saying that “Rockabilia does not do exchanges.” There was zero indication that this email was an auto-response. Of course this resulted in feeling lied to after the original response on Twitter, and would have been incredibly misleading and confusing to anyone else who would have received that response.
So, I called them out publicly for lying. Their responses to this exchange were immediately rude and incredibly immature. I DID end up getting another email response saying that I could do an exchange… but when I asked for the size chart so I could confirm which size I needed to exchange to, they could not provide that to me. They instead asked “What size do you normally wear in pants?”
Due to the discrepancy in the size charts between the first and second releases of this item, you can imagine why this would be insufficient to be able to choose a size. After that, I honestly gave up and was just going to let it go.
Until they started spreading misinformation about the situation on their Facebook account when someone called them out for it again. They told the commenter that the original email I sent them requesting an exchange had “no context whatsoever” meaning that there was no order number, no mention that this was in regards to the shorts, etc. Which is entirely incorrect - because as mentioned before, I forwarded them my original order confirmation that had ALL of the information necessary. They simply did not care enough to read the entire email and were essentially just sending auto-replies to everyone at the end of the day so they could check it off their to-do list and go home.
And of course, when I commented with screenshots proving them to be wrong, and once again lying about the situation, they blocked me, the commenter, and another person in the thread for calling them out.
This company is honestly nothing but embarrassing and has a pathetic excuse of a “customer service” team.
And that was all of our exchanges before going back to find out that they blocked me, my friend, AND my brother who all called them out for their shitty customer service. What a fucking joke.
Oh, and I tried to leave a Google review - they deleted it about 10 minutes afterwards. :) Fucking pathetic.

This is one of my favorite tees in my collection! I love this design and the shirt is so soft.
SHEEP AND WOLF TEE
Era: Folie era
Description: A soft heathered gray tee with the Fall Out Boy logo in black at the top and fourteen sheep and one wolf. The wolf has a full stomach and most likely ate one of the sheep. The illustrations are distressed in style.
