January ⛸️ 2024 Monthly - Pisces

Whole of your energy: 4 Swords

In the preshuffle, I see love & romance is growing like expected, you could be going out on more dates this month, spending more quality time with a partner. Some of you may just be hoping it does. The meditation was fuzzy, foggy, I never made it to your door. There was a thick fog and 7 dancing Cups floating all around me, some of which were turned upside down, clearly nothing was in those. They were moving so fast though, you couldn’t really tell which were empty and which weren’t, and you were just following this one cup filled to the brim with red wine 🍷, chasing it with your eyes, like a ball under the cup game. The whole time you’re thinking “I don’t even like wine”, it’s just the cup with *something* in it. You grabbed it, it was yours, and you drank the whole glass, all the while feeling like you only wanted water…but you’re grateful regardless.

You’re at a new beginning, in just about everything I can see. New year, new job possibly, a new lover - or you’re thinking of one, manifesting one, a new start with one. reconsidering what 10 Cups is to you…but what 4 Swords is showing me is that you need a break. There’s a lot of *new* and you’re needing to heal from “failure”, in whatever way that’s been for you. 6 Wands rev has made several appearances already, you may want to impulsively jump from one thing to the next thing (and in work, you could be), but in all other ways you need to pace yourself. Heal, day by day. Get plenty of sleep, rest, take time to process whatever you’ve gone through before jumping into the next thing. If you can help it. Some of you may be taking a vacation, taking a break in a relationship, having a health issue pop up, in some cases rest may be forced.

What’s going on in January:

Ace of Pentacles:

You could have a new job, which is great news and would describe some of this new energy. 4 Swords could show it being delayed in some way, maybe due to health or a lack of response, several interviews dragging things out, could be several things. Someone could be getting a sleep study done, that’s specific, take or leave that. You show up as Queen of Pentacles, a very capable & financially driven Queen, normally you’re on top of things and doing quite well for yourself, but you’re coming out of a period where you weren’t doing so great financially speaking. This can be saving money after the holidays, Cap got similar energy and they’re here too. If you’ve recently ended a relationship, you could be getting financially back on your feet, which was probably difficult for bit, but it looks like you’re getting there. Ace of Pentacles is a tangible opportunity with the potential to last, and Queen of Pentacles knows exactly how to cultivate this sort of opportunity.

10 Cups:

This is the happily ever after card, but I don’t see that being what’s going on here. More like you’re waiting for this to show up, expecting it to even. Whoever your last partner was, you saw as 10 Cups, or hoped they would be. The Lovers shows a very intense connection, that was clear to you, but inevitably it didn’t last. This is the “failure” being referred to, along with 3 Swords. There could’ve been other people involved, 4 Cups at the boredom show a person that’s apathetic, discontent, unhappy, bored. Not choosing, not committing or caring. Could be you or that past person, you weren’t getting this 10 Cups from them, but you haven’t given up hope even after heartbreak & disappointment. Some of you are disappointed in yourselves for believing in fairy tales, or something like that. There’s a jaded vibe here. You still want what you want, but you were wrong before, and you’re tired. The kind of tired sleep don’t fix (but Pisces needs its sleep so make sure you are).

3 Wands:

Looking at the distant horizon, you still hope to heal a relationship, for some - this failed one that’s showing up. You’re waiting for them to apologize, waiting for effort, waiting for them to come back in and make shit stable. Was it ever? The Devil at the bottom is obsessive and hyper-fixated on one particular person, and your expectations are high. I don’t know if it’s realistic, The Devil isn’t healthy energy. It’s codependency, feeling stuck, trapped, bound. 3 Swords has shown up already, along with The Lovers, there may be infidelity going on here. Or this person may have already moved on. If not, or that’s all old news, then this would be more work related. You could be going through some kind of work training, preparation, signing contracts, taking some sort of aptitude test. If so, you’re expecting this to turn out positively, you may have been unstable for a bit but you’re working hard to turn that around, as fast as you can (which doesn’t seem fast - delays). The Devil in this case may show an obsession with progress, success, achievement, but being stuck until some outside party, person, or thing gives this the go ahead. Possibly a document. Some of you are seeing things pessimistically, it doesn’t matter everything is just going to fail. Some of you can’t see something has already failed.

Some of you are just obsessed with finding new love, one that is stable, and you spend most of your time at work daydreaming about some …who is that guy in Inside Out? The Mexican pilot or something like that 🤣 That’s what I saw. A Don Juan…could literally be a Juan, or Latino, that could be your thing. This could mix up your manifestations, you have 11:11 here with 4 Wands, you’re waiting for something/one to show up in the form of practical, hardworking, stable, long-term 10 Cup potential - but you’re dreaming of the passionate, fiery, not so stable sexy & kinda crazy kind. “Bad boy/girl” types. Be careful where you allow your mind to wander…you don’t even like wine 🍷💯

7 Cups:

Daydreamy energy, here are all of those cups with all of those different options, some wine, some water, something weird and some empty, you just don’t know. Justice clarifies, Queen of Swords & The Hermit at the bottom. This could be divorce, a breakup, not really reflecting on the situation, I don’t see sadness or reminiscing…but you’re bitter. Jaded. Angry. Again, disappointed that you’re on your own, or things didn’t work out, you saw forever with a toad possibly 🐸. Or they turned into one over time, at least it looks that way. The decisions could be made, it all could be completely over now, and rather than daydreamy energy you’re needing to embody more of a fierce Swords type of attitude. Know your worth. Know that you don’t like wine, and don’t be tempted, use that sword to cut that cup completely away from you. Then continue, cup by cup by cup, until you find the right one. Cup = person, opportunity, think you want. And 4 Swords, what you need most is a break.

The Tower:

Part of the fantasy is being swept off your feet by a fkboy/girl, and at the same time, you fkn hate what they have to offer. It’s more like a drug or a bad habit you keep feeding, 6 Swords & 5 Swords clarify, you have to force yourself to wake up - The Tower - and see this cycle, routine, situation for what it is. Bitter makes sense, craving it doesn’t. Wanting to be hurt? Missing someone that hurts you? Not good for you - 4 Swords, you have some major healing to do before you can recognize water as being the optimal choice. For signs I’m getting stay away from fire, they keep showing up as Wands, maybe Wands is like toxic waste or something to you, beware - ☣️

It’s more like you need to notice when you’re falling into old habits, old daydreams, old versions of 10 Cups. It’s not real, or it’s not good for you. The Tower is your awakening, your wake up call, you have to realize it for yourself. And that takes time, even after the fact, 4 Swords & The Fool. It’s not yet. Another fire sign shown, all of them mentioned, several times at the bottom of the deck, all of them connected to “nope”. The vision could be literal. Red is fire & passion, wine is fog, you don’t want that. You do, “you’ll take it”, but not the other parts of it, the reality, you don’t really want it. Fire signs are coming up as no. Some of you literally just want some water and don’t even know it 💙 Same applies if you’re battling an addiction, alcoholism could be being highlighted, your new journey may be a sober one and if so that’s amazing congratulations 🎉

Hello tumblr, in this short post we'll look at what moon phases await us this year! Let me start with these beautiful moon calendars from Dreamy Moons. I'm sending them here as even though they are for free, you do need to input your credit card if you wanna download them and I know not everyone is comfortable with that.

These are for northern hemisphere, the site has also the option to choose southern hemisphere. The phases are the same, it's just the style option, because in northern hemisphere the moon looks like this 🌒 and in southern like this 🌘 (the opposite site is illuminated).

We started out this month with a wonderful minor grand trine between the Sun & Mercury in conjunction, Jupiter in Taurus and Saturn *rx* in Pisces. At the time, I was at Anthrocon and had an emotional drive to meet people I'd usually not hang out with (Sun conjunct Mercury in Cancer, trine Saturn in Pisces) with a strong emphasis to form new, concrete relationships from Jupiter sextiling all three planets.

Good morning, everyone! I want to address the astrological beginning of July and then proceed on to some current events.

Though, that Neptunian influence is still present in Taurus, and with it squaring both Venus and Mars in Leo, could drive people who aren't emotionally and mentally grounded to become frantically love-drunk or desperate for a relationship (Just as a side note, St. Anthony has always been there for me in times like this) and allow that additional Jupiter and Saturn retrograde energy to cause their psychological state to become overburdened with a feeling of loneliness. This could continue until Independence day, when Saturn will retrograde back a single degree, breaking the trine. Though, this IS a great time to seek out love of all sorts, just don't allow yourself to be swept off of your feet.

At the moment, nothing has radically shifted, but I do want to comment on the ongoing Uranus-Pluto sextile that is going to be with us until January 1, 2024 EST, especially in relation to the Republican party in the United States.

Currently the party is dealing with some major aspects that are causing serious chaos within its ranks:

First off, the party is still in its Uranus return, with transiting Jupiter conjunct natal Uranus, causing the already chaotic and untamed politics to get more wild and irresponsible. During a return, I always discourage my clients from engaging in rash behavior; and considering this is occurring in the Republicans natal Taurus, there will most definitely be ramifications for the party's underlying support.

With the recent decision by the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade, completely gut Biden's student loan forgiveness and use a false premise to remove even more protections for LGBTQ+ folks, we could easily see how their natal Uranus is taking a beating. However, the GOP also has another return going on in the sign of Pisces. Neptune, which is direct in their natal Pisces, is stationing retrograde and is conjunct, by two degrees, their natal Sun.

This conjunction, especially during a return, can cause utter disillusionment with reality and cause a disconnect with the real world. Large decisions at this time are a terrible idea, resulting in major setbacks when the consequences cause unintended backfire, where Neptune is concerned.

On July 10, the GOP will also have another seasonal return, with transiting Mars conjunct natal Mars at 0° of Virgo. It's during this time I do suspect we'll see the conservative dam begin to crack and some dissenting voices, such as Chris Christie, begin to emerge and progressively get louder as the 2024 election draws closer. This may be spurred out of fear that the party cannot sustain itself in the long-term with the decisions it's been making.

Finally we have the last aspect I wanted to focus on, transiting Pluto square natal Pluto.

This aspect is dark, painful and transformative, and if the lessons are not learned and wisdom is not gained (or negated entirely), it can indicate swift and immediate destruction. It is the definition of "The Tower" within the tarot, due to all the walls built up suddenly crashing down around everything in one's life that once upon a time appeared to be impenetrable. This is a make or break moment for the GOP, and unless they somehow manage to suddenly wake up and address the glaring issues within their party, there may not be a major conservative movement in this country in a decade.

Alcohol is something that’s become something of a spiritual curse for you, in the way that most Pisces are tested to the max in order to create the boundaries they hesitate making, yours are regarding alcohol and spiritual. Karmic. You started drinking very young, way too young. Adults enabled you, parents, coaches, everyone, no one really ever told you “no” or explained what you were doing, figure out why, push or discipline, no. You made your father money to drink away, and you did the same. I don’t pick up on a mother specifically except that she was no better. Even if someone would warn you or scold you, it was once and then they’d just wash their hands and keep quiet. Essentially it was drinking that caused injuries, accidents, a lack of mental clarity, you sabotaged yourself out of continuing with an athletic career. Somewhere in here is a husband that also left due to 9 Cups - overindulging, drinking, drugs, and it’s like you started so young that this *was* normal, there was no future you could see where it wasn’t this. I see prison playing a role in this life, and saw that on the summary, but I’m not sure why or how long. Actions taken due to drugs most likely.

There is a complicated situation with a woman here, I’m getting this person left and later came back after a very difficult situation with you, could be prison. Getting out. You formed a romantic connection with this woman, I’m not sure if she’s a childhood friend or how you knew her, but she wrote you. One of you moved away from the other (or…jail), and in these letters you fell in love with her, it’s the only time you ever actually felt love, I’m getting the spouse was a no. You probably thought so at the time. There’s also a note here about sex and I’m not sure how to decode this one. You were “pure”, and there are phobias surrounding sex with this person, that may have been due to religious factors. I keep hearing “I’m not gay”, so it wasn’t every or any woman, but it was this particular woman, and it caused a storm of contradictions inside of you. When she moved back, you were intimate, but it’s like you feared religious persecution, maybe your government or someone knowing, I’m not sure what specifically. 10 Swords, you feared being hurt, literally. At that point, you wanted to go, I’m seeing it as planned, maybe even on purpose, drug/alcohol related but you may have known whatever it was, was too much, you were not happy. Memories of your career haunted you, but you blamed everyone else. Your life left you feeling empty and shameful, you hated what this had become, but it was never your fault, even after much experience, there was an undeniable arrogance about you that others couldn’t help you see, humble you, or explain. There is a note about intelligence, I don’t see you as not being smart, but something is off, you can’t see or understand clearly like most people. Wires aren’t connecting. Like you *can’t*, in a mental way you were helpless to understand fully the consequences of your own actions. Your nature was always childlike, even grown, it’s like development stopped at some point, maybe due to injury or trauma. Of course your actions are your fault, but there’s were valid reasons too, it’s a delicate line with Pisces as a sign of victims and sacrifice, y’all don’t just make shit up, often you’re at the mercy of the Divine more than any other sign, a sacrificial lamb of sorts, for spiritual development. With others, it was indulge & enable or nothing with you, there was no moving you off of this path. You had no hope you could shine again, nothing else would suffice, and you died conflicted over the actions you had taken…probably taking too much of something. You wanted to be done, and start over, just not on an island, you couldn’t do that.

Your life now is eerily similar to the last one in ways, and I’m hearing “I want to do it again”, it’s like you learned and know better now. I don’t know if you’re still a gymnast, I don’t think so, maybe when you were little as like, a nod to yourself from yourself 🤝, but you are a Magician, and your heart is pure, wholesome, innocent/naive - positively, and very loving. You’re kind, not hateful, not jealous, I’m not seeing negative traits at all in you, you’re a good bean 🤍 You have issues with a father, or rather your father has issues. He may be in jail currently, or in & out, prison has followed you here but this time it’s not you doing time. Don’t take this the wrong way but…I think you’re having a dunce moment this month. Someone is. Just clarifying The Magician & 4 Pentacles rev I heard “scam” and see what looks like buyer’s remorse. Something looked way better on paper, or in the commercial, something you’ve probably spent a pretty penny on it, and are now kicking yourself. Or your person is kicking you. I don’t get manipulation per se, I get over idealistic romanticism and positivity, aka you fooled yourself, and now you’re pissed about it. No judgement here, I dunce everyday of my life 🙃

The challenge being Death is more something being recognized, coming to light, probably this over idealistic way of seeing things. Toxic positivity? It is a thing, at least when you’re getting scammed it is. There’s a fine line between logic and negative thinking though, good luck striking that balance. Whatever is “ending” is positive and for the best, could just be a perspective on something. This person feels a lot of heavy pressure and probably irritation at the money being spent on whatever this “little fascination” is or was, like maybe you decide sewing is your passion, and spent $200 on yarn just to realize you can’t/shouldn’t use yarn in a sewing machine that you also bought…and didn’t keep receipts. I mean “burdened” is better than “pissed off”, but yeah they’re feeling it @ you.

I was going to go a different direction with your feelings, but I was told to get messages between them & you, and now see why 😆 Up to this point, you’ve felt secure, stable, the relationship was great. While you’re probably being lectured a bit (if that) on your actions here, it’s more this person doesn’t “deserve” it per say, but they’re just as freakin bad as you are, if not worse. They’re literally labeled “irresponsible” so, while you have made a financial oops, it seems like more of a lesson for you to learn, and a regular thing for them. Will they learn too? Maybe, hopefully, they show up as impulsive Knight of Wands energy so probably not. If anything, by mid-Feb I get them acting in a way that’s like…stonewalling? Punishing you via immature behavior and bs, for acting or doing the exact same thing and mirroring them? That’s a deeper problem 🙏 and could be something Spirit is trying to show you. It’s all good when they do it right? At the end of the day, are you being over idealistic over some yarn 🧶 or was the yarn simply a method of Spirit showing you it’s much more than yarn? I also get this person “coming around” from their sulk tantrum or whatever this King of Cups rev is supposed to show. Manipulative bs is what it is. You’ve got the runner card, they’ve got sus behavior, there’s a lot to learn between you, and it all starts with self accountability.
