โบ๏ธ Foglie di lattuga;
โบ๏ธ 1 uovo;
โบ๏ธ 1 cucchiaio di limone;
โบ๏ธ Olio di semi;
โบ๏ธ Sale;
โบ๏ธ 1 cucchiaio di senape;
โบ๏ธ 1 cucchiaio di salsa Worcester;
โบ๏ธ 1 cucchiaio di ketchup;
โบ๏ธ 1 cucchiaio di cognac;

1. Puliamo i gamberi;
2. Lessiamo i gamberi a vapore per 3/4 minuti;
3. Prepariamo la maionese:
a. Mettiamo in un boccale alto e stretto 1 uovo, 1 pizzicotto di sale, 1 cucchiaio di limone e olio di semi fino alla tacca dei 200 ml;
b. Frulliamo con frullatore ad immersione;
4. Fatta la maionese aggiungiamo senape, ketchup, salsa Worcester e cognac e incorporiamo bene;
5. Mettiamo la salsa nei gamberi e mischiamo bene;
6. Serviamo dentro a delle ciotole sopra un letto di lattuga!

โบ๏ธ 1 egg;
โบ๏ธ 1 tablespoon of lemon;
โบ๏ธ Seed oil;

โบ๏ธ 1 tablespoon of mustard;
โบ๏ธ 1 tablespoon of Worcester sauce;
โบ๏ธ 1 tablespoon of ketchup;

1. We clean the prawns;
2. Steam the prawns for 3/4 minutes;
3. Let's prepare the mayonnaise:

b. We blend with an immersion blender;
