Actually, judging by the dinner conversation he had with his dad, I think comments questioning how much he loves his brother would be more likely to cause him to shut down than incite him to fight.

Mario takes personal attacks with a fair amount of dignity. He gets mad whenever he's challenged or insulted, but he's not going to throw the first punch.

Now, if someone starts questioning Luigi?... That might be a different story.

I had always depicted Eve in Space Riders as someone who nearly never gets upset. The sincere, sweet, genuine character who just is pressured by the status of a role that came too soon.

If you never noticed, I take lots of inspiration from mythology. Which is why Eve and Ginger K are themed after mythology.

Eve's species are technically demons, but go with the common saying: "wolf in sheep's clothing." Specifically because despite the sweet face, Eve can and will kill you at any given time.

Remember the reference sheet I made of Eve? On her fighting style and her demons? This is what I mean.

There's many ways Eve's demonic nature can go, no matter the universe she's portrayed in. Her character is like her species: alluring but deadly.

Anyway I knew season 5 was fucked when they screwed over Aku's entire scene and the sskk shoulder support but it was fully driven home when instead of Dazai being soft, careful and self sacrificing when he told Sigma he was gonna get him out of there Dazai said it with his cool Chad face instead. Like man hasnt had a meaningful expression change in this entire season.

Oda would be disappointed in this Dazai.
