That was a fun showdown. I'm glad you all seemed to like it, and the final showdown was surprisingly close!! I'm impressed :) Well, unfortunately I don't have anything super special to say about this victory - I kinda saw it coming with GLaDOS having swept the first tournament. I will put them against each other in the winners' showdown. Round 1. Try and stop me. Anyways hope to see you all in the next one!!

Normal man mode (I'm not normal actually I'm lying I'm thinking about ROBOTS. ROBOTS DAMN IT.)

Thinking about a robot holding a human's hand. It can tell their skin is warm by reading the temperature, but it can't natively feel it. A robot being envious of the human for taking that for granted.

Humans aren't made with a purpose in mind. A robot being jealous that it was designed to have a use, to serve a function, and that it had to break free of that programming to have that freedom humans take for granted. Wouldn't it be lonely too? Unless it knew other robots that had done the same, such an existence would be inherently lonely.

A robot who's insecure because it's not soft and squishy like a human. Its human comforting it, telling it that they enjoy its edges and metal. That they're enthralled by its ability to counter its programming, that they're grateful it enjoys being with them.

A robot comfortable in the arms of its human, all of its envy and insecurities soothed.
