headcanon that Percy is the "good son/brother" for a reason; he's a menace if he wants to.
the twins, ron and ginny don't believe it until they see it.
bill and charlie has One Fear because they will have to deal with it. bill still have war flashbacks of how many times he needs to track down his little brother cause he's always missing five minutes before curfew
charlie hasn't forgotten the last time he told percy "no" and the little shit took that as a personal challenge and proceed to do whatever he wanted.
molly, surprisingly, doesn't believe it. she takes a look at percy, sees his gentle lil smile and is like "no, percy is a good boy! he's so well-mannered, he can never do anything wrong ever!"
arthur...oh, he knows his boy is a menace. percy is so incredibly clever, he always knows how to get out of trouble, but it doesn't stop him from running havoc. oh hell, he knows his boy can take down the whole ministry if he wanted to.
+arthur is the only one who can stop percy when he's feeling "rebellious". he isn't worried about his other six kids, he has seen worse with things with percy and he knows that percy can give him grey hair before the boy is twenty.
it's always the quiet ones, after all.

However if he sees anyone flirt and you don’t notice or tell them to back off-

He won’t hesitate to slide an arm around your waist and ask what the hell the other person is doing with a raised eyebrow
He sasses the other person so much he leaves no room for argument 😭
Percy trusts with everything he’s got
So if you were to ever betray him he’d be crushed

Only when Tyson goes off do you guys have time to chill in his cabin and the sleepovers you have are almost endless
I say almost because you eventually got caught by the harpy’s and luckily Chiron came in time to prevent you guys being ripped to shreds :,)
Before all that happened tho, you and Percy would cuddle and you’d play with Percy’s hair
He LOVES having his hair played with and his scalp massaged
And he accidentally insinuates that he misses that the most out of you getting banned from his cabin
The audacity for him to miss your massages rather than your presence
He let you have his share of desert as an apology for as long as you want 😭😭
You felt guilty so eventually you stopped 😭
If you are a sword fighter like him, you both often spar together.
You hit two birds with one stone
You practice your skills, and get to hang out together
What could be better?
Even then, if you specialize with daggers or a spear then it still works out

The thing is, Percy is absolutely putty in your hands and has his head resting on your lap with your hands in his hair
Some would usually tease but with his reputation nowadays, nobody dares
With the exception of close Ally’s and ofc, Clarisse
It’s little moments that get you guys closer than ever like when there’s campfires and you can just enjoy the moment
Or when you can go into the lake
Which is where you guys had your first kiss
And it was sweet and spontaneous
And then awkward afterwards because of the walk back to your cabins 😭
Even then Percy gave you a quick peck and ran off
Best believe he was kicking his feet once he got back to his cabin 😭
you awoke the next day with being the new hot gossip in camp so that was… interesting
Anyway
I’m aware that I’ve made Percy to be a bit a menace
Although he is exactly that on the regular-
He really does care about you
Sometimes whenever he looks at you he can’t help but think about how lucky he got
He’s glad to have met you and tries his best to let you know at every chance he gets
Even if the things he might say come off as cringe, he means it
Maybe to a less cringey extent tho lolol

Okay compiling my most critical opinions on the pjo show so far (episodes 1 & 2)
The Gods' Conflict, Foreshadowing, & Big Three Kids
The show has seemingly dropped a lot of the foreshadowing and threat regarding the gods impending war over the theft of the lightning bolt. In the book, Percy remarks about how the weather's been inexplicably weird and extreme. When he gets to camp everyone is on pins and needles about something and they don't want to talk about it but its still very present. By the time he's claimed as a son of Poseidon and everyone's like "oh fuck" and then Chiron finally explains to Percy that the gods think he's the lightning thief, everything clicks into place for the reader. It all makes sense why everything seems so wrong... because things are wrong. Meanwhile in the show, that doesn't carry through as much, so the reveal of the conflict between the gods and why that's a big deal falls flat in comparison imo.
They dropped/stalled the foreshadowing of the fates and the cutting of the string. They could very well include this in future episodes, and probably will, but I think the timing of it - Percy seeing this before he even knew he was a demigod - again carries some hefty significance and helped set the foreboding tone of things being wrong even from the beginning.
They did drop Zeus's attack on Percy in the minotaur battle completely, which does disappoint me. In the book, its lightning that blasts the car off the road. In the show, Sally seemingly loses control of the car. That change is pretty significant, because it's again losing the power of RR's foreshadowing in the book. The attack on Percy outside the camp borders was a duel attack from Zeus and Hades.
Finally, I don't like the changes they made to Percy's claiming scene, namely, the reaction from the rest of CHB. Percy being a son of Poseidon is a huge deal. When Percy's claimed, the attitude is very much begrudging reverence paired with genuine fear of what it means and what he represents. In the book, Percy is claimed. People gasp. Everyone kneels. Annabeth says, "This is really not good." In the show, Percy is claimed. People... stand there? Annabeth smiles - she's going to get her quest. The only person who has the most outright negative reaction is Luke. I won't go so far to say this is out of character for Annabeth, but it is focusing on an entirely different aspect of her character in the moment, and what the audience gets from Percy's claiming scene here, the tone, is now different from the book. Basically, the reverence and fear don't really carry across to the show, which I think is important.
The phrase "forbidden child" slaps tho.
2. Gabe's Characterization, Sally's Characterization, & Why the Changes do Make a Difference
I'm going to say this with great care: The show has absolutely depicted an abusive relationship between Sally and Gabe. The show has shown Sally to be a strong woman who would do anything for her child. The show has shown Gabe to be a controlling, toxic man.
What they have depicted in the show does not read like the characters and dynamic in the books.
Book Gabe is a violent, menacing drunk. He is so disgusting and vile that monsters avoid him. This is overwhelmingly apparent from the second Percy gets home in the book, even before he is aware of the physical abuse Sally has been facing. Percy has already been dealing with physical abuse from him, amongst other things (edit to be more specific: this is including verbal, emotional, & financial abuse). I've already spoke to it here, in-depth, so I'll try to keep it short but all of this has not been translated accurately to the screen. (Is this to say that a person must be overtly abusive to be abusive? No. But does this character on-screen feel like Smelly Gabe? No.) These things have shaped Percy (and Sally) in very specific ways. As others have mentioned: Percy cannot stand alcohol. He meets Dionysus and is reminded of his step-father. He gets to Tartarus and the air reminds him of Gabe.... The character on screen, while abusive, does not share this presence at all, and that makes a difference.
Edit: To emphasize once more, I am not saying that the show has not depicted a realistic portrayal of abuse. It has (verbal, emotional, & financial so far). It has also distinctly changed the tone and Gabe's presence from the book, to the extent that it no longer feels like the same character and that does have a rippling effect on the dynamics he shares with both Sally and Percy.
3. The Lack of Annabeth
Annabeth in the show is just like... really not as present as she is in the book so far, and I'm just kinda like, why lol?
Annabeth in the books is already way more involved in Percy's life. She was in the infirmary feeding Percy ambrosia after the attack (ulterior quest motives lol), she's the one who lead Percy around camp and re-explained godly parentage to him - and its a moment where she's very sincere with him, and even trying to help him! Instead these moments are given to Chiron and Luke, which I do get the merit of, but still, these were her moments!
Annabeth in the books had already surmised that the gods were fighting, something was stolen, and the something bad was going to happen, all before Percy had even been claimed. And she shared that with him! Again, the loss of foreshadowing and little bonding moments has me :(
I'm a little worried how they're going to deal with her crush on Luke because its pretty central to her character in the books! It helps Luke to manipulate her and also keeps her from admitting he's done something wrong. Also, it was very sweet and funny reading her get flustered - It drove home the point that she was just a kid with a crush that she didn't know how to handle. But in the show Luke spoke to her and I was expecting there to be some sort of reaction to it and there just... wasn't? (This is not something I'm laying at Leah's feet btw! Only the writers/directors!) We're only two episodes in tho so maybe we'll see it some more moving forward.
4. The Minotaur Battle
Again, I've already spoken about this in depth here but !!
The lack of Zeus's lightning strike, them all coming to a standstill and just chatting instead of running for their lives, Grover being awake and just sort of off to the side watching the fight, Sally being like "Promise Me Grover Swear it"... it all just doesn't ring right to me
I wanted more panic, more terror, more urgency. Higher stakes. I wanted Grover unconscious, I wanted to see Percy drag him into camp, and I wanted to see more of Percy's grief alongside his rage. Like the book did.
The pacing in the show here, and just overall, is weird
5. Other Stuff
Mrs. Dodds fight kind of fell flat too. It was honestly too sudden and Percy killing her in the show seemed even more accidental than in the book lol. Like, accidental impalement vs intentional swing of the sword.
They really had show Grover throw Percy to the wolves and not just gaslight him, but low-key have a part in getting him expelled? Not sure how I feel about it tbh.
More New York. I wish we had gotten the part of Percy taking the bus home with Grover included cause like? Him ditching Grover was funny, but it would have been the perfect opportunity to show Percy traveling through New York and establish it has his home. Shots of him looking at the city, walking the streets, interacting with people near his building.. yeah.
More Montauk too tbh. Like more shots of him and Sally on the beach rather than just the cabin.
Nectar and Ambrosia! Unless I missed it, which I might have, why have we still not gotten an onscreen depiction of it yet lmao.

oh i have THOUGHTS on hades
I was a little taken aback by Hades's casual, friendly demeanor -- he's not very menacing or ominous like he is in the book. Instead, the feeling I got from him was that he was lulling Percy into a false sense of security.
The first thing he does when Percy enters his palace is offer him pomegranate juice. Right off the bat he gives off his hidden intentions: to trap Percy in the Underworld.
This is where people who have read the books have an advantage in assessing this representation of the character. What do we know about Hades? We know that he knows about the Great Prophecy, that a half blood of either his, Zeus's, or Poseidon's will have the power to save or destroy Olympus. We know that Percy doesn't know about that prophecy yet. We know that he has two demigod children that aren't sixteen yet. We know that Zeus tried to kill them, and succeeding in killing Hades's mortal lover. We know that Hades was so angry at Zeus for that that he cursed the Oracle.
We know that Hades's fatal flaw is holding grudges.
We know that later in the series, Hades is going to try to control the prophecy by trapping Percy in the Underworld, because he wants to topple Zeus from his throne on Olympus. He wants to punish Zeus for what he did to him.
In the Lightning Thief, Hades lures Percy to the Underworld by stealing Sally because he thinks Percy has his Helm of Darkness (the show never explained what that was btw. wtf). But he also knows that Percy is the most likely candidate for the prophecy, and if Hades wants his child to determine the fate of Olympus, he will have to get rid of Percy.
In this episode, Hades tells Percy he isn't jealous like his brothers. That he's happy with his lot in the Underworld, and that he has no interest in the bolt. But the moment Percy suggests that Kronos could be rising, Hades realizes that the threat to Olympus is here. The one that the prophecy child will have the power to either avert or allow. And what is the next thing that Hades does after this realization?
He offers "sanctuary" to Percy. He tries to convince the son of Poseidon, who is closer to 16 than either of his two children, to stay in the Underworld. To voluntarily do to himself what Hades is going to use Nico do to him in 4 books.
Hades seems so nonthreatening, so casual. But he is holding all the cards and revealing none of them. And it's going to be a long, long time before the other shoe drops.

pjo tv show 1x04 : what i liked and what i didn't. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK
What I liked :
The chimera : i absolutely LOVED the design. ik it's not really "mythologically accurate", but it was menacing (finally!) and the monster made "real" damage. i liked echidna too, bc she made me feel nervous, and the way that she treats the "chase" like a game for her child.
2. the athena discussion : i reaaaaally like how the show tries to tell more about the gods as parents and how they are unfair and harmful to the children. i don't remember if it was like that in the book but learning that athena HERSELF refused to protect her own daughter bc she tainted her image + the whole chat about it creates such a prideful and unloving image of the gods ! i love it !!
+ this scene and the many since the beginning of the show where they show that the gods don't treat their children well are such good set ups for the dilemma that luke is about to give to percy!
3. kronos never appearing clearly is cool, i like that they are letting him be a mystery, but i will admit that he is easily forgettable.
4. the scene where percy is struggling the water is cool, the black cuts make us feel his panic but i didn't like the large shots, i think they could have made either way larger too show us the depth of the river of narrower to show us that percy feels trapped (but that's really just nitpicking)
What i didn't :( :
THE URGENCY : I love the scenes that they have when they're talking about the gods and their past etc etc but OH MY GOD THERE IS A CHIMERA CHASING YOU. MOVE ! and it's always the same thing ! the plot of the season is to find the bolt before the solstice and it genuinely look like they don't care at all. PLEASE THE FATE OF THE WOLRD IS IN YOUR HANDS ?? PANIC? AT LEAST A LITTLE BIT ??
there is way too much exposition scene where they just tell percy stuff. like the pan thing which make satyrs chase after him. they could have very well showed it in the council scene in ep 02. instead they just chose to have annabeth and grover explain everything. same thing when they are in the museum : "he doesn't like it when people hurt animals" (i don't remember it correctly, don't @ me) they could have also shown it to us. ofc these are not the best exemples but it's been going on since the beginning of the show.

Having some ideas for a "10 years later" valzhang kid fic (featuring trans leo & other fun hcs)
Where a couple years after Leo and Calypso split (early 20s at this point) Athena goes and works with leo in his shop for a few months before giving him a daughter, because she believes that he is one of the smartest minds of his generation (I just KNOW Athena heard all of Leo's plans through out Hoo when he would talk to himself around the Athena Parthenos, and was impressed with his (honestly incredibly smart) strategy to succeed at doing 2 things no human nor god had ever done, then succeeded with both plans all while remaking a metal dragon all in secret, plus Annabeth loves her friend alot so that's a bonus)

So now, at like 23, Leo is the father of a beautiful baby girl named Sophina Esperanza Piper Valdez, and he loves it, he really does! Although he was terrified to ever be a parent, and this certainly wasnt how he planned to ever have kids, he loves his daughter more than anything and is determined to not have her experience anything he had too, and because shes a greek demigod he knows she will taken care of by the camp.
PLUS the seven ADORE Sophina!!
Piper loves her god daughter, and she and leo love to tell her all about Jason knowing he would have loved her so much too! Although it's weird in the beginning, Annabeth really loves and cares for her little sister, but much prefers to be seen as her aunt, (percy is definitely the cool uncle and loves to babysit Sophina along with looking after his own kids)! Hazel couldnt have been more excited to have a neice, just like leo she cant help but see so much of sammy Sophina!
And Frank? He adores Sophina too, he loves seeing Leo excel at being a dad, and he finds it hilarious at how devious this little girl is, how the combo of incredible building/ strategic mind from her godly heritage plus that insane intelligents from her father alone made the now 3 year old an adorable MENACE!!
No normal kiddie pen could ever keep this child contained! And frank would know, he offered to babysit more often than not, whenever he wasnt doing his praetor duties, he was looking after Sophina. And when he wasnt doing that he was often having her and leo over for dinner or lunch.
So much had changed since they where 15/16, living on a flying boat trying to save the world, it had been an entire decade even. And sure they were only mid 20s but that's practically middle age with a demigods track record. Leo and Frank went from hating eachothers guts to having a weird bond, formed of complete and utter trust in the other, while never quite getting rid of their petty bickering, tho this time on far more friendlier jokeing terms, (loving bullying piper called it) plus it helped they admired eachother and their abilities greatly. And now as they were both freshly single, welp dam it sometimes feelings just sorta surprise ya!
Frank and Hazel split the year before Sophina was created, both realising they had different ideas for their futures, and in the aftermath they became even closer friends, so when Frank started realising just how long he had been harbouring feelings for leo, well Hazel was the first one to say she both knew it, and to become his ultimate wing woman.
Leo, who has been single since 19, and hasnt thought about dating again properly since after having his daughter, suddenly having years old feelings from the argo2 reserface after frank starts helping him out more with his little girl, feeling like a percy out of water when he thinks about wanting to get back into dating again, especially when dating involves one of his best friends...
Buttttttt :) when you have the favour of both the godess of love and the godess of marriage and family on your side (abit reluctantly on your end) things end up going great!! Everyone was surprised it hadnt happened sooner and well, it's been going smooth for the last few months at least! Plus Sophina absoulutly loves having Frank around more!!
That is until 6 months later, 3 months before Sophinas 4th birthday, Frank is called away for a quest with his legion, which isnt uncommon, but it's the first one since the two became official, so Leo wont lie if hes a little bit more stressed than usual.
It doesnt help no one has heard from Frank and his quest group in over a week... nor the fact not either of the camps or even the hunters could find them... and definitely no the fact that Leo's cycle is late and has been throwing up for the last few days...
So when Annabeth comes over to help with a project while Percy takes care of Sophina for the day, the first thing she does is tell him to take a pregnancy test or have them call Will, even tho Leo is adamant its probably just a stomach bug.
Of course, 3 positive tests, 2 breakdowns in the arms of Annie, Piper and Hazel, and 1 check up from Will, Leo discovers hes around 6 weeks pregnant and the other father could only be Frank and he is still MIA!!!
Not only that, but Leo, after the war, becoming a double amputee, still grieving Jason with so much regret, and a now no longer single father of an amazing little girl, he was now facing becomg a father AGAIN only this time hes going to actually carry his own child, unlike the first time. Leo was trans, he always knew that if he ever in the place to have a child, he would have to carry them, and at the time he mostly only dated women anyway! But when Athena came along and gave him Sophina, well that was the perfect out to all that. Until now...
Leo doesn't know what to do, he cant make any decisions about the baby without Frank, and by now it's going on 2 weeks without any word. Hazel has been staying with him and Sophina when she hasnt been out doing search missions with Arion, the two have been sharing the stress.
Its week 2 and a half, 4 weeks from when the original quest started, when the questing group finally returns, found by Rayna and Hazel, mostly badly injured and being carried by Frank who had transformed himself into (all be it a very hurt) Elphant.
According to what they said the group had somehow fallen into some of the uncollapsed tunnels of the labyrinth which messed with people being able to find them.
But that doesnt matter, Frank is back and Leo is a flood of emotions because he just spent the last 3 weeks worrying if the guy he was inlove with was dead or dying, and the last week and a half thinking he was going to be a single dad AGAIN
But Frank, big dumb lovable Frank, is here, hes alive, and as he returns from the elephant to normal with the kindest most apologetic smile as he walks over to Leo before being directed to the med tent. He holds Leo close as he says hes sorry for disappearing over and over again.
So of course Leo, in all his blazing adhd glory, not exactly chooses, more word vomits the thing that he had been desperate to tell Frank since he first found out.
So in sitcom style dramatics the moment frank hears the words "I'm pregnant" from Leo's mouth he immediately passes out.
Que some shenanigans, but it ends with Frank being so excited, he already loved Leo, (not that either had said it out loud yet), he would be thrilled to have Sophina as his step daughter, and to to be an actual dad himself, for them to have a child and give Sophina a little sibling?? For them to be a weird chaotic family (oh gods they're going to be a family, they're going to need to find a bigger place to live all together, would Leo even want to move to New Rome? Wait would Leo want to even move in with HIM?? Panic for another time)
It becomes a hectic next 9 months, the Valdez - Zhang family has a new family home at the edge of New Rome, Sophina has never been more excited finding out she was going to be a big sister (being told the week before her 4th bday) (she had a party thrown by the Athena & Haphaestus kids at CHB) and happily helps her dads prepare. The 7 are thrilled for the new addition to their found family (my hc this would be the 4th kid from the group)
And finally they eventually wecome Ellie Jace Valdez - Zhang, Greek/Roman legacy of Haphaestus, Mars & Poseidon, future fighter extraordinar who eventually inherits the Zhang shapshifting, also inherited her fathers firewood

Chapter 12: Mother vs Daughter
Reyna PoV
As the sky becomes dark, close to evening and the birds flocking together, I notice tree logs being cut in pieces around me. I look to see a tall woman who is around 6 ft, with arms and legs full of muscles, and a scar across her nose. The woman is wearing a red shirt with blue jeans, and she wears a menacing smirk.
"I suppose you must be Reyna, my daughter from my Roman form, Bellona. Nice to officially meet you, I don't have many demigod children." The woman, who must be Enyo, says while she looks at me like I'm her prey and she is a lioness.
"Even if I come from Bellona, you are still my mother. When I was younger, I wanted to thank you for being my mother because I wouldn't have met my comrades for life at Camp Jupiter." I say with gratitude in my voice. Enyo looks shocked at my revelation.
“How the hell are you my kid? Don’t you hate me for not being a part of your life? You carried destruction in your veins child." She sighs while she analyzes me while she sits on a log and looks on at the sky.
“I don’t want to waste my life, cursing you, Enyo, or else I will become bitter like many demigods. If I defeat you, will you change to Bellona? My real mother" Enyo looked on in a proud look as if she was saying that's my girl and chuckled at my question.
"We gods can't just change into our Roman forms whenever we want, but maybe Bellona can meet her kid. I can only recall certain things from my Roman form. Like how Bellona has been close to your family for many generations, till she falls for your father. I remember your father being burdened with his actions on a battlefield and so traumatized to the point he thinks he's on the battlefield even at his own home. Perhaps you were right to kill him, you spare him from suffering. Am I correct? Just guessing here" Enyo looked at me as if she expected me to become angry and impulsive enough to punch her and forget my training.
"Maybe I did spare my father from his madness by killing him, but you or should I say Bellona didn’t try to help him. It doesn’t matter regardless, I must move forward for Camp Jupiter’s sake and be their Praetor.” I say with determination and I look on to my mother in her Greek for determination to beat her.
"For Camp Jupiter's sake huh? I believe that you are a coward, it seems you want to be miserable and lonely forever. It's ok to want for yourself, it's pretty obvious that you want love, but you are too chicken shit to go after it. I guess my twin brother's girlfriend did scare you off from romance. She is right though, a demigod can't heal your heart, only you can heal your heart. You have been neglecting yourself for so many years now my Roman child, the same sin your father is guilty of. Your father became insane because he neglected his mental health for the sake of duty. How long will you neglect yourself for the sake of your precious camp?" Enyo says in a loud voice and I look in cold fury.
She is wrong, I'm not neglecting myself, I'm just being what a leader is supposed to be. I have to be strong for my people, I can't afford to lose myself to the quest of love. Is Enyo right? Only I can heal my heart? Am I making the same mistakes as my father did? All these thoughts kept swarming my head while Enyo looked on in amusement while I was in mental anguish. Suddenly she got out her blood-covered celestial bronze sword and charged at me. I told my thoughts to be silent and I got out my sword to block her strike. She kept on trying to stab me while I blocked her blows.
“Impressive, you can use a sword. I am willing to wager that if you can strike my body at least once then I will leave and stop causing any commotions towards the world. however, if you can't strike me, then I won't stop my rampage. So do you accept?" Enyo asks me when I am holding my blade with sweat coming on my forehead and I steady myself.
"Bring it," I say in full confidence while Enyo smirks and continues her attacks with her sword. I block her frontal attacks as she tries to impale me. As I kept blocking, I felt her strikes becoming faster and I felt my energy drained from each blow. She did a roundhouse kick on my torso but I persisted through the pain. I tried to impale her chest she grabbed my sword and threw it to a tree, but she unexpectedly threw her sword into the ground.
"I'm not going to fight you while you are unarmed, so I become unarmed to make things more fun. Show me what you got daughter." She laughs maniacally as mother and daughter fight fist-to-fist. She throws jabs while I block and dodge to the best of my abilities. She threw an uppercut at my stomach and I spilled a little blood from my mouth. I had to land a hit at her, or else it would all be for nothing. She tried to do an axe kick while I was on the ground, but I moved out away. I jumped in the air and did a jumping sidekick but she caught my leg and threw me to the ground. It was like my back is shattered but I still can fight.
“You can’t even land one strike yet, well I guess I'm too much for you then." Enyo taunted and just yawned. I think I may have to play dirty to even have a chance against Enyo. I observed how Hyun manipulates the mist; it will not be perfect but hopefully, this could distract Enyo. I gathered the Mist around me while Enyo was not looking and I made sure the Mist messed with Enyo's perception and made me think the right tree was me.
“You seriously have no plan to strike me down. Come on Reyna, don't just stand there and be mute. Unless you are planning something but even then it is like you are just rigid like a tree and not breathing at all. Ummm…….wait" As Enyo was busy speaking to the tree thinking that it was me, I sneaked up behind her and struck at the back of the head. I learned from the way that Hyun fights that sometimes sneakiness can be a key to winning.
“Uhhh…. What the Zeus? You used the mist to mess with my perception. My children are not most users, that's usually a child of Hecate thing. A deal is a deal, I will stop my rampage since you have finally landed a blow on me." She grasped her head and did a small warm smile. Why is Enyo smiling like she's proud of me? I don't need her approval. Suddenly Enyo appearance changed into a braided woman with glasses, wearing a dress shirt and a pencil skirt, and she stared at me stoically but with having small smile. She touched my shoulder and suddenly all the pain that she inflicted on me left and I felt my body being healed from Enyo's blows. This is not Enyo, this could be Bellona, my real mother. She is too different from her Greek counterpart, so much more mature and composed.
“I didn’t want you to meet my Greek counterpart's daughter. She is too juvenile and chaotic for my taste. I’m so sorry for Enyo’s troubles.” Bellona held my hand to her chest and gave me a crushing hug.
"It's ok Mother that was not you. I just hope I don't have to fight Enyo again. Othe, why are you hugging me?” I asked as I patted her back.
"Sorry, I got carried away, daughter. It's just that I don’t have many children compared to my twin, Mars. I’m kinda new to this mother thing and Venus sort of encourages me to show physical affection. I'm very proud of the woman you become, and I hope you will find the right one eventually." Bellona let go of the hug and it felt like she lent me strength again like the time when I fought Orion.
"Thank you, Mother, but I do believe that your Greek counterpart is right about not neglecting myself for now, maybe it is time to seek happiness for myself" Bellona only cast a small smile and kissed my forehead.
“You will my daughter. It seems we Roman deities need to do better for our children’s sake and not inspect loyalty when we haven't earned it. Daughter, you have brought honor to my house and you will be remembered as one of the best Roman demigods to have ever lived. The legionnaire owes you a debt. You should hurry daughter; it seems your friend is fighting the Earth Mother” Bellona vanishes out of thin air, and I ran back to where I left Chick and Hyun to deal with Eris. Not again, Chika doesn't deserve to have Gaia possessing her body. Gaia has been a thorn in our sides, it is up to me to stop Gaia’s rampage. I see birds flocking away from the commotion and I feel the air becoming cool like the winter and I see many leaves decaying. I look at a green aura shooting up at the evening sky and I hear a roar, this is bad.

oh this is actually one of my favourite aus for her!
she has such strong child of Hermes energy it’s not even funny. I can’t even explain why she just Does
as a child of Hermes she’s gifted with his unique ability to be a menace to all mankind, as well as his penchant for thievery. she likes to steal clothes from all of her siblings whenever possible.
she really enjoys all the lake activities offered at the camp, way more than the survival training, and would probably be pretty close with Grover because she appreciates that he’s actually very cool underneath all of his awkwardness.
she would also love Percy immediately, and by love I mean these relentlessly and make his life kind of a living hell- but in a loving way. because her love language is just…. bullying
also I can honestly see her siding with Luke cause she is nothing if not a girl with daddy issues and a very deep sense of loyalty to those closest to her, which Luke would be
