As a romantic asexual I headcanon just about every single character (and ship) I like as asexual/on the ace spectrum. I just feel there's not enough representation of non-sexual beings engaged in romantic love in popular media. I'd really love it if more stories explored good and fulfilling partnerships that thrive even without sexual intimacy. I'm not against characters being sexy or having sex I think it's just really neat when figures can exist and fall in love without a big part of the relationship revolving around fucking. I love when people, ace or not, can explore their sexuality on their own terms and set boundaries that are accepted and respected by their partners. I love when they realize they're more than their body and what their body is able to provide in terms of sexual fulfillment. I love emotional intimacy independent of the pressure of sex.

I don't actually think about it much (I know we talk here about how they all have queer vibes and all that, but it's more like a joke and not actually speculating about their sexuality. Not that they don't have the queer vibes but I think you know what I mean), BUT if you told me that only one of them is straight I'd probably say Jure

Anyway, I'm so happy that they are all comfortable enough in their sexualities (whatever they might be, idc) to be that close and show their affection and love for each other without caring that there might be people who criticize them for it (which honestly I've never understood and it makes me sad that there are people who don't feel comfortable showing affection to their same sex friends because of those people :()

headcanon that Hunter doesn’t really ever think about his sexuality growing up. I mean seriously, the boy definitely didn’t time to think about romance, you think he’s gonna delve into his sexuality?? So when Willow mentions off-handedly that “oh yeah, I’m pansexual” and he’s just like. What’s pansexual? And so they sit down and she explains it to him as best as he can and he’s like “Uhhhh, I think that’s me?” and he’s. GENUINELY NOT SURE but the idea of sharing something with Willow was too hard not to pass up and so he latches onto this label he had never heard of before until just now.

Anyways, a couple of years down the road and a little bit more knowledge, Hunter decides he leans more towards demi, but even still everything is so new to him and he’s still learning. He’s having fun figuring himself out!

I identify as gay but I've been going through a sexuality crisis as of late. Because yes I'm attracted to men (and mostly men), but also anyone with a sort of fucked up (/pos) gender/gender expression. I’ve been thinking about this a bit I think part of the reason I think I hate a lot of those post by non enby folks about how “oh your cis het boyfriend doesn’t actually see you as enby you silly agab” is cause not only is completely invalidating, it speaks to like this level of ownership that alot of non enby folks feel their owed from us and denies alot of the fetishization that acures towards non-binary folks from non enby lgbt folks.

Like… yes cis straight men are often garbage af and do tend to misgender their partners and just use them but.. this idea that 1. We can ONLY be happy with cis lgb+ folks 2. That our relationship is only valid as queer IF it involves a cis lgb+ and 3. We can not have those same issues in lgbt relationships really does speak to the way y’all infantilize us and project your own internalized issues on to us.

Like idk how to fully explain it but so often when I see these post I just wanna scream “the call is ALSO coming from inside the house”
