Had some writing beans for Buddie smut but I’m going to be mean and not tell you what fic it’s from 😜. Enjoy!
Eddie is so thoroughly distracted by the taste of Buck, by the way he is taking him apart with just his lips and tongue that he doesn’t notice Buck’s muscles tensing in preparation.
One minute they’re kissing, and then the next photo frames are rattling as Eddie is the one pinned to the wall, Buck’s body caging him in as his lips seek purchase against Eddie’s neck. Eddie lets out a moan as Buck kisses and nips and sucks his way up to Eddie’s mouth, capturing Eddie’s lips in a kiss that has him seeing stars.
And then all too soon Buck is pulling away and Eddie has a complaint on the tip of his tongue but clamps down and swallows it as Buck drops to his knees.

Eddie always knew Buck would look absolutely fucking gorgeous on his knees.
A real life fantasy come to life.
Buck smiles up at him, the picture of innocence that Eddie definitely knows he’s not, and reaches his hands out towards the button of Eddie’s jeans. Eddie’s dick throbs in anticipation as Buck slides the zipper down, much too slow for Eddie’s liking. He clenches his jaw to avoid telling Buck to hurry the fuck up, not wanting to seem too eager to have Buck’s mouth on him.
Blue eyes look up at him from underneath dark lashes as Buck flashes him that signature cocky smirk that has driven Eddie crazy for years and it’s the only warning he gets before Buck’s mouth is on him, mouthing at his length through his underwear.
“Oh fuck.”
Eddie’s pretty sure he’s forgotten how to breathe.

Incredible ability to suss out the one widobrave fic that was on that list 😂 And a chunky snippet because because I don't believe in short excerpts:

“I have to be honest,” Yeza said, getting the cute furrow in his brow he always did when he was about to say something truthful and a little bit embarrassing. “I hate big parties like this, Veth. I’m much happier at home with Luc than I would be out there. But you’ve got the whole gang in town and that doesn’t happen very often. So go. I want you to. Have enough fun for all three of us, okay?”
Veth was the one sighing now, like she had a thousand times in the past year since the two of them had started to settle back into married life. It was a little rough at times, she wasn’t going to lie. Two years apart and the whole mess of nasty shit that had happened since they’d been separated was kind of a lot to work through. Or, it would be if they’d actually taken the time to work through it, instead of spending all their time fawning over Luc. Not that Veth regretted any of that. Kiddo deserved all the fawning he could get. But they really hadn’t talked much since everything had happened, not really, not about the big things. But it was better not to pick at scabs, right? They’d never heal right if you just kept doing that.
“Okay,” she said. “I’ll light up the dance floor for you, baby.”
He smiled, with an edge of relief that the decision had finally been made. “Can’t wait to hear the recap from Jester tomorrow.”
“She’ll talk your ear off all morning long.”
His smile turned brittle and just a little bit of fear entered his eyes. “Okay, maybe I can wait.”
Veth smiled and gave him a hug, squeezing tight, breathing in that familiar scent of chemicals and powder and something kind of acidic that she couldn’t name but always made her think of him. He was a good hugger, and he held her back like she was something delicate, treasured, precious. No one else had ever held her quite like that.
They were still mid-hug when a knock sounded at the door, three sharp, precise raps on the wood that were as distinctive and recognizable to her as Yeza’s scent. She felt a sudden burst of excitement as she pulled away from Yeza’s embrace, followed by an immediate rush of guilt at how excited she was. She ignored that, though. She was getting pretty good at that. After all, her guilt had basically become a third person in their marriage at this point, and the last thing she wanted to do was have to look at it.
“Nice of him to knock, at least,” Yeza said good-naturedly. He knew it was Caleb, too, but only because if it had been anybody else at their door, they would have just walked right in like they lived there. Fjord had walked in on them one time in a…compromising position, and ever since he made Jester go in first. Veth had, of course, commissioned Jester to draw a dramatic re-imagining of the moment, and boy had she delivered. Veth had it hung in the entryway and for about a week Fjord flatly refused to so much as enter her home. She thought it was worth it, though.

New Nika lore AAAAAA I'M SO HAPPYY
Nika and her big sister Mila... I'M GOING INSANE I LOVE THEM RAAAAA😭😇🩵🤍💗💜🩵
It looks like Mila is gaining powers too but not as strong as Nika's? And Nika only comments on Mila's white hair so her skin and eye color are staying the same I assume.
Mila is following after Nika, maybe she has a change of heart about Nika after getting the powers… unless she is pretending to have powers(dyes her hair white?🤔). I'm so curious about the next issue now…
Nika still cares about her family, she tries to track her big sister because their mom is worried and writes an email to her… Did Nika even write back the email her mom sent her?😭☹️💔 ( Did her mother write emails to her before and try to contact her?? Or did she only care once Mila went missing…??💔💔)
I searched on Google for what their name meaning could be. Nika's name in Russian can mean "victory" and "belongs to God", meanwhile Mila can mean "gracious" and "dear one." SOBBING they are the sisters ever!! I wonder who had named them? Their grandparents or their mother?? Cuz these names are sooo cute and lovely for them! (How come their parents don't love them at the start if they named the sisters like that…)

WIP Wednesday
I haven’t been working on much. 👀 So I think I have three previews? One would say that’s not nothing Nerdie and they are correct. It’s just my brain has been…flipped upside down, shaken and stirred and jostled a little just for funsies. 😑 Bah.
Anyway! Good news is that I am heavy in the fluff camp! Smut was lost between being shaken and stirred I think. 🤔

The first is for “Our Journey Across the Star Ocean.”
His hand touched face one time with his bare hand next to Grogu’s little green one on your cheek, his thumb brushed against your lips. He held it there a moment before dropping his hand. You wonder if he was embarrassed or sorry that he did so. But his hand is once again in yours as he charts the course to the next bounty.
It’s not only the small touches. Din always remembers enough cleaning supplies for your tools and the ship in addition to the small little caf cakes you like after a bounty goes well. Din might have started eating one as he would buy three instead of just two. The small parchment paper in the refuse was the evidence he’d had one.
It’s very cute I think. 💕 we’re at part four, may end at part five because…reasons. 👀
The second preview is for a random Dieter Bravo series I wanna write just because:
“I’ll text Mindy. It will be fine. Anything happens she’ll blame me anyway. You can just be licking ice cream off your lips.” Scooting closer to Tamia, Dieter purposely lowers his head to look up at her, using his deep brown eyes to his advantage. If you’ve got it, use it right?
Huffing, Tamia reluctantly agrees to Dieter’s proposal for ice cream. A car is summoned and they’re off within ten minutes. A flurry of texts from Mindy stating that he needs to take Tamia home now go ignored other than Dieter’s one reply: Okay mom. We’ll be back in plenty of time. It’s just ice cream.
Who doesn’t want ice cream, especially with Dieter? 🥰
Lastly, I’m working on Only Pieces of you Mr. Morales finale it’s longer than a Drabble (my bad) but I gotta wrap it up properly:
There stands Francisco, a messy mop of dark curls bouncing on the back of his neck, his gray t-shirt struggling to contain his biceps and shoulders. He was wearing tan cargo shorts that cupped the curve of his ass just right. He’s finishing up the eggs, the bacon is to the side, pancakes are keeping warm in a metal baking pan covered with foil. The table is set with orange juice and syrup already out. If she wasn’t apprehensive about what conversation they were going to have, she’d tell him to cover all the food and head back to the bedroom. This is by far one of the sexiest and sweetest things he does for her: letting her not worry about anything. She’s waiting for his usual line of “breakfast is served mi amor (my love).” That’s not what he turns and says.
And a last sentence because @djarins-cyare did one:
Javi and Abigail watched the cerulean blue waves roll against the rocks as they finished up their meal.

It sure as hell better be Haunting. I mean, my goodness, it's looped around my brain like a too-patient boa constrictor, just sloooowly squeezing.

snowbaz.scriv is my catch-all Scrivener file for all ficcy things

There’s a person that I used to be. Magic I used to hold, magic that held me. I have done everything I can to forget that feeling, because it was never supposed to be mine. I was never magic.
He’s magic. He’s magic, and I can almost touch him. He’s magic, and he can almost hold me. I live on the edge of almost all the time, so that’s enough. (It’s never enough.)
8. ♻️A scrapped idea for your current WIP.
This was originally planned as a story written in letters. (Doing that with something else, now, and it works way better in a different story.)
9. 🤔What’s a story you’d love to write but haven’t even started yet?
I'm going to stick to snowbaz fanfic for this, because if I broaden it any further, this list will instantly become quite long. (I have a lot of original story ideas.) For snowbaz, though? Well, there's the one I'm planning for COTTA. There are a couple AU's that I've written way too many notes on. And then a Fangirl crossover fic that I sincerely hope to someday write. (Technically I started it, but only a few hundred words at this point.)
10. 🤡How many WIPS are you actively working on?
Actively? One. Maybe two. Kinda thinking two, but the second one is new and more of a game at this point, so we'll see.
(Not quite so actively I also have my Baz fic, my "Silence" fic where Baz successfully steals Simon's voice. It's roughly (super roughly) outlined, and I've written several scenes, but it's on the back-burner for Haunting. And COTTA. No more new fics after that, though! I really want to tell that story!)
11. 🛠Is there a scene or anything in the WIP you are struggling with right now?
That's funny. What a question. XD YES. Yes, there are scenes. I'm designing Pitch Manor to get through this damned scene LOL

Proof of Life is the one I'm currently posting, and then I have my COBB fic that I've been severely neglecting.

angsty Baz + protective Simon = the self indulgent fic of my dreams
🌍 What tags or warnings will your WIP(s) need if you intend to share it?
Idk if theres any super specific warnings, it's kind of an angst fic all around and like Baz goes through it, angst, emotional abuse, and Baz's kidnapping
🧭 An alternative title to one of your WIP(s)?
Proof of Life has 3 different parts to it and I briefly considered splitting it up into 3 parts which would have been called (in order) Before the First Light, Sun Coming Up, and Colour Erupts.

New Proof of Life chapter coming tomorrow, I have the draft all made easy to post from vacation.

It's Proof of Life Draft Two but draft one is still called Snowbaz Long Oneshot (its over 75k).

The Catacombs were dark, damp, and cold, a verifiable maze of tunnels, and—like my mother had said—a breeding ground for rats.

There's only one big scrapped idea but telling you about that would be spoilers. But originally the one thing was going to be an open ended oneshot which definitely didn't happen, sooo, maybe that counts as a scrapped idea

So many. I have a like Rapunzel type/Royal AU I've been rotating in my brain and with my Natasha Lives AU I've been thinking "What would have happened if Natasha lived AND was Turned?" so I'll probably do something with that some time.

Proof of Life and my COBB fic for Snowbaz, and then an exchange fic and big bang fic for a different fandom (stranger things)

I signed up for too many things so maybe a little bit of struggle with balancing everything but once school's done for the summer in four ish weeks I'll have so much time to catch up

“May I?” Loki was asking— and he was trailing one hand downwards, fingers teasing along the line of Mobius’s belt.
Mobius’s breath caught in an embarrassing little whimper, but he nodded anyway, a little distracted from wondering… Should he tell Loki he didn’t have any idea what he was doing, not really? Should he keep quiet and hope maybe Loki wouldn’t notice how woefully inexperienced he was beyond his own hands? Or—
Mobius’s nervous train of thought was interrupted by Loki’s fingers finding his stiffened cock through his suit pants with a little squeeze—

Throwback Thursday: Poetry I 📖
Final February Throwback. 💌💐
I had to include my own slice of Stardew Valley experience, of course. More quote-based art, featuring Elliott and my little Stardew Ashe, this time!

One where I'd change up the Stardew Ashe a little bit (so she and Sal don't look TOO similar... I've already been having a crisis over their colors and how similar they look from the side. I swear to G, I need to stop gravitating to that redder shade of brunette with every brunette I have and that mint green... like, I have a problem. Hahaha!)
But for now... y'all can have the "Sal's doppelgänger" version of Stardew Ashe, Elliott and Miso (the cat.) 🐈

my main three wips at the moment are without sun, ballad of the final sparrow, which is more commonly known as bitverse, and fragile things (and how to break them), but i've also been fucking around a bit the last two or three weeks with a new (terrible, evil, very self-indulgent) wip called god-forbid.

i think i might be dumb bc i don't understand this question at all.

i have no idea. i mean, you'd think the answer would be without sun since it's the only fic i actually have posted at the moment, but unfortunately i am an untrustworthy villain.

same as the fic title. if i start a new wip and don't know what to call it, i'll pick something at random and add (working title) at the end.

♻️ A scrapped idea for your current WIP
one of the biggest changes i made to the plot of without sun really early on was penelope's role in the story. i had a clear idea of the story i wanted to tell as soon as i saw the prompt for the fic. without sun was always supposed to be about more than simon and baz. the story is about grief and love, and the space we take up in the lives of the people around us. but n e way, in my orig draft, penny was actually supposed to be able to communicate with simon a bit, and there was gonna be a whole sect of scenes in the middle of the fic where they sat around together trying to break simon's curse what we know and what we don't know style via passing notes. i ended up tossing this idea really quickly tho, and i'm glad i did bc one of my favourite moments i've ever written in any fic happens in chapter two of without sun and it belongs to simon and penny.
🤔 What’s a story you’d love to write but haven’t even started yet?
so many. or, well—what counts as "haven't even started"? i hate to let ideas sit around in my head bc it feels like leaving raspberries in the fridge for too long, like that shit is gonna get mould on it, so usually the first thing i do is rough out a few scenes and/or script out a very rough outline of the plot (like this / this / this style) so that i have something to come back to later. i have dozens of zero drafts just lying tf around. but otherwise, yeah, so many. one big idea i have is called heart on fire and it's based on fanart, but i haven't started it yet bc obvs i wanna get permission from the artist first but i've been holding off reaching out to them about it until i've knocked a few of my less intimidating longfics off my wip list bc heart on fire is gonna fucking hefty so i don't wanna give'r until i'm sure i can manage it.

i'm having a real bitch of a time with agatha's main scene in chapter two of without sun, i've been fighting with it on and off for months, but i can't get it to do what i want it to do.

Temptation Tuesday
Finale made me both happy and sad a little bit, but also fluel SO MANY FIC IDEAS and they are so temptative. So let's play

1. Fix-it 6x18 where Eddie assist Buck with Kameron during her labor and Buckley - Diaz fam scene we deserve
2. Vegas Drunk Marrige wip . Now I know how 6s ended and it was the only thing I waited to actually work on this fic
3. Buck and Chim vegas marrige. I had this idea for a year, and now I want to write it. Basically it Buck and Chim earlier in their friendship were in Vegas and get married, but forgot. When Madney want to get married they can't because... Chim is officially married to his gf brother
4. Buck and Kameron besties. It's a big need for me right now
5. 7s spec where Buck has a mental breakdown. I want him to face every thing: his death, Daniel, his behaviour during all his life to make people love him. Like everything. It's going to be like kind of parallel to 5s. Buck broke up with Natalia at the start, getting worse and worse and boom. He can't hide from emotions anymore. Eddie is here for him. Eventually he breaks up with Marisol too ( p.s. I'm not going to make Natalia and Marisol monsters. They are cute, just not partners for buddie.)
6. I'm again thinking about my Buck wears a skirt wip as I put it away till 6s end. Buck wears skirts, grow self confidence and pining over Eddie in 6s, and Eddie date men and women like he's a slut(he's just pining hard too)
7. Buck is wooed by a new guy wip(or actually just one scene for now). I had an idea where Eddie dates someone and likes it, but it's not enough and new guy woos Buck at this time, and Eddie is petty about it. Now I think about makes it after 6s, but Buck said bye to Natalia in hospital
Ok, now it looks like a lot of pining fics🤔🤔🤔 maybe I will say no to some of them

Kiko I hope you had a great first day at your new job!!!! And I hope the shit weather we're getting in Louisiana isn't hitting your part of your state cuz boy am I not having fun anymore lol.
I have 2 things to bug you with on this Tuesday morning- I do have a teeny tiny lil Goinko ask: I am so curious to hear Gojo's inner dialogue when he's watching Rinko fight. Like the genuine sorta oh shit she's tough, oh shit she aint weak, Jesus what a badass... I'm gonna fuck her xD
The second- I have been toying with the idea of writing my own fanfic with my own OC and um... I can't seem to start. I have a decent idea of the general plot, no clue how it will end, but I open up Word, type two words, and then close the program. Idk if I need advice or encouragement lol but I look up to you a lot as a writer so I decided to make it your problem too 😅

Gojo's inner monologue when he sees Rinko fighting? 🤔🤔
In a few situations, he's super smug that she's doing so well because he knows she doesn't even realize or acknowledge how strong she actually is. So when she's just destroying something, he's all cocky and proud of her. It reminds him how much he loves her because she can take care of herself. One of the things he's always appreciated about her is that she doesn't let her insecurities or pride get her into situations that are too much for her to take. She's not arrogant. She doesn't show off. She's just there to get the job done. But that's what makes it so sexy to him.
So when he sees Rinko fighting, he's literally just like, 'That's my girl. So sexy and strong. I love her so much. Ass looks incredible, too. And she needs to hurry because as soon as she wraps this up, she's mine. Wonder how pissed she'll be if I just take her here-' because he's a horny boi who always wants to be inside her 😂😂
Advice for how to start with your fic?
Don't try to start from the beginning. Start somewhere in the middle, and work from there. The ending doesn't have to be established right away, either. That can develop as you figure out the story! But as for how and where to start, anywhere. Have a random bit of dialogue? Start with that. It doesn't have to stay in the end, but having something there will really help you. Write nonsense. Write ideas. Concepts. Anything to get those juices flowing. Because nothing is more daunting than a blank page.
Two things I saw recently made me realize that I already did these things most of the time:
Writing choppy, maybe cheesy or dumb dialogue. You can fill in the rest later, or not at all. You can change it up or edit it, but cutting and editing, or even re-writing, is easier than getting yourself to write the initial draft.
"You look like shit."
"Sure know how to charm a girl, huh?"
"You'd be more pissed if I lied to you."
"True."
"Still look awful, though."
"Fuck off."
You don't have to put markers or indicators because it's a first draft. First draft and final draft are rarely going to match, and that's okay. Preferred most of the time, actually. But yeah, just toss that dialogue down to help you get started and then go from there!
Start with notes or random shit about what you want to happen. Some people put it in brackets to describe the setting, scene, or character's actions so that they can continue writing without being bogged down by the pressure to figure out the rest perfectly.
I'll provide an example or two from a WIP of the lockout key idea dump I posted a while ago. (I make no promises that I'll ever finish or post this, but it's the best example I could find that doesn't spoil a bunch of stuff for the other stories)
[he comes to ask for a key even though he's already maxed out his number of lockout keys. he ends up trying to lean in closer and she shoves a cookie in his mouth instead] - this one is a general idea and one thing I definitely want to happen in that scene/snippet
[fire drill in the middle of the night forcing everyone outside until the alarm stops going off. he forgets his key because he had to rush out while he was half-asleep.] - this one is describing the primary setting for the scene/snippet: they're outside, he's very sleepy, and he forgot his key.
All in all, don't be afraid of being random and choppy for your first draft!

📥 What is your fave fic to receive comments/messages on?
Honestly comments in general make my whole day haha :) I think my favorite royai fics to get comments on are for either my AUs or Misfire, those were really fun to write! It's fun to see people's reactions to royai in a "maybe they won't end up being executed in the same grave someday" kind of way. My Spy x Family ones are fun too, especially if I get royai readers on them lol. Gotta love pairs who barely touch and suddenly it's the most intimate thing in the world.
🤔 What is the hardest part of writing fic?
Oh goodness, there's a question for the ages. I am very much a bit of a perfectionist, so it's hard for me just to sit down and jot down a fic that's not up to my usual writing standards. There's a very specific way I like my writing to flow so editing always takes up a large chunk of time before posting. And as much as I hate to admit it, I do thrive on interaction. Writing is definitely something that helps me relax, but it's a little hard to spend 15+ hours on a chapter only for like five people to read it. But you better believe I hold those readers in the palm of my hands and cry ugly tears over a single kudos lol.
Writer's block also sucks ass. I literally have so many unfinished royai wips, but I just lost steam and of course I got hyperfixated on another blonde/black-haired angsty duo. I'd really love to write for royai again, but I think I would write them a little differently than before since it's been a while.
🍰 Name one of your fave comfort fics (doesn’t have to be your all time fave).
Oh I have so many royai ones. I've read "Let Me Love You" by @fullmetalscullyy at least a dozen times haha. "i'd meet you where the spirit meets the bones" by @lantur is one of my favorite AUs of all time, and of course "a study in reformation" by @firewoodfigs reignites my love royai every dang chapter. Though for prose purposes, you and @roseofbattles are always a win. "what started in beautiful rooms" and "adopt a brand new langauge" are literally pieces of art.

To be fair, I answered this in another ask so I am going to lazy and copy that answer here. 🙂
Going deep here aren’t you Em? 👀 lol I’ve enjoyed writing since I was little as an extension of my love of reading. First with poems and the anime fanfiction when I actually watch more anime. Now I read more manga and don’t write fanfiction about it. If one squints on A03 - I may have dabbled in Marvel characters and actors for a short time. 🫢 The took a long pause as life happened. Sometime last year as my mental health improved so did my love of writing and I hyper focused on Pedro Pascal so here we are. 🤣 I write more the better my mood is. Maybe a bit too much background 😵

1. My long awaited vacation is almost here! It will start the end of next week. Feel free to tag me in things and message me but responses will be slow. I’ll be out of the country for 2 weeks. 😆 I’ve been looking forward to this for months. I need a break.
2. Actually precepting (teaching new nurses or new to specialty nurses the ropes of the unit) I work on a medical-surgical unit so we see everything under the sun. It can be daunting, very weird, hilarious and disturbing all in the same hour. But I feel like becoming a resource to other nurses and to staff on the unit was a good decision ☺️ As tough as it is, I enjoy it.
3. Family and friends: I speak to my parents a couple times a week and still go on trips with them so I’m always thankful to spend more time with them when I’m able and while they’re still healthy enough to do so. Both real life and online friends are blessing because I can chat about anything either really. No judgement from either - would they tell me if they did? Maybe 🤔 I’m curious now that I mention it. Pfft. 🤣

♻️A scrapped idea for your current WIP
I was going to originally have John propose at Christmas but it was too cheesy and soon, even for them. I like the necklace better, it suited them more.
🤔What’s a story you’d love to write but haven’t even started yet?
Oh boy. I'd love to write one based on where I live but there's another writer doing one right now based in the same area, and I don't want to step on any toes. (what are the odds, out of the entire globe lol.) So I don't know. I've met a few retired military guys who are drawn to being outside and building careers in Search&Rescue after discharge. A lot of those skills are highly transferrable. This area is super remote and hikers go missing on the regular or boaters need to be rescued from the glacial water, etc. It attracts the "colourful 5%" as one old timer put it. More than one person has moved up here with the idea of starting a new life away from the consequences of the old. If you are someone who has maybe made some enemies, it might be of interest as a place to settle down. The landscape also can serve as a character of it's own, because if you get stuck out there without the proper tools or know-how you will die long before anyone finds you.

🤔 What’s a story you’d love to write but haven’t even started yet?
Oh gosh, that would totally be an Iruka Gaiden, where we follow him through his teens into adult life and get to see OG Naruto and Shippuden from his perspective. I think about it a lot, and I have not a single word written down. It's probably not a realistic project for me, not as a longfic anyway, it's a vibe, perfect daydream material. I suppose I could always just write separate scenes and connect them as a series - which wouldn't have crossed my mind if it weren't for your ask so thank you!!!
🤡 How many Wips are you actively working on?
16..... I should maybe update some of them from active to deferred... (I use a naming system in my drive to keep track - active, done, deferred - then I can easilly filter it out). Maybe if I haven't edited the file in 6 months it doesn't count as active? At least not at the moment? (If so we'd be down to 6 but if I count a whole year back then 11). I am a sloooow writer so maybe active within a year is reasonable for me hehehe. So yeah, the amended number is 11.
🛠 Is there a scene or anything in the WIP you are struggling with right now?
A specific drabble came to mind as soon as I read the question! I have this super sweet kkir drabble "Morning light" that should be done and ready to post, it's even betaed (I asked someone to beta for the first time, and they were awesome too!). I just can't get the wording right at the end (the second to last sentence). I know the vibe I want to invoke but I just can't get there, it's supposed to be fluffy and sweet but also nervous about a budding relationship. Every time it pops up in my drive it makes me suffer just a little LOL but I'm still hoping for sudden clarity to fix it.
