i think hes the type of guy who doesn’t like feeling vulnerable, but when he does let it out and you react in a more caring way than he expected, he’d loosen up a little.

hes such a cutie too, if something is on his mind he’d tell you in a blunt but monotone way, like in a way where it wouldn’t hurt you? it may still hurt you but he tries..

im not sure if he’d cry around you, in the first couple months of getting used to being in an established relationship, maybe he’d keep it a little more private (hes scared that you’ll think hes a wimp)

but once he gets used to you, and is sure you wont point and ridicule him for showing any type of emotion, you’re gonna be his safespace and anytime hes mad at someone its a gossip session

ok so im not entirely sure if he wants kids, he would 100% marry you definitely but will look out if you want to pursue your dreams (if you have any) like he does, and if you do he doesn’t want your kids to be neglected, neither for you to tire yourself out by doing both of those things

and if hes aware of the terrifying package that comes with pregnancy, both during and after i think he’d let you fully decide on wether you’re having kids

i still think that he’d love the idea of two kids, one boy one girl since he grew up with a sister. he thinks that despite the little fights he has with ena, he loves her and knows that they look out for eachother

he wouldnt mind having less either (for your health probably) or having two girls or two boys, the idea of having a little version of him and you running around is enough

G = Gifts (how do they feel about gift giving? What are their habits when it comes to this?)

in the beginning of the relationship, he observes

hes outspoken but i dont think (i doubt) that hes ever been in a relationship and is probably a newbie at it, so he just speculates on what you like, what your hobbies are, how you feel about things etc so he doesn’t hurt you and knows what to order/buy for you when you go out

its very heartwarming, he likes seeing your reactions when you recieve the very thing you’ve been eyeing but never had the time to get from him all like “how did you know?!” and by this you’re just boosting his ego

whenever you reach a goal, or pass a test he would (very discreetly) give you a kiss on the cheek or forehead if he doesn’t have anything on him, a peck or a snack for a small milestone!

he loves it, and he doesnt

he loves doing it when you’re alone or when no one can notice, like under the table, in your pockets (more obvious but he doesnt realize) holding his pinky, etc

if someone points it out hes pulling away so fast LMAO

if you keep his hand in place and not let him pull away hes just gonna sit there with a red face saying “oh yeah…” and completely ignore any of the comments

to sum it up, hed be worried regardless and tend to whatever injury you have

i don’t see him as much of a prankster, but he would probably tease you alot. like, if you’re in gym class and absolutely cannot do it anymore hes gonna tease you for it and call you a slowpoke

i don’t think hed go too far, he’d just make little harmless comments to rile you up for fun

hes touch starved and i doubt that his love language is physical affection, tho he does like holding you his primary love language would be quality time and acts of service

i can see him being all of them tbh, like words of affirmation, quality time, acts of service and gift giving is just so him, the physical touch too.. hes just everything i love him

if you’re upset, he’d make you some food, scoop you up and reassure you and just hear you out (if the setting is right lol) hes just such a cutie

this totally depends on the type of upset person you are, so if youre more like “angry do not talk to me i hate you get away” type of upset, but still want him to relentlessly chase after you for forgiveness (am i toxic..oops) he’d probably have to figure out that you’re this way, like hed think just an apology would cut it but would realize hes VERY wrong

i dont see him being the chasing after you type, but his soft spot for you would force him to since he misses you too much

if youre a more reasonably upset person, he would apologize and take you out maybe.. as i mentioned he doesnt like being a source of you being sad or angry, so hes gonna try his best

he’s not the showing off type, but if youre like for an example exceptionally pretty or talented at something, he’d babble and babble on about it

like how nice your hair is, how clear your skin is, how you’re practically glowing next to him, how good your grades are, how good you are at a type of sport, how organized you are.. literally anything that his little observation duty got out of you

AAAAAAA OMG DO I HAVE A LONG ASS ASK FOR YOU. MY DATE/NOT DATE HAS JUST CONCLUDED....

So a little back story - I worked with this guy this past summer and like the first time we met I alr liked him. Like he was exactly my type. Like 100%. But I'm super shy (never dated anyone, never kissed anyone, never held hands with anyone) so I never really did anything obvious that I liked him bc I was nervous. We kind of flirted (maybe) a lot near the end of the summer. We texted a lot a lot but he ended up moving up to college for his apartment earlier than expected so we never got to see eachother after our last days of work. There was lots of drama on my end surrounding that trust. Like mental anguish bc I fumbled the bag hard.

Anyways. We start school respectively (I go to school in NY and him in TX) and we don't talk that often, just snap like everyday. But as the semester goes on we reply to each other's stories and have short, friendly convos more frequently. Flashforward to like, a week ago or something. I reply to his insta story and we start talking. He finds out that I'm going home for Thanksgiving and he is to so he asks me to hang out. This is odd bc we weren't close enough as friends for me to think that he would ask to see me.

Anyways again, I'm skipping details bc otherwise I'll never finish this lmao - the date/not date was like everything else we do. Vaguely romantic but could also be friendly. He picked me, we ate dinner and then went ice skating together. He walked up to my door to get me, held open doors for me, and opened the car door to walk me back to my house after we got back. But like - no moves were made. No attempts to hold my hand or kiss me. AT ALL. But like he also complimented my butterfly hair lips like sir 😭😭 idk what you want from me.

But now I'm feeling kind of tired of 6-7 months of not knowing where we stand with eachother. So I texted him afterwards saying "Thank you so much for tonight, I loved seeing you again! Although, I did want to know if it was a date or if it really was intended as just a hangout, bc it did seem like it sometimes? Either way, I'd love to meet up with you again if we're both in town!" He then liked bith of the thank you messages and replied, we definitely should. But then he replied to the daye/not date ask with - I don't know. I'll have to think about it. He then said something about it being more than he anticipated but still good, so idk if that means that it wasn't intended as a date but became one and he enjoyed it or if he meant it as a date but I fumbled the bag (I give just as many mixed signals bc I'm an anxious coward lmao) but it still ended up okay.

HOWEVER, I AM A GENIUS, LIKE RIZZ MASTER 1000. I accidentally left something in his car so tmmr morning he's gonna drive back to drop it off (It's like an hour round trip for him). And tomorrow is the day I will stop being a bitch. I'm gonna tell him that I'm interested but that I also do genuinely enjoy him as a person so like, however he intends to meet up with ne in the future I'll be okay with that.

So yeah. Story time over 🫶🫶🫶🫶 Sorry that it's actually so long but I remember how excited you were so I wanted to let you know how it went 💗💗💗💗

^_^ tyyy i love talkin abt my guys

Juno is a quiet guy that mostly keeps to himself. But like in the I dont want to talk to people way rather than the im shy way. Most people around him dont know much about him and hes happy to keep it that way. He owns a place with his much more outgoing brother, Coda, in town where alot of ppl hang out and DJs at his booth. He really really likes music as an art form (specifically rap, jazz, and alot of other stuff he’d rather not say). Juno likes tones of other stuff too hes just really repressed and doesnt want anyone to see anything abt him outside of him being quiet and in the background (bc he has mad problems).

He’s a fruit person with berries for ears and a stem on his head (bc i thought the design was fun) and has juice powers that I dont want to explain rn bc im still tryin to figure it out myself lol. Think of water bender ig but with juice that comes from his body/blood type situation.

Juno’s not a very friendly guy at first but he learns to open up and actually enjoy other peoples company as they enter themselves into his and his brothers lives. He gets to know both Hiro and Buggy as close friends in particular. Hiro thru his ways of being the perfect balance of being someone to push him out his comfort zone while not scaring him in the process just on account of how Hiros a little odd but socialy observant. Buggy and Juno are very different personality wise but they share a love of music that he doesnt really have with anyone else. And eventually he gets to form a less strained relationship with his brother (that he kind of raised) after the trauma they endured before they moved into the home they live in now. Something like seeing Coda as more of a peer than someone to protect and care for now that they are adults.

I need to vent a bit, i really do. Its about my beloved Simping Server.

U may not want to hear about it, which is i respect. İf thats the case, have a nice day✨

İ love that server. Let me make that clear. I put a lot of affort for it and i had amazing time in there.

As a mod, i apologize if i let you down in some ways. İm trully sorry if i did. İm saying 'if i did' because honestly i have no idea if i did or not. İn my opinion i failed in some ways but no one reached out to me about it, so i cant be sure.

Server is really quiet for a long time. Many friends left.

Firstly i wanna say im glad they did. Because they choose to leave to focus on theirselves. Group chats are often overwhelming, and takes so much time effort etc etc. İm glad they choose to do what was good for them. İ really am. İ still love them and still support them.

İ am also not mad about server being quiet. Personally, the hphm game itself continue to ruin my motivation for creating a concept for my own oc's for it. Sometimes its really overwhelming that i want to leave it all. How can i be mad about people leaving when i myself started to moving on? Obv, i cant.

İts okay, i tell myself, they choose to move on and its okay.

That doesnt erase the good times we had together there, does it?

Ofc, i know only reason people left is not because of hphm itself, but the problems we faced.

İ am not here to bring it up everything again, but i really need to tell how i feel, i need to let it out.

Like all problems, the ones we faced also had many sides. And from bottom of my heart, i am sorry for both sides having to live through that. Misunderstanding, acting before thinking or simply making mistakes. İt was hard for everyone.

Somes decided to stay away from each other. Which is, i dare to say, the bravest choise. İ am proud of people being able to block someone. Now dont think im being dramatic. Fandoms are places to be enjoyed. İf blocking someone makes ur experience here a lot better, do it right away. İ swear im not mad at people who blocked me in past and i wont be mad if somes block me in future.

İ dont hate anyone. İm not angry to anyone. İ accept my mistakes. And i hope the ones that was mad at me can understand me now.

İ know most of us already moved on, so why bring it up again right?

İ have been in fandom for two years now. Not so long, but not so short either. All that time i was proud of myself for being calm and kind to everyone.

Well until today at least. I never know myself talking to someone like that, and that wasnt even so rude or anything!

İ know that person will understand im talking about them, which is good. And please dont make it obv that its you. İts not personaly about you now. İts about me.

Like i said today, i felt really angry. Maybe that person doesnt really understand why.

I was mad because i was failing to protect my friends from some drama again.

İ am not acting like there were no drama in that server. İm not acting like everything was perfect and "my" server was perfect. No it wasnt. İm not perfect, it cant be perfect either.

İ need you guys to at least know that the server stressed me so fucking much. Gave me anxiety attacks, made me leave tumblr for a while.

İm not saying it was your fault. İm saying it to let you know i was effected by it too.

İ came to understanding that i am looking like i didnt care much. That i "choose a side" in problems we had in there. That i am judging people. None of them was the case. None.

İ wish i can explain how guilty i feel about every single bad thing happened here. İt feels like my fault. Because i gathered people here i was the mod here etc etc. Even if i know not everything was my fault, i still feel like it. That has been eating me inside. Thats why i wanted to apologize over and over again.

İm trying to be a nice person, and i guess thats all i can do.

Only thing i feel sad about is how i lost contact with some people who left. But thats on me because im really anxious about dming people. So i cant blame anyone if im the one who doesnt reach out to them and let them know i still appreciate their friendship.

Thank you if you read all of that. İ hope i didnt make you even more uncomfortable, that definitely not what i am trying to do. İ just wanted to let it out, so i can move on.

"what language is that guys??" • before you could ask childe to help you defeat the monster, childe beats you to it. "uh- hey y/n? how come you never told us about you being able to speak __?" • you stopped fighting and let the monster defeat you, the monster turns towards childe and charges towards him, killing his character in result but childe doesn't care. • "ahaha... what?" "you heard me y/n, everyone did!! now tell me, why didn't you tell us??" now it was your turn to be shocked, was you really into defeating the monster that you was too busy to notice anyone completely shocked?? how could you slip out a word like that? your parents would be so disappointed. (/hj) • you give childe a small smile and respond with a "i guess i just never thought about it. but now you guys know so it's fine right?" • no it's not fine. because every now and then - childe would annoy you by bombarding you with "how do you say__" or "can you say my name in __?" • childe really doesn't want to annoy you but now that you've mentioned that you can speak another language.. he just can't help it! • he loves the way his name sounds coming out of your mouth.(not in a weird way stop.) • he makes you play more horror games, just to keep hearing you scream in fear, agony and disappointment.

streamer! kaeya x online friend! reader • you and kaeya barely play horror games, but recently, ever since you visited kaeya's place - he couldn't help but think about it, he has seen many tiktoks and youtube complications of streamers playing horror games together. • and that just so happens that playing horror games with you was on his list!! • and so you and kaeya set up the game, kaeya went over to this camera and turned everything on and made sure that everything was set. he pressed "stream" and as soon as he did, in a matter or minutes - about 3,000 people had already joined. • he explained to everyone that you and him would be playing a horror game, not only that but he wanted to see your reaction as well. • a few minutes in the game and it was alright, until kaeya had told you that YOU had to go first, as he was "too pretty to play this game" • you roll your eyes and oblige. you take your first step and there was no jumps cares, thank god! a few more other steps, it was fine!! but then, just at the last step - a scary-deformed looking monster appeared. • that sight scared you AND kaeya, while kaeya was screaming - you yelled out "PIECE OF SHIT! KUSO KUSO KUSO! AH WHAT THE FUCKKKKKKK?!"(___!)/(insert your language if you wish) • i think your scream made kaeya's scream even more higher, kaeya took a second to pause and confirm what he heard, he stopped what he was doing and turned to look at the camera, giving the "u guys heard what i heard right?" type of look. • you was still screaming your head off, tears were starting to appear out of the corner of your eyes, that hideous looking monster was really scaring the life out of you. • when you finally calmed down, you turned to look at kaeya and he was already staring at you, "what??" "... y/n- did i hear that right?" • there was a long pause, what did he hear? "uhh, hear what??" • kaeya looked at you in disbelief, did you not remember what you said? or did you say that out of fear on accident? • you tried to remember what you said but nothing came up. • finally the silence was broken when kaeya spoke: "you said something.. in another language ofc, what did you say?" ah, so that's what he meant. • you explain to him and everyone that you was also fluent in another language, kaeya was upset that you didnt tell him earlier and you apologized. • now, every now and then - kaeya will nudge you and ask you how to say words or phrases in your language. he even tries to learn a little bit of your language so he can communicate with you, and kaeya's so adorable when he tries to <3

streamer! diluc x online friend! reader • although diluc knows literally nearly everything about you, there are just some things you've never told him before. • like how you was fluent in another language. • so when you and diluc are playing a horror game, and he hears you screaming and hears multiple small "kuso kuso kusoooo"(__!)/(in your language if you wish) following after your screaming. • diluc first checks up on you(your character) to make sure that you aren't injured or anything(so sweet, he still cares for you even when it's online <3) and then raises an eyebrow, his facial expression screams "wait what did i hear?" • once you've calmed down, diluc questions you about what you said earlier and at first you was confused, like what did he mean? but you quickly remember what you said before. "ah- right, that.. uh so im sorry i didnt tell you this before but i do speak __!" • diluc nods, he sighs and looks at you - "i understand, no need to apologize y/n. Well that's interesting, did you learn how to speak __, or??" • after that, you explained to diluc AND his viewers about everything. • diluc is obviously interested in your language/culture, after he ends stream - he hops onto google(yes google.) and starts to research about your culture, he also learns a couple of phrases so he could talk to you. • he learns how to say stuff like "i love you" "you're the best" "take care" "stay safe" "good morning/hello" and etc. • he wouldn't say them on video though, as it's "too embarrassing" but rather, diluc would type them in chat/dms - at first you're surprised, who would've known that diluc would learn about your culture/language just to talk to you and engage into a conversation? • other than that, you really appreciate dilucs hard work and sometimes you give him a "ai shiteru"(愛している)(__)/(in your language if you wish) • and you think that he doesn't understand, but he does. • after saying "i love you", you can literally see the way his face turns red and the way his body tenses up a little bit.

taught sakura how to make shurikens but does NOT endorse any violent uses of them

she can replicate all of her weapons with paper and they can actually function, it’s so cool

made paper kunai knives one day and the wholeee village wanted to get their hands on them

i feel like she’d listen to mitski. idk i just get those vibes

LOVES BIG DOGS!! especially fluffy wuffy samoyeds

hugs and cuddles and squishes all the big dogs

kiba always looks SO GOOD in photos you take of him, candid or not

like you could just whip out a camera and snap a photo of him at any given moment and he would look perfect

synopsis: aomine daki, the great basketballer player at your university is your boyfriend! how is it like to have aomine as your boyfriend though? and how does he act with you? (get ready for this-)

Once Aomine is your boyfriend, get ready cause this guy will show off and flex a lot when it comes to you. Whenever you stay and watch his practices, he flexes a lot with his back muscle and he would turn around if YOU saw that. You are just sitting there, all blushed while covering your face, "Oh god, this idiot..."

Sometimes, the basketball club would invite student for 'Learning the basics of Basketball' and the first person he wants to invite is, of course, his girlfriend. While he is waiting for her, he would just sit in the bench and lots of people go to him for help, but he would ignore everyone and say he is tired and to leave him alone. But once he sees you, y/n, entering he is all energetic and comes running to you. "Aomine, let me change wait" , "But darling, I was waiting for like 10 minutes...you have to make up for that."

Once everyone leaves and its just you two, he gets all hyped up cause he loves it when you are alone with him. He gets extra clingy towards you and keeps on hugging you and you can feel his tensed muscular body. "Sweetheart, you looked amazing today."

Okay but this guy, would fuck up and beat any guy that even showed any sort of disrespect. He is not standing there with a glare or bumping into them if someone laughs, or says something mean to you. He will go up to that person and hold them up while saying "Okay, you started this. Come here." You have to stop him before he gets physical towards them, "Aomine! Stop!! They just said to me to move". "Yea, 'Move you', what the fuck is that? Asshole, learn some manners! Do you know who you even spoke to!"

This guy is smart, so he knows all your university spots, so don't be surprised if you see him out of nowhere. "Hey its that guy! He is always following you!" Kagami would yell out, "Fuck, you have some stalker Y/N" Kagami would say while glaring at him, he was your university best friend. "That's my b-boyfriend."

Your man will also buy you a lot of snacks, and if you say you skipped breakfast. He is dragging you to the university café and will force you to eat after he buys you food.

Oh my god, your boyfriend loves to tease you A LOT. Like there wont be a day he wont tease you. If you somehow changed up your hairstyle, he will make a huge scene. "No WAY! Sweetheart, you look so good! Wow, that's my GIRL! You all heard that??!"

Aomine makes you laugh like crazy, and there also wont be a day he wont make you laugh. He just loves it whenever he hears your beautiful laugh and small giggles, he founds it so cute and you really warm his heart whenever he hears that.

He will never forgive himself if he ever made you upset or cry. Aomine will probably think about it the whole day and he will keep spamming you "I'm sorry" multiple times. If you don't reply back, he would come to your lecture hall and he is gonna make a scene. "Y/N I SAID IM SORRY!"

You definitely boost his ego, like crazy. Whenever he feels low before a match he would call you and he just wants to hear his girlfriends voice motivating him. "Aomine, don't worry you got this! Besides, didn't you tell me the only one who can beat you...is you?" "Fuck, you are right. Darling, I'm gonna win this and I'll come and hug u after this match. Wait for 20 minutes" And he actually does it.

This guy sticks with his words, so if you tell him meet up at 2 pm. He is there at 2pm waiting for you. If he says he will do literally anything for you, he fucking will.

Once he got, really upset and emotional and he said to you during a call at midnight. "Y/N, Dont leave me like how everyone does.". You then recalled about him telling you about this past and how his old teammates left him, so you would say "I wont, I'm your girlfriend aren't I?" And he is up on his bed all hyped hearing that, "Can I see you now!" "Aomine it's 2am and I have a quiz tomorrow bye, shutting my phone love you!" But this guy wont leave you and spam you in EVERY social media. "Nice try, but I know you have discord on your laptop. Wait, I see you online I'm calling you now."

One time, he came to your huge lecture hall and he sat right next to you, and he would just turn and look at you, focusing on what you are doing, and play around with your stuff and hair. "Aomine, I am trying to focus!" You say all blushed and can't even write anything on your notebook. "Of course, cause you are focusing on me right? Sweetheart, I know, I know I am great." Now you wanna smack him.

Whenever he sees you, he gives you that hot smirk of his and it gives you butterflies. "Ha! Wow literally everything I do, you love it don't you?" . Y/N then turns to him and gives a small chuckle, "Don't get ahead of yourself, Aomine." He then goes near you and lays his arm on your shoulder, bring you closer and he would whisper to your ear "Why not? your my girl so, I want to impress you."

You both love it whenever you guys hold hands around university, this guy is really tall so you always feel so relaxed and also great when your boyfriend squeezes your hand, and walks you to your lecture. "Okay now try to focus on your lecture and not your mind all about me alright?"

He actually loves it when you cheer for him and that really boost not only his ego but rather his self-confidence. "Y/N! I'm gonna win this match for you!" He would yell out during the match and everyone is looking at you.

He would go for academic help for you sometimes and you guys meet up in the library to study. You are the reason he passed some subjects, don't get me wrong, he is intelligent but super lazy.

His wallpaper is a selfie of you both and he looks at that before every match. He sometimes pecks his phone when he finds a picture of you.

Speaking about his phone, this guy has a folder with just you, all your pictures, screenshots of chats, even screen records of your voice notes and videos. He just loves you dearly, and he gets so fucking mad if someone touches or even goes near that gallery. He protects that with all his life, your pictures are important and he is not the type of guy to show his friends your pictures, in fact he hates that! "My folder, my girl, and no one gets to see that. Go away."

Whenever he is bored or isn't doing nothing, he would open his phone, and check every social media app to see your online status. "Oh OH, I see you online darling! Answer me, wanna go out and get ice cream? Please say yes."

Warnings: fights, some bad injures, abuse

Newsies fic with girl reader ( sorry boys ). I kinda went all out with this and it’s super long. Sorry This is my first newsies fic. I’m using the livesies. Enjoy

“Come back here” you yelled in your dream. You were dreaming that the Delancy Brothers stole your dinner money. It wasn’t a lot but you still needed to eat. You chased after them. “Hey that’s mi-“

“ Y/n wake up. Wake up I says!” You woke up to Jack shaking you violently. You tried sitting straight up but Jack kept you down. Still kinda asleep and annoyed you said “ Wha-“

”You was havin a nightmare” Jack chimed in before you could finish your question. You plopped your head back down on the pillow. It hurt when you head hit the pillow. You were Wondering why but then you remembered. Last night. You quickly pulled the sheets over your head and got completely under the blanket before Jack could see your cuts and brusies. “ Mind tellin me whys you is in the sick room of the lodging house?” You wanted to ignore Jacks question so badly but you knew you couldn’t. “ I don’t wanna talks about it”

Jack understood. “ Well come out if you want. Somehow we got a huge loaf of bread and some soup for breakfast and we ain’t knowin where it came from. “ You chuckled. Jack was almost out the door when you called out to him. “ Oi Jack? Can you gets Crutchie in here?” He smiled. “ Yeah sure,” he said as he walked out calling Crutchies name. Moments later Crutchie Hobbled in. “ You wanted me?” Crutchie looked at you a little worried because you was in the sick bed mad didn’t tell no one.

“ Yeah. You can just sit down here on the bed. “ You scooted over to the other side of the bed to make room for Crutchie. Still under the covers you asked “ So how does your leg feel today Crutchie?”

He smiled glad that someone asked him how he was. “ It feels good today! How about you? Your in the sick bed are you alright.?” He asked You slowly slid your face out from under the blanket. You felt comfortable telling Crutchie what happened last night. Crutchie saw your bruises and cuts. “ Y/N! What happened to your are you alright?! When did thi-“

“ Crutchie I’m alright. And last night. This happened last night. Earlier yesterday Me and my brother Jojo was selling in Central Park and the Delancy Brothers came over to me and Jojo. They said somthin to Jojo but i don’t know what they said. Next thing I know they pushed him in the fountain. I told them to buzz of and punched Oscar in the nose. It started to bleed. I could tell they wanted to pummel me but seeing as we was in Central Park he might have gotten himself in trouble. So he waited. Anyways I made a little extra yesterday so I decide to buy breakfast for everyone to have this morning. When me and Jojo was walking back to the lodging house I told him to go ahead that I was bringing a surprise back with me. He was hesitant at first but he went. I stoped by Jacobi’s and bought a nice long loaf of bread. Walking home with the bread out of the shadows the Delancy brothers knocked me down from behind. I tried to take the bread and run. But they caught me and starting fighting me. I tell ya Crutchie I fought as hard as I could. The end resulted in them stealing my bread and me passing out in the street. When I’s woke up it was almost dark. All the other newsies would have been asleep by that time. Blood dripping from my chest. Had a broken ankle Not able to walk Black eye busted lip, along with some other minor injuries, and my shoe was missin. My body hurt all over. I kid ya not Crutchie when I tells ya I crawled to the church and got the nuns to fix me up. I didn’t wants to bother you guys with patchin me up. It felt like hours. The nuns said that I should probably go to the doctors today. But all of us combined don’t have enough money for that. They gave me some soup and left over bread from their dinner that night. I took enough to feed the entire lodging house breakfast. Seeing as I was soaked real good I decided to sleeps in the sick room. “ having told my story I relaxed into the bed.

“ Oh my god. I- oh my god! How bad did they get you?!”

“Let me borrow your crutch real quick so I’s can stand and I’ll show ya.” You said with pain.

You took his crutch, and getting out of bed you stood up revealing what looked a human punching bag.

“ Stay here. But give me my Crutch first. “ Crutchie said hobbling as fast as he could to the fellas. “ Guys come here you’s have to see what the Delancys’s did to Y/N last night. “ Crutchie said with a hint of panic and worry in his voice. And with that the fellas came rushing into the sick room. As they all barged in at once you just stood there feeling embarrassed for not being able to defend yourself.

“ WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO YA! I KNEW I SHOULDN’T HAVE LEFT YOU BY YOURSELF!” Jojo yelled before running over to ya and making sure you was ok.

“ Well fellas. I think we’s got a nickname for her. Her new name is ‘Striker’!” Said Les.

“ Les not right now. she is in real pain. “ David whispered in Les’ ear. But there were murmurs of agreement. “ So Striker, what the hell happened to ya?” Said Race. You didn’t feel like telling the entire story again.

“ Long story short The Delancy’s was picking on Jojo yesterday in Central Park and I beat up Oscar for it. I didn’t mean to punch him THAT hard. Anyways I made a little extra money yesterday so I told Jojo to go backs to the lodging house and I would be back in about a hour with a surprise. He eventually left and as I was walking home with a loaf of bread from Jacobi’s bread the Delancy Brothers picked a fight with me. End result they took my shoes, stole the bread I bought for breakfast today, made me look like this with a broken ankle hence why I’m using Crutchies Crutch to stand, and cut me across my chest with a knife along with a few other injuries. They got so bad I passed out in the street. Woke up and it was dark. Late enough for y’all to already be asleep. Not being able to walk I had to Crawl to the church. I went there because I didn’t wanna wake you guys up and bothers ya with patchin me ups. Da nuns fixed me up and suggested I go to the doctors today. Which I’m not because I knows that all of our money combined isn’t enough for the fee and you guys need that money to eat and buy papes. Anyways they gaves me some soup and bread leftover from dinner. That’s how I got the breakfast this morning. When’s I gots back here I went to the sick room as to not wake anyone up. And that’s that”

“ So, you’s tellin me that the Delancy Brothers did this to you for beating up Oscar and for defending yourself in a fight?” Jack said sounding kinda suspicious.

“ Yeah.”

“ Well I say WE SOAK THEM!” Albert yelled.

“ NO.” You yelled. “I AINT LETTIN U GUYS END UP LIKE ME. IM GUNNA BE IN THIS BED FOR A WHILE. AND I DON’T WANT THAT HAPPENING TO THE REST OF YA“ You sighed. “ I only need one thing from you guys. I need just one person to stay here to helps me. Seeing as I can’t walk. I can barley stand. And then whoever stays the rest of ya devide their regular pape count between ya and sell them so we aint lose no money. “

“ So who do you want to stay with ya Striker?” asked Les hopin it was him. He looked up to you abs wanted to help. You knew this but if he stayed then David would stay. And that’s too many papers lost.

“ Lemme think. Not Jojo. Sorry little bro but yous gunna baby me if I choose u. Don’t even deny it. Not Jack, Finch or Albert. They are a little to uh- what’s the word? Oh yeah. Demanding” there were chuckles and a “ You can say that again “ from Mush. You continued “ I want to say Crutchie but he is our best seller besides Jack and Race. Which means that I can’t pick Race either. Not Les or David. Even thought David would take care of me just fine he has to take care of Les. So with that being out of the way I choose Elmer. “

“ Really? “ Elmer piped up.

“ Yeah. You are gentle and don’t push me to do stuff I don’t wanna“

“ Ok Elmer it is. The rest of us gotta be goin now. Feel better Striker. “ Race said. They fellas started running out the door and down the hall.

“ Oh yeah the reminds me. RACE”

Race poker his head in the room

“ Yeah?”

“ I needs to ask ya a favor. Elmer I know we ain’t supposed to use the tub much but can you’s draw me a warm Bath while I talk to Race for a minute?” And with that Elmer left the room.

“ So what’s you want to talk to me about?” Race asked

“ You sellin in Brooklyn today?”

“ Wha- I don’t sell in Brookl-“

“Race. It’s ok. I know bout you and spot and if you don’t want me to I won’t tell no one” You said cutting him off. A wave of relief washed over him. “ Yeah why?” He asked. “Well, I mean This in the best way possible. Spot has been in a lot of fights. He can fix bruises and shiners and cuts like magic. I would go to Brooklyn me self but I can’t walk. So if u could. Gets him over here’s or get him to meets me half way to help me patch up my br-“

“ Yeah. Sure” Race said. You thought you heard a little bit of nerves in his voice but then he softened. “ Anything else?”

“ Does you think you could find one of Crutchie’s old Crutches for me to use from when he was little?”

Race smiled. “ Follow me. “ So you started following him but you Fell. Race whipped around. “ Damn I forgot you can’t walk. Wait let me help you up. “ You almost fell again getting up but managed to get up on the bed. “ Ok so stay here. “ he went off and can back with 2 Crutches. “ Here. Use whichever one you is comfortable using. “

“Thanks Race. I owe ya. “

“ naw ya don’t owe me. You’s hurt. You don’t owe me “ race chuckled. Elmer popped back in

“ Tubs ready “

“ Thanks Elmer. Now Race get goin. You got papes ta sell” he winked at ya and with that he left.

You grabbed the shorter crutch and sent off the the tub. It was cracked and everything. Not a very sustainable tub. But it’s a tub none the Less.

“ Elmer listen to me. I already have Racer gettin spot to help patch me up. But I needs you to go to the Bronx and get smalls to come up here. She is like a sister ta me and I needs a girl newsies to help patch up my chest. And I trust her with my life. While you is getting her I’m gunna wash out the blood in my hair. As soon as you have her send her in immediately! You hear me?” Elmer nodded and off he went. Once you was sure he was gone you started washing your hair. You tried to patch yourself up but it was no use. Hopefully Spot knew how to tend to brass knuckle marks. After you washed your hair you went to get some food. There was little soup left and a piece of bread. You ate it and then decided to go up to Jacks penthouse in the sky to get some fresh air. It felt good to feel the cool breeze.The sun was staring to set. That meant that the newsies would be gettin home soon. Someone was climbing up the fire escape to the penthouse. But you didn’t pay no attention to it

“ Hey Y/N . Word is you was beat to the bone,” Smalls called out. You turned around and saw her standing on the ladder. You went to hug her but forgot about your ankle you were so excited and fell down trying to get up. Smalls let out a small gasp and rushed over to helps you up. “ What happened to you?!”

“The Delancy Brothers.” Smalls sighed. “ Figures. Ok let’s go get you fixed up. “ after a while she had fixed up your chest and gave you a new set of wraps. You thanked her and walked out of the bathroom to find Spot Conlon sitting in the sick room waiting for you. You saw him and gave out a glad sigh. He saw your crutch. And looked a little worried.

“ Damn. The Delancys have outdone themselves this time“ Spot chuckled. “ How ya doin Y/N?”

“ Ya know just feel like I fell into hell and rose from the dead. Also it’s Striker now. Finally got a nickname!” You smiled having wanted a nickname for months now. He chuckled. “ So,” spot started. “ How bad is it and what does I need to do?”

“ Well Smalls patched up my chest already.” Spot stopped you. “ What do ya mean ur chest?” “ Oh Race didn’t tell ya what happened. Well The Delancy’s cut me across my chest with a knife. They broke my ankle hence the crutch. Gave me a shiner. And a few other minor injuries that I can’t fix.” Spot sighed.

“ Well come on. Into the bathroom. I’m gunna fix that ankle first Bc that’s the worst injury I know of. Then we’ll work on your face. “ you nodded your head in agreement. He wrapped your ankle and put a stick on it in place of a splint. Before moving on to the face he had you walk to make sure your could stand. Seeing that you could be moved in to your face. There was nothin he could do about yo ur shiner but he did fix you lip. Kinda. It was still a little swollen but he told you to give the lip time. He moved your hair out of the way trying to scrub your face and he noticed marks that were no doubt made by brass knuckles. . You didn’t tell anyone bout that one.

“ And what is this? Let me guess. Delancys. “ You didn’t say nothin.

“ Well that could leave a permanent mark. I need ya to let me touch them. Can ya do that? Am I allowed to touch it?” You wanted to say no. But you also wanted it fixed. “ I guess. “

He started gently rubbing a wash cloth over the marks causing you to inhale sharply. “ On second thoughts just leave it alone. “

“ Y/N I mean Striker I know it hurts. I got beat by brass knuckles once. But if you want it to heal you need to let me fix them. I’m gunna go slow and run some water over it. “ as he ran the water over it the pain started to go away. In a matter of minutes he stopped. “ Ok striker do you need me to do anything else?” You did. You needed your back fixed. You don’t know what they hit you with from behind last night but it hurt. But it could also be your marks from the refuge and your parents. And you didn’t want anyone to see them. “ No, you need to get back to Brooklyn. I can fix the rest myself. “

“ ya sure?” He asked. He knew there was more injuries but he didn’t want to push ya. And you was right about needing to get back to Brooklyn.

“ Ya. Thanks spot. Here, take this“ you gave him part the bread from breakfast. He took it and went on his way. You heard him say somthin the the newsies as he left. But you didn’t know what that was. You came out of the bathroom and climbed back up to jacks penthouse. He surprisingly not up there. You didn’t know when you fell asleep up there but when you woke up it was morning. When you woke up your shirt was off so you could your wraps. You always slept in your wraps and ya pants. The boys knew this. And they didn’t mind.

“ Ah. Your awake. “ Jack called out. “ I saw your back was bleeding through your wraps. I thought Spot And Smalls Patched you up?”

“ They did. But only where I told thems. “ you responded.

“ So why is your back bleeding and why didn’t you tell no one about it?”

“ Because Jack. I don’t want no one seein my back. It’s a disaster of scars. Some from the refuge. Some from my folks. “ the rooftop went dead silent.

“ I’m sorry. Do you want anyone specific to help patch them up today because there is no way we is leavin you alone. “

“ It doesn’t matter who stays. As long as they can keep a secret. “

“ Ok. I’ll go tell the fellas that I’m stayin home from work today. “

“ Jack you are the best seller. You can’t!”

“Striker yes I can. Do ya want any of the others fellas to know about this. Do you think any of them can keep a secret. Do you think any of them make enough money that they can miss a days pay. I’m stayin with you.“ Jack kisses your head to which you pulled back. He looked confused. That’s when you pushed up your hair and revealed your beat up forehead.

“ Anything else you wanna tell me?” He started making his way back to his side of the penthouse to get some rags for your back when you blurted out “ Jojo is adopted. My parents adopted him to replace me. And then we left them when he found out what they did to me. That’s why the Delancys beat me up. For leaving the family. “ Jack froze. He stammered. “ Wait. This means that your a-“

“ Delancy. Yes. Y/N Delancy. But they ain’t my family. I got no family. The only person besides Jojo that knows is Smalls. . “

“ Wow. Well come here. Let me clean your back off. “ you halfway undid your wraps so that your back was showing but your front wasn’t. The rough washcloth stung as it ran up and down your back. “Jack. Your not mad at me. Are ya?” He was silent. Then he spoke. “ No Striker I ain’t mad at you. Mad at your brothers yes. Mad at your parents for treating ya like this. Yes. Mad that someone as sweet as you had to go through this. Hell Yes. But your tough as nails. “ That last part made you smile. Jack finished fixing you up help you redo your wrap. “ Your going to get better Striker. This WILL heal. How about we go to Central Park just to get ya outside. No papes. Just to be outside.” You could tell it wasn’t a question and more of a command. So you went to Central Park and spent the day there. A nice lady gave you a quarter. You don’t know why. It was getting dark and you and Jack decided to head back to the lodging house. When ya got back to the lodging house the rest of the newsies welcomed ya in. That’s when ya realized that ya had a family. And in the family there were no secrets. So after dinner ya told the newsies the entire story. There was no way that the newsies were every leavin you and Jojo alone again.

here to share some thoughts again... my heart is honestly so heavy after yday's ep but i'm not at all mad that we got basically 40mins of just jane + backstory. I LOVE HER AND I MISS HER SO MUCH. i wish we got to see more of her and tan's friendship too, i'm so upset that she couldn't trust him enough to tell him everything that was happening 😭 but i completely understand why she didn't want to involve him (for both of their safety). and as much as i hate rung for what she did, i'm baffled by how many ppl actually still like peud? just bc he "wasn't as bad" doesn't make him likeable. he was a coward and an asshole, por was 100% right when he said peud never fought with anyone, bc all he does it sit by and allow things to happen, even when he knows it's wrong. i hate him and i'm glad he's dead. also i'm kinda uncomfortable with how much ppl are willing to hate rung so much whilst forgiving peud? like, she was also a victim of these men at one point. if u can see peud as a complex character, then u can grant rung the same treatment too. that's all for now lol, hope u enjoyed the bingo!! jane is truly the best character in this show; and i’m so so glad they gave her agency and a full complex personality and backstory; instead of simply making her a victim or a saint or something. she was a flawed woman living in a flawed world and in the end she fought for what is right and i adore her so much❤️

and yeah the way some (to be fair i think it’s not too many on tumblr atleast) are willing to almost absolve pued because rung is the big bad now is eh... uncomfortable is the right word; don’t get me wrong rung is evil and deserves all the hate and disgust she gets; but she is a far more interesting character to the story than he was and i don’t really vibe with the ‘we hate rung now so we can forgive pued’ mindset. we can hate them both and see them both for the fucked up people they are. (the excuse ‘but pued was a good brother at least’ doesn’t hold up either because a) he wasn’t; he did the bare minimum (not wanting him dead) while still accepting tan being ostracised by his family and using/lying to him constantly and b) doing one good thing doesn’t mean you can’t be a piece of shit who had multiple chances to not only do the right thing but help the woman he supposedly loved or bring justice to her name; you are 100% right in the conclusion you draw from por’s words about him). im not going to bring up the way fandom (in general) views dark/evil female characters vs male characters but we be knowing...
