Synastry Observations #2

💙 Their Mars in your 3rd House makes them want to talk to you all the time. Conversation tends to flow freely. You inspire each other's thoughts and ideas. They tell you things about their siblings or neighbors. You enjoy running errands together. Frequent talks about sex and sexting isn't unusual for this overlay.

🤍 Moon overlaying the 9th House can indicate that there is significant distance between the two of you. Long distance relationship. Person from a different culture or ethnic background. This overlay also indicates that you may share similar religious beliefs or philosophies on life.

There needs to be some grounding and enduring aspects in the rest of this synastry for a relationship to last with this one. 🤍 Having Mercury square Mercury in synastry can be tough. Here the people involved struggle with communication and understanding each other during critical and even non-critical moments. When Mercury squares in synastry, even small misunderstandings can quickly escalate to bigger disagreements. Because squares are typically created by signs of the same modality, but different elements, the minds of these people clash because the approach is different. For instance, a Cancer Mercury and Libra Mercury both are Cardinal and the mind works fast for these signs. But Cancer's mode of communication is filtered through the emotions (Water), while Libra filters through the mind (Air).

💙 When their Venus is in your 7th House, you find them very attractive. They embody what is beautiful to you. As the House person, you have the attributes and qualities of what Venus values in love and partnerships. The Venus person values you. This overlay can also indicate the Venus person coming into the House person's life to increase value or make money together.

🤍 When a person's Mars conjuncts another's Chiron, the Mars person has come to help facilitate healing for the Chiron person. As long as the rest of the synastry supports it, Mars isn't afflicted, and the Chiron person has already done some shadow work to address wounds, this is a very positive aspect in synastry.

💙 I've noticed when Saturn conjuncts the North Node in synastry, it can indicate a lifelong friendship. Of course, this can develop into a romantic partnership, or even start off romantic and end up as friends. But essentially, the people involved become bound together with this aspect. It is often the Saturn person who gets stuck on the NN person. Saturn initially introduces structure and discipline to the NN person. The NN person shows Saturn how to lighten up and allow lessons to evolve naturally. This aspect in synastry can also indicate creating 'good' Karma in this lifetime. Often there is an age difference involved.

🤍 Neptune conjunct Vertex in synastry can be a beautifully fated connection or an extreme nightmare. When Neptune is positively placed within the natal and in synastry, this aspect brings a brand new, positive perspective to the Vertex person about compassion and unconditional love. But because of the nature of Neptune and the potential for illusions and deceit, if Neptune is ill placed or badly afflicted, Neptune will teach the Vertex person about seeing clearly, setting proper boundaries, and using their intuition.

Part 2

Venus conjunct Chiron: the Venus person's love and affectionate energy helps the Chiron person unpack their trauma and heal their wounds, easily. This is the best aspect for chiron healing.

Moon in the 12th house: this is the best 12th house overlay imo. The Moon's energy doesn't feel estranged in the 12th house. If the 12th house person has troubles sleeping, sleeping with the Moon person can help a lot.

Venus conjunct/trine Jupiter: they bring great joy into each other's lives. This aspect results in so much laughter and easy chemistry.

Saturn conjunct/trine Juno: this aspect eliminates any vagueness or 'lack of labels' that can jeopardise the connection. Both Saturn and Juno wants to committ to each other right away!

Mars conjunct North Node: this aspect is not only highly fateful, but also result in an intense instant connection. The NN person motivates the Mars, while the Mars shows NN the way!

Hiii I have a question bout synastry. What does it mean having my NN in conjunction with his Saturn and my asteroid Angel in conjunction with his Saturn and Jupiter? all these aspects in a tight orbit. I'm a she btw 💞

Hello!! Thank you for your question!!! And apologies for the delay in response!!

First and foremost though, I would like to clarify that I am not an asteroid astrologer (I will utilize Chiron, Juno, and Lilith but the rest are not personally a part of my astrology practice), so if anyone wants to chime in on that part of the synastry, feel free!!!

However, I can talk about your North Node and Saturn-- and this will be a bit vague, as I don't know what sign this is occurring in or which house this falls in, in your respective charts which will further indicate the nature of this aspect and how it will play out in your synastry,

Anyways, we want to consider what the North Node and Saturn indicate. The North Node represents what our soul is travelling towards in this life and can also *potentially* indicate fated contacts/events, but most importantly it represents the area in which our soul intends to grow towards. However, this is not always comfortable for us, if we can think about the South Node as an area of life that we have mastered, we can also look at the South Node as an area of life in which we are comfortable in. Therefore, we have to think about the North Node as the opposite of that, it is completely unfamiliar to us, and yet we will have no choice other than to move towards it, despite how uncomfortable it may make us at times.

Then, we must also think of Saturn as the planet of karma and what type of baggage that we brought into this lifetime. Saturn is also the planet of restriction. Henceforth, if we are looking at your path in life on top of their karma, to me this would indicate that the karmic lessons that this person has learned in this life are related to your soul's purpose. Know that with Saturn being the planet of restriction this can also indicate that they are either going to hinder your soul's growth, or they are going to make you hyper-focused on that purpose.

Again, the sign and house that this is occurring in will tell you a bit more about the nature of this synastry, but a few keywords here are: Restriction, Fate, Purpose, and Karma.

the wounded healer chiron😋

-people you have chiron synastry are usually people that your never gonna forget. Wether it be a good or bad ending there is always gonna be a hidden feeling of what ifs between the 2.

Moon conjunct Chiron synastry = hidden feelings of confession we both feel something for each other but it just can’t happen. (1st BOY I REALLY liked and I just knew he liked me 2 but he was leaving for college out of state and we both knew it wasn’t gonna happen)

Mercury conjunct Chiron synastry=hurt through the topic of communication.usually didn’t care to communicate. (2nd boy that hurt me with not caring to fix things on how they went down.. all he had to do is apologize.)

Where your Chiron is also depends on how this synastry play out- for me this synastry occurs in my 9th house which rules travel and school… how this occurred for me was one person is always leaving wether it be graduating school and going their separate ways or getting a scholarship and leaving the state meaning I CANT SEE THEM😍

Saturn synastry oh boy.

-a man usually has his saturn conjuncting my planets and while it is good for long term it’s also hard if you don’t have any saturn aspects in your chart or saturn energy in general. Your gonna feel a bit trapped and they’ll probably remind you of your parents somehow lmao.

There’s always a age difference in this synastry wether it be 2 years ,4, or even 1 the Saturn person will want to commit to you and will feel the need to stick by you. Way stronger if they have Capricorn or Aquarius placements.

These people are usually karmic (Saturn ruling karma) and these people just come into your life outta nowhere 😭 mostly needed.

-It’s so hard having this in your chart because every person you’ve ever had a bond with or romantic partnership will always affect you WAY MORE than it should. we take relationships to the extreme and it’s so easy to get disappointed from people that don’t reciprocate how much we give and give. I’ve learned that the hard way and so many call us guarded and bit cold but just know it’s cause of past hurt. LITERALLY PAST HURT 😭.

-NOW THIS ONE… I had my Venus conjunct a guys north node and it felt so free and easy going yet terrifying and a bit uncomfortable. The north node is what we’re trying to learn in this life and people that put planets in it usually give a lesson to learn built off of the planet. in this case I had a relationship (Venus)with NN and it didn’t last long, we both got hurt in the end but I know that this was meant to happen AS A LESSON. I felt like the best version of myself and you can just be yourself. The nn perosn had a HUGE crush on me and u can feel the pure admiration from the nn🥲

I’ve been in both sides b4 and I have a man’s Venus conjunct my nn rn and I just wanna give and give to him. His Venus falls into my 12th house where this conjunction occurs but it’s also unconditional support and It’s a bond-like no other.

The planet person and any axis points that conjunction another north node will always help you in your path. Neither will forget but the nn person will always be thankful for the planet person for pushing them to where they are now.

-you know that saying opposites attract well yeah this is literally OPPOSITES ATTRACT. When you date someone you have inconjunction with *cough *cough (gemini and capricorn) it can give u a doozy. LMAO JK no but actually they want to know everything about you and the attraction is off the charts with this one. - the boy from earlier had his sun in my 8th house and the tension between us was something I never felt b4. I felt uncomfortable and rushed. He was shining light on this relationship he wanted with me and I felt like he could see right thru me. (I have Pluto in the 8th house so I felt like my boundaries where even higher.) if you’ve never interacted with your 8th house sign your either gonna make the worst enemies of them or the bestest friends. 8th house also rules 1st when it comes to anything sexual. He was my 1st kiss

🪐Having generational outer planets on your nodes in synastry could mean you just aren’t meant to be with anyone from that* generation. They will push you to grow through challenges towards where or who you’re supposed to be /be with (*edit)

💙 Venus in 11th house synastry is the besties aspect good vibes from the first meeting

🌑 Moon in 8th house: you won’t forget each other no matter how brief the meeting

☄️ Mars in 8th house: instant physical attraction you will probably have some sort of physical contact from the first meeting

🌝 Moon in 5th house synastry: You both feel so energetic and happy when you’re with one another

🤝9th house synastry: also great for being friends because of shared interests, morals and values. If it’s the sun you share personality traits. If it’s mercury you share thought patterns and can share humor as well. Mercury person says what the house person is thinking. They can put into words the house persons beliefs and philosophy. Something I haven’t seen talked about a lot is the north node in synastry. The north node helps us connect with our higher selves. Having aspects in synastry with other planets can show how someone can aid us in our journey, as a comrade or teacher figure. This synastry makes the north node person feel deeply understood by the planet person. This can be difficult sometimes as the planet person can reveal things to the north node person that they need to work on in order to fulfil themselves. You do need a tight orb with this aspect!

Moon conjunct mars creates a spicy relationship! There is an instant attraction, and this creates an intensity to the connection. Very fiery. Often the dynamic is that the mars person wants to protect the moon person. They are both trying to provide a safe space for each other in different ways. Think fit as the mars person being like ‘I will burn the whole world for you and destroy anyone or anything that hurts you’, whereas the moon person just wants to be a comforting and safe space for the mars person. The softer aspects have a pretty good time with this one, but if you have a hard aspect between the two your relationship could be quite turbulent at times

I have found that people who have the same Planetary house placements can can have similarities. We know that if someone has the same moon sign they will be similar, but I have also seen how people who bae a different moon sign but in the same house within their charts are similar too for example, both having the moon in their 9th house.

Another thing is if people have planets or luminaries in the same modality they can share similar traits. For example people who both have fixed rising signs and a Mutable sun. Obviously the sign and house is the first thing you look at, but this can add an interesting flavour.

Sun - Jupiter synastry adds a liveliness to the relationship. It’s rare that you will get bored in this connection, even when doing nothing together it’s exciting, which is very sweet.

Astrology Observations #2!!!

Hi I'm back with more assumptions and thoughts (i got a lot of them). These are all opinions! Take what resonates! Also I'm not a professional, tell me if I got something wrong :D

Venus in Gemini/Air signs are not flaky (Idk I see a lot of people say this). They're surprisingly loyal, although they may be loyal to people who embody air style qualities rather than them exuding it themselves when it comes to love.

Jupiter opposite Ascendant in your chart can point to a very eccentric person, but they also may have trouble seeing how they actually are, and can have a negative self view, especially with "harsh" (Neptune, Pluto, maybe Mars) planets in 12th house.

Saturn in 11th house can point to achieving your goals later in life/after your Saturn return. With heavy air in the chart, you could've been a wild child.

Cancer Mars natives remind me a lot of car salesmen. They kinda can convince you to buy anything they want, especially if Lilith is in 2nd or 10th house. They can convince you to do anything.

Your close friends may have similar Lilith/your Lilith's get along. Everyone I've been extremely close to also have an Aries Lilith, or something that Lilith would get along with it. Kinda just a fun observation but still. Has anyone else noticed this?

Wherever Neptune is in your chart can tell you where people project onto you, or where you're forgotten the most. For example, Neptune in 4th may have people putting you into positions of Cancer like roles (caring, and supportive), or thinking you have a more than fine family life when you don't, as that area is where you essentially become a mirror.

South Node in Synastry is the coolest thing ever tbh. That's something you immediately feel in your soul. Especially South Node conjunct Mercury. That's your sibling right there. Blood or not.

Celebrities you adore may have the same moon sign/element you.

Singers with Venus in Taurus or Libra have the prettiest voices. Their lyrics either very poetic and powerful of they primary sound expensive or talk a sing a lot about luxuries.

Venus conjunction Midheaven will always be remembered as pretty. ALWAYS. Life and death.

Any planets in 8th house could show what people obsess about over you. For example, Pluto in 8th could have people obsess over your transformations, or try their best to expose you to more taboo things. Whatever the planet rules over normally, it can add a bit of a forceful or darker theme to it. It isn't always intense but it's always interesting when you notice it.

I've been thinking of Placidus vs Whole Sign, since my astrologers use both those, and one of them said that Placidus is more mental and Whole Sign is the world around you, and I have a lil bit of a theory:

Placidus - mental, friends, fans/what people see in you

Whole Sign - first impression, vibes you give off, the house system you look at for results.

They're both accurate, but Whole sign has always been the most accurate when it comes to external results like solar returns and such, and Placidus is kinda how people treat me if that makes sense?

Just a theory I don't know too too much about the difference of their (someone explain maybe plz I'm begging use small words)

Virgo in Lilith could face people nitpicking them for the littlest of things. The house can tell who's doing it/what it's about. Like In 9th people could try to pick at how you study/be classmates, elements of your spiritually/people of the same faith, and attempt to wear you down.

Aspects to your natal Juno can show your "turn ons" and icks when it comes to finding the one. Juno trine Moon could mean you like someone who's open with emotions and can be vulnerable, but square Moon could mean you're not a fan of sappy or dotting people.

Squares in Synastry are my favorite to look at, especially with longer terms relationships. Anything aspects to the ascendant can tell how they first met (in my experience). My favorite scenario was a married couple who met when the husband crashed a friend of the wife's bday party. Squares in sun, Venus, Mars, and Saturn. The wife later said that he stood out like nobody's business, but she liked that 🥺

Juno in Synastry is also something I like looking at with family members. Having a relatives jump conjunct a personal planet is such a warming thing. Like Juno conjunct Moon can mean they're emotionally invested in your well being, or conjunct Jupiter means they may go out of their way to help further education or world view. It's really sweet.

Mars can show where you come off too strong. Mars in 2nd could show you come off too strong when it comes to making money or showing off personally skills. 12th could be you fighting the urge to come off too strong and giving off a ":|" vibe instead.

My Favorite Synastry Aspects

⚜My favorite synastry aspects from astrological reasoning and personal experience (in no order) ⚜:

Part 1

Jupiter trine Moon: the moon feels ecstatic and jupiter feels an ego boost seeing how the moon feels instantly happier in their presence!

Vertex conjunct Jupiter: highly fated. The vertex person is love-struck quiet literally, and views jupiter as their lucky charm, the missing piece, and their cure. Jupiter represents some kind of a spirtual (jupiter) portal to vertex.

Sun conjunct/trine moon: this is a classic! And it's a classic for a reason! This creates an instant feeling at home and acceptance. This is mutual warm and affectionate energy right from the start. The sun wants to protect the moon, the moon wants to follow the sun.

Moon in the 5th house: the 5th house feels on cloud 9, as the moon embodies their ideal loverboy/lovergirl type. The moon feels excited in the 5th house person's presence.

Sun conjunct North Node: two souls traveling together throughout their paths. They are highly aligned and supportive of each other throughout their multiple life phases.

Moon conjunct/trine mercury: this is an underrated aspect. This is the best aspect for kissing and making out. Mercury rules over oral functions and moon is emotions...Put both together and you have a great kissing aspect as well as great at reading each other's body language.

Mars trine Moon: this is another classic! The trine adds an essential softness to mars, making the connection stronger without the triggering influence of the square, conjunction and opposition.

South & North Node Synastry

sn represents our karmic past, early life or where we often fall back to bc we’re comfortable there. when we try to fall back into our sn habits, we often find difficulties, blockages & frustrations. sn conjunctions in synastry can manifest in a number of ways depending on the (nature of) planet: past life connection - partners may have unresolved issues/karma to work through together in this lifetime. comfort & familiarity - partners may feel like they’ve known each other for awhile even if they’ve just met. sn feels like planet understands them the best but also feels like planet is holding them back. planet makes sn remember the "old" them that they thought they’d grown from. both partners may feel they’re in a holding pattern together aka not able to leave one another. it's hard to forget each other bc the feel so familiar. repetitive patterns & stagnancy - partners may have a tendency to repeat certain patterns or themes in the rxship. these patterns may be rooted in past-life experiences & may require conscious effort to break free from. this can cause a sense of inactivity or lack of growth in the rxship aka difficult to move forward. however, sn conjunctions doesn’t necessarily indicate a negative or doomed rxhsip. it suggests that partners have a karmic connection that can be both positive & challenging. the nature of the rxship will depend on the willingness of partners to work through their karma & other aspects in the synastry chart. this synastry usually starts off as intense soulmate connection but fizzles completely over time. at first you remember each other & the love that you shared from a past life. you are paying off debt to each other which can start off with a strong familiar feeling.

generally, nn conjunctions in synastry are very powerful & often fated. this is a green flag aspect, marriage indicator & a rxship that never fizzles. planet will teach, push, lead or support nn in a particular area that nn needs development & depending on the nature of planet. planet has certain traits that nn can benefit or learn from. therefore, planet will teach nn who their meant to become in this lifetime. planet will help nn move forward, help nn each their potential & push nn out of their comfort zone. however, rxship may make nn feel uncomfortable bc it’s causing nn growth. nn will be going into the “unknown” & feeling a sense of “new” in this rxship. planet is new terrain/experiences for nn. rxship can be hard to sustain initially but can grow into intense passion over time. partners will always find each other no matter what. however, rxship may not work in this lifetime unless partners have other binding placements. it feels very intense but uncomfortable, almost as if it’s setting you up to meet in another lifetime. venus will find themselves being kind, sweet & affectionate with nn even without wanting to; venus will show their best face & will want to spend time with nn. nn will be fascinated by the presence & personality of venus.
