I keep my Instagram life seperate by being professional& showing u best version of me so i can motivate you as much as i can with my positive lifestyle stories posts. It is equally as important that i don't be afraid to share my challenges of my health battles so you can be inspired by my daily journey where you can take elements of how to stay strong& not give up on life. Having spent the week recovering from heat stroke and exhaustion since last Thursday. It really broke my body where i lost my own strength. These last few days had been a big test into my mental strength to not give up and fight for my health to get better. I had been in denial of how sick u really was. ur brain has way of shielding u from not wanting to know the whole truth so u wil protect yourself from not wanting to know because the reality may be difficult to accept. I did just that i didn't want to look in mirror. i didn't believe my family when they told me they were watching me quickily waste away. It was scary& upsetting for them to watch me deteriate where i literally was sleep 4 days straight, seizures& fits for 3 days,hightemperature pouring sweat,unable to leave my bed being bed washed,unable to brush my teeth.I made choice to face my reality inorder to get better. i had to use all my mental strength to push through my pain,heal,fatigue drained body to want to get better to eat&drink.. I chose to fight back to be with my daughter.
