Law is handsome.

He knows it, and he uses it against his s/o. All. The. Time.

Sometimes, it's only to tease them a little. There's just something he deeply enjoys about seeing them flustered when he walks around shirtless in their bedroom or when he smirks and winks at them when no ones looking. Be it his slightly sadistic nature, but he loves teasing.

Other times though, he uses his natural charms to make them do what he wants.

He needs them to get something for him ? A charming smile and they're off in a flash.

They won't obey his orders ? No problem but woah, it's suddenly too hot, he needs to take off his shirt. Maybe that'll convince them ? It sure does.

They're upset and won't talk to him ? Fine. Guess he'll just take that shower he was about to take alone then... What a shame. Oh, they change their mind ? Nice.

He's the worst, but he never means bad. He just likes to play with them a little bit from time to time. ❤️

"(Name) - ya, you need to take the medicine."

"I'm not taking that disgusting stuff ever again."

It has been like this for days now, and Law is slowly but surely running out of patience. How can someone be so stubborn ? They should know better, especially since he is the doctor and they're his patient.

"I told you, it's for your own good." He doesn't know how many times he has repeated this. "You won't get better if you don't take it."

"I'm not taking it."

A vein is popping on his forehead. He's tired of arguing, but he needs them to take the damn medicine.

"Fine." He sighs.

And they think he's finally done, but then Law walks to them, getting close. Very close. So close their noses are touching and they can feel his warm breath against their lips.

They look up, and he's staring right into their eyes, almost seductively. And his greyish orbs are so pretty, so mesmerizing and he looks so breathtaking up close that they jaw drops slightly at the sight.

They close their eyes, lips parted, aiming for a kiss, but next thing they feel is the bitter taste of the medicine almost pushed down their throat.

Betrayal.

Love with Law is ...

Genuine

Law never does anything halfway, and reciprocating your love means his passion for you is 100% real. He would never play with your feelings and would never lie about his own. He doesn't joke around. Law loves deeply, genuinly, and though he has his very own way to show you how much he cares, you never fail to understand the depth of his emotions.

Emotions the dear surgeon of death is not very open about though, because he usually doesn't quite understand them. At first, he used to question himself about it, now he just accepts it. But it makes it harder for him to express his thoughts loud and clear, especially when it comes to you and the relationship you have together. However, love is here, he can't deny it, and no excuse is able to hide the way his heart beats for you.

Mature

Law is an adult, and he usually thinks and acts like one, no matter what. He’s probably the most serious one in your relationship, and though it can be quite a hassle sometimes (especially when he doesn’t take a joke), his way of handling issues thoughtfully and responsibly appears to be useful most of the time.

It makes certain things easier : Law gives you the most precious and clever advice you could ask for, helping you resolve your problems with wisdom and care. He’s also most likely to handle arguments better than anyone else, simply because he always thinks before saying something, especially when it could be harmful to you. His apologies and words of comfort are always right.

Mysterious

This is not so surprising, but Law is not easy to understand. His past is a mystery for most people, even you don’t know if he really told you everything about himself and what he went through. Somehow, you feel like he keeps details hidden from you, but it doesn’t matter since all you want is for him to be comfortable in your relationship. You have faith that one day, he’ll open up completely.

There’s also something quite mysterious about Law’s personality. Sometimes, you can’t tell what’s on his mind or what he’s planning to do, and he plays on it a lot. It’s not rare for him to give you side glances, half-hidden stares from behind his hat as if he was the most subtle man ever. And it makes you laugh all the time because he thinks he’s so stealth and secretive, but you just find it adorable. Though, you would never tell him that : it would hurt his pride.

Baby, it’s cold outside

CHARACTER : Roronoa Zoro x GN reader

TW : none, only fluff with the favorite marimo <3

SUMMARY : The weather on Grand Line is always unexpected, and you find yourself freezing cold in the middle of the night because your lover decided to sleep on his side of the bed.

AUTHOR’S NOTE : This was mostly an excuse to write a fluff scenario with pre-timeskip Zoro because he’s my beloved. Also this is not proofread at all !

It was late. You knew it the moment your eyes flustered open slowly, only to be met with the darkness surrounding the bedroom.

Resting on your back, your still sleepy gaze fell onto the ceiling above your head for a mere second, but the heaviness of your eyelids was hard to fight, your body never failing to remind you how tired you were, especially at such a late hour. You closed your eyes again, ready to accept the sweet embrace of sleep, but the reason for your awakening made itself known once again.

A cold shiver ran down your spine, goosebumps erupting on your skin, and you immediately sank further into the blanket, hoping to get at least a bit of warmth, but it was all in vain as the sudden shift of your body against the bedsheets quickly reminded you of the state you were in. You were freezing cold.

How much you hated the weather on Grand Line. It could be so unpredictable that you were currently unable to fall back asleep because of how cold it was when the night before had been just fine. Though, it seemed that the sudden change in temperature wasn’t the only reason you were freezing. Something was missing.

A loud snore echoed just when you whined in displeasure, turning on your side with your hand looking for Zoro. You finally reached him, your fingers brushing against his bare back as he faced the opposite way, and you huffed in annoyance. How could he be sleeping so carelessly without even minding that you were freezing right there, just next to him ? You would get back at him for this later, but for now, you simply wanted to warm yourself up a little bit.

Hand falling flat against his skin, the warmth provided by his body created a nice feeling against your palm and fingertips, and you sighed quietly in content. You shifted closer, arms wrapping around his torso in an attempt to get more of his body heat.

However, the sudden cold against his skin seemed to pull him out of his peaceful slumber, and you felt him move in your arms after a few minutes. Zoro was easy to wake up, being always on guard, but with you around he seemed to be relaxing a lot more, even allowing himself to get a slightly deeper rest than he usually did.

“Mhm…” He groaned, the sleepiness clearly visible in his low grumble. “What’re you doing ?”

“What are you doing ? Why are you facing the other way ?” You asked without even answering his question and Zoro frowned slightly in confusion.

“What kind of question is that ? I’m sleeping… was.”

“Well, I’m cold.” You declared and he sighed softly, already aware of what your next request would be. “So cuddle me ? Pretty please, Zoro.”

How could he deny you anything, especially when you asked so nicely ? It didn’t get lots of begging for him to turn around, muttering a quiet and affectionate “are you a child ?”. Now facing you, his arms wrapped around your form, and he brought you against his chest, huffing against your hair as he closed his eyes.

“How is that ?” He asked in a grumpy yet soft tone.

“Much better.”

You hummed happily, a small smile gracing your lips as you nuzzled against him, his entire being engulfing you in a comfortable feeling of safety and warmth. And now shielded from the cold air, it didn’t take long for you to fall back asleep, your gentle snores lulling Zoro back into his dreams as well.

Loyal

Once he's in love, Ace is not interested in being with anyone else but you, and he makes sure you know it. "You're the only one for me", is what he tells you with the most genuine expression when he senses that you're having slight doubts or self-esteem. He thinks that if there is someone on this sea who has to be with him forever, it's you. He's dedicated to you and your happiness.

Ace is always so clingy it's not even believable. Boy won't stop following around, he wants to go where you're going, he wants to be by your side all the time, holding your hand, simply because he loves being with you. He's like a little puppy, he's adorable and very lovable.

Warm

Who would have thought ? Ace is so warm, both in personality and physically speaking. He's a sunshine, smiling widely when you greet him in the morning, his face lighting up as soon as he lays his deep dark eyes on you. Even as his s/o, you find him so endearing and friendly, he's your lover and your best friend at the same time, the most welcoming, kind and funny person you know. Treat him well, though, because he doubts himself a lot and need reassurance to stay that sweet boy you know. He's not perfect, but he tries, alright ?

Obviously, Ace's body is very warm due to his devil fruit powers. It makes every little moment with him so cozy, like when you two are cuddling in bed in the middle of the cold winter or when you're feeling a little down and he holds you, his body temperature filling you with a comforting feeling of safety and warmth. However, beware during hot summers because his clingy butt will make you sweat your brain out.

Passionate

Fire, passion, you see where I'm coming from, right ? Ace is a very passionate person, especially when it comes to things, or in your case, people he likes. He doesn't do things halfway. You need something very specific from a very specific place ? He'll fetch it for you no matter what. You're craving this or that sort of food ? He'll beg Thatch to cook you what you want, even putting himself in debt of washing the dishes forever just for you. Anything you want, you'll have it.

This also works for all the sweet and loving gestures he has for you. He holds you tight every time you hug or cuddle, he kisses you deeply even when you're just trying to get a quick peck from him, he cradles your face all over, admiring your beauty for hours when he gets the chance. Sweet boy has so much love to share, please accept it all and you'll make him the happiest man ever.

Comforting

There is no fear whenever Zoro's around. I mean, have you seen the man ? He's the embodiement of protection. When his strong arms wrap around you at night, when it's just you and him, you never feel safer. He waves away all pains, all worries you can have, allowing you to relax completly. You can rely on him.

Zoro is protective and being his s/o, there is rarely a fight where you end up injured. He knows you're more than capable, of course, and won't ever step in your way because he's aware of how strong you are, but the minute you're in a danger you can't handle, he's by your side, swords out, ready to help you. He'll never leave you if he's not 100% certain you're safe.

Discreet

We all know Zoro is not big on PDA, especially if you two are not in a private place. However, it doesn't mean that he blatantly ignores you. It's very subtle - and it took you some time to finally notice it -, but you can see the loving spark in his eye whenever he looks your way, how his touch lingers when he places a hand on your shoulder and the softer tone he uses when he talks to you. His affection is there, in very small details.

If you're lucky, when he's feeling particularly affectionate, you might witness more than just soft touches and little attentions. Sometimes, when you're walking next to him, his fingers graze against the palm of your hand before gently taking it, his calloused digits rubbing circles into the soft flesh with a content expression on his face. Other times, he might slide an arm around your shoulders, keeping you close. You know better than to point it out to him though. You know he'd shy away.

Intimate

Zoro loves being close to you, be it emotionally or physically. He's always searching for your eyes, enjoying the way your gaze meets his even in the distance. Whenever he's the first you come to for opinions, suggestions or advice, his chest burns with pride because it shows him that he's special in your eyes, just like you are in his.

When you two are alone together, at night or when taking a bath, Zoro holds you tight, chin resting on the top of your head or on your shoulder while sleeping peacefully or soaking in the warm water. After his rough training sessions, he loves when you give him a massage, his sore muscles relaxing under your magic fingertips. Your physical affection is never too much for him, as long as it's hidden from unwanted eyes.

Somehow, I love the headcanon of the Ope Ope no Mi not erasing all traces of the Amber Lead desease on Law's body and him still having some kind of vitiligo because of it like

The hurt/comfort about it is so good ???

Law didn't care about people's opinions about it, but somehow he started caring about his s/o opinion and he unconsciously became self-conscious about it because what if they don't like it ? what if they find him ugly because of it ? what if they'll leave him for someone else because they find him disgusting in the end ?

When he's alone in the bathroom and he stares at himself in the mirror, he suddenly can't unsee it anymore. Before, he didn't pay attention to it, but now he only sees the white patches on his face, arms and chest, and it makes his heart and throat tight. All of a sudden, he hates the way it looks and he can't help but think that his s/o will eventually realize how horrible it is.

Though it's only a fragment of his unspoken anxiety because in fact he just hasn't noticed yet how much his s/o loves it. They think it's elegant, unique, breathtaking. Every time their eyes fall on his handsome face, they can't help but admire the white, almost snowy patterns randomly formed by the spots. Something about it makes it dreamy and, lost in their thoughts sometimes, they gently trace the edges with their fingers.

And Law thinks they're just intrigued, but it's so much more than that, they're mesmerized.

"You're beautiful." They'd declared, one day, in the most loving way, and Law is unable to contain the soft tears now flowing down his cheeks and burning his eyes.

Gentle

Sanji's not only a gentleman with good manners, he's also the kindest person you know, especially when it comes to you. He'll never have means words when addressing to you, will never yell at you nor swear you off. Sanji lives to shower you with compliments, sweet whispers and long poems of how much he loves you. If one day, the devil possesses him to pour his poison on you, his favorite person, he'll never forgive himself.

Sanji has a way with gestures. He's delicate with his touch like when he softly brushes his lips over yours when kissing you or when his finger gently caresses your cheek. Sometimes, it feels like a feather is tickling the back of your hand when he pokes your skin to get your attention. Sanji is never rough and he always touches you like you're the most precious treasure in the world, which you are.

Romantic

Romance is Sanji's last name and he likes it a little fancy. Delicious dinners with you when nobody is around with your fingers intertwined and staring lovingly into your eyes, sometimes he even pays Brook to play some violon in the background, or a warm bath with candles and scented salt, you two soaking in the water for minutes, even hours. He's never out of ideas to amaze you and make you feel special.

Though, Sanji likes it a bit more intimate sometimes. Like when it's just you and him in your shared bedroom and he grabs your hand, spinning you around gently into a stupid little dance, giggling when he bends you dramatically with a kiss or when he picks up wild flowers when you're exploring islands together, gathering them into a tiny bouquet or putting them in your hair. Romance with him is fun and cute.

Honest

Sanji hates keeping things from you. He wishes to be genuine with you at all time, be it by simply telling you what he wants to do today, what he'll be cooking later for dinner or how he's feeling at the moment. Being open and 100% transparent with you is important to him because he wants to show you how much he trusts you.

On the other hand, he loves when you're also honest with him. Tell him when you're happy, when you're sad, when you're upset, when you're displeased, tell him what you love and what you hate. Sanji wants to know everything, not because he's curious, maybe a little, but because he wants to help you, to support you, to share your feelings, to feel like he tried making everything better or even better for you. He loves you and will do anything for you, just be open with him.

Joyful

Being Luffy's s/o, there isn't a dull day ever. Even when the sky is grey and menacing, even when the strong waves are hitting the Thousand Sunny, there is never a moment of darkness, simply because Luffy is a sunshine himself, a ray of light in your life.

Any second, minute, hour, Luffy's bright smile and personality never fails to ease your mood, to lighten your thoughts and feelings. Just seeing him there, grinning at you or at anyone on board is enough to make your day better, bringing a smile to your own lips.

Candid

It's no surprise, Luffy is quite childish and a little bit of an idiot most of the time sometimes. He can be clueless, naive and even lost with his own feelings for you. He doesn't understand them sometimes, but it doesn't matter because Luffy is curious.

He wants to know, he wants to feel, he wants to learn anything related to this special love he has for you. This entire relationship, as new as it can be for him, is like a fun and intriguing adventure. He's not afraid to explore, to discover and he's sure happy to be able to do all of this with you, his special person.

Being free

No one's more free than a pirate, and Luffy's not an exception to this rule. If anything, he probably embodies freedom more than anyone. He doesn't think about tomorrow and usually lives today, following the dangerous but oh-so-funny flow of pirate life.

And thinking about everything he's going to do with you, be it today or tomorrow, imagining the endless possibilities because nothing's holding him back, it's a feeling of content he would never trade. He wants to enjoy every moment he's got with you, holding your hand tight in his as he drags you into impossible adventures.

He's all smirk at first, seemingly joking about it

He thought they were down because he hasn't been around much and they wanted his attention

"Didn't know ya missed me THAT much, babe."

Immediately frowns the moment he understands his lover is upset for real and actually asking for reassurance, no shit Eustass

He likes teasing them, sure, but the last thing he wants is making their mood worse than it already is

He's a good man with a good heart for them, but boy is awkward

Kid is silent for long agonizing minutes and suddenly his s/o almost wants to go back on their words because they think he's annoyed

He finally sighs loudly

"You're such a pain in the ass." He has no filter. "I'm sor -"

However, they don't have time to finish their sentence because Kid is already swinging them over his shoulder, carrying them around the ship like a bag of potatoes

Taking the direction of their shared bedroom for a long private cuddle sessions

Of course, he's not going to leave them alone with whatever upsetting thoughts they are having, not without doing anything

What kind of captain and boyfriend would he be ?

"Let's ease your mood, 'aight ?"

In the end, he decided that cuddling wasn't enough to help them and they did something else instead *insert lenny's face*

My most beloved *loving sigh* *ahem*

This man never hesitates when it's about having any kind of physical contact with his lover

Hugs, cuddles, kisses, he'll give them anything they want, they just have to ask and he's ready

Though, hearing that something might have been upsetting them without him noticing makes his heart aches slightly

In times like this, he kinda doubts himself and the fact he's a good boyfriend, he has great self-esteem poor baby

However, he knows that it's not about him right now and prefers focusing on his s/o than on his personal feelings

More than ever, Ace is ready to hold them as tight as he can and never letting them go again

Not until they feel better, at least

"Tell me about it."

It's impossible not to feel comfortable in this man's arms, so his lover would probably tell him why they are feeling down

If it's something specific, Ace is going to listen quietly but carefully, humming to let them know he's paying attention

If it's nothing in particular, it doesn't matter, he'll still cuddle them tightly and close to him

One way or the other, there is no way they won't feel immediately better once his arms are wrapped around them

And if they don't, then he won't ever let them go

Zoro is pretty observant, so there is no way he hasn't already noticed that his lover has been feeling down for a few days

If anything, he might actually be the one coming to them to ask what is wrong and if they want to talk about it

"Oi, you're acting weird lately. What about it ?"

Whatever it is, Zoro will listen until they're done, nodding and keeping eye contact so they understand he actually cares a lot

This man's not big on comforting words because he's awkward, but I know damn well his arms are the most pleasant place to be when the world seems to be crumbling down

So, of course, it's obvious his s/o is going to ask for cuddles after explaining everything to him and who is he to deny them ?

He'll probably suggest they both lie down in one of his favorite napping spots (in case he falls asleep mid-cuddling)

I already said it before but Zoro's arms feel so safe, and if his s/o doesn't immediately feel better the instant he holds them, what can I say ?

If they fall asleep in his arms, Zoro will kiss the top of their head while never letting them go

100% falls asleep no matter what because he's comfortable and holding his favorite person, he can't ask for anything better

Maybe a bit of booze to finish the painting, but you know what, he'll go with just that, it's already more than enough ❤️

These two are unbelievable, really, and Law almost completely denying that he is touch starved just leaves everyone like

"Captain, are you serious ?"

The crew can't with them anymore : the longing silent stares they exchange all the time && the way their fingers brush sometimes are getting too much to handle to the point they all rather leave them alone

Law has a hard time being overly affectionate in front of others anyway, even though he'd love to

He just can't ! mostly because, be real, he has a reputation to keep and a very long broom up his ass

But once they're alone, oh my lord

He is unable to detach himself from his boyfriend, even for a short minute, he wants all the affection he has to give

Of course, he's finding all the right excuses to avoid any suspicion

"I'm just tired && you're comfortable." when he lies on him or "I'm cold && you're oddly warm." when he keeps the other man close at night

He's horrible with expressing how he feels, but good thing he's easier to read than it seems

Oh, I'm talking about Law, but his dear lover is no better !

I was talking about fingers brushing, well he's more than likely the one initiating them

Sometimes, they're sitting next to each other && their hands are close && his lover hesitates for a mere second before just

Going for it because he really really wants to hold Law's hand && he can’t stop himself

Law usually flinches slightly when their skins touch before relaxing && sometimes he even is the one intertwining their fingers ♡

Speaking about kisses... They last forever with these two, really

Late night. the time when all secrets unveiled along with the deepest, strongest && most burning desires. And love... There in the darkness, chest to chest, heart to heart, mouths running against one another, soft, gentle. It’s only a mere touch, then suddenly it deepens, gets passionate before becoming a delicate brush again. That’s just how it has been for the past twenty minutes, and none of them seem to get bored of it. They could go for hours, days, spend entire evenings in each other’s arms, kissing, cuddling. So simple yet it means so much to them. The clearest solution to all that missed affection. “Law...” it’s only a whisper of the surgeon’s name between two breaths taken, enough to send shivers down his spine. “(Name).” is replied with the same intensity, the same loving voice. “Are you alright ?” There’s a smile brightening the other male’s face. Whoever said Trafalgar Law wasn’t a good guy probably never tried to know him all that well. Because, as subtle as it is, the so called Surgeon of Death appears to be the most caring person (Name) has ever known in his entire life. Who would have known ? “I’m good.” he responds, humming as his lips linger against Law’s cheek. “I love you.” Said cheek gets tinted with the softest pink hue at that. Hopefully, the darkness is shielding Law’s embarrasment, though it wouldn’t be too much of a problem if it was to be revealed. Not when he’s with him. “I love you too.” Everything just feels right.

Eustass Kidd modern AU headcanons :

1000% a metalhead

Dude has piercings everywhere, it's surprising that he's still floating when he's in the water

He hates taking a bath, but suddenly loves it when you're the one suggesting to take one together, predictable

He complains when he sees his natural hair color growing back until you finally give in and help him dye his hair again, just so he leaves you alone

Kidd plays guitar and his grand dream is to join a famous band one day, but for now he's satisfied with his one and only favorite listener: you ❤️ and Killer because he's his best friend

He loves horror movies, especially when it's gore and/or disturbing, I don't know what to tell you

This man legit loves Halloween so much and is not afraid to crash at parties he was originally not invited, dressed in the most terrifying costume ever just to scare people off

Bonus: he made the costume with your help and he cherished every minute of it, even if he never told you out loud ❤️

Probably works at a garage or in one of those shops where they sell instruments

Man threatens the disrespectful customers and flip them off, it's a mystery how he hasn't been fired yet...

He stopped going to school a long time ago because it was just boring and he had skipped a lot of classes anyway, so there was no point in even trying to finish the year

Kidd can't cook for shit, so he orders LOTS of takeout, and he works out at the gym to compensate

You keep telling him his train of life is not healthy, and sometimes you try cooking for him but MAN he's a difficult child

If he could, he would nourish himself with only chips, cereals and energy drinks

Oh, and meat, loooot of meat, this man's a meat lover

Once, you came over to his apartment with freshly bought groceries, ready to make him something actually good for his health

You cooked for an hour and more only for him to complain that he didn't like the ingredients you used in the recipe (vegetables)

Legit had to force him to eat it all by using the blue balls threat

Baby man sulked for hours after this, but you made it up to him afterwards *wink wonk*

He's such a child

Smoker modern AU headcanons :

To start somewhere, I strongly believe Smoker used to be in the army when he was younger, probably around his early/mid-twenties or something

His long life dream since he was a little kid was to serve his country and bring some kind of justice to this world he thought was way too unfair sometimes

But my thoughts is that he got involved into some traumatic near-death experience (more than likely the day he got that big scar on his face) at the beginning of his thirties

The recovering process was painful, yet his not-so-infamous will made it a little eaiser for him to endure

It also helped that he met you at that time : you quickly became his anchor when he felt like his determination was slipping through his fingers during hardest times

After everything got better for him, Smoker decided to quit the army to be able to start a long life with you by his side ♥

Back to the present we go !

Smoker now works for some kind of big lawyer company, either as a lawyer himself or as one of the big heads

He found in this new job a way to accomplish his dream while also trying to balance work and private life

Emphasize on trying...

This man works A LOT and he works so hard all the time it's giving him grey hair

Haha, get it ? Because his hair's white and stuff...

Most of the time, he comes home later than he first intended to

"I'll be back around eight tonight." is what he texts you, but you know he won't be there until 10pm or even later sometimes

And when he gets home, you're almost always already asleep because, as much as you love him, you too need your daily rest

Honestly, he can't blame you, and deep inside, he feels horrible that he's not spending enough quality time with you at home

Same goes for mornings : he gets up very early and usually you're still sleeping, so he just gets ready in silent, kisses you softly and leaves without a noise

Luckily for you, there are times when he's not so busy and you bet he's going to spend every single free minutes he's got with you, either at home or by taking you out

Nothing is too much when it comes to you, and somehow he loves spoiling you just a little bit when he has the chance

You want to try that new restaurant you saw on your way to work ? He's already booking a table for you both. You need new shoes or new clothes ? He's taking you on a shopping session. You want to stay home and cuddle him all day ? Watch a cheesy movie while eating take-out ? Fine by him, for your sake, he'll accept anything.

It's his way of showing you how much he cares despite not being there a lot

Such a sweet man ♥

Please though, if he's in one of his busy periods and you get the chance, visit him at work, he'll be the happiest man in the world

He doesn't look like it, his face remaining neutral the all time if not for the slightest of smiles curling the corner of his lips, but the moment he sees you walking past his office's door, his frown softens

It immediately lightens his mood and makes his day 100 times better

Bonus if you brings him something he enjoys like his favorite food/snacks or flowers (yes, he loves flowers, who would have thought ?)

On rare occasions, when both your schedules allow it, he offers you to eat lunch together, either at one of your workplaces or at a restaurant

Sometimes, your coworkers or Tashigi join you two intentionally and Smoker gets all grumpy because they're interrupting his precious alone time with you

Please, when it's just you two afterwards, give him a big kiss to get rid of his bad mood before returning to work, it'll help him feel better ♥

He's in fact just a big busy baby man, but you love him and he loves you dearly

Unique

Brook himself is quite the unique individual, be it by how he looks or how he behaves in his every day life. He's not that hard to understand, the book of his emotions and feelings can be easily open because he's such a special yet simple being, all in the best ways possible, of course.

Therefore, it's only natural that being in a relationship with him can be very different from what one could witness in other relationships and acts of affection with him are not always similar to how others would work. Brook has his own special way to kiss you, to hug and cuddle you, to treat you in general. Though, it's not an issue at all : his love flows almost naturally in everything he does.

Gallant

It's really not surprising to say that Brook is a gentleman. He's just so extremely polite and well-mannered, and his favorite way of showing affection is through actions. Of course, he has no issues expressing how he feels at all, but there's something different in the way he holds the door for you or pull your chair before you sit down.

It's not only that. In his eyes, he doesn't have any yohohoho you're the priority. He never ever makes his desires or needs pass before yours, nor he lets his emotions matter more than your own. You're always first in anything he does, always first on his mind, always first in his thoughts and some of his decisions revolve around your well-being first.

Festive

Aah, how fun it must be living alongside with Brook. He's talented, charming and amusing, and being in a relationship with him is always an amazing time. When you feel down and he notices, Brook will do everything to lighten your mood, be it by playing some soft music around you so you can relax or telling stupid jokes to make you laugh. There is never a gloomy moment whenever he's around. And even the dark rainy days are bright with every second you spend with him.

OCs works - headcanons

Carmila's little attentions for the Strawhats + Law

➤ Luffy

Giving him the last bit of her plate when there is no extra food left and he's still hungry. She doesn't mind sharing if it makes her captain happy, and she's not a big eater anyway.

Sneaking meat out of the fridge from time to time. The cook knows about it of course, and it annoys him that Luffy is using Carmila's kindness to get free meat, but he also doesn't have the heart to ask her to stop.

➤ Zoro

Preparing a bottle of water before each of his training sessions so he doesn't forget to drink after his done. Sometimes she also prepares a clean towel with the water for him to use.

Making sure no one bothers him when he's taking a nap. It doesn't always work out because this is still the Strawhats we're talking about, but she tries her best to keep them at bay (especially Luffy and Sanji, the latter being way easier to hold back than the first one).

➤ Sanji

Very thoughtfully folding his shirts when she's on laundry duty. A gentleman can't allow himself to have any wrinkles on his clothes, can he ?

Dusting his clothes and arranging his tie when needed, especially after a fight, when everything has settled down.

➤ Nami

Watering her mandarines' trees when she's too busy with her maps. If Carmila can help Nami and take care of the beautiful fruits at the same time, it's 100% a win-win.

Brushing her hair before going to bed. She secretly loves Nami's soft and beautiful hair and absolutely likes combing it and running her fingers through it.

➤ Robin

Bringing her homemade tea she prepared with some of her flowers' leaves (if Sanji hasn't done it already).

Offering her flower bouquets from time to time, usually ones that match what she's wearing at the moment or ones of Robin's favorite colors.

➤ Chopper

Helping him with some medical preparations, especially when he needs plants to do them. She'll gladly provide anything he needs from her little garden.

Carrying him around when he's tired, or carrying him on her shoulders whenever they're out on an island.

➤ Usopp

Showing him that she's interested in what he does and says, be it by suggesting ideas or names for his attacks or carefully listening to his stories.

Passing him the tools when he's building something new. Usopp likes to think of it as having an assistant of some kind and he very seriously asks Carmila for the tools, his tongue sticking out.

➤ Franky

Either getting him shirts with horrible unique designs whenever she's out in towns for a shopping session with the girls or getting cola bottles when she can't find any piece of clothing that would fit him.

➤ Brook

Sitting near him whenever he's playing violin so she can listen to his music closely. She always gives him a compliment or two about how well he plays and how relaxing it is to listen to it.

Sometimes, keeping him company in silence when he's drinking tea is all she does, but it's enough.

➤ Jinbei

Trading her fish/vegetables with the meat in his plate. I like to think Jinbei isn't very fond of meat but hasn't told Sanji because he already has so many preferences to remember, he doesn't want to bother. However, the way Carmila always offers her fish/vegetables to the latest crew member every time hasn't gone unoticed to the cook's eyes.

➤ Law

Making sure any slice of bread on the table is far enough from him when they're eating. She moves the bread around when it gets too close to him.

Fixing his hat on his head when it's not put correctly, which happens a lot when he's around the crew, of course.
