TRIS PRIOR & NICK GRIMES, this could be done pretty easy by either placing nick and the grimes family into a divergent alternate universe, or by playing tris into a walking dead au! i'd have to say that the grimes are definitely dauntless, i'd wanna say either carl or nick would be a varying level of divergent, like we see others in the movies end up being ; either way, they start as dauntless and in the case of nick, he stays dauntless where his family is— rick and jeff, i think lori joined dauntless, but i do think lucy has always been dauntless. as for a switch up where tris is in a walking dead au, she could come from a peaceful settlement of survivors ! or honestly, a closed off city (like in tlou with the QZ's) that is still split up into factions, that being just how they're run ! either way, gimme tris and nick interactions pleath and thank.

JOHN MURPHY & FOSTER LAMBERT, a kinda weird one again except not really— foster comes from the insidious franchise, so i'd basically just throw him into t100 for simplicities sake! he'd be from the space station (can't remember what it's called), and be one of the hundred to come down. he has an older brother named dalton, and a younger sister who are probably still up in space with their parents- though i could see dalton being sent down with him to be honest.

ELLIE WILLIAMS & ETHAN WINTERS, uhhhh again i think this could be pretty easy. taking away the fact my man is just a mold man and would inherently just be infected- i'd make him a survivor looking for his abducted infant daughter, literally losing some fingers on the way, if not a whole hand. im not gonna lie idk much abt RE outside of ethan's games, so i'm not sure how i would place ellie into RE !

BELLAMY BLAKE & DENZEL, this is a weird one but honestly could work. denzel is from FF7: advent children, which can be viewed a bit apocalyptic? kind of. there's basically a plague going around and ya boy is infected with it! but i know u dont know much abt ff and there's too much lore involving FF7 specifically, so i'd just make denzel a natblida/nightblood grounder; he'd be bite-y and fight-y because he did try and throw hands with a god canonically.

giyuu grunted as his sword flew through the transparent neck of the demon. he knew he shouldn’t have been surprised, but he’d gone through more demons than he could count with ease. each demon took no more than twenty seconds, but he was having difficulty with this last one.

it wasn’t a special demon like a moon, nor was it large with a great thickness that would make it difficult to cut it’s neck. no, it was what appeared to be an average demon - just with the ability to turn limbs into apparitions, it proved to be quite difficult to even land a solid hit.

he could feel his strength depleting, but the sound of footsteps rushing towards him gave him a sense of relief - there was help coming, they could defeat the demon and move on as quickly as possible.

“breath of the angel, first style: guardian angel!” a voice yelled, swooping in from above the field of trees, the golden sword gleaming against the moonlight. the angel hashira had arrived, and more importantly, his s/o had arrived, safe.

[name] swiftly made various x like motions against the demon, unknowing of their ability quite yet as she tried to inflict damage, only to result in her sword phasing through their ghost-like limbs. she landed, staggering slightly as she slide toward her lover.

“giyuu– tanjiro needs your help–” she ushered, not turning to face him as she held her katana tall and proud in defense.

“i’m going to keep you safe, so go!” she could handle this demon, she was a hashira after all, and she held that title with great pride and dignity. she would find a way to kill the ghost like demon, meet up with her lover, and go to the hot springs to cool down and relax with him.

giyuu looked at his lover reluctantly. he knew tanjiro would need help - he was a mizunoto after all - but he didn’t want to leave his lover. he wanted to be there to protect her - she was his guardian angel, after all, but he wanted to be her pillar that she could always rely on.

but now was not the time to get sentimental - with only two pillars in the area and several mizunoto possibly dying, he had to push away his desires in respect for his duty. to protect, and to destroy. so with one final nod, he dashed off to the sounds of fighting, joining the fray.

now alone, [name] gave her full attention to the demon. it looked average, not that powerful and just out for food. but there was something about it’s aura that set her off. it seemed silently arrogant, as if just it’s gaze were to taunt her, and she was unnerved by it. but she pushed it aside.

“i don’t know how many humans you’ve eaten, but the angel hashira [surname] [first name] is here to put a stop to you!” she declared, dashing forward before the demon could even blink.

third style: wings of an angel! she thought, her katana swinging in an overarching, wide like shape that mimicked the great width of an angels wings. it was such a large attack that she had assumed she would at least nick one of the limbs of the demon. thankfully she did; the demons right arm was cut off at a diagonal right above the elbow.

the sickly gray skin seemed to bubble where the wound was cut, the look of shock on the male demons face sent a wave of adrenaline through her. the blood dripped from the wound, the regeneration taking only a few seconds as the arm quickly regrew.

with this new discovery in mind, she refired her first style attack, upping it sixfold to increase the speed at which she executed the various x likes slashes.

she made an abundant amount of minuscule incisions, each taking longer to regenerate as they began to litter the demons body, blood dripping from practically every inch of them. from their collarbone to their shoulders, their torso to their knee’s, their forehead to their eyeball, everything was marked with some sort of injury.

and with this, she no longer worried about defeating the demon.

giyuu was giddy when he finished executing the last demon in his zone. tanjiro and his little group of friends were all injured, but not the extent that giyuu would give them the utmost attention. [name] hadn’t reported to where he was fighting, and sure, the demon could’ve taken a while, but she should’ve been done at least before them.

so he took off before even sparing tanjiro a glance. the sounds of fighting were nearly nonexistent as he retraced his footsteps, but he heard the briefest sounds of a gurgle and a whimper of pain, the sound of choking came to mind.

and that was all he needed to push forward faster, ignoring the stinging pain of the various cuts and injuries he sustained as he let his katana hang by his side. his muscles were starting to ache, his head starting to pound, but as long as his vision remained sharp, he would push on.

a clearing started to make it’s way into his vision, the same clearing he was in nearly an hour ago. except it wasn’t. half the trees had indents made by a katana in them, splatters of blood dotted the trunks and the grass, some even dripping off the leaves up top. there were deep indents where it seemed a head was bashed in.

he didn’t dare to examine it any further, looking at the body count. he couldn’t tell who was who, the bright light of the breaking dawn blinding him momentarily. he made out two bodies, both laying in a puddle of their own blood, but one clearly had a katana that seemed to hold a heavenly like glow.

he couldn’t give two shits about the other body at that point.

he sheathed his katana as he clumsily stumbled to the mangled body of his lover. he slide into a kneeling position, the blood staining his pants through to his knees. the warmth was uncomfortable, making him queasy to the stomach as he hooked his arms under her legs and back. he could see her chest rising and falling, and that was all the indication he needed that there was a chance she could be saved.

he lumbered to pick up her sword, sheathing it by her side. he sprinted, his eyes darting between the path he was taking and the pale face of his lover.

he was breathless, she was bleeding, and he knew he was her only hope.

“don’t you dare die on me [name]… please.”

I can't stop imagining Nick having a lisp so ONE DAY (Useless Headcanon #3) Nick trips on something of Jay's and chips his tooth, and after all of the scary part are over, he has a lisp for a little while, and Gatsby feels terrible, but he can't help but to smile every time he hears "Gatthby."

YES!!! Like, after his tooth gets cracked, Gatsby is panicking like "Nick, please open your mouth, let me see the damage!!" And Nick wont do it, he doesnt want to worry him worse, and Gatsby (clearly) will pay for it to have it fixed, but Nick notices Gatsby is on the brink of tears seeing he is hurt, and Nick says "Gatthby, really, pleathe donth worry, ith justh hurths a litthle, thaths all! I'll be okay, ith justh really thcared me ith all!" And in the meantime, in the days/week before Nicks scheduled appointment to have his tooth fixed, Gatsby thinks "Gatthby" sounds precious.
