Flashes of scenery buzzed by as the car opened up on the interstate, finally taking them out of the city.

"It was time we got out. Although I am going to miss that apartment." It's sad to say Steve Rogers. Yes, he's one of those top favorites and a classic. He's that gentle and soft boy who can change his attitude in many different ways. You can put him in any story genre or AU. But I'd like to see more of old characters, he's gotten all the praise from millions let's give some more to the others.

Favorite Genre:

I love romance, put a little humor into it like romcom, mystery, horror, fantasy/sci-fi and just anything with a lot of fluff, suspense, clueless situations you find out at the end. Alternate Universes, those are good too which goes with the fantasy.

There are such captivating fanfic writers that I've discovered through Marvel

To the point that y'all have me reading stories about characters I DO NOT KNOW. Who is Carter Baizen? Who is Lance Tucker? Who is Nick Gant? Like, I know the names and I know the faces, but have I seen the movies or TV shows? Nope!

But if someone’s writing has caught my attention, you best believe I’m scrolling through their Masterlist and clicking on any story that the summary makes me go “hmmmm,” even though I don’t know who the main character is.

But BECAUSE these writers are so good, I don’t have to know because they take me through the motivation and the important parts of what make him HIM and I’m able to enjoy the story thoroughly anyways. Sigh.

Reading all this remarkable work has made me want to write SO BADLY but I can’t anymore and it crushes my spirit…but it comes full circle in a weird way cuz at least I have the fanfic to go back to and get lost in for comfort.

Thank you to all the writers who exercise their talent and are brave enough to put it on display and make yourself vulnerable in that way. I see you, I appreciate you, I am grateful to you. You make my world better by giving me people and worlds to get lost in when my own life isn’t desirable to occupy for moments. Your talent inspires me to want to try new things and be better even when I don’t have the ability to do so. And I just…thank all y'all.

From the fluffiest fluff to the filthiest smut to thought out and intricately developed multi part plot driven pieces…y'all are putting in WORK and I hope the likes and reblogs and feedback that you get make you feel recognized and appreciated cuz you deserve that for giving so many of us so much to consume and admire and respect.

I hold many of you in high regard and worry I come off too involved and creepy when I leave y'all detailed feedback but it’s my way of showing you how much your work meant to me when I read it (and probably go back to and re-read cuz i do that with the good ones that hit me in my heart or Casa Esperanza).

I’m done rambling but to fan fic writers….thank you. I’m sure you don’t hear it enough but THANK YOU for fighting through the worry and the blocks and the time crunches and any/all other challenges you face to give us pieces of yourselves. You are wonderful.
