OK HERE IS MY POST ABOUT NY FAERIE FESTIVAL
so i've been going since liiiike 2011? i believe it started in '09. this festival is relatively small but not the tiniest. it is the most accepting place i've ever been to, with the nicest crew, actors, vendors, and festival-goers. as someone who has been a festival-goer for most of my life and a crew member for the past 2 years(and my father was a vendor 2 or 3 times!) i can safely and PROUDLY say that it is amazing. camping is so fuckin fun and the after-hours event are great. the land is breathtakingly beautiful. the dragon oven? literally everything. i saw that shit being built and it was amazing to watch! this festival is so accepting of all types of people and the community is just so lovely and amazing. there is a joust, a fairy queen, a parade, them tall people on stilts, lots of live music, amazing food for the campers(though i may be biased as im on kitchen crew lol), face painting, henna, leatherworkers, wandmakers, TROLLS, fawns, sometimes there are goblins, literally everything anyone who likes renaisance/festival could want. there are even dragons who serve ice cream(they are very funny.)

Harry finds out there's multiple universes when his roommate kisses him. Because apparently him and Draco are married in another universe. The universe this Draco claims to have travelled from.

Draco dies and wakes up to the emerald drapes of the Slytherin dormitory at the end of 5th year. Thus ensues new possibilities, new choices, a new life, and a new romance(?) Featuring fluffy shenanigans, lots of baking, and a hopefully not-so-bad war (fingers crossed).

Courtney Love talks about EA in the press: News about the union between Courtney and EA has been popping up all over the place. In a recent article appearing in Vanity Fair and the New York Post (as well as a million other places across the net), Courtney talks about recruiting "ravishing fantasy violinist" EA for her new band. Check out the articles here: New York Post, Unearthed.com. So, if you've been wondering why you haven't gotten word of EA shows for a while, you can guess now. EA has returned from France where she was recording with CL on the new album, "America's Sweetheart." EA has signed on to tour with CL, providing the band with an "anarchy violinist" (as CL says), keyboards, and backup vocals. I’m back after my hiatus from fanfiction, to give y’all the best multifandom recs of the fics I read this month. Shoutout to all content creators who helped us live to see the close of this year. This fic includes 15 fics for Sterek, Larry, Winteriron, and Geraskier. The starred ones put me through heaven and hell *chef’s kiss*.
Sterek (Teen Wolf)

Stiles definitely starts off thinking it’s fucking hilarious that Derek-sourwolf-Hale does crosswords and cares about scuffs on his furniture.
But at a certain point, and he can’t pinpoint exactly when, “fully functional adult couple” somehow becomes a massive fetish of his. Derek in sweats and bare feet, nudging his glasses up his nose while he does the Sunday crossword? Unff. Derek filling out forms to get some renovations on his property approved? Oh God, yes. Derek putting away groceries and bitching that the corner store was out of the right type of Greek yogurt? Take me now, Stiles thinks, worrying at his lower lip with his teeth.
This can’t be normal.

Traders are a gossiping sort. If there was a scandal within the noble houses of Posada, you’d hear about it in Cretegor by the end of the week. Most recent news foretold of their plans to throw a midsummer festival celebrating this newfound god. In preparation, silken blue banners were erected in every corner of the town, each bearing the symbol of their new patron: A delicate dandelion wrapping around a golden sun.

Everybody everybody I got in to New York Faerie Festival!!! Aaaaaaaaahhhh!!!!!!
As such, this is just a quick note to say that all plans for all projects for the month are on pause. I will still be fulfilling patron benefits as best I can, but I will not be posting original work on here very regularly, beyond the Pike & Scanlan work I’ve planned for TGnIF (which is pretty much already set), until late June/early July.

Following the earthquake and the closing of the New York City boundaries, the Unseelie Queen and her entourage have arrived in Faerune.
What are they doing here? Have they come to take over the city? Did they have something to do with the earthquake? It was localized, only hitting the three blocks where the festival took place. Was it a targeted attack from the Unseelie? Only the Queen knows the truth, and she doesn’t tell s e c r e t s.
