Three hundred years ago the boundaries between our world and the Feywild were destroyed. No one knows who was responsible, but when it happened everything changed. Humans and witches and vampires and werewolves all converged on the Seelie Court, all eager to rule. Their powers weakened, the Seelie King and Queen were unable to withstand the assault. They fell, and the bloodbath that ensued left very few alive.
In the end, the combatants reached a compromise. Fae, vampire, werewolf, witch, and human could live together in the ruins of the Seelie Court, taking advantage of the lingering magic there, with a representative of each species forming a council. They named this city: Faerune.
Present day is 2024, and the Unseelie Queen has taken control of Faerune, cutting it off from the rest of the world. Only pure fae and those creatures of the Feywild are allowed through the boundaries of the city. Open supporters of her rule are rewarded, while dissenters are hunted down and punished for treason.
Everyone must pick a side.

we are now officially off-hiatus!
it is March 18, 2024 in-game, and the Unseelie Queen is still reigning over the city. the crystal barrier that surrounds the city is still intact, and curfew is enforced by the sadistic Dullahan who rides through the streets between midnight and six in the morning.
tensions are high, but some have come to adjust to the new regime. others, however, are plotting a resistance, and a certain former fae courtier has enlisted the help of a enchantress to forge a weapon that will take down the Queen once and for all . . .

hello bees! thank you so much for your patience during our hiatus. it lasted longer than i meant it to, but we are finally ready to get back into it!

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 30TH
Queen Opal and her court would like to invite the citizens of Faerune to participate in a Halloween celebration. There will be a costumed parade full of song, dance, fireworks, and floats that will march from the lake to the palace where there will be a masquerade ball in the outer courtyard. If you would like to create and ride a float or perform during the parade, simply send your application in to Beryl and Monty Carter.
The Dullahan will not ride this night, allowing everyone to party for as long as they’d like. There will be refreshments and appetizers served at the ball, as well as live music.
We hope you enjoy this celebration of your annual topside holiday.
