flask - something more strict than @api.expect for input data?
In my flask-restplus API I'd like not only to check that input data, like in the following example

must have 'name' field and may have 'state' field, but also to check that there are no other fields (and to raise an error if this happens).Is there another decorator for this? Can I check the correctness of the input data by a custom function?

Importing output from SearchGUI is especially simple in PeptideShaker as the parameters and files used for the search is easily available. SearchGUI is a user-friendly, lightweight and open-source graphical user interface for configuring and running proteomics identification search engines, namely X!Tandem, MS-GF+, MS Amanda, MyriMatch, Comet, Tide, Andromeda and OMSSA. PeptideShaker has a strong connection to the SearchGUI project. Quay.io/biocontainers/peptide-shaker:X.Y.Z-1 PeptideShaker is available as a Miniconda package in the bioconda channel here.ĭocker run -v /home/my_user/resources:/myresources PeptideShaker can also be used via the command line, and be incorporated in different analysis pipelines.įor details about the command line see: PeptideShakerCLI. A graphical user interface is the best choice for smaller projects. The main purpose of PeptideShaker is to make it simpler to process and display the results of multiple search engines. The minimum screen resolution for PeptideShaker is 1280 x 800, but it is highly recommended to use at least 1680 x 1050.

Note that in order to use more than 1500 MB of memory you need to install the 64 bit version of Java. If parsing big datasets even more memory is required: the bigger the dataset the more memory you need. However to get the best out of PeptideShaker a newer machine with at least 4 GB of memory is recommended. We recommend always using the latest version of Java, 1.7 or newer is recommend. It should be possible to run PeptideShaker on almost any computer where Java 1.6 or newer is installed. To start using PeptideShaker, unzip the downloaded file, and double-click the PeptideShaker-X.Y.Z.jar file. For specific bug reports or issues please use the issues tracker.

Build/Buy CC
Recently I found myself completely overwhelmed with the amount of build buy cc I had in my game. I had so much that it was really hard to navigate and find certain items. And so, I decided to reduce my bb cc down by only having items from a couple of my favourite creators. And yes, I admit there’s still a lot of items on this list, but believe me it’s a whole lot less than what I used to have.
Like my mods list & my CAS resources list I’ve put this post together mainly for my personal use, so that I have one source for all my bb cc when I need to update or find them, but if anyone else finds it useful that’s great too.
As with my other ‘resources’ posts, this post is a constant WIP and will be updated/edited over time.

there’s probably been someone who’s made an idea generator for taylor edits, but i couldn’t find the generator and i wanted to make this for myself. if i find that generator i’ll link it here and on the page as inspiration! even if there is an existing generator, i did up with the categories and prompts myself (so i didn’t steal these ideas)
