Who wants to see my dipshit* Tall Son?

Here he is, my sweaty boy. His name is Duncan.

This is how close to me he thinks he needs to be when I take pictures.

On our way home after exercising today he asked if he could please roll in this nice sandy spot because all the sweat made him itchy.

I of course said yes because who likes being itchy? And we had all the time in the world (or at least till the mosquitoes came out.)

Then he shook himself off and we went home (to his pasture.)

My big boy said hello to his small pony friend, Ernie.

And then I went home to my house!

*He is affectionately a dipshit today because I asked him to do a little exercise and he instead did a lot of unnecessary and tiring exercise, which is how he got so sweaty and itchy. Don't worry, I love him forever even when he makes silly choices.

Darrell's first day as a ship's cat and bosun's mate on the tall ship Lady Washington!

Here he is inspecting the quality of coils, making sure passengers were heeding the "no smoking" rule, and standing bow watch through the anchor hawse.

He looked very dapper in his PFD and sunglasses! (I highly recommend looking into Surfer Cat for harnesses and PFDs made to fit cat bodies specifically. their gear is well designed, and they are a small company with excellent customer service!)
