I've just opened my asks for the first time since I'm on Tumblr (it hasn't been that long either). Because I wanna try.

I obviously don't want any hate here, otherwise I just simply won't answer, because I'm not here to fight people. I just want to enjoy Destiel and characters I love from a show that I love as well.

Things that drive me insane is when ppl want sam to be the innocent normal one with less trauma and in the process completely brush off azazel's entire csa coded storyline + demons trying to kidnap and groom sam. Sorry it's just kinda sorta upsetting when you take Sam's feeling of being unclean and dirty and needing to run away to establish some ounce of control in his life and make it only about john abusing dean. It's kinda wretched actually.

I am sooo sad that they stopped doing clever disguises for cases in later spn. Every day they’re regular civilians or feds. I need the priests and yoga instructors and psych ward patients again!!!!!!! I need them to be in situations!!!!! All of their cases are soooo boring and lame and contained where was the IMMERSION!! Where is the leadup to the monster and the twist and the detail and the creative insanity of it??? where is the PRESENCE!!!! Where are the stakes!!!!! Where are the left field episodes that intentionally feel out of place with the narrative and then directly tie into it later and leave the juiciest implications to be picked apart!!!!!! ? Where is the clashing of the normal world in such a funny way that they can bluntly tell the truth of their lives to be admitted to a ward. Where is the communicating something you don’t entirely remember through a silly game. Where are the lasting effects of what they go through!!! Where is the CINEMA.! If there is one thing I could ask for from the prequel it is this. . I need those beasts to be in actual situations again.

Out of the 287,773 Supernatural fics on Ao3, just 12,817 fics include Jack Kline (203 of them being tagged toddler jack kline or jack kline is metaphorically a baby) and only 105 include him being shipped with canon characters that aren't winkilne or the reader. And most of the time Jack isn't even the main focus! I'm sorry??? Do with that what you will.

I want the “waltz with the villain” trope for Crowley so much… literally instead of talking with Cas in hell in season 6 he should have taken him back to his fancy house, dropped a needle on some smooth jazz record, and had Cas dance with him while he monologued about his proposal for their partnership. More or less the same conversation but dramatically different vibes.

Past Fem vessel cas is one thing but the moment I hear something along the lines of him ending the show in a female vessel or he should’ve gotten a female vessel I have to turn my phone off

The fact that my favourite ask game I’ve done to this day is the spn one and the fact that the spn fandom never spared a glance at it and I never even got an ask for it on either blog is a great metaphor for my relationship with that fandom and should’ve been a warning.

Charlie explains that yeah dice *can* be one singular color but she says “look at these!” And she grabs a really sparkly set from off a shelf and shows it to him and he’s so lost until she rolls all of them and he realizes that the core inside is full of liquid that flows around this shimmery plastic film like ice crystals and he’s just mesmerized and Charlie’s all mesmerized with him like “I know right?!!”

(Pssst! Charlie totally takes note of how much dean loves the liquid core dice and buys him a set for his birthday. I love to think that he fidgets with the dice just to watch the liquid move around)

Today is my birthday and as a gift I got the box with the DVDs of the 15 seasons of Supernatural.

And I'm just fucking happy, I'll be able to do a rewatch in high quality. I'll be able to see every micro expressions they do and all stares between Dean and Cas, FINALLY. I'm just so glad I had to tell you.

It’s good! Back in the day when I read practically any spn ship, I remember reading a fair few Sam/Benny fics. I feel like Benny is such a stoic and interesting character that it’s fun to see him in Situations and therefore makes him fun to ship. Gonna be real tho, I don’t really think about ships much anymore outside of sastiel 😅
