Stardew Valley and Harvest Moon have been some of my favourite games ever and when playing I always end up thinking what my own farm simulator game would be like and I couldn't help but make some sketches of cute ass stuff and things 🍃

30 days of Harvest Moon Day 7 - cooking / elegant
it was going to be my househusband cooking with the elegant mushroom from acnh….(it was all i could associate elegant with) but… somehow it turned into this
all he’s saying is “come on, enjoy your meal” which is just his line from his premarital event but. also probably the last thing you hear before you die

Family portrait. I caught this shot of these two sharing a tree trunk but a few hours later when I walked by something had eaten them, probably a deer.

todays fortuitous fungus find: huitlacoche!!
this fungus is scary looking and is a disease of corn, but it’s completely edible and nutritious and is considered a delicacy in Mexico - and for good reason! its taste is sweet and truffle-like, and it can be used in any mushroom-based dish
I harvested around 3 ears of these from a corn maze today, and I’m gonna cook em in adobo sauce and make some KILLER quesadillas 👀

OK, this post gave me an idea, but just so OP doesn't get flooded with notes, I'mma make a separate post:
If you were a Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons/Stardew Valley NPC, reblog with what your ingame "Loved" items would be. Anything giftable counts, doesn't have to be just food.
And what would your "Hated" gifts be?
