LMK SEASON 5

Now that Lego Monkie Kid Season 5 Trailer is out, here is my thoughts on it.

Some of you LMK fans are the worse I've seen on here.

Due to the amount of negativity the trailer got from the fans. It was bad to the point someone send a DM to the LEGO company and I heard someone try to do a petition to get Flying Bark back on the show.

As an Animator it is very disheartening to see your comments on it. I actually cried seeing the comments. Please give the new studio a chance. Wait until the episodes drop this summer, and then see if you guys will love it.

The new studio knows that LMK is a highly anticipated animation, hence the expectations were HIGH. Can you imagine the pressure being put on to them?

Just please enjoy the show. Despite it being a different Studio, it is STILL them. It is still MK, the Monkie Kid. It is still based on the Journey To The West.

Do not go and harassed, ESPECIALLY the Animators about how bad the trailer was. Please be kind to them. They have worked so hard on this for YOU. Be happy that there's even a GLIMPSE of S5.

Kid Lupin III: Sounds like a normal kid, high pitched voice that's cute and boyish. All in all very sweet and a little mischievous.

Kid Jigen Daisuke: Yare yare daze 2.0, eats bullets and badass manly stuff for breakfast, literally came out of the womb having already gone through puberty. The deepest voice a kid's ever had.

How would the plot of "Ploys R' Us" go in Power of 5? Would Bliss find out the girls are using Professor to steal toys for them first or would it go similar to the episode?

I'd say It'd go similar to an extent. I think Bliss would feel less comfortable about the situation, even if she got nice things as a result. She might feel conflicted since this is making her sisters very happy and technically nobody knows what's going on if they don't say anything. Yet she also feels guilty since she's older and understands really how bad it is since they're lying and it's not right. She'd probably the one who'd go to wake the Professor before he stole more, and be in on the plan to teach her other sisters a lesson.

Actually yes please let's all enter the era of people seeing the root of why Rocket and other yakuza exist, instead of just turning them into the boogeymen that need to be beat up. Trimming a tree is useless if the roots are what's causing the illness. They're human beings. Treat them as such.

So, I decided to go through with a fanart contest for my AHIT fanfic, 'Sins Of the Fathers'!

I'm not going to pretend that this isn't at least in part because I just want fanart for my fanfic--but honestly? The more I thought about it, given that the story is on hiatus right now, I figured this might be something fun for people to do until I get back to the official fanfic!

And hey, I'm nothing if not a woman of my word, so of course there are going to be prizes for the best drawings.
