Idioms
Hagar’s Cry
Hagar was the maid of Old Testament Abraham and when Sarah could not conceive she told Abraham to sleep with Hagar and then Hagar conceived and Sarah became filled with rage and jealousy. Hagar was driven out to the desert where she cried out to God to protect herself and Ishmael her son. God answered her prayers and said to them I will populate you with a multitude of people.

Yes, I will like to experience Hagar’s cry in my life.
Being Abel

When Cain murdered Abel, God put a curse on him saying that from now on, you will have to toil the ground and work hard for your provisions.
Cain as an idiom means something that is unproductive and un-remunerative.
I in my life never want to experience Cain.
Disguised as a Serpent
Now the Serpent came to Eve and asked her to eat the fruit of Good and Evil saying to her that she will become like God. Eve ate it and gave some to her husband.
Disguised as a Serpent as an idiom means having no ethics, values and morals. Disguised as a serpent means a person who is reprobate, profligate and debauched.
Sin creeps in where people act as disguised as Serpents.
Eating the Fruit
God commanded Adam and Eve not to eat the fruit of the tree of Good and Evil. But the disobeyed and ate its fruit and then their eyes became aware of sin and nudity.
Eat the fruit means a sign of disobedience leading to sin.
In our life we have to make a choice of not eating the fruit.

When the Prodigal Son asked for his share of money the Father gave it to him readily and he squandered it and later on when he became destitute and came back home his father forgave him.
Prodigal Share as an idiom means a providential gift of money given by the mysterious and invisible hand of God to help those in financial difficulties.
Yes, I hope with the grace of God, I can obtain a prodigal share.
