i put together an outline for the ideal capsule wardrobe for me inside my digital diary! its hard to minimize your closet when you’re a goth.

it was really fun and satisfying to make! its an exercise i did in an attempt to clarify better what pieces call to me as vital. it definitely helped me hone what ‘basics’ means to me. alot of what the general posts about this sort of thing dont account for my personal style so i really had to think about it.

i used goodnotes on my ipad pro! i have a digital diary and bullet journal on there but as of right now i do not have premium.

I stopped eating red meat for a long time after I lost my local beef contact and stuck to basically just chicken or fish if I was eating any meat at all. I started feeling sick and after some blood tests found out my iron was really low even with me taking supplements. So even though it's not something I really wanna do, I gotta have red meat a couple times a month.

#i was phasing out most meat and sticking to minimal portions with mostly fruit and veggies #just for personal dietary reasons #but then I got hit with the 'doctor prescribed more burgers'#jackal's journal #I wasn't intending to be vegetarian/vegan just like to know where my meat comes from if I can help it
