@sethmi - Oh, wow! Tysm for requesting for this ask meme! :’D And tysm for the compliments on this Drastoria fic of mine (as well as the follow <3). I’m super happy about that since I’ve got such set hcs about Draco and Astoria, and I’m rather fond of that fic, esp in the Maydayverse. :’)
- their biggest strength
Her backbone. Both Greengrass sisters have one, ones stronger even than their parents’, but Astoria tends to exercise hers most with the Malfoys because she hasn’t really had to use it much with others (killing people with kindness is more her thing, *lol*).
- their greatest weakness
...also her backbone. Astoria is usually even-tempered, but Narcissa in particular pushes her buttons after she and Draco marry, and sticking up for herself or her husband or anything, really, pushes the limits of Astoria’s patience. (She’s overheard Narcissa calling her “hardheaded” when bitching about her to Pansy’s and Blaise’s mothers.) But, also on the rare occasion, Astoria comes close to saying things she might regret because of that overextended patience (say, with Draco).
- a headcanon about their childhood
Astoria and Daphne come from a family with plenty of material wealth, but their parents didn’t make the girls believe it would always be there, so even as young witches they understood the impermanence of things and the need to work for things...
- a headcanon about their future (if they have one)
...which leads to a big adjustment for Astoria, after marrying Draco. While she hadn’t settled on any certain vocation or dreams, she always envisioned herself working to support herself and help support her family. Since marrying Draco means being a wife and mother only (it’s a bit of a full-time job, especially since he comes with Lucius and Narcissa in tow), Astoria envies Daphne her work in the Ministry as well as other pursuits.
- a small detail/scene that leaves a great impact
Well, we never see Astoria in canon, really, just know of her... But I always thought it striking that she and Daphne are one of the few Slytherin sibling pairs from Harry’s era/gen. Personally, the concept always made me believe that, no matter the girls’ upbringing, Daphne would end up feeling some pressure as the school years passed and the Golden Trio’s dangers added up, because she had Astoria to protect (and in a House that was rather Potter unfriendly). I like to imagine Daphne fretting to keep her fellow snakes from finding out Astoria admired Dumbledore’s Army (though at least she knew better than to join it...although she was tempted the second time around).
- their philosophy/worldview (or part of it) described in one neat little sentence
Astoria is deffo someone who believes you are the creator of your own destiny, and this is something over which she and Draco butt heads and which I’m dyinggggg to write and might finally get to soon. c:

love your take of Barbatos, i like the idea that they see the blooming romance between Leshy and Theon as their personal telenovela (either wanting to see their ex god dealing with mortal feelings of love and guilt, or see the drama unfold itself when the truth comes out
Jsjsj i think he'd like to see what happens ye

oh but the clothing choices are SO interesting here.
right when mew finally seems to be letting ray in, mew starts dressing in a style that's awfully reminiscent of ray himself:
meanwhile, right when ray is finally getting to receive the type of affection from mew he's yearned for ages - ray's not dressed the way he usually does for nights out.
in fact if i didn't know any better, i might even say he's dressed up in an outfit that's awfully reminiscent of a style a certain someone picked out just for him:
what a coincidence, that right when mew's external appearance finally seems to imply he's ready to be on the same page as ray...........ray's external appearance has shifted to reflect the lingering influence of someone new.

Wait an Angeldamn minute, what is Mad Mew Mew doing in this latest update?
Uh... yeah
No kidding when I say 17 of these are all excited about the Mad Mew Mew cameo haha. Since the Dog Shrine under Papyrus' sink got replaced by Castle Town, she kinda sorta showed up there.
Also she doesn't have a full ref, since it's just a cameo, but here you go

🌈 Luna?
Thanks for asking, @yellowmagicalgirl! (also omg what a lovely username -w- <3)
I think I've mentioned before on this blog and prolly in some author's notes that Luna is a charrie I find tough to write. 😅 But I have written her quite a bit somehow, so I do have some thoughts...!
Luna strikes me as a bi/pan witch in terms of romance, someone who can find chemistry with any person who takes the time to get to know Luna. At the same time, Luna is sharp and insightful and knows what she likes in a person, so she'd definitely value qualities above all else. (Hanging out with a cutie like say...Ginny or Neville ;D...is just a bonus! 💘)
But I also see her as being loosely interested in romance, perhaps because of her stronger interest in other endeavors, perhaps because of growing up missing her mum. Romance is not a top priority, and Luna's interest in romantic activities might lean towards demisexual if not ace. c:
