I'm teaching specialized yoga classes for golfers! ⛳🏌️ During law school, I had the opportunity to begin caddying for European Tour tournaments. Through university classes, assignments, travelling, and tournaments, yoga helped keep me grounded and feeling my best. Speaking with professional golfers, I found out that yoga was beneficial for many of them too. I found myself sharing tips for gaining mobility and managing stress, and when I caddied in Florida over the winters, I would share tips for seniors who where recovering from injuries or wanted to build strength. Overall, yoga is important for golfers so that they can improve overall equilibrium in an endurance sport that can unequally effect different parts of the body and can cause both physical and emotional stress. Two years ago today.... same spiel (that spelt right??) bloody sore today! #Repost @jonnyseven (@get_repost). Lot of that stuff below still applies - tho my next scan now is a week on Wednesday which should be interesting! Footy going well but work been chaos which has had a real effect on other exercise stuff ・・・! Had that bastard removed in the most terrifying experience of my life! Seems an age ago but I still feel the effects every minute of the day. One day I hope that passes and will continue to work hard to make that the case #Repost @jonnyseven with @repostapp ・・・ Been to see the surgeon today and he shows me my follow up MRI so here's a before and after. The one on the left is presurgery and the green arrow is to show where the tumour in the spinal fluid sac is pressing the nerves against my spine. The one on the right is tumour free and nerves dangling freely :-) He said he unsure of why I still have so much pain but maybe there is scar tissue and that becomes irritated. My next scan will be Feb or March 2017.
