Don't you think it's funny cause actual canon gay characters in BL manga/manhwa will say "I love you" but only the shounen bromance can spew out some of the most romantic shit akin to a 19th century poet writing a letter expressing his surpressed love for his lover 😭.....
So I tend not to read a lot of BL manga/manhwa, and honestly this might be the reason if I'm being honest.
I think this also ties into why so many platonic male characters are shipped together across all of media.
The short answer is: Because bromances are written to have genuine substance to them.
And this extends beyond manga/manhwa, although it is very prevalent, there.
"I love you" doesn't carry the same weight as characters showing their trust and loyalty and genuine chemistry toward one another.
And I think people have been subjected to so many "romance" plots where neither character actually have genuine chemistry or anything deeper than physical attraction toward one another, that if we can't feel the connection between the characters, it just doesn't seem as real to us.
Meanwhile, platonic relationships are out there like "I'll live for you, die for you; I've got your back until the end of time -" and next to that, a simple "I love you" with nothing to back it up just sounds like empty words.

hmm... I don't really see this lol. I think junior has tried doing bl many times before joining gmmtv & he's not that good in romantic settings imo (though I might be biased bc one of his bl roles was him faking a ship with yoon in the graduate where he looked like such an awkward hetero lol.) but the thing is, chimon also kinda has that vibe? I think he's definitely gotten better but the straight vibes are still poking through for chimon imo, so him & junior together would be too much. but honestly if they were given the chance I can also see them completely surprise me so I'll give them 4/10

Well i make a brief comeback here to announce this, thought maybe i should share
But it's official that gemini and fourth are not in 23.5 anymore due to story changes and this is also intended to give them time to prepare for a new series?!
So that's the silver lining of a new gemini fourth series!
As much as I'm sad to see that gemini fourth aren't north night anymore (my mlm and wlw besties you'll be missed 😭) I'm honestly glad that it happened because the sheer amount of undeserved hate gemini and fourth have gotten over being casted in the series by certain*ahem* stans on twitter ever since the trailer released is just disgusting. They're still getting indirect hate in the tweet i linked as well.
So we can finally move on from that drama thank god. Also their replacements haven't been announced yet.
Plus i don't know how many of you follow their off drama appearances but they both have had some of the most hectic schedules I've seen for actors. They've had back to back promo shows, brand shows, concerts, fanmeets, solo activities too, and even a duo gemini fourth concert at the IMPACT ARENA for TWO NIGHTS coming up pretty soon (day 1 got sold out within hours and day 2 got added due to demand).
So i just hope gmm gives them a break too, those boys need their rest. They're just making appearances everywhere except in a damn drama at this point 😭
So anyways new gemini fourth drama confirmed wohoo!!!! At this point with how popular they are, it would've been weird if they hadn't gotten one, but you never know with gmmtv to be honest.
It wasn't anything we probably weren't expecting but it's still sad to let it be confirmed. Also gmm better change the damn side character names because at this point the names of north and night *are* associated with gemini and fourth so keeping them will lead to drama. (NorthNight are still GeminiFourth to me idc 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️)
I might watch this show whenever it releases, because i do like milklove and will be tuning in for them.
Call me weird, but I'd been wanting a show FOREVER where you know bl and gl couples could actually co-exist and you know, possibly be best friends, but i guess it's not this one.
So anyways, that's all i came to say.
Sorry i haven't really been active on here, but as you might know, real life is pretty hectic, with exam prep and stuff. I'll see if I'll be more active later on, but honestly no guarantees.
I will say I've been watching and enjoying Be My Favourite a lot, and honestly if gmm manages to stick the ending, it might be in my top 15 bls I've watched across all languages! Do give it a shot if you haven't!

thoughts on the 2nd ep of THC
last week they started w a dark hidden story to make a boom which worked (if the intention was to get a lot of backlash lol). thankfully this week’s story wasn’t disturbing, it was only really boring. why are we so worried about what these boys were up to during their pubescent years?
my cringe tolerance for bad liars and men trying to be suave is extremely low, so all of them trying to gaslight each other was a struggle for me to get through😭 please boys, at least don’t do this in front of the Mile Phakphum Romsaithong...
the young ones talking about their past love lives made me laugh. being all “i was a player” or “i gave my %100 back then″. yeah, when you were in middle school. what did you give, some of your gaming or homework time?
naturally it took like 0.1 seconds for the truth or dare to get dangerously TMI. i saw angry/critical tweets about it, esp towards lotte’s confession. i don’t like that these boys are encouraged to be open by production without considering the repercussions.
so, we can safely say they chose competitors with pasts of being unruly/rascals on purpose. maybe to show people change, maybe to get more views. idk whatever Pond was thinking. yes, people can put in the work and change but to do it in public eye is whole another story. feels like they are setting the boys up for failure by laying out too many of their questionable antics/qualities and making them more unlikable than honest. of course boys aren’t exempt from being judged, they are responsible for their actions but still, they are rookies in this industry and they are getting dropped into piranha infested waters by this experienced producer. all the boys seem to trust and respect Pond a lot which makes me worried but i would love to be disproven
i had to watch voting scene several times to figure out which FOOLS chose Max but couldn't see clearly
“but Max seems nervous”, my dudes, Max constantly looks like a gazelle who just sensed a lion
now i need Apo just loitering around in his cool fit and serving Mile in every ep
i find Mio really endearing and everyone else seem to think so as well. loved him trying to talk deeply about love and the boys cracking up
i am not exactly enjoying or hating this show, i am experiencing just some other third thing. it’s what you feel when you watch a bad reality show. someone should invent a word for that feeling.
all i will say about the preview is that i am afraid about next ep
i don’t want to be all negative so i’ll say one positive that applies to everyone: all the boys looked so dashing in their tuxedos. if there is one thing about BOC men, it will be that they will always clean up nice and serve looks
some judgments about the boys:
last week Max’ story seemed to get a lot of angry reactions from viewers (rightfully). i didn’t take it that seriously for several reasons, biggest one being: i find him a really weak figure among these strong/loud personalities and YES its early to make a judgement like this but still, i cant imagine him winning at all.
New gets on my nerves A LOTTT and nothing i learn about him makes it any better. i want him gone like yesterday and i don’t feel bad wishing he’d be the first one to get voted off the show.
Copper gets on my nerves too but i’ll give it to him, at least he doesn't have an homophobic past, he is just plain annoying. he can stay for now.
every time I see Bump, i think “damn, not a thought behind these eyes, huh?”
like Perth, JJ being self conscious is such a shame. What makes a person appealing isnt just having perfect features, it also requires charisma and sincerity, which are qualities he seems to possess. ALSO someone should tell him that BL fans go absolutely rabid for tall men so he can feel better.

Theory of Love Live Blogging
Another OffGun show! After I watch this, I would’ve watched all the first full-length BLs of the GMMTV original trio or whatever (SOTUS, Dark Blue Kiss, Theory of Love).
I’ve seen so many clips and no random stuff about it because people reference it often (esp because I started getting into OffGun since I liked Not Me and SeanWhite), so it’ll be interesting to see the context of those clips and references.
I’m expecting it to be a frustrating and angsty show, sprinkled with humour.

yo, great start actually. all the movies Third reviews involves falling in love with your friend with Khai always in the background, sometimes mirroring what Third’s talking about (like Third talking about the character being jealous when the friend they like is being lovey-dovey and Khai starts talking sweetly on the phone)
Khai’s a cheater? 😭 with twins no less, he’s a menace. i support being a slut but be one who communicates and is honest. anyway any twin stuff and off obviously reminds me of not me
lol Third’s dramatics. I didn’t realize the shower crying was straight up from the first episode
ew why is Two so sleazy? Khai is too a bit but Two’s scene with the photography thing was so uncomfortable
dang Khai really doesn’t give Third a break. First hit him with all the begging and bribing to get BP tickets and then after Third goes through all the trouble, dash his hopes of going together by getting the tickets himself and going with the girl he’s seeing. It’s not necessarily Khai’s fault that Third’s crushing on him so hard and he didn’t even know Third bought an extra ticket to go with him but the way he acts is still a bit dickish

One thing I wish happened in this episode is more of a conversation about how they’ll go about this relationship. I wanted Khai and Third to talk about how this is going to be different than Khai’s previous relationships where he just chased a high and broke up once it wore off or whatever, how Third still doesn’t fully trust Khai, what exactly are they even exactly because they never explicitly say whether they’re just trying out dating or are in a relationship.

The promise of everybody going (lead by Khai because he’s the one who flakes) but nobody informing Khai that none of them are planning on going... the waiting, waiting, waiting which Khai hardly had to do (even from realizing he likes Third -> dating Third timeline was very short), so it’s like he gets to experience a mini version of Third’s waiting and despite Khai being the one who flakes and gives up easily, he waited... Khai’s insistance on acting natural when Third finally appears... Khai’s “it’s fine, you can tell me if you don’t want me there, I may have flattered myself a bit”... Third just hugging Khai... Khai crying, a great contrast to Third who’s also crying but he cried nearly every episode...
But literally why did Two and Bone at least not tell Khai that they’re not going ?!?!
Along with episode 9, this is my favourite episode. It’s dramatic as most episode 11s are and it’s slightly contrived but the conflicts still weren’t completely out of the left blue (esp the Third being suspicious of Khai getting with another girl) and each part (not including 3 b/c that part was hardly KhaiThird) was just Emotional Damage.

lmfao not the post-credit scene because they needed to plug an ad. They had a whole lot of sponsors for this show, glad they at least put the money to good use.
Quite enjoyed it. I think the fact that I knew so many things (like the burrito scene, the crying shower scenes, the girls slapping scene, etc from tiktok) and knew that Khai was a douchebag but would get redeemed made it much easier for me to like. Also, I just like OffGun and that bias also played a part for sure.
Negatives first:
I wish we got to see more of Khai realizing he likes Third (tf was that random confession of liking Third to that random guy in the beach scene). Also, just... some more communication and emotional moments between KhaiThird that isn’t freaking devastating; like perhaps serious, contemplative, vulnerable because they seemed to be either chill and laughing or just absolute devastation.
Also wish episode 12 didn’t have remnants of angst because Third wasn’t accepting Khai’s boyfriend proposal. Either should’ve removed that or should’ve made the final confession not been public, just have had the same confession and actions from Khai but more intimate.
Didn’t care about Two’s plot with Un or Lynn at allll. Was kind of interested in the Bone/Paan thing and I didn’t dislike how it went but it did get a bit boring.
Onto what I liked:
I wasn’t sure how well the characters would be developed and how their change throughout the story would be written but I was pleasantly surprised. I think minus a few hiccups here and there, the characters progressed in a way I enjoyed. It wasn’t too fast or two slow and they worked at it. They were frustrating when they weren’t meant to be and pitiful when the writing called for it.
I liked the movie references even if I didn’t understand any of it lol. I liked how they sprinkled the references throughout and also explained them when needed.
Third and Khai’s acting was good. Gun was skillful in playing Third, tugs at your heartstrings and cries at the drop of a hat. Off was so charming as Khai, I definitely would’ve liked Khai less if he wasn’t played so charmingly.
I liked the story and characters!

...I guess the “Third is so scary when he’s angry” and bossing Khai around when he’s being affection is humourous? I don’t really like it. Edit: Maybe this is actually mostly just in Khai’s head because Third seems a little physically distant but not scary or punishing from this episode.
Aghhh it’s literally just a photo. Idk why Khai didn’t say the truth in the first place that a girl fell on him and also Two and Bone were there to see it happen. Now, they’re worried about just a picture being passed around where he and the girl are just sitting beside each other like what?
“I’m the one to blame for putting myself in this situation” Khai said this about Ching Ching too and it’s just so not true. He’s not to blame that Ching Ching kissed him without asking and in this case he’s not to blame for... what? having a girl sit beside him?
The way Khai seems to lack self-confidence, as well as confidence in their relationship is upsetting. He shouldn’t have to tiptoe around in his own relationship. Bone said Third would understand and I hope he would and then Khai can work to move forward and gain confidence and trust in himself.

The contrast between Khai clinginess level 100 vs Third being at like lvl 10 is jarring. Didn’t enjoy how... unsure of himself and his relationship Khai seemed in certain parts, I want him to be confident in his place! Enjoyed seeing the parts where Third reassures Khai and where they spend time together.

I actually took notes … I’m serious about this review.
When I thought to my star was enemies to lovers … it’s so tame compared to this!
Holly crap … I was episode 3 thinking are they gonna keep this up till like episode 8.
I have no idea why I was not wanting to watching this. It’s like ticking all the boxes and that’s only up to episode three.
Like how many tropes can they fit in to this series, neighbours … enemies to lovers … slow burn …. Bully …. Urgh … just stop already but in a good way.

summary: james can’t help but feel bad, because she was finally happy - he could see how miserable she was when she was with him.
note: did i specifically look up a 1975 calander to know which was the first friday in june 😭 because it may or may not be important to future songs and therefore chapters- also i’m gonna be honest this correlates to the song minimally, but oh well it’s a pretty title. also sorry for the delay! things have been going on and i had to go to the hospital it was a whole thing, but i’m ok and i’m back and hopefully the next update won’t take this long :)
it was nearing the summer break, and there was a buzz in the air. sirius was a little worried, he was going home. normally he’d stay at school or go with james, but he felt like it was the right thing to do. y/n was also worried, she hated to think about what they might do to him. but he assured her trust if anything went wrong he’d go straight to her, and if he could, he’d owl her everyday. y/n wasn’t sure what she was going to do, but moony had offered her to go with him so she figured that’s probably what’s she would do. she knew she couldn’t be alone, she’d be too anxiety riddled worrying about padfoot. but the more he reassured her, the more she started to believe him.
james was still living in his ‘lily bliss’ but it started to become a lot more normal. things were feeling normal. james was happy, and y/n was happy for him. after her breakdown in the corridors they both felt a film of closure capture them. neither of them forgot what happened, both felt bad about it, but there was finally no malice. the entire group was happy.

the start of june always involved a party in the gryffindor common room. no one knew why, but everyone wanted to go. well, all except sirius and y/n, but james was going to see to it that that would change.
“c’mon, guys! it’s the best party all school year, everyone who knows what’s good for them goes!” he added a pathetic little foot stamp to emphasise his point, it was honesty laughable how much james looked like a tantrum throwing seven year old. sirius shook his head with a small chuckle “exactly, everyone will be going so it will be complete peace outside, for at least an hour, until drunk idiots start piling out.” y/n nodded her head in agreement “so we can hang out by the whomping willow for a little while, and then go back to my dorm, and bonus point, the common room will be empty.”
“you guys are so boring” he let the last word sit on his tongue for longer than necessary, at this point his best bet was to annoy them into going. “if you really want we can go for half an hour before we go back to my dorm?” he contemplated it for a while and then nodded his head. “you guys owe me!” he said as he walked away, pointing at them to make a statement. sirius shook his head “i actually think you owe us!” but his words held no impact when they were met with james laughing hysterically and y/n giggling.
“and what do you think you’re laughing at?” he asked with a raise of his brow, to which she shook her head, physically not being able to let the words escape through her laughter. they were currently in the gryffindor common room, it was late and there weren’t many people about, so it was like music to his ears that all he could hear was her soft laughs slowly grow into obnoxious cackles. and yet still, it was perfect to him. to add fuel to the fire, he started to attack her with tickles, knowing exactly where she was most ticklish. she continued to laugh even more and managed to say something along the lines of “you are an evil man”. by the time they had both calmed down, she had somehow gotten on top of him, there legs absentmindedly curled around each others, trying to lock themselves in the moment. y/n blushed a little, but it was clear to her that sirius didn’t mind, as he guided her head to be laying on his chest before placing a kiss on her head. they’d stayed like that for a while, not even realising how tired they were, until somewhere between there small chats and quiet laughs they both fell asleep.

when it was time to go to the party, y/n was silently freaking out. she didn’t quite know why, but she was fussing about how she looked. like that would matter, it’s just sirius… right?
of course, she was wrong, but she wasn’t going to tell herself that. as she continued to get ready, finishing up her eyeliner, sirius knocked on the door, “come in” she yelled, before grabbing her necklace and struggling to put it on. “need any help, love?” she nodded exasperated, passing him the necklace. “the bloody clasp is stuck, i swear.”
moving her hair out the way, he effortlessly put the necklace on her. “how did you do that?” she asked, he chuckled slightly before kissing her shoulder, then her head, then grabbing her hand to go outside “because, y/n, i’m a genius.”

after their ‘friend date’ they went to the common room, absentmindedly linking arms whilst sirius played with y/n’s fingers. they barely even got into the room before they heard james drunkenly yell “just in time! guys we’re playing spin the bottle!” they both looked uneasy but joined the circle none the less, the only spaced being opposite each other. after a few rounds, it was y/n’s turn, so she took the bottle and gave it a halfhearted spin, hoping that it didn’t land on james. not because james was with lily, the were both playing and it’s not like they were being forced to snog anyone, but because, for some odd reason, she didn’t want sirius to see. and yet, as the bottle slowed down, she was terrified. just as she thought it was going to land on james, it landed on the person next to him. and looking up she realised it was sirius, suddenly she felt nervous. why was she feeling nervous? it’s just sirius, her best friend sirius, sirius who had helped her pick up the pieces, sirius who she sang late night karaoke with, sirius who attempted to make her favourite cake on her birthday (even if he failed massively) sirius who taught her how to do eyeliner, sirius who was just sirius.
after looking in his eyes as he nodded as a confirmation of him being ok with it, she barely even hesitated. she shuffled closer to him then kissed him. it lasted all of about five seconds, but it was much to long for a spin the bottle kiss. neither of them were complaining though, it was slow, it was peaceful, and it was nice. if she wasn’t so focused on sirius, the way his lips felt on hers, the way everything around her seemed to stop, maybe she would have reveled in kissing her ex’s best friend. maybe she’d finally get her revenge.
james couldn’t help but look away, there was something about his ex and his best friend kissing that just didn’t sit right with him. he was over her, heck he was barely even in love with her in the first place, he couldn’t understand why it bothered him so much. he pushed the feelings down, he wasn’t going to ruin their happiness. not again. their relationship had been flawed, granted, more on his side than hers, but both of them made mistakes. both of them were coasting on the other to put in the hard work, both of them were absentmindedly ghosting the other. so why did it hurt that she was kissing someone else?
all whilst this was going through his head, sirius and y/n were over the moon. friday 6th june 1975. a day that was the beginning of everything, even if they didn’t know it yet.

the weeks following the kiss weren’t awkward, they acknowledged the fact that it happened, but they didn’t talk about it. but even a blind man could see the changes there relationship went through, subtle and unspoken things. they would hold hands, when sitting next to eachother they’d be cuddled up, cheek, hair and forehead kisses became a regular thing, and they’re ere both happy. neither felt the need to talk about it, because whatever they were, whatever they felt, it was mutual. and the silent rule was that the first move would be made by y/n, she still needed time, not because she wasn’t over james, but because she was scared. she trusted sirius completely, but it was easy with him, she didn’t want to mess it up by putting a label on it.
the train ride home, a day sirius and y/n were dreading. what if he got hurt? as james watched them say goodbye, he couldn’t help but stare longer than he should have. part of what was running through his head was ‘why didn’t he just listen to moony?’ he had warned him sirius liked her, and if he had made his move that night y/n wouldn’t have went through so much pain. but then the other part of him was screaming ‘that could have still been yours if you didn’t fuck it up’. he was just about to turn away, to look back at lily, who was staying at his for the summer, so they could find his parents when he saw them kiss.
plucking up all the courage she had, y/n kissed him, and he instantly kissed back. it was the first kiss since the game of spin the bottle, and god, did he miss the way her lips felt on his. before things got too heated in front of a bunch of random families, they pulled away smiling. “i really like you, siri” he smiled at her, pecking her lips once more “i really like you too, y/n/n” before they could kiss again, she was being ushered by remus and his family, since she was staying with them for the summer. before they were out of each other’s like of sight, he yelled “girlfriend?” she nodded and replied “boyfriend.” just as she was about to turn fully away, she faced him and spoke loud enough for him to hear “stay safe, owl me as much as you can, but if it will get you in trouble don’t even think about it”

spending the summer with remus was so far so good, but she always has a worry in the back of her mind. was sirius ok? he hadn’t sent her a letter yet, so either he’s really not good, or he can’t do it without being caught. but every time she was alone her mind would wander to the ‘what ifs’. what if he was in danger? what if he gets seriously hurt? what if she could have stopped it? what if she could have just convinced him not to go?
on one of the many occasions she caught herself doing this, a knock on the door shook her out of it. currently the lupin’s were at the shops, so she forced herself to get up and open the door. “james?! what ar-“ he quickly cut her off “it’s sirius, he showed up at my house really hurt, he’s currently at st. mungos getting fixed up, he wants to see you” he rushed out as quickly as he could. y/n nodded quickly, and turned back to the kitchen “what are you doing?” she shook him off, trying to find a piece of paper, once she did she looked up at him quickly. “letting the lupin’s know where i’ve gone. don’t need them stressing aswell”
once they arrived she couldn’t stop the tears that were forcing their way out of her eyes, she hated seeing him laying there so helplessly. she didn’t realise he was awake until she grabbed his hand, he looked up at her with a slight smile. “how y’feelin’? she spoke but it came out more of a whisper. “better now that your here.” she giggled and let her thumb gently rub circles against the back of his hand “you’re so cheesy” he smiled at her. she leant down and kissed his forehead. “i’m glad your ok, all things considered.”
as they continued to converse james couldn’t look away, now matter how much he wanted to. he couldn’t stop the feeling of guilt creeping up his spine. he caused her months of pain and for what? so he could get the girl that never even willingly looked in his direction before.

Hello! I know you love Theory of love so i have a few questions about it for you.
1-Favorite episode 2-Favorite scene 3-Would you date Khai? 4-Favorite ost of the show 5-Did you watch any of the movies referenced/mentioned on the show? and last one 6-Did you learn something from this show?
I just finished watching the full thing including the special ep, ost mvs and bts clips and i really loved it but dont have anyone to talk about it:(
Hiii! I'm always happy to gush about tol it's my favourite romance ever after all 😌😌
1. Has to be ep7 when they finally flipped the perspective and we got to see just how desperately Khai needed Third in his life. Khai's love for Third was a bit more obvious from the start in the novel but for the show we were left wondering for a long time if Khai cared at all. So to see how messed up he was over hurting Third and possibly losing him was such an Experience. I also hadn't watched the trailer and had no knowledge about OffGun or even BLs in general at the time so I'd been sure there was no way they end up together because I was used to the pining guy ending up with someone new. But then we switched to Khai and he was so in love with Third without even realising it and it just made so much sense ugh it was so good 😭😭😭😭
2. I haven't really thought about this. There's a lot of iconic scenes in this show like the crying in the shower scene, the wrong group chat scene, Khai almost crying when he watched Third's confession ahsjkeks SO MANY AMAZING SCENES!!! But probably my favourite scene ever was Khai's confession to Third at the play. It was so sweet and romantic and just so THEM. It didn't feel like a flowery grand gesture with little depth, it truly represented their relationship and their bond so well and it was just so well done. Incredible scene 👏
3. Hmmm yeah, given the opportunity I'd date him. But not seriously ofc. He's hot and a fun date for the week or so you have his attention and I wouldn't mind having some fun with that. I think as long as you go into dating Khai knowing it's not serious it's probably a fun experience. He doesn't get THAT MANY girls just bc he's pretty yk.
4. Oh Fake Protagonist hands down. I still listen to it regularly it's so good!
5. Hm. I think some? Most of the films are classic english language romcoms and ones that I personally was never into. Before TOL I was into romance as a genre at all bc I often felt like the character being in love didn't really make sense to me. I probably have watched some of them but I know I didn't like them. If I gave em a try now I still wouldn't bc to be honest I feel hollywood is just bad at romance.
6. I definitely learned to appreciate a well written romance that's for sure! The show tackled the theme of showing different kinds of love so well. Both romantic and platonic. We had the inevitable love with KhaiThird where it builds slowly but surely and takes root in your heart in a way that you could never let go of it and you don't want to. Where ending up together isn't a question but the natural conclusion. Then you have the doomed from the beginning love with Bone's crush on Paan where we all know it will only lead to heartbreak but there's no changing your feelings. There's that long lasting infatuation that Two has for Lynn where you love someone from afar for so long that you start loving the idea of them more than the person and once you finally have what you've wanted for so long it quickly fizzles out because you were holding onto the memory of love more than the feeling itself. There's the long lasting unrequited love that turns requited when you least expect it and you feel so glad to finally have the person you loved love you back with AhnTwo. And ofc there's the platonic love the savage gang share for each other.

Three Ships
1. Tinn and Gun (I nearly missed discovering them but thankfully, i started watching MSP and the way these two have a strong grip on my heart 😍😮💨😭)
2. Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter (I may not have shipped them while reading the books, but reading all the excellent fanfics have changed my mind)
3. Prapai and Sky from Love in the Air (They are WAY too cute and oh to have my very own prapai)

First Ever Ship
I mean, my first EVER ship was (still is, to be honest) Natsu Dragneel/Lucy Heartfilia from Fairy Tail. Fairy Tail was my introduction to world of anime (i considered Pokemon as cartoons as they had eng dub when i watched it) and I still pray for the day they actually become canon.
My first M/M ship? That would probably be Kirk/Spock from the Chris Pine movies (AOS). They might not have had that actual onscreen romance, but their devotion to each other was simply unparalleled.
It's either that or Stiles Stilinski/Derek Hale from Teen Wolf. I started shipping them while reading fanfics of them first, then watching Sterek scenes and actually watching the show only a few years ago.

Sugar Rush Ride by Tomorrow x Together - This song and Devil by the Window from txt's lovely album The Name Chapter: Temptation have me in a tight grip.
As of writing this post, the song changed to the My School President cover of Just Being Friendly so might as well add that in. Because I LOVE this cover so so much. The MSP soundtrack is probably gonna be my part of most streamed albums this year.
Last Movie
I haven't seen an actual movie in almost 2 months. But I last watched
Matilda: The Musical on Christmas. It was such a good musical, thoroughly enjoyed watching, especially the Revolting Children sequence, it was GLORIOUS (though i still like the old movie better, this was a good nostalgic trip)
Definitely watch if you like Matilda.

I'm assuming you're asking about actual original books instead of fanfics, right? Because I'm sorry but if so the last actual non fanfic stuff I've read is Davidson's Principles and Practice of Medicine, not kidding.
I'm actually preparing for a very important pg medical exam so it's mostly like mbbs books with fanfics and genshin and some thai bls during breaks.

Black Coffee (I'm having french roast americano that i made in my coffee maker at home) and had breakfast just a while back which consisted of paranthas made with radish filling!!

Glad you enjoyed the chapters. I really like the high school gang. I couldn’t stop laughing at Yanagi’s misfortunes tho. He’s such a cute boy, he deserves his spin-off.
And yes, Ayato and Toujou’s story is very sweet. It’s the classical high school BL story, but it feels very sincere, so I enjoyed it a lot. I’m always impressed at the way sensei knows and implements BL tropes so seamlessly. Looking forward more!

Oh and btw! I finally started watching Haikyuu! It’s such a pretty feel-good show with really endearing characters and teams (most) that you can’t help but want to support.
Not only that! THE SENIORS FOCUSED! I really love how much the seniors in the show got so much care and love in here 😭
I didn’t watch the show up until now because of the..fandom and how vile they can get because of ships. I heard a lot during the days when the show got huge in here and avoided it. And those things weren’t good, it’s downright toxic.
What made me watch the show is when I was surfing through Twitter and saw this really good Daichi art that immediately made me want to watch it. And
It was such a good first impression! Personally, my favourite season so far is no.2 but that’s because I haven’t completely finish watching all four of the seasons (I’m at S4 part 1 currently!).
In my honest opinion, I don’t really get why most of the fans kept saying how BL the show was. I see none of that during my watch. Haikyuu focuses heavily on friendships, character growth and the desire to reach your goal. They have the same vibe when I watched Bakuten. Is it because there were many characters? And that most of them are males? Is that why?
Some of the ships that I won’t name here that got people so loud and aggressive are actually not even that romantic like the fans made it to be. It’s just- friendship. Close platonic ones which I enjoy so much. Did the manga implied anything? Or is it like I assumed above?
So far, it’s very enjoyable even with the shift of artstyle in s4. Although, I prefer the s1-s3 but I won’t deny that some of the characters looked more better in s4.
For now, I will solely focus on the anime first before going to the manga. I’ll be avoiding the contents as much as possible other than what I have seen to not be spoiled by anything.
That and I know I will get confused with the contents here since I heard the fanon version of them is quite….bizarre. So no. I’ll be avoiding them.
