Until You Smile (Venom x Fem Reader)

Anon Requested: May I request a Venom x reader story please? Like he’s trying to cheer her up by taking different blob forms and trying to look extra cute wanting to see her laugh again please?

“EDDIE... LET ME SEE HER....” Venom says within Eddie’s mind.

“I’m not sure if she wants that... She has been kind of touchy...” Eddie says with uncertainty.

Eddie and Venom can see you sitting on the couch curled up on your side. You had been upset all day. You came home yesterday from work and you seemed off, but Eddie didn’t question it and decided to make dinner for you, which you didn’t eat.

“PROBABLY BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GOOD AT ATTRACTING A MATE IN THE FIRST PLACE.”

“Hey! Let me-” Eddie gets cut off as Venom begins to incase his body.

You hear the big thundering footsteps of Venom and the weight and creaking of the couch as he sits down.

“NIBBLES... YOU ARE LOOKING LIKE A SNACCC WITH THREE C’s” You giggle slightly before looking at him.

“I don’t want love bites right now V...” You say in a more somber tone.

“NOT NOW NIBBLES. I LOVE YOU” You see as the white part of Venoms chest turns into a heart.

“I love you too V..” You say with a small smile.

You can see as his body morphs slightly and extensions begin to grow out of his head.

“What is that?” You ask pointing to the top of his head.

“BUNNY EARS. BUT YOU LIKE IT BETTER WHEN I CALL YOU THAT RIGHT~?” He has a slight purr in the back of his throat which makes you blush.

The ears suddenly disappear into cat ears instead and he develops a nose as he leans over you. You feel him nuzzle into you as he picks you up and places you into his lap. You can’t really describe his texture. He isn’t as slimy as one might think. He continues to purr and nuzzle into you as you scratch between the makeshift ears. His whole body shivers and you giggle again.

“IS MY NIBBLES HAPPY?” He asks the the most hopeful tone he can muster.

You nod and kiss his forehead. “Yes I am very happy Venom... Thank you.” You say as you curl into him.

“Tell Eddie i’m sorry for being mean yesterday... I was just frustrated..”

“HE UNDERSTANDS AND HE LOVES YOU. WE LOVE YOU NIBBLES” Venom says as he licks your cheek.

You groan in annoyance before saying. “I love you both too.”

The GA I worked under during undergrad ended up leaving Higher Ed to be a campus recruiter at a firm with no experience business-wise. Higher pay for similarly crappy hours but, travelling is on company dime.

Others always have more faith in us than we do in ourselves imo 😂. Who decided it was a good idea to tell me to work my tutoring hours remotely? Idk but, I'm sitting here, looking at my meeting room with no one logged on and a nap just calling my name.

LOL it's the classic "this is not part of my job description why am I doing this"!!

Is it more faith or ... just they don't want to do it lmfao. So when I was younger (God I sound old) I always thought travel for work was so sexy and fun sounding?? And then I got my first job as a reporter and I went to Europe like 5x and all over the US for conferences and I was like um I'm so sick of eating airport sandwiches?? Not to be ungrateful lol but it's not as cool or fun as it seems from the outside.

I mean ... remote tutoring hours sound kind of sick haah you can do double duty, write, read, eat a snaccc, all the things!

But yea, Tom was looking like a snaccc today 😍

Lol... I’m actually hoping and wishing that Tom will start to naturally grow his hair long, and start to grow out his facial hair now (cuz we all know how long it would take him to grow some thick facial hair lol 😂 ) in preparation for his role as Billy Milligan in “The Crowded Room”, which starts filming in January. I always prefer it when actors can just grow their hair out naturally instead of being forced to wear fake hair for roles (I can usually spot fake wigs and lace fronts lol 😂 ), and that fake mustache Tom had at the end of “Cherry” gave me nightmares lol, so I’d MUCH rather see him be able to just grow out his own natural hair and facial hair for this role lol. Maybe I’m also just being a bit selfish... Cuz I think he would look hot w/longer hair actually. 😍
