I have a story universe I have yet to explain much about, but this is halfway an OC and halfway just Kenny Tennyson from Ben 10. His name is Oscar Winehouse. I’ll explain further under the cut.

In my story universe (Not That Weak), every single person has a relatively minor superpower. They have as few as one and up to three, and tend to get these powers in times of turmoil specifically. They’re often so subtle that people don’t realize they even have these abilities at all, but some people have more “super” superpowers than others.

There exists an ability (rare, but not unheard of) to convert nearby matter into an imagined substance. This fortunately or unfortunately can also produce functioning biomaterials. In other words, some people can just imagine a fruit existing hard enough, and it just will (at the cost of nearby matter and energy). This cost increases the more complex the creature or object, and the more matter is needed to create it. This ability can create entire imagined persons, including with the memories imagined to be present for them. Living things created by these means are called “Creatids,” like “created” and “cryptid.” Many go on living not knowing they are one, and amnesia is not an uncommon trait amongst them, but they are automatically conformed to the rules of the universe of Not That Weak. However, if this ability is used to create new persons, the ability user will often fall into a coma, lose parts of their body in the energy/mass transfer, or die.

Oscar is a Ben 10 fangirl’s personal fan interpretation of Kenny Tennyson’s character. She brought him into existence entirely unwittedly, and her whereabouts or living status are currently unknown. Upon his sudden existence, he crashed into a vineyard shed with a brand new, freshly burned in Lichtenberg-like scar, so the old couple running the vineyard who found him (with absolutely no memories at the time) decided to give him the temporary name “Oscar” in reference to his large scar, and “Winehouse,” as he was found at a literal wine house.

He became more or less a ward of the state until his original identity is found (which it never will) or until he’s deemed functional enough to make his own way in the world.

[in case anyone is wondering, the scar is from the Omnitrix briefly existing upon his creation, but then violently ceasing to exist, as it does not follow Not That Weak’s rules of the universe]

Well, to be honest, it wasn't really planned, but when I wrote No pleasure without pain, it just seemed to fit, ya know. Ghoul was already down there and so he would want to munch some more. And Michael is a celestial being for whom getting a piece of flesh ripped out is probably the equivalent of a nice kinky bite.

So, given this... Michael would be interested, is all I'm saying. 😏 (Also, even while writing and posting it, I was like 'Is this too much?' but then went 'Possibly. But who cares.')

(Now if only Adam would agree, Michael and Ghoul could finally go at it. 😂)

Thinking about how Diavolo’s feelings transcend time and how in the Nightbringer UR+ card Demon Lord’s Castle Tour this conversation happens.

When asked, “Do you wish to see your father?”

Diavolo responds:

“I suppose I do . . .” isn’t the typical reaction to how a child would feel about wanting to see their parent. Especially when said parent has essentially been in a coma for a year.

Along with how Diavolo describe his father.

It makes more sense why when you learn in Lesson 56 how Diavolo was treated by him growing up.

Diavolo can tell when others are lying but is unable to understand his father’s intentions.

Diavolo mentions that he lived a very sheltered life growing up. That from a young age his father never allowed him a chance to talk to anyone outside the castle.

His childhood friend was Mephistopheles. A demon literally RAISED to be his friend. Putting a barrier between the two because Mephistopheles would put Diavolo on a pedestal.

The isolating childhood he experienced riddled with his strict father constantly scolding him.

Despite everything MC is so important to him he wants to see his father again so we can meet.

#Demons and Humans can’t get married even in the present so it adds an extra layer him wanting to introduce us.#There’s a lot more you could add onto this (please do I’d love to hear other’s thoughts).#Like how Diavolo’s childhood affected him just look at the way he describes himself:#“The truth is I am a child in a way. A child who spends his time alone and never gets to do anything interesting.”#A lot of Diavolo’s poor behavior while not excused comes from his childhood.#How Diavolo admits to using his position to force others to do what he wants.
