I’m not the only one who never forgave Taryn for what she did to Jude right? Like with Valerian and Locke, yeah I despised them, but it’s not like I truly expected them to be better. But taryn was jude’s family. Her twin. And it makes it worse that Jude was always so savagely loyal to Taryn when Taryn wouldn’t do the same for her. Like Jude straight up shoved Cardan into a tree without thinking because he made her sister cry. Whereas Taryn not only didn’t help Jude, was the reason she was suffering and sincerely didn’t see how she was being awful??? I was honestly hoping when they duelled that Jude would rightfully beat the shit out of taryn because of all the ways she’d let Jude down. It still makes me mad to think about. Jude just deserved better. Ugh.

What can I say, yesterday was one of the loneliest days in a very long time. In fact, it was almost 3 years ago when my husband passed away. That was the last time I felt so lonely. I wish I had someone come with me 😔 I shouldn't of been alone. Oh well, like Chris would say "it is what it is".
I honestly thought I would be able to reconnect with some of my past family through marriage. I am really happy to have seen everyone. No matter what I will always hold a special part of me with the Papa's and Colon's. Yesterday made me realize, I needed to see them for closure. I feel sad, hurt, misunderstood yet I feel ok. I will be ok, things will be ok.
Yesterday was my estranged daughters birthday 🎂 Happy 22nd solar return AJR , miss you, wishing you good health and safety.
Pics are from yesterday afternoon, after attending my late husbands, father's funeral mass. The same church where I got married and where my poor husband had his funeral mass as well. Since I heard of Victor's passing , it did trigger me to remember everything with Christopher's passing. It was a horrible, traumatic experience. I thank my best friend León and others for helping me pull through. And myself for healing and trying my best to move forward. Move on, start a new life. I finally feel like I can. Here's to more Prince St Pizza even though theast time before yesterday was with Chris. And Victor's favorite spot Cafetal Social Club , it was our favorite place to meet him. My thesis never got published (thanks anxiety). So I decided to put it here in the chaos void of things I write. The paper, called “Flip the Page or Press Play to Follow Along: Exploring the Literary Aspects and Impacts of Multimedia Concept Albums” explores 60 years of multimedia concept album through a literary lens to decipher and analyze the impact these forms of music have on both musical studies and literature. These types of albums expand beyond the limits of the traditional album and concept album to invoke literature and literary studies to force listeners to decipher the story as the speaker tells it, using the music, words, and imagery associated with the album to identify symbols, motifs, and thematic commentary.

my ocs as milgram songs!
YESSSSS WE'RE DOING THIS okay so this is very self-indulgent, i should've probably done something.. you know, like i could finally post some of my ocs' backstories or write more vignettes or voicelines/chats for them, BUT NO. I'M ASSIGNING THEM PRISONERS' SONGS. it's okay, it's gonna get pretty deep and i will psychoanalyze them a lot in this post <3
okay, but the thing is that i'm actually not doing this like "this character is this song", i'm actually choosing multiple characters for most songs. the reason? i couldn't decide which song fits which character more and i had too many ideas, so.. yeah. also it's just really fun to imagine my ocs covering these songs and singing them together!
(warning: milgram songs are pretty dark, obviously, and this analysis gets even more darker as we go deeper and some moments.. yeah, they show just how depressed and broken my ocs really are)
weakness: hayden and real!jay

OKAY WE'RE STARTING THIS OFF WITH SOME GOOD ANGST. so at first i wanted to just use real!jay for this, but then i read the lyrics again and i was like ".. oh, this is haydencore actually". because i remind you, hayden's childhood was not good. this song's lyrics describe hayden's relationship with his family perfectly and i can say the same thing about real!jay as well. hayden's family really was abusive and punished him for pretty much everything, even if it wasn't that bad or it was just him doing something that made him happy, meanwhile real!jay's family members are more "neglectful", they don't exactly hate him, they just.. don't care about him at all. they actually were very loving towards him when he was little and tried to show that they care, but it didn't help much and real!jay still grew up to be a very sad boy who doesn't believe in himself and has an extremely low self-esteem. so eventually they just went "oh well, if you don't want to talk to us, we won't bother you anymore" and they really stopped bothering him which made him feel even more lonely, but he still refused to spend time with them. so yeah, in this case i think real!jay is actually more similar to haruka, because his family actually did treat him well when he was a child and also the main reason why jay's relationship with his family became worse is him not being "smart enough". can't believe my son is a haruka kinnie where did i go wrong also such lyrics as "my life started in a wrong spot" and "my loneliness was desired" fit hayden A LOT.

LISTEN. LISTEN ASSIGNING YUNO'S SONGS TO MY KIDS WAS SO FUNNY BECAUSE IT'S LIKE.
*me, looking at all my twst ocs who are mostly male* "okay, boys, which one wants a song that's most likely about abortion" and then i assigned this song to THREE of my male ocs
so, why did i choose these boys? okay, so first of all, it's the vibe. we all can agree that a song like this would fit allen and seth SO WELL, like it's their aesthetic, especially allen's. also of course i had to choose allen for a cute love song that actually has a darker meaning! and i think seth is very similar to yuno, so i really wanted him to have at least one of her songs and then i made him have two . about hayden, this song is literally perfect for him, because it's pretty much about yuno creating all these personas for her clients and HAYDEN CAN RELATE. also, i feel like the beginning of the song gives off "how hayden would act if he was in love" energy, haha. ("why are you here? you annoy me a little, i can't smile well anymore, it's because of you")
also, the "what type of girl do you like" part fits all of them so well, but, like, in different ways? hayden has to pretend to be a different person to make others like him, for seth it's something actually cute and romantic and for allen it's something more creepy and it's just him being his yandere self as usual. and i think that moment where yuno falls off the stairs, catches a balloon and looks more happy after that is very sethcore? it feels a lot like him running away from his sister and getting isekai-ed.
AND I GOT LITERAL CHILLS WHEN I IMAGINED ALL THREE OF THEM DOING THE "I MESSED UP, I FOUND OUT" PART

okay, i don't actually have a deep reason for this, I JUST KNEW THAT THESE TWO HAVE TO GET FUUTA'S SONG. COME ON THEY'RE MY IGNIHYDE SONS AND THIS IS A SOCIAL MEDIA (+ video games) -THEMED SONG. also it's so fun to imagine both of them singing it together (with merrill doing the slower parts and austin doing the faster/more intense parts) and not with each other but AT each other. so like. it's basically them having a rap battle. this is exactly what other ignihyde members have to deal with every day.
but if we have to go deeper, then we can also interpret it as both of them judging each other and going "WELL I'M SORRY I'M BETTER THAN YOU". but it's not that deep, that's just merrill and austin on the daily (+ more flirting and bickering like an old married couple). so if we go EVEN DEEPER, then this song actually fits austin very well, because he really wants to believe that he's better than everyone else to cope with his insecurity and him not knowing who he wants to be in the future and also him secretly being magicless

AND RSA STUDENTS DON'T LIKE HIM. that's the whole reason for me assigning him this song dhjjddksdk. and real!jay is here because he's a sad little boy and this sad little song sounds a lot like him. also i think avery and jay singing this together is so 😔😔😭😭😭
and that one part in the end with muu and that other girl is very averycore too because here's another reminder: his crush told him that she would date him if it wasn't for his freckles (which is a stupid reason, but she was a kid, so.. yeah. tbh i headcanon that she would actually fall in love with avery if she saw him now) so the "i love you" part and imagining avery crying and holding that girl's hand.. i'm on the floor. i'm sobbing. loudly.

of course, i had to go with roland for this song. LISTEN THEY GAVE ME A SAD LOVE SONG BY A MORALLY GREY CHARACTER AND I TOOK IT AND GAVE IT TO ROLAND. i feel like i don't have to explain this one, we all know how roland's backstory goes and his relationship with his ex, so i just wanna say that i think this song is perfect for him, especially the moments where shidou says stuff like "don't forgive me" because roland still thinks that he actually doesn't deserve forgiveness. no matter how hard he tries to make people like him and become a better person, he will never truly change his ways and he will always end up becoming obsessed with his love interest and getting into another unhealthy relationship again.. but that's a story for another day.
why did i add jay too? ah, it's just because of the song's aesthetic jdkdksdk. COME ON WATCH THE MV AND TELL ME THAT IT DOESN'T HAVE JAY'S VIBES. DO IT. also i just think jay's soft and pretty voice would fit this song a lot!

okay, so at first i was sure that i will go ONLY with allen, because this song is so allencore, it scares me. however, i read the lyrics again and.. yeah, allen and angel are gonna have a duet together.
so we all know that allen is a yandere and it's one of his main personality traits, and he's very similar to mahiru, he's just as obsessed with love and romance as her. however, the thing is.. angel's view on love is just as twisted as allen's. i mentioned in the past that i see angel as aroace, but it doesn't mean that they can't be obsessed with platonic love! both of them are so unhinged, it's actually very hard to imagine them having a healthy relationship with someone and it doesn't matter if it's platonic or romantic.
let's think about allen's obsession with love first. why does he want to be loved so much? why does he want to find a s/o already, why is he so ready to marry them and spend the rest of his life with them? yeah, the answer looks simple at first: he's a rich kid who had a very lonely childhood. lumi was his only friend and he didn't like riley that much, so he usually avoided him. and when his parents said that they can't let him and lumi keep being friends, something inside him broke. he was forced to spend the rest of his childhood in complete loneliness and butlers and maids were his only company because he didn't see his parents that often. also allen used to read a lot and most stories he read were very romantic and they always had happy endings, so.. of course, little allen thought that love is the only thing he needs to be happy. that's why he dated so many people, only to get disappointed when he realized he didn't feel anything at all. he just wants to stop feeling lonely. he just wants to feel happy again and if love can't give him that happiness.. what's even the point of him still being alive? so this guy can definitely fall in love with someone, but let's be honest here, he will mostly see his s/o just as a cure for his loneliness at first. he will overwhelm his s/o with his love, he will love them so much that they will eventually get tired of him, but it's okay, that's just him showing how much he cares about them! so they won't leave him, right?..
also here's a fun fact! i think i mentioned it before, but allen actually never killed anyone before, even though he can literally summon knives, but he still never used them to stab anyone, he just uses them to scare his rivals. and if he finally tries to stab someone one day.. that's when it turns out that his "spoiled rich kid self" is actually stronger than his "yandere self". why is there so much blood?.. he didn't want to get his clothes dirty, he feels so gross, he's so angry at his victim, he should take his revenge on them! so he keeps stabbing them, but of course, he just gets more blood on his clothes. this just makes allen even more angry and he will order someone to get rid of the body while he's trying to clean himself up. and no, he's not gonna do the dirty work! that's his servants other students' job! so yeah, allen is definitely dangerous and he's not a good person, but he's actually more pathetic than people think and he's too lazy to kill someone. sure, he can stalk his crush, blackmail them, force them to date him, kidnap them, but he can't let even a drop of blood get on his clothes. he was okay with it during the ghost marriage event because it was fake and vance assured him that the prefect is going to love it.
ANGEL IS SOMEHOW EVEN WORSE THAN HIM. actually, this song fits them even better than allen. angel is obsessed with "fixing" other people, making them feel better, helping them and then they will say that they're just showing their love this way. however, they will try to fix that person even if they don't need their help or they're actually doing fine. what do you mean, you're not going through anything bad? but angel has never seen you smile! and no, saying that you just don't like smiling or you're not comfortable with it won't work. don't worry, angel will take very good care of you <3 even if it hurts, even if you cry more often than you did before meeting angel, even if you're in pain, just remember that they're trying to help. it's them showing their love and you better appreciate it. just look at what they did to hayden! they turned the shy little boy that he was into a popular and charming student with a perfect reputation! look at what they did to bunny! she has such an important position now, she's the vice dorm leader and after angel had to leave, she even had to become a dorm leader until they came back! angel gave her so much, they're sure that bunny loves them just as much as they love her. look at what they did to their little br- ah, you don't have to know about that.

roland is just getting all the older guys' songs hdjsksksk. okay, again, i don't think i have to explain why i assigned him this song. LET'S TALK ABOUT BUNNY THOUGH. i should talk about her more often jdjdkdkd.
so we all know that bunny doesn't like angel even though she pretends that she's still friends with her. and their friendship really was kinda wholesome when they first met and angel thought bunny was cute and wanted to get to know her better. but as both of them got older, bunny realized that their relationship is very unhealthy and she didn't want to be friends with someone like angel. she realized just how manipulative angel really is, you see, the reason why bunny is such a perfectionist who's obsessed with always doing everything on time and doing everything better than others is because angel told her that it's okay to be like that. in fact, angel encouraged this kind of behavior and told bunny that she should keep acting like that so that she can show others that she really is better than them. at first bunny truly believed that angel just wanted to help her with her self-confidence, but.. she's not so sure anymore. she really wants to get better, she wants to feel more relaxed, she wants to have fun with other dorm members even though she claims to hate them, but she can't, because the dorm leader themself taught her to hate "chaotic and irresponsible people" like that. and even though bunny hates angel so much, she still can't tell them the truth. maybe it's because she knows she won't have any friends left if she stops hanging out with angel (hayden will most likely leave her after that) or maybe she still wants to believe that angel is a good person. so she just keeps hoping that angel will be the one to end their friendship.
so yeah, if you read the lyrics and imagine this song to be about someone who got tired of their friend, but still doesn't want to let them go for some reason and keeps coming back to them.. i'm crying. i'm crying on the floor rn.

I JUST WANT THEM TO SCREAM WHILE THIS SONG IS PLAYING. LET THEM COVER THIS SONG. THEY'RE ANGRY, THEY'RE TIRED, THEY'RE STRESSED, ALL THEY NEED TO COPE WITH THAT IS TO COVER A SERIAL KILLER'S SONG
this song describes hayden and bunny's repressed anger perfectly, both of them are tired from people around them and they want to become free from those who have authority over them (in hayden's case, it's his family and azul and in bunny's case, it's angel). they're okay with doing not so morally correct things to achieve their goals and they're used to pretending to be someone else so that others won't suspect anything. though in mikoto's case he literally has multiple personalities but. you get my point
also i chose these lyrics because both of them don't think their actions are wrong. hayden thinks it's okay to lie to everyone and use them and bunny thinks it's okay to say bad things about angel and other dorm members behind their backs and secretly control them with her unique magic. they don't think that they're the villains and they will do anything to make themselves look better.

i love minnie, but. let's be honest, she would most likely be a kotoko apologist 😭😭 minnie is a very strict person, who can be quite judgemental, but even though she thinks that she's the smartest one, she often makes decisions that are.. not so good. like, she can often act out of pure spite and it doesn't help that she has a secret sadistic side and sometimes she just wants to see other students suffer. and in the end she will always say that she just wanted to help them and it's for their own good and they're just too dumb and can't understand it.
minnie does have her reasons to act like that, just like hayden and bunny, she has a lot of anger inside her and she doesn't know how to cope with it. she wants to do something about it, but even though seth is the ramshackle prefect, he's not the best therapist, so he can't give her a good advice. so minnie has no choice but to lash out, scream and blame everyone but herself.. though it wasn't her fault that her dad left and her brother refused to help minnie take care of their mom. but minnie is just too afraid that the same thing will happen again and she will have no one to rely on and she doesn't want to feel as lonely as she felt in the past. so she just keeps pushing everyone away, yelling at them, pointing her finger at them and saying that they're the bad guys. she wants someone to tell her that she's right, comfort her and assure her that she did nothing wrong. so yeah, the "i want to be drowning in the knowledge that i am right" part fits her perfectly my favorite part of the song tbh it says a lot about kotoko's character i think

again, i don't think i should explain this one, because I HAVE TO AGREE, ALL-KNOWING ALL-AGONY IS MUCH MORE INTENSE THAN WEAKNESS, but.. i assigned it to real!jay for the exact same reason as weakness. though i think it fits him even better than weakness because of how desperate haruka sounds and him being even more unhinged in this mv. jay craves love and attention even though he doesn't talk much about it and it's not that obvious. also the aesthetic of the mv and this whole animals theme.. yeah

YUNO'S SONG BEING EXTREMELY RILEYCORE IS SO FUNNY TO ME. i just imagine merrill and seth watching the mv and going ".. should we. should we let our sweet innocent son sing this song". they have no idea how excited riley is to sing it.
okay, so why is this song perfect for riley? you see, this guy actually hates his fans. this is exactly why he refuses to show his emotions, he hoped that his fans will think he's creepy and will avoid him, but it didn't work and now people think he's even more cute. but no his quirks and weird personality traits are real and he's not pretending and the main reason why he hates them is not because he's an introvert and wants to be left alone or something like that, but because 1) he thinks allen deserves to be more popular and 2) he knows that his fans don't know that much about him and they see him only as this pure and innocent boy who always has this face 😐. he would be okay with them if they actually liked him because of his achievements, his talents, his personality, he would even be okay with them liking him only because of his appearance. however, people love him only because they believe that he's this perfect cinnamon roll and he's not like that at all. riley is just as flawed as them, come on, he still refuses to leave his cousin alone even though allen hates him! and no, that's not him being cute, that's him refusing to accept that someone can actually dislike him, even hate him. he's used to people loving him and even though he doesn't want to accept their love, he doesn't want to accept them hating him as well. the "so nauseating, so creepy, will you please disappear" part is perfect for riley and it shows how he actually feels about his fans.
the aesthetic of the mv is perfect for seth and merrill though. tear drop fits merrill as well because, just like riley, merrill knows that people actually don't know anything about him. they like him only because of his appearance and flirty personality, but that's it. he's nothing to them. and merrill likes to say that he doesn't care about that because he doesn't need those people, but.. he needs the attention though. and if he doesn't get the kind of attention he wants.. merrill will break. he will lose his reason to live. he wants people to see him as something more than just an attractive upperclassman with a cool aura and a secret magicam account, but he knows that it's impossible, so he has to accept that kind of attention from them. if he doesn't, he will get no attention at all ("the fading warmth makes me anxious again")
now, why did i choose seth? as i said before, seth gives me strong yuno kinnie vibes, because both of them act like they're much more carefree than they really are and they are actually very smart and they're more emotionless and cold than people think. both of them don't want others to treat them like a child, but they still want to be loved, seth even wants to be saved. he wants someone to care about him, but he doesn't want that person to treat him like his sister did. he still wants to be free, he wants to have a fun life, but he also just wants to be held. fuuta's songs are perfect for austin, okay? in short, i chose this song for avery and austin because both of them are very insecure and cope with it by making fun of others and being mean, but the moment others start treating them the same way, they start to panic and they either beg for forgiveness or.. have a breakdown. avery ended up overblotting because of how much rsa students hated him even though they had a good reason for that and whenever people bully austin or simply point out his mistakes, he locks himself up in his room and cries into his pillow, so yeah, he's much more sensitive than he looks like.
also, i think it would be fun for vance to join them to cover this song, i feel like this song's vibe fits him well and it's just very fun to imagine avery and austin having an existential crisis and rethinking their actions meanwhile this guy is jumping around and going "BURN BURN :D"
as for the future season 2 songs, for now i feel like "it's not my fault" has angel's vibes, "the purge march" sounds like vance and hayden's duet (especially their overblot versions) and. yeah, "i love you" is allencore. ALSO I THINK MERRILL'S COVER OF "CAT" WOULD SOUND COOL

Hybrid Cafe Yans
A list of the hybrid yans since it's been a minute-. The first name is their real name and the second is the nicknames reader has given them. The only exclusions are Saber and Wistera who haven't been nicknamed yet, and Doc and Trick who have never been official named
Saber [he/him] - Model/Influencer Catboy who got saved from the ran by Cafe reader on their first shift. Very snobby and feels entitled to most if not all of reader's time being their first customer
Clyde/Spot [he/him] - A lonely delivery rabbit. Shy and Sweet. Bounced around in the foster care system as a child and has severe abandonment issues steaming from it which later on resulted in him dying his fur white to be more appealing to others. His nickname comes from Reader finding a spot on his ear since it had been a while since his last dye job
Shanna/Bo [She/Her] - Reader's sheep girl coworker. Extremely clumsy and timid, but also plays up the act to lean on reader's shoulder. The daughter of a local club owner who is still coming to terms with her recent coming out.
Pauline/Belle [She/Her] - The ex head chef at the cafe. A hot headed cow woman with a soft spot for reader who's what keeps her crawling back to the city from her cozy new life on her farm
Robbie/Honey [They/Them] - A bumble bee who as their name implies is sweet as can be..... on the surface. Robbie is one of if not the most willing to beat others into submission for Reader. Their mother is the head of a massive company who gifted them the entire apartment complex they live in. Later moves Reader into one of them who pays next to nothing for rent
Trick [They/Them] - A tired Crow enjoying early retirement/hiatus from their work. Greatly enjoys relaxing with a cup of tea and gifting reader presents from the various regions they've traveled to over the years. Works as a teacher as a secondary occupation which slowly drains them as it reminds them of the empty nest they have at home
Asher/Prince [he/him] - Hyperactive Hyena boy ready and willing to throw hands for reader. Their kindness helped him get over his fear of humans after years of bullying for having a human father and a shorter stature because of it, and being wrongfully arrested when attacked by bullies and choosing to fight back
Wisteria [She/Her] - Plant woman of unknown origin. Owns a flower shop not too far from the cafe and supplies it with bouquets for their displays which she uses to eavesdrop on reader. Soft spoken and formal
Doc [They/Them] - Leech Hybrid med student. Extremely giggly and carefree. Always tries to give Reader check ups which certainly aren't ploys to obtain vials of their sweet, sweet blood. Has difficults walking on land and wears leg braces for the weak muscles in their legs
Scout/Bear [he/him] - Wolf hybrid. Doesn't like to talk much about himself, but lived with his grandmothers and dogs in the wilderness before they all passed away. Stoic and grouchy, but weak to soft praise and touches
The manager - A deer hybrid mentioned briefly in the Christmas special. Not much to them now, but I'd really like to use them eventually

stomps on his head before landing a kick to his stomach
the guy makes no noise or attempt to defend himself
the shock of everything you've seen you trip out from your corner
all the men turn seeing you, Mick's eyes grow wide his father
reaches for something but Mick stops him, and whispers something
He steps towards you, you bolt or at least try too but he easily
catches you, you scream for help, quickly covering your mouth
he begs you to stop, that he'd never hurt you
shaking your head no, you keep fighting him trying to get free
Mick was a liar, this wasn't the man you love your sweet

25. “Can I just keep you?” “It doesn't work that way.”
Oscar finds Lando on the curb outside of the club, hunched forward, a little ball of black fabric and curls. “Hey mate,” He says, stepping off his bike, parking it against a wall before making his way over to him.
“Bleh,” Lando says, to his knees. “Lea’ me ‘lone.”
Oscar nudges his foot against Lando’s thigh. “Can’t, unfortunately. Promised Max I’d get you home safe.”
Lando’s head shoots up, his eyes bright and mouth slightly parted. “Oscar?”
“Yeah, bud. Max called me, said he needed someone to take you home. You okay?” Oscar kneels down in front of Lando, eye sight. Checks him over. He looks okay, aside from being absolutely fucking sloshed.
“’M fine,” Lando mumbles, tips forward a little, towards Oscar. “It’s just. Everything’s spinning. Like. Fast. Sooooo fast.”
“Oh no,” Oscar says, rather deadpan, trying and failing to subdue the smile that tugging at his lips. He should be annoyed, maybe, about being dragged out of bed at 3 in the morning because his flat mate is ready to pass out in the middle of the street and there’s no one else to get him home safe. But like, it’s Lando. He hasn’t really figured out how to be annoyed at Lando yet.
“Yeah,” Lando says, miserably, looks up at Oscar with big, sad eyes. “Like those horses. That go in a circle. You know? They’re like on a platform and they just go weeeeee,” Lando makes a spinning motion with his finger.
“A carousel,” Oscar says, getting up and extending a hand towards Lando. “C’mon, let’s get you up, yeah? I’ll take us home.”
“Home,” Lando sighs wistfully, taking Oscar’s hand in his and letting himself be dragged upright.
And god, it gets Oscar every single time, how fucking beautiful Lando is. Even now, with his shirt buttoned up wrong and a mysterious stain on his jeans and his hair sticking to his forehead and his eyes slightly unfocused he’s the most gorgeous think Oscar’s ever seen.
Life would be so much easier, Oscar thinks, if he didn’t have such a truly embarrassing crush on his flat mate.
“Bike’s over there,” Oscar says, tearing his eyes away from the curl stubbornly stuck to Lando’s temple.
“Ah yes, take me to your mighty stead. Wait, actually, does that make you my white prince on a charming horse? Wait, no, white horse on a charming… No, that’s not it either.” Lando frowns deeply.
“Sure,” Oscar says, smiling fondly as he pushes his bike in front of Lando and Lando clambers on. “I’ll be you prince charming. Now please hold on tight, yeah? No ‘King of the world’ shenanigans like last time.”
“Boo,” Lando says, but dutifully wraps his arms around Oscar’s waist, slipping his hands into the front pocket of Oscar’s hoodie. “Nice. Hand warmer.”
Oscar merely rolls his eyes and kicks off the curb, ignoring the flutter his heart makes at the feeling of Lando’s hands on his stomach, almost burning through the fabric of his hoodie. There’s only a little wobble before he gets the bike properly going, getting better and better at biking places with someone on the back mostly because Lando doesn’t have a car and Oscar has a hard time saying no to him.
Lando lets his head flop forward, against Oscar’s back, sighs happily into the fabric of Oscar’s hoodie. “You’re the best, you know. Like, an angel. Prince Charming. Prince Angel Charming.”
Oscar snorts, steers the bike down the abandoned streets towards their apartment.
“I wish I could like, keep you,” Lando says, leaning his head on Oscar’s shoulder, his breath only inches away from Oscar’s face, brushing against his cheek with every exhale. “Like, make you small and put you in my pocket and then I could take you out if I was sad.”
Oscar shakes his head, smiles to himself. “I don’t think it works that way, mate.”
“Bleh,” Lando says, rolls his head off of Oscar’s shoulder and flops it against his back again. “The world sucks.”
“’M sorry,” Oscar says. He steers the bike into an alley, narrowly avoids a fallen over trash can.
“’S okay. Sucks a little less with you in it,” Lando mumbles into his hoodie.
Oscar smiles a little sadly. Lando says things like that sometimes. Most often when he’s drunk. It’s. Nice. But it’s not. He doesn’t mean it the way Oscar means it. Which is fine. Oscar’s made his bed and flopped the fuck down onto it from the first time he met Lando and thought oh. It happens, when you pine for someone who can have whoever they want.
But still. He wishes, sometimes. Hopes. It’s stupid, anyway.
“Yeah,” Oscar says, pulling the bike to a stop in front of their shitty little apartment, savoring the feeling of Lando plastered against him for one last second before they have to step off the bike. “Same.”

At Prince Leopold University you are expected to be the best because remember the best are made not born and you are expected to get good or get lost.
Play as a scholarship student at Prince Leopold University attempt to balance attending classes, make rivals, meet lifelong friends and pursue budding romances all the while dealing with the administration of a major university. Or don't.
Getting a place in PLU is hard, getting a full scholarship is harder. You did both. So perhaps it's no wonder why everyone seems to have such high expectations for you, expected to maintain passing grades, attend your club and be a forward face for the school, it's not like it's anything you haven't done before right? But can you pull it off again?
• Play as male, female or non-binary with options to be straight, gay, asexual or not pursue a romance at all.
• Experience a university that takes itself a little too seriously and expects you to do so as well – define your main character's personality, appearance, history and demeanour.
• Choose what scholarship you're on and which club you're in while training and playing like your scholarships on the line – because it is.
• Choose from track and field, music club, student council and drama club.
• Romance a hot-headed high-school rival, the brooding lead musician, the friendly student president who happens to be your brother's best friend, the charming but distant actor or your awkward roommate or the rebel with equally big dreams.
• Focus on or ignore your relationships with your teammates, acquaintances, family and friends back home, school staff and the public.
The Hot Headed Rival A

The Vice Captain of the PLU Track-And-Field Club and your highschool rival, they are intense and arrogant with the talent to back it up and they'll let you know it.
In the heat of an argument they find that they don't know why they're shouting anymore and that look on your face stirs something they'd rather not discover.
tldr; rivals to lovers and enemies to lovers.
The Brooding Musician H
Hader/Hetti Jasanoff, 19
The moody, brooding leader of the Screaming Diamonds and the PLU music club, they hate those who see their passion as nothing more than a hobby but they'll allow you to prove yourself.
In the midst of a performance they find their heart skips a beat but they don't want to face the music just yet.
tldr; everyone wants the bad boy and everyone likes musicians.
The Brother's Best Friend B

The social, spirited and amiable President of the Student Body and your brother's best friend, with much enthusiasm they're taking care of you at university although it's supposedly a favour.
Despite their popularity they seem to have held most people at arms length when asked they simply laugh and talk about their playground love.

You can't shake the feeling that they're angry and bitter when you hear them singing but in those hidden moments and stolen kisses behind the curtains, they feel different.

On the Dance Floor Our Hearts Beat as One

A/N: I wrote that Prince Jason fic and it was great but a gala with Dick is equally as fun because he's just a sweetheart.
"What is the point of this exactly?" You look up at a very nervous Dick who keeps tugging on his bow-tie and scanning the dance floor. You have to admit that he looks really handsome in his black and white suit, with the blue buttons and cuffs on the sleeves. And maybe a little cute when he's nervous.
His blue eyes look down at you for half a second, taking in your dress, a matching blue color to his buttons, the way your heels make your legs stand out, and the black necklace hugging your neck. It's not hard to see where his eyes escape to for just the briefest of moments, you chose this dress for a reason after all.
"Because I can't ask anyone he knows too well. Look this is just for the night, then we can go back to being friends like nothing happened alright. I just need to get Bruce off my back. Like he's the one to tell me I'm lonely. The man barely leaves his house unless it's for a meeting or... private business." Code for Batman work.
Although the people listening in, and there were a few for sure, would think it's about Bruce going to strip clubs and parties. He had a playboy persona to keep up too, but Dick? Everyone always thought of him as a gentleman.
Oh if only they knew of the things you've heard.
"So I'm your arm candy? I knew this dress was the right choice." You wrapped your arms around him and deliberately pressed your chest into the muscle of his arm.
Dick blushed a little, smiling and scratching the bridge of his nose as he tried hard not to look down, "It's very pretty. And you're wearing the necklace I bought you too."
"It was a birthday gift, of course I am." It was a very expensive birthday gift that you wanted to throw back at him when he first bought it because you thought it was too much. Dick insisted, the price of it was nothing when compared to the friendship the two of you shared. Which is why you were comfortable coming to the gala with him.
You did spend time together quite a bit lately, it wasn't that hard to believe that the two of you were a couple. Even Bruce sometimes had a hard time telling exactly what your relationship was. True he only saw you on rare occasions when you'd visit Dick but the two of you were never shy at being affectionate with each other.
This was the perfect plan.
"Crap, I see him." Dick's eyes widened when he saw Bruce casually talking to a few people and raised his glass at the two of you. He was smiling but that could be for show, it was kinda hard to tell with Bruce. "I don't think this is convincing enough."
"No? I have my boobs pressed into you, what more can we do?" There was that adorable blush of his again.
"A slow song is coming up, do you wanna dance with me? I don't mean to brag but I'm really good." He was most definitely bragging, smug and smiling down at you, his foot already tapping along with the barely there rhythm.
"Okay but don't blame me if I break your ankles." You let go of him and watched as he gave you a very prince-like bow, offering his hand. "Such a gentleman. You may have this dance my good sir."
"Why, thank you very much my lady." Dick wink up at you as he kissed your fingers, barely putting any pressure behind his kiss yet it still made your heart flutter from it. Why does he have to be so damn charming all the time? It's hardly fair.
He led you to the dancefloor, making sure you were in Bruce's field of vision. One of his hands held yours, the other wrapping around your hip, the tips of his fingers tickling your back. He always managed to have warm hands, rough but gentle, kind and caring when he touched you.
The song finally started, couples beginning to gather and start dancing in the dim light at the slow, almost sensual melody.
"Sorry I dragged you into this. I hope you know how much I appreciate you." You, not this favor you're doing for him, you. "Promise I'll make it up to you. Just name it any it's yours."
Dick Grayson. How about that?
"How about you taking a proper break and us going somewhere for a day?" It was still him, still his company you were asking for. His eyebrows vanished into his hairline, his grip pulling you closer.
"That's all? You're a very simple woman then. And I mean that in the best day." He smiled at you again. Too cute. Way too damn cute.
Feeling a little mischievous from being called simple you drew close to his neck, "If you want to I can show you just how interesting I can be." This was only meant to tease him but you may have put a bit too much truth into those words. Dick gulped and almost stumbled across his feet.
"Interesting. And if I were to ask, would you demonstrate that during out one-day vacation?" Was he asking what you think? You were kidding at first but... now you're not so sure anymore. Not with Dick's slightly darker blue eyes looking at you.
"Ahem." The two of you tore your gazes from each other and toward Bruce who was looking at you a little judgmentally, "Young love is a beautiful thing, I'm happy for you, but please, don't scandalize the guests. At least take her to your bedroom." He turned around and left before he could elaborate on what he meant by that.
"What's his problem?" You pouted, pressing yourself close to Dick. The moment you did you felt your face heat up, "Dick, are you um... please tell me that's actually a gun and not..."
A gun would have been less embarrassing and more easily explained, "Eh... I was hoping you wouldn't notice."
"How can I not notice that?!" You hoped no one else did though, the headlines would not be favorable to Dick.
"I'm sorry." He mumbled and let his head fall on your shoulder, his face visibly red, even the tips of his ears, "I didn't mean for it to happen. You just look so sexy in that dress and it sounded like we were flirting just now, I thought that... well I don't want to tell you what I thought."
Oh. "Oh. Those thoughts." He nodded a little, face still hidden. From an outside perspective it looks like he's kissing your neck, which will also get the rumors going pretty quickly, "Can you walk okay?"
"It's uncomfortable, but I'll manage, just get me out of here." He somehow still managed to move gracefully through the crowd, fast and calculated until he reached the hallway and in a panic pulled you against his chest, "Sorry. Can we stay like this until it goes away?"
You inhaled deeply and nodded, wrapping your arms under his arms and around his back, fisting into the fine material of his suit, "I do that much for you do I?" You had to tease him just a little about this, it was too good of an opportunity to let slip.
"Apparently." Dick let out a little laugh, "Bruce is gonna give me a long talk after this. I can't believe he still treats me like a kid sometimes. I'm a grown man."
"Oh I don't doubt that." You giggled into his ear. There was definitely some movement after that sound. He liked your laughter and giggles. Good information to know for the future.
"You're never gonna let me live this down will you?" He turned his face toward yours, "How much do I have to bribe you to make this incident go away?"
"A week worth of a vacation with you. I think that's a fair price for me to hide your... big secret." You were laying it on really thick right now, but lucky you Dick seemed to pick up on it, even with his awkward situation.
"A week worth of my attention. All yours." Without a doubt this was the best awkward moment of your life. It really payed to come with him to this gala. You should have done it sooner if these were the results, "One thing. You have to promise me you'll make it interesting for me."
The breathy way he said it sent shivers down your entire body, the implications making your imagination run wild, "Count on it." It was gonna be one hell of week.

11. "is there a character your oc sees as a sibling?"
avery: hmm, maybe roland? though he doesn't really see him as a big brother, he's more like.. a grandpa to him. maybe even a weird uncle.
vance: before he overblotted, he used to see trey as his big brother figure! but now that he knows that trey lied to him about that competition so that "vance won't be sad".. yeah, their relationship is much worse now.
merrill: well, iris IS his cousin, so of course he would see her as his sibling! though he hates to admit that he's younger than her. he doesn't want to be a cute little brother, that's vance's job!
allen: to be honest, he actually kinda sees lumi as his older sister. she is so smart and reliable after all!
roland: all gardening club members feel like siblings to him!
both jays: they kinda see each other as twin brothers!
austin: i'm not sure he has one? well, he does have actual blood-related siblings, so it's fine djdjsksls.
minnie: ramshackle students kinda feel like siblings to her! seth is her funny older brother, eureka and taruchi are her adorable sisters and she will do anything to protect them and real!jay is her brother that she has to force to go outside. he's idia to her ortho basically also i think she'd see blanca as her big sister 🥺
hayden: he definitely sees riley as his little brother and he's VERY protective, though he doesn't show it. also hayden always wanted to have a little brother because he's tired of being the youngest and riley is perfect for that.
riley: and he sees hayden as his big brother! he trusts him and he doesn't think hayden is a bad person and even after hayden's overblot, he still wants to help him and make others realize that hayden is better than they think.
angel: hmm, nope, they don't have one! maybe it's hayden? though if they saw him as a sibling, he would be like a little brother to them even though he's older.
bunny: .. can they call angel their annoying little sibling? she knows they're the same age, but.. it does feel like angel is much younger than her.
seth: ALL FRESHMEN ARE HIS YOUNGER SIBLINGS. HE LOVES THEM SO MUCH HE'S ADOPTING ALL OF THEM.
16. "how would your oc describe their entrance ceremony from their pov?"
seth: "for me, it was sooooo sudden! like, i remember falling asleep and when i woke up, it was so dark, i even thought that i died for a second! and then i saw fire and grim was there, yeah, i also thought that he was a raccoon at first. but he turned out to be a cat! that's even better! and then this cat asked me to give him my uniform?? like, dude, i'm sure it looks better on me! so i refused to give it to him and ran away, i didn't even think that much about the uniform i was wearing, i just knew that i don't want this cat-like creature to steal my outfit. and then a man in a raven mask showed up and it was crowley himself! i remember him trying to explain to me what night raven college is and how this world works, but.. to be honest, i didn't really care. i was just happy that i finally managed to get out. i was happy that i won't have to see her anymore. and then i met others and wow, i didn't think that this school will have so many pretty students?? they are too cute to be villains! but i was a bit disappointed because i wanted to attend a school like rsa instead.. but hey, maybe i'll be able to find my happy ending even in a place like this?"
