En q momento el trap lo ven con mas ilusión q como verían un baile de ballet? En q momento las fotografías del mundo se vieron opácadas por bailes sin sentido haciendo muecas en TikTok? Sabias q hay una población exorbitante mirando lo mismo en plataformas? lo mismo !!! El mismo baile diferentes personas y lo han echo popular ! Somos las grandes marionetas del mundo ...

Y lo escribo aquí por q ya no podía seguir con esto dentro ... se q nadie se dará la tarea de leer pero en algún lugar tenía q escribir como me hace sentir el mundo en estos momentos y la desilusión que e sentido al ver q para poder dar a conocer mi trabajo para el mundo tendría q desnudarme por q por mas q me esfuerzo no se detienen a dar like o me encanta o simplemente a seguir por el echo q solo muestro lo q amo ser y hacer y no mi cuerpo ! Blue Tea 🍵

This is the tea made from fresh Butterfly Pea Flower (अपराजिता का फूल) blooming at my own terrace.

Few days back I saw a video of making blue tea at home just by taking water, the flower petals, mint and lemon and boiling it all together until the color changes to beautiful blue color. This flower can either be used fresh or can be dried and stored too for the later use since the life of this flower is just a day.

I just realised that this flower is actually growing at my place and I searched for the same and found that its really good for health.

It has number of benefits like good for heart and eye, helps in weight loss, is a natural paracetamol, packed full of antioxidants and many more.

It actually doesn't taste that bad too. It has Earthy and Woody flavour.

So I went for a walk yesterday

And this minivan pulled up and the lady driving rolled down the window and looked like she was trying to talk to me.

I took out my earbud to her saying "You've inspired me! I see you out here doing your thing and you inspired me to go to the gym yesterday and I'm going again today."

Needless to say this made my day. She has no idea that I struggle to get myself up n out to run and walk, or that I'm stomping out my depression with every step. What she sees is someone dedicating the time day after day month after month to walk or run.
