Went to therapy yesterday, I got a double cheese burger from McDonald's as a reward. Haven't been to therapy in a few weeks. Feel like I'm in a really weird spot of trying to understand everything about everything. My mental illness makes me hyper fixate on things until I physically can't anymore.

I went to the Laundry Matt with my boyfriend a few weeks ago and thought it looked so nostalgic, it reminded me of my childhood. It reminded me of when we used to sit in the laundry Matt for hours waiting for our clothes. My boyfriend told me a story about how him and his friends would meet up at the Laundry Matt before going out to hangout.
