You talking to someone else basically makes him jealous

But it's because of his insecurities

He thinks you'll find someone better and leave him

Or that anyone is more interesting than him, he thinks he's bothering a lot

He really need a lot of reassurance and to hear that he's the only one

And to have you close, he must like to be in your arms with you petting his head

If he cries please be kind with him and hold his face while kissing his nose or forehead

He deserves the world for real

But he can be hard to handle sometimes bc he wants to talk to you all the time and if you tell him to wait he can shut down

You have to be patient with him

Isagi Yoichi

He's awkward I think

Like he won't bluntly tell you that he's jealous but would sometime be a little dry with the person

And he will hold you closer or be clingy

He'll try to know Korean about the person or the situation to be more rational

But if he's still bother in the end he'll talk about it and let you know how he feels

He must be a little shameful because he doesn't mean to hurt you and make you think that he doesn't trust you

He'll need a lot of cuddles after talking about this, like a chill night with a movie and pizza

Nagi Seishiro

I don't think he gets jealous to begin with

But if he does he's straight forward I guess but not with telling you “I'm jealous”

More like “ I don't like them/when this happens” or “don't hang out with them anymore”

You have to dig to know why he doesn't like it

HE'S CLINGY

You cannot move, forbidden, you're stuck in his limbs

That's when he's holding in your neck or back that he's most likely to say that he's jealous

He must scared that you'll get bored with him sometimes

Tell him that you love spending date indoor and chill things and he's back on track

he is literally a magenta lemon shark (*gasp* a strawberry lemonade shark… bro my fucking mind)

you two would literally be the “excuse me, he asked for no pickles” bf x standing behind you at the register bf

i do believe he has a good amount of self-confidence but only speaks when he feels it’s necessary so he’s completely cool with you being the more assertive one in the relationship

he is also so so loyal. one of the most loyal men you’ll ever meet and is just as reliable off the field as he is on field

i feel like he isn’t a big fan of pda so you gotta show him your love when you two are alone cause it feels a lot more special to him. besides you guys prob gotta hide it from all the bltv cameras anyway

when he warms up to the relationship more, he’ll absolutely love physical affection from you even becoming clingy for your attention once you two are alone

you absolutely love doting on him (i mean just look at him) and he clearly enjoys that type of attention from you so much but would never admit it out loud

he is literally the perfect height for easy discreet forehead kisses so you can simply sneak one in quickly and walk off before he can fully process it

it’s so cute how short he is that if you’re able to pick him up, you would (if he’s comfortable with it ofc) but if he gets a leg cramp during training, then that’s the perfect excuse to carry him off the field so he can rest

when he gets flustered, it’s just the most adorable sight ever. his cheeks getting just as pink as his hair and him nervously gritting his teeth, possibly hiding his face in his shirt collar

speaking of his hair if you two share the same dorm room together, you could offer to do his braid for him in the morning before practice or a big match. such a simple yet sweet act of affection that makes his heart flutter when he feels your hand going through his hair

you’ve ever seen those tiktoks of a lemon shark getting nose rubs? yeah it’s exactly like that

don’t get me started on his teeth. he seems pretty neutral about his shark like features so feel free to openly gush about how cute they are to him. he’ll probably let you poke and prod at the pointy ends when he feels like it

he gives me a partner who just randomly bites you affectionately vibes and i’m not just saying that bc of his serrated teeth (it is mainly bc of that) but i can imagine whenever he doesn’t feel like expressing his love verbally, he just gives you a good ol’ chomp right on the meat of your bicep!

the way he repeats his last words (it’s a speech tic idc what anyone says) is also so so endearing that part of his character is just *chefs kiss*

you two were probably pretty subtle about your relationship only bc you two mutually agreed on not being too open about it with the others plus your teammates won’t expect such a pairing anyway.

can you imagine their surprise when they do find out? it probably started out with some of the observant ones noticing how weirdly… ‘close’ you two have gotten. small rumors forming about what possible relationship you have with kurona, mainly thanks to you accidentally slipping out a pet name one time while you were greeting him in front of the team

until all their suspicions are confirmed when one of your teammates spots you two kissing when you thought you were completely inconspicuous and alone

once the secret was out, you two were certainly crowned the cutest boyfriends in blue lock

kurona wasn't an affectionate person, per se. he was subtle with his touches but something led you to become skeptical over your boyfriend not being his usual self.

there was something off.. a gloomy glaze over his eyes that wasn't often there. aside from that, the way he'd hold onto you felt as though he'd wished your consolation?

he was clinging to you the way a koala would to a tree branch.

kurona was engrossed in your warmth, resistant in being pulled away from you as his hands would drape over your soft tummy, the other laying underneath the small of your back whilst his head would lean against your shoulder.

he'd elicit small content hums as you pet his head, fingertips gently coursing through his scalp to provide him with simple massage.

he would watch in adoration at how your fingers would twirl his braid around, poking and prodding at his burnt maroon hair.

after a while, you'd moved on to tracing each braid in a repeated motion, which he found to be rather soothing.

a flurry thoughts would storm your mind, concern washing over you as you'd contemplate waiting it out or asking directly, soon settling for the latter.

"you okay, love?" you'd whisper softly amidst the comfortable silence that seemed to encase the two of you mere minutes prior.

kurona would slowly shake his head against your shoulder in reponse yet remain quiet about the reason, causing you to sigh as you'd bring up the blanket over your figures.

"you can tell me.. it's fine, it's what i'm here for."

with your simple reassurance, kurona would stare up at you in complete awe as you'd notice the draining twinkle in his eyes, one that was just recently shining brightly and served as a reminder of his dedication and love for football.

"i haven't been doing so well on the team lately, coach keeps entrusting isagi with everything." he'd confess, parting away from you slightly to better view the sympathetic expression you'd hold over your features.

"aw love, that's okay. you don't need to compare yourself to isagi. you're special in your own way and if the coach can't see that then force him to."

the comfort that your words seemed to evoke from him was astronomical as he'd nestle his head into your shoulder further and embrace you tightly. with a small giggle, your arms would embrace him as well.

"he can only look at isagi for so long, right?" your teasing remark stretched a smile over his face and would showcase his adorable shark teeth.

your smile would widen upon seeing his shark teeth, your memories only able to recall previous poses he'd made in photos which would exhibit his shark teeth.

it was one of your favorite things about him.

he'd nod in regards to your statement before planting a kiss to your cheek in gratitude, his spirit uplifted even in the slightest bit. what a lucky guy he was.

"you're gonna be great, i promise."

⤿ warnings : irresponsible drivers, mentions of accidents; i'm from the usa so some terms are american-centric (i tried to be more accurate to japanese traffic), also the minimum legal driving age in japan is 18? i'm ignoring that lol sorry

LICENSE TO DRIVE! never more than 5 km over the limit if he can help it; stays in the left lane and only moves to the right when passing; uses signals correctly; the model law-abiding citizen! might be a tad too generous in letting others have the right-of-way. minimal phone usage. passed his driving test with flying colors! always the designated driver for his friends and family, at times wondering if they only use him for his car...

yukimiya, hiori, noa, AGI, barou, julien

GREASED LIGHTNIN'! lax with the law. not too irresponsible, but certainly not a stickler for the rules of the road. his car is a bit messy inside, with random papers on the floor and stains he doesn't remember acquiring. goes out for a drive to clear his head sometimes. definitely does that thing where he puts his arm on the back of the passenger seat when reversing and looks good doing it. often drives with one hand, speeds when the roads clear, and forgets to use his signals sometimes. luckily, no accidents yet!

chigiri, kunigami, rin, sae, kurona, kaiser, OLIVER, lavinho, prince, karasu

BABY DRIVER! trying his best. nervous at large intersections, terrified of pedestrians, and brakes too hard at sharp turns. hands grip the wheel at ten-and-two, constantly checking his mirrors and paranoid of a disaster. won't drive others unless they're family and refuses to drive in rain or snow. prefers to have the radio off, he needs to concentrate if he wants to arrive in one piece. he'd honestly rather take public transport if he can – driving is a pain.

TOKIMITSU, isagi, nanase, aryu, zantetsu, nikko

FAST AND FURIOUS! don't let him on the road. whether it's sheer lack of skill or thirst for an adrenaline rush, his driving habits are atrocious – honking at pedestrians, road raging, and always assuming he has the right-of-way. either blasts music while one arm hangs out of the window or talks on the phone the whole ride. has definitely gotten into an accident at least once. buckle up! it's truly terrifying to be in the passenger seat.

SHIDOU, raichi, ness, sendo

HELLO TAXI! doesn't drive. if he needs a ride, chances are he can find someone else willing to chauffer him or will settle for public transportation. prefers to sit shotgun and control the music. judges other cars on the road, pointing out ugly ones or reading aloud funny license plates. doesn't plan on driving anytime soon, he's content with letting someone else take the blame for any accidents.

He might act startled or flustered for half a second, but don't let it fool you. Prepare yourself to get complimented back inmediatly after. Being as stubborn as you are, you don't back down and both of you start throwing compliments at the other, earning some successful blushes in the meantime.

Too bad for you, your boyfriend has every aspect he loves of you ready to fire and believe me, he loves a lot of you. In the end, you're left speechless as he just keeps going on and on with no intention to stop. The moment you barely hesitate, he excitedly takes it as a win and laughs. When you pout slightly, he gently holds your chin with one hand and angles your head to kiss your cheek softly.

You smile at this and decide to feed his ego a little more. His hands hold you tighter with each sentence. When he still ask for more, you roll your eyes in false annoyance and nuzzle your mouth in his chest so your next words come out muffled and he inevitably doesn't hear them.

"Hey, not fair! Come here!"

He lifts your face and he can see you with a devious smile that he thought was hot as fuck. He starts covering you in quick kisses. You laugh and try to squeeze away from your grasp, but his strong hold refrains you to do so. Only if you knew how much your nice words affected him in a good way.

The moment those words leave your lips, he's already got a cute blush across his cheeks. He frowns and clings to you despite your height difference, nuzzling his face on your skin to hide the embarrassment. You notice and, being the nice girlfriend you are, decide to tease him about it.

Your comments only make him blush harder. He refrains from speaking up, knowing he'll stutter. You feel his rapid heartbeat against you and start to feel somewhat bad for him; therefore, you sweetly caress his hair. His hold on you tightens as he clearly relaxes under your touch.

"Honey, I can't breathe-"

You let out a strangled breath before your boyfriend loosens up a little. He lifts his now smiling face and kisses you gently. His soft lips make you melt in his arms at the caring affection. He pulls back just enough to look in your shining eyes and whisper.

"I love you so much"

Actions speak louder than words

You two are sitting up on the bed. He has you on his lap and his arms lazily hugging your waist. You lean your head on his chest and listen to his rhythmic heartbeat. You're just silently enjoying each other's touch and company, deciding that today you'll comfortably spend some quality time together.

"You're the best boyfriend I could ask for."

Surprised at your way to break the silence, the boy is left speechless and doesn't know what to say. His heart starts to beat faster and love fills his every being. His hands now travel further around your body as he keeps you close in a protective embrace. He leaves a whisper of a kiss in your forehead and nuzzles the top of your head.

He doesn't have to say anything for you to know that your words had the expected effect on him. Just know that he's gonna pay it back to you tenfold with the best cuddles in the world.

Aaaaaa I have a love-hate relationship with writing general hc. I get to dump my ideas but I'm so scared to make them ooc.

Today was like any other at Blue Lock, you had Ego roasting everyone, (Y/n) and Anri trying to get him to eat something healthy and the boys doing their own thing with training. By now it was lunch time and the players along with (Y/n) were sent to eat as Anri and Ego went through some papers and plans for the upcoming trainings, as well as the match with the U-20 team.

'I am so hungry... Bachira kept me away from eating the whole morning. Why did he ask me to watch his dribbling even?!'

The girl blinked as she walked towards the cafeteria, cringing as she heard loud screaming from her friends.

"I am not dealing with this today. I think Ego-san has left some unattended yakisoba in the fridge." The girl said with a bittersweet smile. As much as they were annoying at times, she held the team close to her heart.

'They are good guys... but I am not dealing with their shenanigans today.'

Now the cafeteria wasn't like this the whole time, since 20 minutes ago it was very quiet and the boys were honestly minding their own business. Well that was until Nagi logged into his phone and saw a rather peculiar post. He raised his eyebrow in disgust as he read the caption on the post.

'Going to meet this cutie soon🩷'

"How did Oliver Aiku get a picture of our manager?" Nagi whispered to Reo, who was sitting next to him. The question caused his friend to spit out his drink and look at Nagi in shock and confusion.

"What do you mean?"

"He posted this... now that I look at the picture more, it could be the one when she went to help out during a JFU press conference."

"Give me that!"

Nagi let Reo take his phone, while he was seething on the inside.

'Now I regret not sneaking off that day. With my frame nobody would have gotten a picture of her.'

"This can't be for real... Oliver Aiku, the biggest player Japan witnessed!" Reo groaned, catching the attention of Aryu and the former Team Z members.

"What is it with Oliver Aiku?" Aryu asked, walking over to the table.

"Don't tell me you are afraid of playing against him." Chigiri teased.

"It's not that... just look." Reo groaned, showing Aryu the post. The boy stopped playing with the ends of his hair when he read the post, looking in horror at the pro-player's post.

"Not him of all people! We need to keep (Y/n) as far away as possible! He is too ugly to be in her presence. "

"I know! But how?"

"This is such a hassle... can I just hit him in the head with the ball or something?"

"What is this about (Y/n)? And what does Aiku have to do with her?" Baro questioned, the cafeteria now completely silent when they mentioned the girl's name.

"Oliver Aiku seems to have some interest in her. Look." Aryu sighed, giving Baro the phone. The long haired boy sat down as what was left of Team Z approached them.

"What do you mean? How does he even know about her?" Bachira pouted, while Kunigami and Gagamaru were on high alert.

"This isn't good, we can't let that bastard near her." Isagi added as Chigiri nodded his head.

"Especially with his history with women... Yeah, (Y/n) is way better off not knowing him." Otoya added, a little annoyed that the pro-player knew of their manager.

"So what's the plan? It's not like all of us can stay around her all the time."

"Are we fighting?" Kurona and Karasu came, curious as to what they are supposed to do.

"We can't really do that. There will be a lot of cameras, and with Oliver Aiku being as popular as he is, they will follow every move." Yukimiya said, adjusting his glasses as the rest groaned. Rin kept quiet as he searched for the said post to see it with his own eyes, and sure enough it was there. What made it worse in Rin's eyes was that even his own brother, Itoshi Sae liked it. That pretty much set a blaze of anger off and Rin got up from his seat.

"Well that's the only option we have. Some of us will be on the bench or be called for a switch. We need to keep that guy away from (Y/n)." Rin said to the group, who all nodded their heads.

"Alright then! It's settled, we are doing our best to win against the U-20 and keep Aiku away." Isagi said after he finally calmed Bachira down.

"Of course. Can you imagine that asshole near (Y/n)?" Baro tsked, not liking that image in the slightest.

"Right! (Y/n) is so sweet and kind, Aiku is totally not for her." Aryu sighed as the others nodded along.

"Right, she is suited for someone like me." Otoya added suddenly, earning glares from his fellow teammates.

"Hell no! (Y/n) doesn't even know you that well! I am more her type, she is so calm and collected, perfect for me!" Bachira said, sending a warning glare to the white/green-haired boy.

"Her type? Bachira you are rough and wild, there is no way (Y/n) will want to be with you. Me on the other hand, I am the perfect gentleman." Chigiri said smugly. Kunigami rolled his eyes at the redhead's comment along with Gagamaru.

"Then I am the perfect candidate, also physically I am superior too, who else will protect her when it's necessary."

"Now when we talk about physique, I am far superior than you are. My queen would be much happier with me." Baro said, getting into Kunigami's face.

"Well, (Y/n) might not be into muscles. Besides, with the way she is always so kind and sweet to me, I am sure I am winning."

Isagi's comment irritated Rin and the younger Itoshi got into his face now.

"You winning next to me? We all know the best striker wins here, and that is me. Keep your hands off of her."

"You all are acting as if I am not in the clear win here, after all I am the richest. I could offer (Y/n) anything her heart desires." Reo added with a pout as Nagi shook his head.

"I think she would prefere a calm and quiet life. So I am the ideal partner there, you lose."

"Nagi, shut up!"

"I think (Y/n) and I would be a good match too. She looks happy when talking to me." Gagamaru commented while his face turned red.

"That's in her glamorous nature, Gagamaru." Aryu added while sighing.

By now the whole cafeteria was in total chaos, a mix of arguments over who the better match for (Y/n) was or singing praises about the girl.

Outside, (Y/n) and Hiori were playing rock, paper, scissors on who will yell at them to stop.

"What even started the argument?" (Y/n) asked, sighing at her loss as the boy shook his head.

"I don't know. I was practicing my dribbling and then came to you." Hiori said, blushing a little at the closeness.

'She smells really sweet today~'

As the day of the U-20 and Blue Lock 11 match approached, (Y/n) grew more and more anxious, hoping the boys will be able to handle the pressure. The whole of Japan was watching and she did her best to be on the call as soon as one of her friends needed help. Barely paying attention to anyone outside of her team, (Y/n) never noticed how every time Aiku tried to approach her or how one of the boys, usually Baro or Kunigami would whisk her away or glare at the player.

he doesn’t know shit about volleyball but he will learn by himself to understand when he see you play

it doesn’t matter if you’re pro or not, he likes to come see you play

don’t expect him to scream or whatever, but he tries to come every time

he wants to know more about strategy or your position in the team (libero, setter, ect)

the more he learn about it, the happier he is

will make you dinner or bento according to your daily training

he always knows what to do when you’re sore and can’t move because of the pain, but won’t do much for you because he’s in the same state

or he would be annoying and tells you things like “you should’ve stretch better”

comment whenever he thinks you played well or not

will try to help you do your best

running date

for fem body people, he’s really cautious if you’re on your period and tells you to be careful + give you pain killer along with your lunch

not your first fan bc your friends are way too extreme but he comes just after them <3

i’m not sure he’s that careful about his diet but if you are, he’ll listen to you and it can be an excuse to spend time with you

he likes coming with you for groceries

You always have to put an end to the fight he starts it

But if you're violent enough he'll end up being clingy bc you're hot

Kurona + basketball

he tries to make it to all of your matches

he seems like a big fan of basketball, i think he follows NBA play closely beside football

first hype boy man, you never fell down with him

and if you do, he’ll cheer you up like nobody else can, even your team mate

he always here to give you advices if you need

but he also loves to hear your point about his training and how he can get better

i feel like your better at building your training than him so he likes to do it with you

he would love to play with you sometimes, outside when the weather is fine with it is the best

he’s kinda insecure if some people came along and they’re better than him but thats still not his sport so it’s fine

me personally i have a pref for fem!chigiri going through middle school with a badass short wolfcut then growing it out to hide (like in canon) BUT ALSO fem!chigiri who had long hair that she was v proud of and cutting it off after her injury leaving her more or less unrecognizable and keeping it short and being known as prince rather than princess

fem!karasu who still has a wackass haircut that she somehow manages to pull off

fem!nagi cutting her own hair because it was a pain to grow out but also a pain to leave to get it cut and she somehow managed to do a great job at it (even if she wanted to give up the entire time) and it being roughly jaw length. and fem!reo getting a professional to cut it after they meet up.

random drunk headcanons of various bllk characters:

sae – face and neck gets really red. like almost the color of his hair. still doesn’t talk much even when drunk although he occasionally cracks a joke here and there but no one gets it cuz they think he’s serious

isagi – clumsy as fuck once the alcohol hits. man is stumbling and falling around everywhere + he hiccups

rin – lightweight. give him a can of beer and hes out. also an emotional drunk. mainly talks and babbles about sae and you know its time to go home when he starts covering his face cuz hes crying (about sae)

oliver – the drunk uncle kind of drunk. can drink like a sailor but with every pint he finishes he gets louder and louder til he’s full on yelling (he thinks hes just speaking normally), also the one who proposes to everyone that they should get a drink. sings a lot too while under the influence (he’s bad at it sad to say…)

karasu – the philosophical when drunk. literally starts a whole debate about anything and still continues to assess people but more upfront now. will literally air out all the problems you seem to have with just a cold hard stare for about 5 minutes. becomes the group’s therapist

nagi – knocked out just after one sip. doesn’t drink, doesn’t want to drink, got forced by reo to go with them and now he’s sleeping soundly at the edge of the couch. (he’s the guy that everyone thinks got shitfaced drunk thats why he passed out but no)

reo – the dd or the designated driver. also pays for everyone’s drinks + anything the guys break at the club/bar/karaoke/etc. can handle liquor like a boss he is. ends up drinking one on one with one the last man standing guys since everyone is now literally shit faced drunk (usually its karasu) and opts to buy the hardest whiskey the club/bar/karaoke/etc. has to offer just to “unwind” no reo, you just have money and liver of gold

bachira – the one that ends up breaking something/s because he got the zoomies from drinking too much

chigiri – drinks cocktails like long islands, etc. cuz he’s chigiri

aryu – also only drinks cocktails OR wine 🍷 #styl

tokimitsu – got peer pressured (by otoya) into drinking a lot and is now a babbling mess

otoya – talks a lot of shit for someone who’s also another lightweight. initiates the drinking games that caused 75% of the group to blackout from drinking a lil too much. tried to invite girls in but got blocked by kunigami

kunigami – drinks only a little cuz he’s that one saint that looks over the group when everyone is wasted. bless up kunigami 🙏

shidou – the first one to get shitfaced blackout drunk. like actually. the moment they arrive at the venue, he orders the hardest thing on the menu and downs it in one go. (otoya instigates saying “bet you cant drink that shit in a minute and shidou goes BET) also the one breaking tables with bachira because they were playing the floor is lava and you know how that went… also makes fun of rin for crying about sae (“pussy!” -shidou 2k23)

kurona – sits at the corner drinking his own cup and eventually does get a lil tipsy. you can tell with how he repeats words more frequently and how he mispronounces them

hiori – the gunner aka the one who pours the drinks to everyone. also can take liquor like a man! liver of steel i tell you that. they cannot escape hiori when it’s someone’s turn to drink like .. he will deadass follow you around with your cup if its your turn like… nothing will stop my man hiori! will also give you a side eye if you pass this round . but that’s just him

yukimiya – doesn’t want to drink but is forced to drink since hiori keeps following him around. is a little lightweight since he doesn’t drink at all. also gets free drinks from random strangers because they think he’s hot (mostly from the ladies with their numbers under the cup) is the one that got side eyed by hiori since he passed this round.. again

Going for Dim Sum w/BLLK

I just finished eating i’m so full rn

Just some hcs while i digest.

ISAGI: Good boi, keeps refilling your teacup. Accidentally burns his tongue on xiao long tang bao and whimpers about it. Pretty adventurous, willing to try most stuff, really likes the siu mai and egg tarts (like literally everyone else inthe world does) (egg tart haters dni w/author [lol]).

BACHIRA: Tries to eat at least one of everything even after you warn him that’s a terrible idea. Passes out halfway through one of those huge lotus-leaf-wrapped glutinous rice boiled dumplings and only revives after you dribble half a cup of the degreasing, digestive tea into his mouth with his spoon.

CHIGIRI: Keeps slipping food onto your plate when you aren’t looking. Likes sipping the soup out of the xiao long tang dumplings with the ginger and vinegar. Looks super elegant while doing it as well.

KUNIGAMI: Mouth consistently full of cha sau bao. Eats heartily and keeps reamarking on how well you’ve chosen the dishes. “Here, try this”-es you a lot, like you’re not the one who’s got the most experience.

RIN: Keeps trying to puzzle out what the dishes mean based on their meanings in Kanji. Unfortunately, since kanji and Chinese don’t always match, it leads to some weird questions for you. That’s “beef noodles,” not “beef face” (牛肉面) (yes i know that’s technically not rlly dim sum just let me turn brain off ok?).

REO: Foots the bill. Insists on ordering way too much, probably gets some expensive abalone thing you’ve never tried before. Visibly preens when you refil his teacup or puts food on his plate. Making friends with all the waitresses pushing the carts full of food around by the end.

NAGI: Asks for congee or something since it’s simple and he doesn’t know what he likes (trying new things is a hassle...). Eventually gets entranced with peeling the steamed bao and nibbling on the outsides (aka you hand-feeding him the peels). Asks for dessert soup and pouts when he discovers ginko nut is bitter.

BAROU: Keeps trying to outhost you, the host. You can’t eat all this food. Barou, stop, that’s enough! Have another siu mai or something and let other people have a taste, okay?

KURONA: Munch munch munch. Doesn’t talk much but always chewing when you look over. Gives you the thumbs-up whenever he finds something he likes. Particularly enamored with those super-crispy fried yam balls with mincemeat in the filling.

HIORI: Asks questions about everything and always responds with something along the lines of, “Ah, that’s cool!” Likes the crystal shrimp dumplings (ha gao) the best.

ZANTETSU: Tries to claim the skins of chee cheong fan are something like the remains of silkmaking until you stare at him for too long. No, they’re like a giant steamed rice noodle...

IGARASHI: Distracted by the people rolling out, filling, and pinching dumplings shut in the kitchen.

GAGAMARU: No, he cannot try and carve the Peking duck himself. That’s the waiter’s job. Stares too long at the lobsters and fish in the tanks. No, you will *not* be organizing an aquatic jailbreak of any sort today. Does he want to order something else, or...? Uncanny knack for figuring out what food is in which cart by smell alone.

NANASE: Woah, look at all this new food! So exicitng! Cheeks stuffed all the time, looks adorable while doing it, would probably eat a gravel dumpling if you asked him to. (But it really is all super good, don’t worry about him!)

YUKIMIYA: Tries to communicate in gestures to the staff. Resorts to just smiling a lot. Ends up finishing most of the carrot cake even though he’s not super fond of the yammy taste.

NIKO: Looks like he’s not doing much then when you look back, two full steamer baskets are empty. Salted egg custard supremacy.

KAISER: Tries to get you to feed him by claiming he can’t use chopsticks. You flag down the waitress and ask her for a fork. He gets the only fork they have, a tiny plastic one with a cartoon lion on it, meant for toddlers, and a matching teaspoon + plate. Visibly crestfallen.
