oh yea i've known about this for a while, i recognized the move right away. the problem is is that there's not actually anything they can legally do about it, i'm not sure but i don't think you can specifically copyright a move, so the best they can do is publically name and shame, which is what is happening in this instance. and i am a bit surprised by that, i wasn't expecting ateez themselves to do anything so blatant (i was expecting something to come from the choreographers, which it also did), bc it's a big risk for the idols themselves to do that kind of thing. i'm also surprised that it's taken so long to get out? like it's been WEEKS, which is why i thought ateez were just ignoring it/counselled by kq to not say anything, but oof now that they've actually done something it got real big real fast
