Dex: *breaks into the registery files aka supposedly the one of the highest security databases in the whole world and while he’s doing it breaks into all the other intelligent species networks as well. Supposedly manifests at twelve but he says he’s always been good with gadgets so he probably manifested before that. Manages to restrict the abilities of a literal super elf who was ‘made’ by some on the smartest elves and gnomes to ever exist (they spent years ‘making’ her by the way.) does this all before he turns 14*

So I was thinking about the whole elves-being-naturally-prettier-than-humans thing because that was always sort of weird to me when I FINALLY think I figured it out.
Humans used to know about the elves, and there are some things they still remember—hence myths about Atlantis and such. Reality is, humans and elves resembled each other in a lot of ways, but elves put themselves on a pedestal as better than every other species (that’s, like, canon, and better be addressed more fully at some point?) and that’s probably a part of the reasons humans “betrayed” the elves—they got sick of hearing that elves were better.
But it was just sort of implanted in their minds, though they weren’t fans of the idea, and elves didn’t go to great lengths to erase that idea from their minds. So humans remember myths and some things about elves, and Atlantis being the underwater city………and beauty standards.
It’s not that elves are naturally prettier than humans. It’s that human beauty standards are shaped around the natural looks of elves.

Time says "take care of anything left here; we're on our way"

Aaaaaalso the chain already knew that. Apparently those two just leave and talk lol
"They always have private conversations it's nothing new"
Also everyone was ready to go
And Time and Twilight didn't have their full armor on- indicating Time and Twilight are the two who will hang back in, "we're on our way"
So! For Time content... I think we've got a conversation coming up
And if I'm right, I think it's cool how they're so close and just wanna talk and work stuff out...

You know those dairies with a heart shaped lock that were everywhere in elementary book fairs? Those are the Secret Life task books to me. Each player has a key that only works on their lock and it’ll only open when they have an active task or a new one to complete

Ok but I haven't seen anyone talk about the fact that Scar, while processing that he won and it was all over, let a random Zombie get him down to an inch of his life before seemingly deciding to actually hand his task in instead of letting himself die just yet. In his POV he kept glancing at the zombie and back to where he thought Pearl to still have been alive moments prior, making no effort to fight it as if to say "it's okay for me to die here, then?"
And if we go with the idea that he is stuck in a loop of handing in his task only to get the task to win again, imagine that as he remains on half a heart eternally. Where's the fan content for THAT

Surely someone must have written the Everlark Gilmore Girls AU right? Because like -
Fiercely independent single mother Katniss Everdeen raising her sweet, intelligent daughter Prim (who is so close in age they’re practically sisters), and friends with the bakery/café owner Peeta who keeps her fed in cheese buns and bread, and sees her everyday while quietly and patiently pining.
FT: Best friend Madge who Katniss later opens a business with. Grumpy town eccentric Haymitch. Flamboyant dance studio owner and gossip Effie. Prim's best friend Rue who Katniss also ends up mothering because that's who she is. Estranged mother Mrs Everdeen who Katniss felt abandoned by but adores Prim. Local fashion designer Cinna who took Katniss in when she first arrived.
And then Prim’s father and Katniss’s teenage sweetheart Gale comes back around periodically wanting another chance but doesn’t realise they’ve changed too much to ever be together.

What other fandoms are you interested in beside DC?
We can go though my past relationships with Fandoms
the very first fandom I got into was Percy Jackson. I feel like if you didn't have a Percy Jackson Phase, you're an NPC
I was very into reading in middle school, so I had a lot of phases, but the most memorable book fandoms I've been in in middle school were "Keepers of the Lost Cities" and "The Hunger Games" and another one, but I can not remember what it was for the life of me.
8th grade was also the beginning of my MCU Phase.
And then Freshman year, and the pandemic hit, and this is where I begin to get into a lot of different fandoms.
Avatar the Last Airbender, Legends of Korra, She-Ra Princesses of Power, Voltron Legendary defenders, Miraculous Ladybug, The Owl House, Oh god and those are the only ones I remember.
BRO I HAD A DC TITANS PHASE BACK IN SOPHOMORE YEAR, I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THAT. I can never finish that show. Even when I wasn't a harcore DC fan. I think that show had great casting, the writing just sucked tho.
I started watching the Young Justice TV show beginning of senior year, and then I took a break, from DC content, watched Steven Universe, and then I read Dark Matter by mysterycyclone, and then I completely nosedived into DCAU content, and fanfics, and then I started reading comics storylines that kept popping up in fanfics, and then read comics more casually, and then... Gotham Wars. So, I wrote my first fanfic October 13 2023.

The deity boredly tossed the hoop a few more times before finally losing interest and giving a loud audible groan. This was getting a bit too repetitive for their taste.
"They're nothing to dooo!!" They whined.
Their partner however didn't seem surprised by the Hoopa's boredom... Either that or they were too transfixed with paperwork to really care. He just replied nonchalantly.
"Something entertaining!" They grumbled as they shifted their hoop back and forth between their hands.
The Hoopa's expression of excitement quickly melted into an annoyed scowl. They never wanted to have any fun, how boring!
They cringed, "Ughhh! No way!"
Irritated, they gave a dramatic huff before lying on the strange floating cube. "It doesn't! I just don't feel like bugging Del!" They said quite loudly. The Meowstic just gave a hum in return, "Are you sure of that? If I'm not mistaken, it sounds like you're still avoiding them, I doubt they're still mad about the little incident."
He paused, shifting a paper over to his 'read' pile while he gave the Hoopa a concerned glance. "Why are you lying on that? Didn't Aludra tell you those things weren't toys? I doubt they're designed to support you're body weight."
The Hoopa just gave a shrug, "If she didn't want me playing with them she shouldn't made them so entertaining! If anything, It's her fault for putting them in here!"
