Caveat
Backgrounds inform who we are as people.
I've said this before so I won't harp on it too long but Bella growing up as the child of a divorced household, with her mother, is a huge influence on who she is as a person we see in canon and you can't just stick her in the Old Kingdom and tell her to go nuts.
Similar with Kebi.
I can do my best but I'm really just guessing here.
Bella
Easy, she gets the Demetri offer.
Bella is a slave turned by Amun, she might be dazzled by the idea of having become a goddess/in service of the god Amun, but I imagine this wanes as Egypt falls and the Volturi come into power.
She may get the offer right then and there as Aro would be very interested in Amun not having this girl who can block his gift. However, if she doesn't then, she certainly does when Demetri gets the offer.
Given at this point Bella's been through much suffering she might very well take the offer. There is a chance she uses her gift to resist Chelsea (but Demetri probably walks anyway) and sticks with Amun hating everything and herself and is a miserable person as Kebi herself was.
Kebi
No gift?
If she stays with her mother/doesn't return to Forks then she's fine.
If for some reason she goes to Forks when her mother remarries she gets eaten by Edward.
Conclusion
Everyone loses.

Yandere Egyptian coven headcanons

Since they mostly go out at night, you most likely had caught one of them feeding or caught there eye while taking a nighttime walk
In my opinion i think this could go 2 ways, depending on who saw you first.
If it were Amun and Kebi I think it would be more of a platonic yandere thing maybe where you reminded them of a child. in this scenario, you could be either a human or a young vampire (turned around teenage years).
Benjamin and Tia would pretty much be like siblings, Tia being the quiet sister who would help you with homework or chores and Benjamin would be the brother who always helped bail you out of trouble.
If Benjamin and Tia found you congrats, you have two lovesick vampire puppy's.
They would probably take you in that moment not caring on the earful Amun would give them when they returned home.
If human, they would explain everything and inevitably turn you.
If a vampire, they would mostly stick to introductions.
No matter what the situation, you'll end up with the whole coven yandere for you in some way.

Kebi was born 2767 BCE during The Early Dynastic Period of Egypt, and turned at the age of 40 in 2727 BCE by Amun's brother Montu. Though initially tried for high treason against the gods, Kebi was spared on the behest of Amun; and taken on as a thrall in his humble halls in Waset, modern day Thebes. It would take millennia for Kebi and Amun to truly call one another husband and wife, but when the time finally came; they would watch the world they knew crumble and burn. Today Kebi stands by her mate's ambitions to re-establish the Egyptian Coven, acting as a mentor to both Benjamin and Tia whilst guarding secrets that could change the course of history.

I do, in fact, accept requests--thank you for wanting to hear what I have to say :)
My short answer--given that I don't exactly admire Vlad's or Stefan's personal character (for reasons more thoroughly outlined here)--is twofold: they will either treat their mate "not well At All" or "very well, but not in a strictly healthy way." The "not well At All" assumes a relationship dynamic like the one between the canon Volturi kings and their tower-bound wives, or between Amun and Kebi, in which the former have considerable power over the latter and choose to abuse that power, physically mistreating their mate through forced confinement (or, going off of certain common Volturi headcanons) having other, not-mate-approved lovers on the side just Because They Can. Considering Vlad and Stef's penchant for doing bad things to humans just Because They Can, I would not be entirely surprised if this were the case.
However, given SMeyer's militant insistence on the mate relationship being "unconditionally and irrevocably" positive, I would say their relationship would most likely be the latter: "very well, but not in a strictly healthy way." And the Gold Standard for this model, of course, is (surprise surprise) the relationship between Edward and Bella. Edward outwardly treats Bella very well--he spoils her silly with expensive gifts and whisks her away to private sex islands; he shows her off in public (even though she's just a mousy little human!); he is ready to kill and/or die for her at the drop of a hat--but under the surface of that nice treatment lies constantly simmering jealousy, gaslighting/manipulation, and a simultaneous superiority/inferiority complex that manifests in emotionally abusive "hot/cold" behavior towards Bella. So while I think being the mate of two ancient, socially powerful vampires could be very rewarding in certain respects--excepting the nomadic lifestyle, you'd definitely be getting treated like royalty--it is likely that unless this mate is even older/more powerful than them, they may become unhealthily protective and possessive. That being said, if their mate is older/more powerful, then you might get the incredibly interesting parallel dynamic of Vlad and Stefan both striving to please this legendary vampire for whom one mate could never be enough... Now what a tale that would be!

Well, I answered something similar about The Romanians way back; it is to send a message to the world. Both The Romanians and what remains of The Egyptian Coven helps push two very important narratives The Volturi wants people to be aware of.
If you stand up against The Volturi, you will be taken out and made an example out of (The Romanians).
If you lay down your weapons and are willing to talk peacefully, you will be spared (Amun & Kebi).
Also, Amun has never truly crossed Aro or The Volturi. When they sent diplomats both Amun and Kebi said ‘This is fair, we do not want to lay down our lives for the lifestyle we have lived’, and in turn they were spared. There is no laws against recruiting members to your coven; so Demetri’s turning was not illegal. Keeping coven members secret is not illegal either, so Benjamin is on safe ground as well; not that I think Aro wants to poach him either way.
The closest Amun has come to get into a fight with Aro or The Volturi is when he came to Carlisle’s aid as a friend, and when he saw the fight could easily turn ugly he gave Aro the information he needed about Renesmee and departed the battlefield with Kebi. In my opinion Amun has no ambition to rise against The Volturi at the moment, he simply wants to live in peace. Does he love Aro? No, but he is in my opinion wise enough to see that what The Volturi has done has been for the best in the long run.
There is no reason for Aro to go after Amun at the present, the two of them are two exceptional immortals that have been playing a silent chess game for millennia; and they are both comfortable with that.

Okay, the way I imagine Kebi - they don’t date. They conquer and dominate with their pure love.
Kebi is never playing around, like if you say something ignorant and stupid they would tell you. No shenanigans.
Their favourite time of the day is early morning, where the coldest night faces a sun beams of a breaking dawn.
You wanted to move from Egypt, but they just gave you that one questioning look “like are you okay?”
Did I mention their lifetime partner Amun? Oh yeah they’re centuries long partners, and you presence enriches their lives. You feel always safe and welcome in their arms.

Kebi Soft Alphabet

A= Affection (how do they show affection)
Kebi is definitely a shy woman at first. She is more of an acts of service girl herself too. She sees how Amun’s treats his mate and tries to do the same but once she is more comfortable I think her love language will turn into words of affirmation.
B= Beautiful (what is their pet name for you)
In my mind Kebi likes to use her native tongue. I’m pretty sure sure it would be habibti which would translate into my love. Or sweetie if she’s asking for you, like if she needs something she uses the ‘sweetie could you come here for a second?’
C= Cuddles (Are they a cuddly person?)
She is overly protected in the coven and she knows that so she keeps any affection for when the two of you are alone. In private yes very cuddly. She likes to collect weighted blankets and lay under the night sky with you. While she is mostly a top in bed when it comes to cuddling she is little spoon.
D= Domestic (Do they want to settle down? What kind of future do they want)
Of course! I don’t think this answer will change for most characters I write for but once Kebi is in, she’s in. She’s not going anywhere, she would give you the world if she could. So if you want a wedding you’ll have a wedding, ns it’s going to be the best she can manage. If you want some space away from the coven sometimes she will try her hardest to at least get some time when the two of you can be alone
E= End (How would they break up with their partners if they had to? What would make them do that in the first place?)
I think if she had to end things with she would just say so. It would be hard to even get her there but she would build up the courage and give it to you straight. I think the only thing that would cause this would be if you’re unwilling to turn OR her coven was calling you out on something you lied about or weren’t doing right by her. She would trust them because they have always had her best interests at heart and she wouldn’t like any dishonesty from you
F= Fear (Whats something that terrifies them)/ Fiance (How would they propose)
The volturi. And more so the Cullens. They always seem to be conveniently coming to your coven as friends when they need something, she liked it better when it was just Carlisle.
She is alright with getting married but you have to be proposing bb. She won’t think about it otherwise, why would she when she already had you?
G= Gentle (How gentle are they emotionally, physically?)
I would say it’s also hard to get to know Kebi emotionally. She tries not to burden anyone because she always feels like they have to protect her as she’s not really a fighter when it comes down to it. She doesn’t feel like she had a right to complain about anything and tries not to get into her feelings. On the other hand when it comes to you she is hyper aware of how you’re feeling and will do her best to make sure you are happy. Touches your with silk gloves so as to not make anything worse if you’re having a bad day
While she isn’t the shyest out of the group (that’s Tia) she isn’t as aware how times have changed and physically is overly gentle. She saved all of her touches for when the two of you are alone and even then only when the two of you have been talking for a while will she feel more at ease touching you whenever. And again even then she will start out gentle until you pull her into you. Then she’s like a Koala hard to y grip from your side.
H= Hugs (Are they a hugger? What do their hugs feel like? How much do they like to hug?)
Ugh this is hard but I don’t see her as a hugger. Cuddles once you’re alone, sure. But she feels like hugs are a goodbye of sorts. Her hugs literally feel heartbreaking no matter how tight anyone hugs her her arms will just gently rest on the other persons back. Almost as if she’s scared to hold on too tightly (it’s the trauma babes)
I= I love you (how soon did they know they were in love? How long did it take to say the words?)
She knew relatively quickly. I would say without the first month of meeting you but similar to the proposal she’s going to wait for you to say it first. She’s lost too many people in her life and she won’t lose someone who is the most important person in her life on her account.
J= Jealousy (Do they get jealous easily? Do they try and make you jealous)
Kebi does not get jealous easily but don’t push it. I would just maintain don’t do anything you wouldn’t want her to do with someone else and try to involve her with whoever you are talking to and she’ll be fine. She will not try and make you jealous it’s not even on her mind so if you do get jealous it’s just insecurity she literally doesn’t even see other people as attractive once she finds you.
Also if you are oblivious to your own actions you will most likely get the silent treatment and the ‘I’m not mad just disappointed’ and the guilt will be immense don’t do it I beg you
K= Kisses (what do their kisses feel like? Where do they like to kiss you?)
I’ve wrote about her kisses before but Kebi is very soft when she kisses, her lips always linger until you would want to start making out. Then she will pull away with a smirk on her face. If she does want to take it further she will gently slide her tongue into your mouth and trace the roof of your mouth. She may have been shy to start out with but homegirl knows what shes doing
L= Littles (Do they want kids? What are they like around kids? How many?)
Kebi has enough to deal with with Benjamin, Tia and their prospective mates. She has no interest in any kids and would never make a human go through that. And if you’re a lady yourself its out of the question anyway. She would rather focus her attention on you.
M= Mornings Memory
Before she met you her favorite memory is when Benjamin began spreading rumors you were all gods and goddesses after the coven had gotten in a fight and a human had seen her tearing apart another vampire. Somehow she became Isis and Benjamin dramatically made sure everyone knew he was Horus. It was quite an entertaining era for them much to Amun’s chagrin. While it may give Amun a headache every time someone asks him about that time, it always brings a smile and chuckle out of Kebi.
N= Nights Newborn
When Amun finally ran into more of his kind he felt uneasy with the way they kept humans around as slaves until they were ready for their next meal. Kebi reminded him of someone from his family and he found himself wanting to protect her as way to make up for what he had done. Kebi was well aware of what would happen to her as a newborn and due to her old coven she didnt have to hide and had no problem adjusting.
Of course due to the nature of the laws now, she cant do that for you but on the last day of the transformation she takes you far away from the coven as isolated as she can get you thats still within a reasonable hunting range. She gives you the choice on what you would like to drink and when you have been able to get at least a bit of a handle on your control the two of you will race back home, where she has made sure Benjamin and Tia have a nice welcome home party waiting for you.
O= Open up (When do they feel comfortable enough to open up? Is it all at once or painfully slow? Do you have to dig?)
Kebi is not going to hide why shes feels the way she feels from you. If you are acting too risky and may get the volturis attention she will pull you aside and tell you that shes worried, why shes worried, and why you should be worried too. Its kind of hard to argue with Kebi too because once you show her how to do it she will pull out a whole powerpoint to explain. Shes an open book, she has nothing to hide. Again she is shy, so getting her to feel comfortable to even talk about th weather takes a bit of work but even then if you ask her something she will answer honestly, past and everything included.
P= Patience (Are they quick to anger? How do they calm down?)
Kebi has centuries and I mean centuries of patience. She literally thanks whatever deity is out there that there is so much nowadays that can entertain Benjamin because that boy gave her anxiety trying to find ways to enetertain himself for all of those years. Her and Amun spent many a night trying to chase him down.
This patience also follows through with you. Dont try and push her though, she tends to get scoldy and a bit frightening when you are purposely trying to get her angry. It is kind of cute though because the way she purses her lips and has puts her hands on her hips in a very wife/mom way is entertaining to you. You have learned your limits.
Q= Quiet/Quizzes(What do they like to do when they have time to be alone? What fun things do they remember about you? Do they remember everything?)
Kebi doesn’t care to learn as much as Amun has in terms of history and medicine and all that. She has found several hobbies she has liked throughout the years to perfect and she focuses on those instead. But she, as mentioned above, is an act of service kind of girl and tries to listen for things you might need or things she can do for you.
She isnt a fan of being alone she will give you your space, but preferably in the same room. She will kepp busy all by herself on one side just so long as you let her. If you do need alone alone time she will go find someone else to talk to or hang out with SHe just likes company.
R= Recovery (How you take of them and vice versa after a battle?)
While she can fight she is not by any means a fighter. If the coven goes against someone there is a high chance she will come out injured. Which she hates because she doesnt want to be fussed over, which too bad Kebi literally everyone is freaking out to make sure shes okay. While she is putting herself back together, mentally or physically her eyes are staring at yours looking to make sure youre okay.
If you for some reason get into a fight by yourself where you are hurt and it took alot out of you. You come home in one piece but clearly you are shaken up and possibly dirty from the confrontation. Kebi is by your side instantly demanding to know who did that to you. Honestly, its very hot? at least to you because the rest of the coven is terrified to see Kebi that angry. If youve taken care of the other person then she resigns to helping you clean up, drawing a bath for you and not caring how wet she gets in order to make sure you dont have anything left over in your hair and no cracks are visible.
S= Safety/Solution (How protective are they? How do they solve problems)
A bit of a continuation. If you had to run because you did not beat the other person her face is so serious. She turns to Benjamin and Amun and just nods to them and they are in charge of hunting down whoever did that to you.
Very protective in other words, if she cant help you she will make sure you are covered if she can help it.
Again Kebi comes prepared with powerpoint and chances are shes already thought of every possible solution and will explain why she has come to her concludion and why its in favor of both your best interests
T= Try/ Touch (How much effort do they put in? When they need or want your touch what do they do? How often do they do this?)
She will put in alot of effort at first but will only keep it up if its reciprocated. She doesnt want to feel like shes running around in circles for a crumb of attention. She wants to be treated like a goddess, after all she was one once.
Only really touchy in private but she is very obvious with what kind of touch she wants. If she wants to cuddle she will slide into your lap or pull you into bed so she can bury her face into your neck. If she wants a different kind of touch she will come up behind you and have her hand come under your arm and go up your chest. And then she will act all innocent as she rests her head on your shoulder. If your sitting or laying down she again will get on your lap but instead of having her legs to the side she will just face you one leg on either side to get your full undivided attention.
U= Ugly Side (What a pet peeve of yours they have? Bad habits?)
She can be a bit of a know it all or nag. If you guys are planning on waearing something similar she likes to make things a bit too exact. And what do you mean it isnt obvious what is missing? She also tends to somehwat scold you like she would with Benjamin and his mate and you have to remind her you arent going to do anything to get you into trouble and she isnt your mom. You got a bit of silence for awhile for that one, but Kebi will apologize when necessary she just doesnt like to admit when shes wrong. So it can take awhile.
V= Vanity (Do they concern themselves over how they look?)
She enjoys picking out nice outfits, she isnt going to be super extravagant but she loves to look and feel nice. And thats more of an always thing, she enjoys the humans creativity with clothes and has tried her hand in making some herself, which she continues to believe are not up to her standar but are drop dead gorgeous.
W= Whole (What makes them feel complete?)
She enjoys her makeshift family. And now that she has you she really feels like its complete, like a piece of the puzzle was missing and you came and filled the last piece of her heart. She doesnt remember much of her human life before Amun took her under his wing, and she imagines it wasnt happy so she loves being surrounded by people who truly care about her and that she cares for back.
Y= Yuck (What do they not like in a partner?)
Shes pretty easygoing, but she wont like if she explains something to you she dislikes and you do it anyway. To her its the first sign you dont care enough to listen and she will quickly try and put up a wall so she can distance herself
Z= Zzzzz (How do they sleep? Sleeping Habits?)
They still dont sleep buttttttt
As i stated before she loves loves cuddling and thanks to weighted blankets being a thing she enjoys piling them up and turning in a movie to watch with you. Lets hope there arent (or there are depending on your mood) too many uhm erotic scenes because its one of the quickest ways for movie night to end early.

But if you want a more serious answer maybe Amun/Kebi. I understand why she might be infatuated with Amun as a human as she was literally his servant but what made him turn her? How did they realise it was love and that they were mates? Their relationship doesn’t seem very loving to me but if we go with SM’s take on mates then they must be and I’d love to learn more and have my opinion challenged!
26. Most shippable character?
I’d say in fandom Alice seems to shipped with nearly every other character. My personal opinion on who I think would be a great character to ship with anyone would be Seth. I think his personality is brilliant and if you rule out the whole imprinting thing (which Seth doesn’t seem to have throughout the series or in the guide) then I think he could have a healthy relationship with anyone!

About the Egyptian coven:
"Kebi has little emotion for anyone besides Amun. Benjamin she tolerated because he made Amun happy, but she was somewhat jealous of the boy. When Benjamin brought Tia home, Kebi was pleased; she hoped Amun would be less entranced with the boy when it was clear he loved Tia more than Amun. Kebi‘s hopes about that rift were not entirely fulfilled, as Benjamin continued to love Amun as a father. But Amun‘s jealousy of Benjamin‘s affections, though well concealed, was enough to make Kebi content."
Please tell me I'm just paranoid and no one else gets groomer vibes from Amun and 'Kebi‘s jealousy'
Sorry, anon.
For what it's worth, I can believe this one's not sexual, that Amun is entirely using Benjamin for perceived power because of his gift and that Kebi is worried about being replaced by anyone but I don't think we can rule out what you're suggesting either.
Another point that could be in the favor of your theory: Amun doesn't like Tia at all. Now, this is in part because Tia doesn't blindly trust Amun, she has no gift, and could potentially lure Benjamin away from Amun but again it doesn't make it not possible.
I'd have to reread Breaking Dawn to see how the Egyptian coven interacts to really come back with an opinion as that'd be the tipping of the scales for me (Bella, obviously, would notice nothing but the key is to take note of what Bella doesn't notice).

Sweet Gustav!Anon, welcome to the wondrous world of kemet-shedeh. You are in fact my first question on this blog, and for that you will receive... honour and my undying devotion.
On this blog I will mostly write about Amun, Kebi, Benjamin and Tia. I am also in the middle of writing my Demetri origin story so some original characters will show up here and there to pad the cast a little bit. About Amun and Kebi(the egyptian coven), what are your thoughts on their relationship? Amun chose Kebi for her obedience and beauty😬, but is Kebi a person at all? Did she had a choice in turning? Does she really love Amun(back in the day Amun and other vampires pretend to be gods🙄)? Does she knows about feminism? Why can't she leave Amun? Stockholm syndrome? I am willing to bet a lot of money that Amun has cheated on her and was planning to make a harem before he was dethroned by the Volturi.

Given the fact that Kebi was a slave, I highly doubt she was given a choice about turning. As to whether she has any genuine affection for him/why she can't or won't leave him...the Twilight wiki states that "[t]hey seem to love each other[;] however their relationship is one more of master and slave, with Kebi barely having a voice and following Amun's commands without question."
If I had to guess, Kebi's slavery-altered (i.e. unnaturally submissive or "loyal") human brain was frozen like that when she became a vampire, and thus she's never had the impulse to rebel against Amun (even if he's cheated on her) because "rebellion" is no longer even a word in her vocabulary at this point. Even if she wasn't a slave for the entirety of her human life, it's very likely--considering that vampires canonically forget much of their human lives, and that she's thousands of years old--that she has no memory of not being a slave. Which is absolutely Terrible.
I also think it's Terrible that we don't hear a peep about this from any of our "Good Guys"--but since they're secondary characters & pretty much everything that doesn't have overt implications for Bella/Edward/Renesmee in Breaking Dawn gets filtered out; and since Stephenie Meyer casually throws out in an earlier book that one of the Cullens literally fought to defend slavery in the United States & then never meaningfully addresses it again ( 🙃🙃🙃), I can't exactly say that I'm surprised.
